First time going here. They were overpriced for what you get. I wanted matching nails and specifically asked if they had the matching polish and dip set. They said yes but my nails do not match. While I was trying to choose my color one of the ladies kept directing me to other options than the dipping powder that I asked for to try to upsell me. Going to try a different place next time.

I’ve been following them on FB since their grand opening announcement, but I haven’t had the time to go and try them ...today I finally made it, and I didn’t regret the 18 minuets drive..the place is super clean, fancy, and stylish, chairs very comfortable, people are nice ...i waited like 12 minutes, but that was fine for me as i was free this evening...The job itself is very good, especially Ms. HelenShe did very good job on my pedicure, she was dedicated in her job...The only thing that I didn’t find it professional was the extra 5$ for choosing a polish with silver cover !!!!🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️When the lady on the register asked me to pick a color she didn’t say different container’s cover will have different price, when i picked a color the cover was silver she said this color is 5$ extra, if you pick a polish with plastic black color wouldn’t be additional charge!!!I haven’t seen such a policy before though,And another friendly note 📝 I would suggest, don’t let employees take phone calls when they are working on a customer already...But anyways way I’m very satisfied still with the job that done on my own nails, and would highly recommend...and i feel so bad that I didn’t have enough change to give more money 💴 for tipsBut I’ll definitely make it up next visit...They are one of the top on my list so far ....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My apologies for the old review, I got mixed with another place.However, I visited Avalon Salon last year for a couple times and I had an amazing experience with them. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names but I do remember all the worker were nice and very helpful.

I’ve been looking for someone to do my nails just as I requested and Haily did a fabulous job. She was gentle and treated me like royalty. I think I’ve found my new Nail Salon!!! Thank You 😊

So my moms went out there to get her nails done and they were all chill and friendly. At first I thought they wanted to kick me out tho (cz I wasnt getting my nails done just waiting) but turns out, they were just tryna hustle me to get my nails done lol. They took they time with my moms nails too and she loved them

Every time I return here, I am instantly reminded why I love Avalon Nail Lounge so much.You are greeted by name and always feel like a valued guest. I am never rushed to pick a color/ service. The atmosphere is posh and light, and the the cleanliness standards are very high.I always feel completely pampered and leave Loving my nails.Ive tried other local salons, but no place compares to Avalon nails.Perfect pedicure by Michelle!!

I will admit my nails look good. I decided to try this place since it was on my way home from work and they had such good reviews. I called and made an appt. for 5:30 Friday and I was there on time. They were nice and everything seemed good. Once the tech started on my nails she made them bleed. Which hasn’t happened often before and it was super painful. She told me it was because my cuticles were dry but I have never had this problem before anywhere else. My fingers are so sore and still painful. I have washed and scrubbed my hands and the blood is still there. Two of my fingers look like they are getting infected so I now have to go to the doctor. Also, they were getting close to closing and I could tell they started rushing. The lady who did my toes didn’t even let me sit to allow them to dry. They rushed me and told me to be careful not to mess my toes up because it was raining and they were obviously still wet. Also, I noticed something being passed out to other customers who were there when they were leaving and when I left I didn’t receive the same treatment. The price was also about $30 higher than my previous nail salon in LaCenterra. I will not be returning.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Hep for pedicure ( definitely get the 5 minute neck and shoulder massage!) and Nancy for dip nails. My daughter and I cant wait to go back!

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome. Jessica is usually the first one to greet you and always so sweet! Everyone is very kind and careful in keeping everyone safe. I appreciate they check everyone’s temperature upon arrival. Chau, Jennifer and Nancy do a fantastic job! Thank you for always making my visit relaxing!

Love this nail salon! All of the staff is always super friendly. The salon itself is clean, nicely decorated and spacious! Tee is my go-to technician and always does a great job! Definitely one of the best nail salons I’ve gone to.

Went here yesterday to get my nails soaked off/repainted and a pedicure... they took a little while to start (but they were also very busy), the lady that did my nails and toes (Hana) was very nice and very gentle. I think this became one of my favorite salons to go to.

I Come here every few weeks and they all do amazing job, very professional and great what they do, very clean environment and 100% satisfied and relaxed when leave.

They did a horrible job on my 13yo daughter’s nails. They had debris under the nail and and the sizes didn’t match. We went back the next day to have them fixed. It took them 30 minutes to fix them and they said WE should’ve noticed the mistakes and said something. They wouldn’t give a refund or any kind of discount on the $50 charge. Never again. Please share.

The service here used to be great, but this is the third time I have left unsatisfied, and unfortunately I will be looking for a new place.Recently, the services take much longer than expected (2 hours for a basic dip manicure on natural nails). Additionally, I mentioned at least three times today that I wanted round nails, and after asking the technician to make them more round several times, I still ended up with square nails. I got tired of asking and left unsatisfied.Also, their colors have faded in the sun, so the color I chose was not the same at what ended up on my hands.

I accidentally scheduled my appointment 1 day after I was supposed to, but Avalon let the four of us change our appointment to one day earlier on the spot. I was really surprised how staffed they were on a Tuesday night without warning. The staff is super friendly. My sister in law and I got chrome powder nails which turned out really amazing. The staff checked in with us frequently to make sure that we liked the colors that we picked out. Prices are reasonable. Will be coming back.

Ok, where do I start??? The manager of this store is great! Just pray that she is there all the time, because once she is gone nobody knows anything! Thats all I can say! I can recommended for a pedicure or simple nails, but for acrylic nails, go somewhere else! If they do something wrong to your nails its going to take forever to fix it! My advise, make sure your nails are completely done before you pay, if not ... good luck!

Hana did an amazing job on my nails! I got dip nails and the extension tips. She paid so much attention to detail, and kept asking if I was liking how the nails looked. I loved it!

Tee and Angela always do a good job! I never request anyone because they are all fantastic! You will NOT be disappointed!

This place is amazing! Came once for a work event- manicure pedicure party, and have been coming ever since! They pay attention to detail, they do an amazing job it’s a gorgeous facility, clean, luxurious and well organized! The owner Judy is seriously amazing she checks my nails every time before I leave and if they don’t meet her standards of how they should look she makes sure they’re right before you leave! 💜

I visited Avalon on Saturday August 11th. I was impressed with the decor, the attention to detail the tech Elana had with my nails. Ive always had trouble with color selection. Elana selected the color for my DIP I informed her Im open to colors. If you want a nail salon thats meticulous about about how beautiful, evenly shaped and filed Avalon Nail Lounge is the place to come unwind and be pampered. I also got a pedicure while getting my nails beatified while enjoying a mimosa. Now Sept 10th its time to get my nails redone! Thats how long my nails lasted. Come visit and be treated like ROYALTY!!!😊👸👸

Went two times in a row. Ironically told them I was scared to get dip because of fungus. I got acrylic and I just took my nails off today and my nail has fungus on it from this salon. I called and told them and they said text us pictures and we will call you right back and they never followed up so I figured I’d take it to the review page. Don’t go here if you’re looking for sanitary clean tools because you’ll leave with a fungus

Clean and bright. All of the staff appeared to be happy at work. There are a ton of powder dip color choices and my nails loik great!

I got the dip powder acrylic set. I got charged for shape and length (didnt mind too much) . Service was good . the next all the nails started to break off, the nails only lasted me 2 days. Use more glue or stronger acrylic

Nails looked awful and super thin. I have kids so I asked for them to not leave them to sharp around the edges and I had to buff the edges when I got home. Nails broke after only 3 days. Pedicure was not great either. She kept asking me if it felt ok but it felt like my 3 year old was messaging my feet. Expensive for no reason, I will not be returning!!
