I LOVE Tips & Toes! Theyre always so friendly and inviting. Ive had my nails done by almost everyone there at this point and Ive never had a bad experience. I recommend them to everyone!

The staff are all amazing, the owner was super pleasant! Those massage chairs felt truly like heaven and my pedicure was done to my liking despite me being very hard to please. I made an amazing decision coming here!

I recently went to this salon because it was recommended by a friend. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. My main issue is with my dip manicure. To say my nails look horrible is an understatement!!! They are thick and lumpy and just don’t look good at all! I even asked my husband how they looked and he said like a five year old did they and they look lumpy! When they lady finished my nails she asked me do I like them and I said they were thick. She then tried to blame it on my nails being short and said next time they’ll be better. There will definitely not be a next time and anyone can look at my nails and see that they look bad! I can’t believe she would do that work and think that it’s okay.

I have personally known the family here for many many years and theyve always done a fantastic job! My gel always lasts well past 2-3 weeks!! They are very quick yet tentative! Very polite and friendly! I recommend Tips and Toes to anyone who would love a good quality result for an even better price!

I called earlier today to schedule an appointment for a fill-in of my acrylic nails. When I arrived, I was directed to sit down in the chair. I showed the nail technician a picture of what I would like, and was quickly advised that he was unable to fulfill the request.I literally requested a “sweater nail design” on two fingers on both hands, and all other nails painted regularly, except for my two ring fingers to have a French Tip, in the color brown! I understood, and said that is fine if you can’t do the sweater design. We can just paint all of my nails brown with the two ring fingers a brown French Tip. Well, apparently they couldn’t do this basic style either.The woman then goes on to say, “ I asked you on the phone about a basic fill. A French Tip is a design.” She apparently could not assist in the process because she claimed to have an appointment on the way. I drove all the way there and wasted my time after work, but that’s okay, because all eventually worked out!I drove about 10 minutes further to Tq Nails in Henrietta, and was treated very well; unlike my experience here. The woman at Tq Nails advised that she was not skilled to do the sweater design; however, she was more than happy to paint my nails and place a French Design on my two ring fingers, not to mention that the price was excellent, the salon was very well maintained, and the customer service was phenomenal.I would not recommend Tips and Toes Nail Spa. I also was not impressed by the upkeep of the “Spa” on the inside or the outside. Lastly, the customer service could have used some work.

FROM DEANNA WITH MY NAILS TO BIBI WITH THE BEST PEDIS IN ROCHESTER TO MOM AND DAD AND THEIR HOSPITALITY THEY ARE ALL ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! One thing I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about Deanna is that when it’s your appointment time it is YOUR appointment time there is no wait !!!! She is very specific about what can and can’t be done as far as time way prior to your appointment and she is this way with EVERY ONE !!! Everyone customer is treated as priority at the time of their appointment! She specializes in designs and she PERFECTS HER DESIGNS !!! Anything I show her is done PERFECTLY !!!! And she ends everything with cuticle oil which is NOT AN ADD ON !!!! BIBI gives the B E S T pedis in Rochester NY ! She is so GREAT ! She takes her time Ive never felt rushed !!!! She specializes in removing all cuticle and I leave with such smooth feet AND LEGS lol !!! I recommend this place to literally everyone I come in contact with ! Check them out they are amazing and please don’t pay any mind to any negative reviews! They honestly don’t add up !

I have had serious issues with ingrown toenails and the owner of the nail salon has been wonderful at keeping things under control. I have been extremely relieved knowing that I have a professional to go to when needed. She has prevented many trips to a podiatrist with her expertise.

As a detailer my hands and nails get pretty beat up. This shop always takes such good care of me and it’s a comfortable and inviting experience every time! Top of the line service right here!

Ive gone to places that were about 10 to $15 cheaper than Tips & Toes and that old saying you get what you pay for is definitely a thing. the supplies that they use are absolutely fantastic I have never had an issue they have always taken their time and have done a great job on my nails and my feet everything is so clean well taken care of and every once in a while you might even be able to catch their cute little dog that likes to come in and visit the customers.

Vince come the owner and his staff are the friendliest salon I have met in a long time. Theres been times Ive called them and they were able to fit me in for a pedicure within 20 minutes of my call. All the ladies that work there are super nice and friendly. They also do eyebrow and other waxing. The prices are really reasonable the massage chairs while youre getting your pedicure are awesome. Too bad all small business owners arent like Vince. They truly give great customer service.

I love it here, they were so accommodating to myself, mom and bridesmaids! We all went for pedicures before dress shopping and they let us bring drinks and snacks! I can’t wait to go back!

Solid, solid work. Staff are all experienced. They are friendly and very reasonably priced. Maybe not as fancy as other places, but I’d rather save the $5 and get more manicures and pedicures.!
