The prices are great ($23 for a fill with gel? OKAY) and she took the time to ask me about the shape and color multiple times to be sure I was happy with it. Definitely will be my go-to place from here out.

Im new to the area and decided to try out this place based on location. This review is a combo based off of my 1st and second visit. The first time there my nails were done beautifully however my pedicure was lacking! My nails lasted with no chips on the paint or gel but my pedicure was rushed. This place offers complimentary drinks/wine and after your pedicure you get a mini neck and shoulder massage! My only advice would be to get all nail technicians on the same page with pedicure procedures. My pedi this go around was perfect and done by Anne!

My first time using this salon and they were very nice but the guy that did my nails didn’t do a very good job I think he couldn’t see plus he was a lil rude kept telling me straighten my arm and my arm was straight but but nails ended up still not straight don’t think I’m going back

I was in there for three hours just for new dip powder. Only seems to be one woman there who knows what shes doing. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I thought this experience was awful. We came in and was rushed to pick a color. The pedicure was good and the guy working there does good pedicures. He is very serious and makes it seem like he doesn’t like his job. I didn’t feel comfortable. My friend also was having a bad experience, the lady was very nice to her but her pedicure was not good. She wanted French tips and the lady left them thick and didn’t ask if she liked them. When she wanted to do her nails, she asked simple questions and she was answered by all the workers making it confusing. We both decided to pay for the pedicure and leave. Overall some of the people were very nice but we didn’t feel comfortable.

The best and most fair prices in metro Richmond. This husband and wife team are delightful company. They have a great little business here. my girlfriend goes often and now her family started going. Highly recommend.

Honestly the people are nice but aren’t good at what they do. I went in TODAY to get a full set, and the lady made one hand longer than the other and then I asked for my money back and she said all they can do is repair it. LADY. MY NAILS ON MY LEFT HAND ARE FILED AT A SLANT, YOU CAN SEE MY NAIL ON THE LEFT THUMB IT ISNT SMOOTHLY APPLIED ( the acrylic) and I tried to call back after I left and they just hung up in my face. WORST FULL SET EVER. Don’t ever go here. EVER.

Terribly rude. Elderly people who dont know what they are doing work there. They are friendlier than the owner. Could not glue a decoration to a nail. $12 more expensive than other places and the receipt has percentages for tips starting at 15%! Ridiculous. Should have known something was wrong when we did a walk-in on a Saturday and there only 2 people inside. Avoid the place please.

I visited this place for the first time a month ago and received poor service but decided to give it one more try almost a week ago (the location was convenient) and received poor service once again. Their staff only consists of 2 people (I usually get acrylic over my real nails)and both times Lily rushed on my nails, my polish was messy and my nails didnt last. This time my nails started falling apart after only 6 days! I will not be going back.

I have been coming here for years. Same prices. Lilly Burns(the owner) is the only quick and friendly employee there. She has some other girls working under here but they never understand enough english to understand what style you want. I would reccomend only asking for Lilly.

Rude, rushed. Only staffed with two women with horrible attitudes. They argue and it affects their work. You are not greeted upon entry you are treated like a rushed number. Also, no AC. They keep yelling pick a color....while they are still working on other people. Last time I came in I was told only. 5 minute wait and waited 25. I had a baby in tow.

I got my eyebrows done here, and the lady who did them irritated the skin under my eyebrow so bad that I had a scab. It felt and looked like a rug burn. Never again.

Will never come here again. The lady butchered my pedicure, literally. She cut way too much of my nail that it started bleeding and the nail was cut sideways so my big toe nail was slanted, and Nail polish was just slapped on. Dont risk it people.
