Dont be fooled by all the good reviews. The Rude, the owner, has her employees writing the reviews for the clients with a promise of a raffle. dont believe the reviews.

The helped me apply for my ITIN, I got a letter from the IRS and they were able to help me better understand it. Really great service I can come too all year round. Definitely recommend you to come

In honest words, The service itself is great no real complaints. The atmosphere though thats a whole other issue. Most if not all these reviews have been self written by the employees themselves. I personally saw them take two other clients phones asking them that if they could write a review on yelp or Google reviews on Their behalf. All with the promise of being entered into a raffle. Nice way to say sell me your review. They even tried the same thing with me, im honestly surprised noone else had said anything yet.Again, good service for the most part. Be prepared for an awkward conversation though if you dont want to hand over your phone for them to write the review on your behalf.

Because you go once to file, they assume you will go every single year. They bug with phone calls every day. Dont go unless you are OK with receiving calls every year every day. The reason why I decided no to go back is the horrible attitude from owner. She always treats clients like she is superior to all of us. She needs to learn at least the basics about customer service

Horrible place, overcharge for services. DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE GREAT REVIEWS They literally push you to do 5 stars by offering you tickets for a monthly raffle. WORST PLACE EVER TO FILE TAXES.

Dont go! I went in for my taxes (been going for 3 yrs) and charge me for $260 for a single person. I usually get direct deposit for my taxes but instead they charge for a service that I did not asked for and to pick up my check. I went to them and told them my problem. They said that they cant do anything about it since its already process. Definitely not going next year.Customers service was okay at first but when they ask me to go to the back the lady that was putting my info was so unprofessional. She kept on talking about her heartburn and kept burping. Then she started complaining about her family to me. Like why would you do that.... too much information.
