Absolutely in love with Ms. Emy and her staff! She always does a wonderful job!

First of all I am extremely impressed. I have to say I moved here about a month ago from a place where the nails meant everything. I took my nails off because I needed a fresh set. I saw there were a couple places around where I live and looked up reviews before I chose a place to try. I was hesitant because of the location of the Salon. Hiding behind food lion. But when I went in. I was seated quickly and my nails started almost immediately. She was quick, only about 45 minutes to an hour. She was extremely clean and the quality of the work done was something I am proud to show off. It was $40 for a fresh new set of acrylic nails with a gel coat polish. That’s extremely responsible for the finished product. Very happy with the results. I will be going back!

I love my nails so much! I came in as a walk-in and they were very accomodating. She did my nails very quickly which was awesome because I had a busy day. I will defintely be back! :)

Emy saved my nails today I’m so happy I stopped in! She did an awesome job and it was just what I wanted! I would recommend anyone to check them out if you are in the area.

Walked in 1 hr prior to closing for a quick color change. Owner stated they were already closed with flashing open sign on door. Last time I used this place near closing time, they allowed many people to walk in 1 hr prior to closing for full sets etc...Doesnt make any sense. I will give my business to another salon in Richmond Hill who works until their stated closing time.

Went in at 3:30 and signed my name on their list. Waited patiently as it seemed they were short staffed. At 5:00 I noticed they were not referring to the list they were just taking others so I kindly asked if they were following the list. The owner replied she was not taking others before others that arrived which was very untrue after waiting almost a hour and half. Instead of admitting her fault, she became super defensive and said she was short staffed and she took someone else before me because she had an appointment which was false. The door said no appointments due to being short staffed. Just seemed very uncaring of my time and I will not return. She never admitted fault and kept mumbling things like whatever. I understand business owners are in stressful times but no way to run a business. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Was looking for a place to go get my nails done on a regular and I was really comfortable in this place. My nails look so pretty and the young lady who did my pedicure was great. She was friendly and professional as well as considerate. Ill definitely take the drive from Ludowici to Richmond Hill to get pampered here!

This was the worst SNS dip powder thatIve ever had! My nails are lumpy, uneven and she didnt even cover the entire nail with the powder.

I asked for a full set, mani, pedi. I was more than willing to wait patiently. However what I got was a poorly smoothed set of acrylics that had nail polish so old that it didn’t smooth out on my nails or feet. I’ve been to this spot more than five times and have never been happy. I’ve never left a place and took off all my polish before. It’s sad

Owner was trying to hard to do too many clients at a time and I was pleased with my service at all.

The worse attitude about polishing a 4yr old nails and feet.The lady rushed to pay,becauThen she proceeds to tell me to pick my 4yr old niece up to go to the counter to payse she said she wanted to go and get coffee.She then asked why dont I polish her nails myself,its cheaper she said.I was very displeased.It was the worseexperinece I ever had.

The pedicure was really good. The man took his time and scrubbed really well. His polishing was horrible. I didn’t realize until I left the salon.Their were no social distancing in place. While I was finishing up my pedicure, a customer came and sat right next to me which was not even an inch away making me feel very uncomfortable. Everyone is bunched up at the front while waiting. If you can overlook the lack of social distancing, this is a good place for service.

Mrs. Emy is so sweet and gentle she did my nails and eyebrows. Ive gone to a lot of places where the tech is super rough and they treat you like you’re just one of the 100 hands they’ve touched that day. I did not get that vibe at all here. I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she was the same and did an amazing job!

Do not get acrylic nails done here. So unevenly filed its rediculous!! Corners are pointy. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I just moved here and it was my first done getting my nails don’t. I won’t do it again. The design is okay but the color coating is terrible. My nails are thick thick to where I can use them hardly. Very bad experience. I wish I could add some pictures to show why I’m so upset. I pay money and tip good so no reason to mess up my nails.

I was there earlier today for the first time ever around 3pm and did a walk in and they were ready for me right away and they were the sweetest people ever! I rarely go to nail salons as it is so this place is definitely going to be my go to nail salon. The lady that did my toes and fingers made them look fresh and clean. I recommend this place! This place is a hidden gem. It is located on the strip, right next to food lion. I am so glad I decided to give them a shot. This nail salon was bright and very clean. Sam, the male nail tec did my pedicure and he was amazing . I truly enjoyed my self . I will definitely be back soon!

Nicole did such a great job on my nails!! The ladies here are extremely professional and from what I saw, they care about the customers experience and their services. This is the first nail salon I’ve been to in the Richmond Hill area and the one that I will continue to come to. I highly recommend this business and am so happy with how it turned out!!

