Never again for this set of nails n a pedicure 105 dollars when for a set like this is like 30 dollars the lady that did them was mad cuz I didn’t wannet the nails long the pedicure was find but the full set was poor

Jenny nails is a very clean and professional place. I found that Kim is the best pedicure person. I always ask my prices before services so I wont be surprised at the end.

I like this place and I love the owner Jenny from the block but when they are busy they tend to rush you... Its not the place for you if youre use to the $12 fills bit on the pricey side.

Ok … did i love my nails ? Honestly not 100%Customer service was AMAZING !!!I was soo excited at the time because i have been working so hard and long hours i didnt even care i wasted $130 on these nails .. yeeeah $130!!!!, i started seeing things not done right..I got the same nails for $80 lasted longer, and the bottom of the nail wasnt jagged . Havent gone back since

It was the worst nail experience I have ever had. And her price gauging is unacceptable. I only went their because my normal nail salon was booked. Never ever again would I visit this nail salon. Talk about being disappointed

Everything felt rushed. They had to redo my polish twice. Gave me no lotion for feet or hands. Just sent me on my way. I got in the car and look at my eyebrows, there was so much hair missed. I sat in the car and plucked what was missed. 😡

Today was my first time at JN Nails. This was the worst service I have ever received. The nail tech Lisa, has the worst attitude for someone in the service industry. I tried to start a convo with her but she was very rude and I could tell she wasn’t the least bit interested. The owner sat down and started cutting her own toenails, which I thought was super unprofessional. The entire 1 hour I was there the 3 workers just kept going back and forth in Vietnamese. On top of all that, Lisa cut me with the nail file when shaping my nails. Any good nail tech knows you have to dull the ends of a nail file before using it on a customer. Just horrible terrible experience. I was planning on having some fun me time which was totally ruined by this miserable tech and the unprofessional service I received. Never again will I go there.

Took my daughter in for a manicure and the young lady was patient and so sweet to my daughter! Beautiful nails as well!

This was my first time here after calling other places and everyone was pretty much booked I decided to call JN nails to ask if they had an opening and they did, when I went in they greeted me and knew exactly who I was by calling ahead of time. I did not have to wait long at all and I was then seated and ready to get my nails done. I went in for a gel fill and soon as the tech started working on my nails she insisted that I get a new full set because my nails were lifting and they looked really bad. She could have charged extra for each nail that she had to remove but she stated she would love to save me money rather and just suggested I get a full set. She was very friendly, very easy going and wonderful to speak to. She delivered great customer service and I will be going back! her name is Lisa, Thanks Lisa!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a regular manicure ( very short natural nails) & eyebrow wax. My eyebrows look horrible! JENNY CHARGED ME $45 FOR A SERIVCE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT $25! I KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING... GAVE HER A GOOD TIP ANYWAYS... I BELIEVE IN KARMA! WONT BE BACK!

Very clean environment. Friendly, knowledgeable and talented staff. Jenny and her staff are very welcoming and do their best to make you feel comfortable while being pampered. They let you know your patronage is definitely appreciated! Highly recommend.

Not very personable. Tried talking to the nail tech, she didnt look happy and work ethic wasnt that great. All though another client walked Im while my nails were drying and the nail tech seemed to be very talkative with her.🤷🏽‍♀️

While Jenny is a breath of fresh air. The other 2 ladies are not the easiest. I tried to explain me not wanting my nailbed filed with the drill or the file. The younger lady refused to paint my nails. Very poor customer service. They stretch their polish with thinner making the drying process extremely long. Left a very bad taste.

They have thee worst customer service...I got gel on my feet and hands and eyebrow and my total was 104.00 ..no prices on the wall ....and I got bubbles all on my nails and they just very over priced ...to many people doing one job ...and my tech had thee worst attitude and couldnt count !!! Poor Jenny your salon used to be my favorite and now I will never come back!!!!

Over priced, then prices are not in sight for the services. To many hands in the pot one person for my nails two people for my feet. Then after having a price paid damn near a hundred for nails and feet the eyebrows was a extra $12 like are you serious never again
