I went here to get French tips that were on the thinner side. The salon gave me French tips that were half the size of my nails at first. I politely asked to correct this, and the lady refused to do so. I again politely asked if I can do a solid color instead because the French tips she gave me was not what I wanted. She then proceeded to speak in a different language very loudly in the salon. She started to fix my nails but was rough on the hands. I then received the following results.Overall, bad customer service and dissatisfied with the result.

Nice clean place and friendly atmosphere and staff.

Been here a few times and the services was good, but the last two times not even 3 days went by and my nails started to chip and get dark colored lines.

I love Tao, she has been doing my lashes for over a year now and I always leave looking good. Highly recommend her.

I like the concept of their pedicures. While a little pricey, you do get hot rocks massage, a sugar scrub, hot towels wrapped around your legs and paraffin on your feet to retain moisture and make them soft. However, I do think it could be executed a little better. For instance, scrubbing with the pumice stone should take more than 3 seconds for each foot (in all fairness, I find that most nail shops lack in this area). They use good quality products, again I just think the execution can be better. That said, Id recommend this salon and will return again for services.

This is my new go-to spot. I received a perfect mani-pedi. I have very sensitive feet and everything they did felt great and relaxing, especially the hot stone calf massage! Both women were very kind and thoughtful. My husband keeps complimenting my hands and feet. Thank you ladies!

First 3 visits were fine. 4th visit was my last. The nail technician should of told me she didnt have time so I could of went elsewhere. She did a rush half ass job on my acrylics and it showed.

Small salon. They do a great job, but recamend making an appointment as they usually only have a few girls working.

Good Mani-Pedi, really nice people, but the shop needs cleaning. I was a bit put off by the lack of attention to clean clippers and other instruments.

I absolutely LOVE how Thao does my eyelashes she’s my GO TO. She’s very clean and professional.

I get my lashes done by Ira and they look amazing and are resilient.