They arnt properly trained from my 10 years in management I see that they need direction I visited them yesterday to be rushed seated up front for two hours then left at the pedicure seat they forgot to take the towel off so it took my polish off the man apologized but wasn’t able to fix it so to them being so understaffed then while I was getting my manicure the lady cut me then told me the nails I wanted would take to long and that I should’ve come on a slower day wow they should of just asked me in the beginning would I prefer to set an appointment and not be forsing the money in not all money is good money if you can’t give good service that’s where they lack

Very nice people! Work very fast. Do great pedicures and acrylics. Understanding people. overall just great services . You can make reservations but usually dont need to they attend to you very quickly

So impressed with the way my nails came out for my bridal portraits. Nicole custom mixed the colors in front of me to match my vision. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her!!!

Felt extremely rushed throughout the entire process. Pushed to pick a nail color out right away.. it seemed as though the gal doing my nails’ objective was to get the job done as quickly as possible to move on to the next customer.The polish application appeared lackadaisical. Nails turned out okay and I will not return. Chose to come here today instead of driving into Savannah to my usual spot and will not make that mistake again.

My Mom and I both had pedicures this morning at Emys, and it was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and pleasant. It was clean and beautiful inside. We had a wonderful hour there, and our feet look and feel great!

All of the staff here are extremely pleasant and very creative. They valued my time and I got in and out on a Friday during their busiest time with a sexy full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. They have definitely earned me as a customer for life!!!

The was a return trip to this salon while visiting locally. They were very busy, as expected on a Saturday, but seemed to work efficiently and wait was about 20-30 minutes. Manicure and pedicure services were great! I do prefer having mani/pedi completed at same time to save time. Including wait, it took 2 hours to complete mani/pedi.However, when it came time to pay, their Wi-Fi had been disrupted and were only taking cash payments, yet still taking new clients without explaining the situation. Skipping details of this inconvenience, please just make sure to bring cash to pay for your service. I suggested they obtain a backup option for payment (PayPal, Venmo, etc). I sincerely hope the owner heads this advice, as demanding cash only on a whim, makes for a VERY non relaxing, inconvenient experience. Due to payment issue, I was at salon 3 hours and 30 minutes, which is entirely too long!

Love this place. Very nice people and quality service for a great price. Just be aware that there is usually quite a wait (about 30 minutes or so) especially in the afternoons.

I went Saturday morning got my nails done by 11 to had cracks on them by Friday 2 had broke off an another one had cracked. Money truly wasted I’ve never had nails crack or come off in less than a week

My 1st time there and they treated me AMAZING!!! They make sure you are happy and satisfied with all the services you receive!!!!!! I live in Hinesville but will be a regular customer for now on. The pedicure I received from a gentleman there was the best I ever had!!!!!!! If you get the chance to have him you are LUCKY!!!! Can’t wait for my next one lol!! Emy did my nails I believe and they are everything I wanted and more I love designs and gems and they are beautiful!

Just got my daughters nails painted for the first time. What an amazing job Shae did. She walked us through the whole thing and made my daughters first nail spa experience a memorable one.

Visiting the city and needed a manicure. I could not make an appointment online so I called. The lady was nice & helpful and making an appointment was very easy. When I arrived the lady greeted me with a smile and made my whole experience excellent! She was funny and took her time on my nails. I would recommend this nail spa center. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they do a fabulous work!

Today, was my 3rd appointment at this nail spa center and once again it was worth the money. The staff is really friendly, kind and do not gossip. My nails got filed, scrubbed & then painted. Additionally, I wanted nail art on my big toes which I added when I set up the appointment Im sure they appreciate the heads up. There is a large selection of nail polish, more options than in the past. I go here, my sister goes here and I have also taken my cousin with me as well!!

Service was slow ! I waited 2 hours after owner told me to wait 30 min. Also gel and overlay lasted me 3 days at the most . Very poor service, the owner is rude and inconsiderate ! I moved recently to Richmond-Hill and i was looking to find a nail salon close . If you are willing to make the drive go to LA nails in Hinesville and ask for Jenny ! She is amazing I have been going to her for 5 years!!!!!!!!!

Been going here for a year. Every time I have made an appointment I have never sat down for longer than ten minutes waiting. I just get the basic pedicure. They do it very well & fast. My nail color stays on for 3 weeks. Wonderful customer service, friendly staff, clean salon, easy to use appointment scheduling on their website, and paying is easy & fast. Great nail salon services and atmosphere.

Wish I could give zero stars. Had the worst experience here with Emy ! Who I believe is the owner/ manager. After I asked her about the price for something and mentioned that it was a little higher than what I usually paid, she got the nastiest attitude with me. Her words if youre poor you know, you really shouldnt get your nails done I was so shocked and disgusted. She said this while trying to act like she was talking about other people. She said this while roughly doing my nails and making sly remarks . When she started her rude remarks I was almost done so I just wanted to finish as fast as possible and go and never come back. I paid quickly because I really didnt want to sit there and argue. Even as I paid she gave me backhanded compliments while laughing with her other nail artist! So unprofessional and disgusting. I will never go back and will make sure I tell everyone I know to never go to this nail salon. Such a horrible experience.

