It hasnt even been a week since I got these done. I made an appointment for 3 and still waited an hour to be seated. I asked for color powder, the lady had 2 different people come over to translate and I thought we were all on the same page but I guess not. She painted over my old nails, and at this point I was ready to leave so I just let it happen, my mistake. Gel polish should last ATLEAST a week without chipping, but after one day it started to chip, im now on day 5 and my color is starting to peel all the way off. $50 for a fill and the worst fill Ive ever had. It looked like they had grown out a week the day I got them. One nail is a different shape then the others. Just over all worst nails Ive ever had.

Went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was a really nice experience. But my manicure was just something else. Lol they sat me at a pullout table to rush me and my friend’s nails. I asked her to lightly shape my nails only to get left with sharp edges and uneven tips. Not only that but I asked for clear on my nails and not even 2 days later the clear chipped off in full pieces. Yes the place is clean but the work based off my experience doesn’t match the cleanliness of it.

I recently moved to Hercules and was in search of a nail salon near my home. My beautician referred me to Blooming Nail Spa. I called at 3pm to make an appointment for 5pm. As soon as I arrived I was seated. Ariel did a great job on my nails and Tammi did my eyebrows exactly as I had asked her and was done in less than 2 minutes. I will definitely be returning and also referring friends and family here whenever they’re in the area

I am a regular here. I always go Tammy. She is the best nail tech there. When I get my feet done its only 3 ppl. Either use Kim, Fun or Susan they are best with the feet. Customer service is good quality work.

Poor communication!I support your choice to wear or not to wear a mask. I realize wearing a madks gives people a sense of security even though it’s no longer required. My dilemma is that the persons scheduling appointments are not informing their potential clients if their guidelines prior to schedule. The owner wants to argue about the pandemic rather then listening to feedback. Just let people know in advance. Especially since there is no requirement. I wasted a trip for an appointment I was unable to keep. Simply because of misinformation! That is poor service….

Each and every technician is well-trained and are there to accommodate you... and they do not discriminate men women and children are all invited. My favorite go to place to get my nails done. I live in Roseville now but after an experience in Roseville I might be willing to come back to the bay once a month to get my nails done out here. Blooming nails is huge, clean and you can tell each nail technician loves what they do because there work says it all. So good job ladies. This is my favorite place sense Disney nails closed.

I went here today for the very first time to get my nails done and to take my daughter which is turned 12 to get her nails done there too for the first time I think her name was Annie that was doing my nail like literally one of my nails is longer than the other one and they almost like touching the sky like its all its all up and then she told me what my friend told me whats wrong you know I will fix it you know so I told her and then she didnt do nothing about it like its still the same in some of the age of the nail is like color missing and you can see theres curly theyre missing its really bad experience for the first time there honestly Im not going back or place its clean its nice inside I think there might be some nice stuff there who knows I didnt get one of those literally.

Blooming Nail & Spa gives the best pedicure that Ive ever had. They are always perfect. The attention to detail is consistent. The place is clean and cheerful and I always look forward to the massage chair that is an added benefit to the whole experience of getting my feet and nails taken care of.

I did not like this place the lady doing my nails was rude and i had to come back to this place to get my nails fix because the are not the same size and i told her i need them fix and she was being kind off rude just because i told her i need them fixed and they charged me $50 dollars for something that is not even good

I went with a photo of the nails I wanted, and the lady said she can do it. She was friendly throughout the whole experience but they arent even close to what I wanted and the shaping is off.

I would highly recommend you visiting this spot, but please make an appointment when you do. I come here to get a pedicure and waxing- sometimes Ill get a gel manicure depending on how my work load. Ive been coming to this location for a year and a half now, and I love the staff and their work ethnics in time management, customer service and doing a great job on their services. Tammy is great! I love her dearly... She always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed upon my arrival. Its a nice place to get all services done. Please try them out. This could be your new place to come where you can get all in one!

Got a pedicure today. The shop is nice, clean and centrally located. However, the woman (I think her name was Ann) that did my pedicure seemed to be in a huge hurry. Overall everything was okay. But if she would have just slowed down I know I would have enjoyed it a lot more!

This nail shop is one of the best I ever went to. I’m very skeptical on the detail of my nails even if my nails are simple. This shop is clean, and pays very good attention to their work. They treat their customers kind and show everyone equal love. I make appointments to keep things organized. Well recommended nail shop.

Gave this shop 3 times to get my nails right thinking it was a language barrier. Asked for acrylic nails with regular polish but they push gel for quickness and its to their advantage because they get more money. THE OWNER said it was my responsibility to let them know what I want, after I told her 3 times I wanted regular polish.I left with sore nail beds and the technician nicked my skin with the filing tool. They are just plain rude! Could care less about customer service and get as many in and out as possible.

Went to this place for the first time. Asked for French Gel manicure, didnt last more then 5 days, it chipped and started peeling off. Normally it will last 3-4 weeks. I did had an appoint. didnt just walked in.

I went two times. The gentleman that waited on me the first time was great. There is a sign posted, “walk-ins welcome”. As I was leaving the second visit I was rudely told “and don’t come back without an appointment!” I have never gone back.

