Shawns rowing is the cheapest in town!! I have had to use this company several times. Always on time always very professional. An will do whatever whenever you need him too. I r been using this company for years an will never call another when I need any services!! Even came to my home at 2 am when a drunk driver totaled out both my cars in my apt parking lot an helped the police out an everything. I LOVE SHAWN HES GOT THE BEST TOWING COMPANY IN TOWN!!

Established thru call and text an agreed on (reasonable ) price for the towHe text me his truck was on his way.Then..He disappeared.Never showed up.Never responded to text or voice messagesHowever whenCalled his number from a different phone, and he picked up immediately.. when I identified myself he hung up..At least have the courtesy of letting the customer know you cannot make it...Total waste of hours of time!UPDATE...After posting this review, finally received a text response.. > 6 hours later from owner of Company.As some could consider Anti-semtic remarks and threating .amnow going to have had to contact an Attourney and Law enforcement.

I called Shawns towing in the late hours on a Sunday and they were still able to pick up my car at an exceptional amount of time and for a great price if not for them my car would have been towed by the city and impounded thanks again for the help and making it out to me when no other tow company would. You all should call this company get your car towed or what ever the case is. He’s the cheapest in town and fast response time. He will take care of the car make sure it gets home and u get home safe. If you need jump start or lock out he got ya you ant gonna fine tow company like this. That is open 24/7 and on stand buy. If you call any other tow company’s they will tell you bunch bs or there drivers take too long show up. And try over charage you . I recommend you all call Shawn’s towing you won’t regret it I promise you that .

Called during a crisis bc they advertise 24 hr service, was asked to hold then hung up on and no answer when I attempted to call back. Must have been more than a dropped call, same thing when I tried calling the next morning. Does he realize people dont call who dont need wrecker service. Jeez Shawn🤔

Dont ever use this wrecker service. Called at6 30p. And they never showed up. Sadly to say I sat from 630 to 1030p. I called at 830p to see how much longer they were gunna be an the guy said that the flatbed wrecker was on a tow. And that he would call me right back and he never did . So I called 30mins later and of course it went straight to voicemail and I never received a call back. So Shawn Towing you SUCK. Word of mouth will travel fast through me about your crappy service.

Att Roadside Assistance contacted Shawns Towing. They were over an hour late and not prepared to do a service...no dollys or flat bed, nothing but excuses. No Refund or service provided. I felt it was just a scam to get paid. SMH

My car broke down and I called Shawns towing he said he would be there at 12 noon. I say cool wait till 1:30 call him back and said hes trying to come in to town. Thats cool and all but give someone a call to let you know where your at. Wait to 4pm still no shawns. I give him a call back he says hes finshing up another job and hell be there in 30 I wait till 6pm still no shawns. Now its pouring rain my phone dead and I have to walk a mile to the gas station. This guy is very unprofessional and is very nasty if you read his comments to other people. I would really reconsider calling this guy anyways hope I helped.Response to messageNo I have never had repo or impound. Just call to get a tow. I caught a flat tire on I-64 and called AT&T roadside and they contacted this company to tow my car. I had to call AT&T roadside 3 times after i was told that it was going to be 1 hour, but I actually had to wait 4 hours on the side of the road. My car still didnt get towed. They had called several times to get in contact with them, in which the person that answered the phone at Shawns towing hung up on Ms. Sandy. Had to contact anpther tow company. It looks like Shawns towing is going to lose that contract, but after reading the reviews they dont seem to care. I probably should have read the reviews, because i would have had them contact another company. I also hope for a rude response from the owner of the company. BBB on standby.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is a predatory company that lies committing to a timeline for service that they in no way will meet. Then when they are over an hour later that the promised time, they mysteriously disconnect your phone call and don’t answer when you attempt to call again. Horrible service! TARC would be better.

Don’t use Shawn’s towing unless you want to be lied to, cussed out, and hung up on! You’ll have to wait for hours over the given ETA and will be ignored if you try to call them a second time. Worst, most unprofessional experience of my life. Shawn’s towing sucks and so does he.

Totally unprofessional. I called today at 5PM, and arranged through Pep Boys to have a car towed. I was told they’d be there by 6:30PM. It’s now 10PM and they haven’t picked up the car or returned my phone call.

Shawn and his towing company is beyond unprofessional! Waited over 4 hours and when I called he hung up and then turned his phone off. Don’t use this company!!! He sucks