Ive been going there recently & I liked the work until the lady left my gel nails with clumps she said to pay attention next time but I told her it wasnt my fault it was theirs the nail tech was mest up for this for even letting me go out like this I went back to get them fixed Tammy was rude and wanted me to come back before closing time I asked for a discount for them to fix my nails but the old Asian man said we will see I ended up going somewhere else and paying 25 dollars to get it fixed not coming back again

I really wanted to love this place. I had a 4pm appointment, even got there a bit early. Good thing too, bc the bathroom was out of order and I needed to walk to Starbucks to use the bathroom. Then waited until 437 before being taken to a table. Only to receive what I think maybe the WORST gel manicure I have ever had. No filing, a choppy cuticle cut, nails painted, then she filed them. For $27... only to have my nails peel by the time I got home.

OVER FKN RATED❌🛑🚫 Horrible work I asked for coffin shape & My nails look round and bubbly . On top of that the price was extremely high! They charged me 58$ for a pedicure 😤 if I can rate this a zero star I would .

Tammy is a great manager, she is caring, kind, and a skilled worker. As for her employees, nothing negative can be said about them, they take their time to make sure your experience is great and will fix anything you dont absolutely love. This is the best place in the Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, etc area.

They are way over priced for what they actually do. Gel manicure was trash they made them look lopsided and way to thick. Tried to tell em that it was and they got mad. Not all that its cracked up to be with 4.9 rate.Had appointment had to wait almost 20 minutes because they were behind, second the girl that put on my full set put on two of my nails slanted. Told her short and when I get to the corner to pay tell be 28 vs 25 cuz they are not short. Then tell me dollar charge for debit/credit machine. No 5 dollar tip for you.....Will not be returning nor referring....

Terrible i will not go there again staff was extremely rude. And they didnt even do my pedicure right. And my cousin nails came off like within the next 2-4 days. We called they said they couldnt do nothing about. Do NOT go there at all horrible place. In addition they are really expensive.

Ive only had two pedicures here (My first two) and so far Im very satisfied. Ill be coming here the next time I want to have my nails done and possibly switch to here to get my eyebrows done.

First visit was late Nov. 2018 Kara did a great job. Second visit 1/31/19. Appt. 4 pm late one hour 😒 Tammy was not good had to return back in 2hrs. Gel polish did not dry. Called she had attitude ! Returned the 2nd time. Repolish got home still a problem. $35.00 dollars. I will return and she will take care my nails or refund my 💰

It Looks VERY clean. The owner makes sure you are happy with your nails. Its a very busy shop. ITS Best To Make An APPOINTment A Dat IN Advance. If you want Tammy the owner to do your nails call in a couple of days. Also if you show up late to your appointment be ready to wait. I showed up a couple minutes late and a walk in took my spot. I had to wait 15 min. I really like how the shop look inside it is clean and free of clutter. They also have a big variety of colors unlike other places that only have a few. They usually have every color in gel, regular and matte.

Beautifully decorated interterior, atmosphere was great. A pefect way to unwind after a busy day at work. Ladies were Amazing! Everyone was warm and professional. My crew & I visited Blooming Nails recently and our spa experience was less than great based on the fact that, they were busy & we didnt have an appointment, we were walk-ins. Anyway when we arrived the owners & staff looked us up & down as if we were last nights leftovers!First they stated they were booked, and they couldnt take us...then they said if we were wiling to wait until 12Noon they could fit us in, so we left and went to get someting to eat in the shopping center.We returned 30-35 minutes later & waited for 10 minutes & the owner got us in to have our fills & pedicures, great no problem!The problem arose when it was time to pay for our services...3 pedicures (I had pedi+fill+nails cut, extra chg; my daughter had fill+pedi chrome polish, extra chg; granddaugter had pedi+fill).Total =$218.00+$1.00 extra chg for paying with debit card = $219.00!! (Plus, I had already tipped my pedicurist & nailist)!We were ridiculously & wrongfully overcharged, and even the person who did our nails, stated we were overcharged & the owners should return some id the money or void the transaction! But rhe owner, Tammy stated she didnt know how to void it & told the worker to be quiet in their own Vietnamese langage, but the worker kept talking & stated that it was too much!They should give us some money back or give us a FREE gift certificate too offset the over chargement!!! The owners werent having it, they stated the charge had already been done & they couldnt reverse it!!! Plus, the chrone polish job they did on my daughters feet wasnt right, and she called Tammy back on her cell to tell her about it! My daughter stated she couldnt come back due to the fact, that we had already been there for 3 hours and she had to pickup her son from school, so she would return the next day when they werent soo busy! They agreed and that was that!I strongly feel the owners should give us a gift FREE certificate for overcharging us!!! Beautiful shop, dishonest owners/ bad experience!!! Just Beware!!!

I have been there twice . The first time I did not like how my Nails turned out because she was trying to put on a flower design and she did not know what she was doing and left one of my nails all messed up . The second time I thought well maybe Ill get someone else there to do my nails . Turns out that my nails are not the same length and not shaped right at all 2 days In and one of them already broke off . I will never go there again .

Hello,This is first time Im writing review. I visited First time Blooming nail salon today. Everything is good. I got my seat and ANNIE she start do my nail. She did very very very BAD and WORST nail service. She finished my nail job in 22 minutes. I can not see any shape in any fingers. All shape is looks different and had a bump. Even when she started to do apply nail color she did so fast, and I told her you didnt put color in the side and end of the nail. She said its not nail this is skin. Please I request all customer dont go here. Same day I went other place and remove nail and did all again. They charge $45......but its not worth.unfortunately, I paid cash If I had paid credit card I will claim credit card for bed WORST service. I ever go again here