I did not have a great experience at all. After waiting 30 mins in my chair, the owner asked me to get up to help someone who came after me. On top of that the employees overall were very rude. My nails also do not look good. I would not recommend wasting your money on this place.

Had my first pedicure and manicure here. I will definitely come back when I can. Beautiful atmosphere, and great people. I highly recommend this as an way to show yourself some love.

Today I visited this location for the first time. I had the spa pedicure and it was amazing. The gentlemen doing it was polite and professional. I then had a manicure and gel polish. Betty was a pure delight. Work was on point and no hidden up charges.

Owner and husband is extremely nice. They work very fast.

Went with a friend on a Sunday afternoon. There were a few customers in the shop but we were seated almost right away. The deluxe pedicure was enjoyable and they did a great job. All other customers seemed to be enjoying their services.

This is my spot my girl Jessica always get me right. Great customer service. Sam is awesome with my daughter and children in general PATIENCE with them. Lord knows my daughter will mess up the same toe 10x and Sam right there fixing it!!

This was a wonderful nail salon! The employees and owner were professional, courteous and friendly. Emy (the owner) patiently waited for me to decide what I wanted to do and Im very pleased with both my manicure and pedicure. While I was in there, a customer came in wanting a very specialized art design. When she found out that they would not be able to assist her with that today, she became irate and told the owner that she was going to give her a bad review. What a shame. I believe that it is irresponsible and even harmful to misuse social media because of some imagined slight.

I recently moved to Richmond Hill and have tried two other nail salons and was not satisfied. Today was my first time trying Emys and I couldnt be more satisfied! Nicole was my technician and she was very attentative and quick. Quick but precise! I will definitely be going back!

This is the second time I’ve been to this salon to try and give it a fair shot, but I will NEVER come here again! This is the second time I’ve ended up waiting 45min to an hour for a basic pedicure! This is also the second time I’ve watched them work on another walk in client (like myself) before me after I arrived first! Unacceptable! If you want a proper pedicure and good customer service I highly suggest you go somewhere else!!!

New Owners as of July 2018!!They really cleaned up the place and brightened up the stations. They offer individual spa therapies for pedicures including detox, relax, revive, etc.Great experience both times. Pedicure was terrible. And when I chose the regular pedicure she kept saying you try deluxe.... No regular... She kept going on about the deluxe. Also I had asked for pink and white manicure on my toes and she couldnt paint the white

Sometimes they are ok and sometimes not, if you get the owner or Nicole they are usually pretty good with fill in and acrylic, but some of the other older ladies are not very understanding even when you ask them to fix something they still seem to so what they want and not what you ask.

I tried the services at this pedicure spa salon last week and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. All the staff was friendly and so welcoming. They took their time on both my shellac mani & pedi; they were done to perfection. I like that they use high-quality products and are so dedicated and committed to excellence. The place is super clean as well! I am anxious to see how long their products last on my nails. If they do last, this will be my go-to place for my nail care needs!

I made a appointment for 5 of us to get our nails done,when we got there (even early) They did not have us down. We will not be returning. Was very very disappointed in how we were treated. Owner was like we didnt make one but girl said yes they did and owner had okayed appointment because I heard her in background say yes when other girl asked. We went glamor nails and got treated great.

I had to come in for a redo and Emy was awesome. She redid my nails and they look awesome. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

Ive been going here for years and Ive really noticed a change for the better with the new owner. I love the scent options available for the deluxe pedicure and John always does a great job on my nails and he takes his time. Emy is constantly getting new products. Love my new chrome gel mani!

First time customer. Glue was applied in abundance causing it to stick to skin around nails. Nails were cut with scissors. Friendly conversation. Got a seat right after walking in. Lots of colors to choose from.

I gave this nail place two chances and I am still paying for it. I came in with a full set acrylic and I asked that they be removed and redone. The lady filled them instead when I had asked to have the removed she said no they are still “new”. Five day’s later I had six nails fall completely off. I went in and the lady said she would fix it if I came back at six. When I went back She removed the rest of the nails and said she would fix it for forty dollars. Well I needed them done so I said okay. She continued to file the top of my nails down to the point it hurt. She then proceeded to do my set. She didn’t make sure the nails were symmetrical and she didn’t even paint the full nail. I can deal with little imperfections but this was terrible. I was upset and decided not to go back. I went to another nail place and had the set removed only to learn that my nails are damaged and all I can do is wait till they grow out. I will not be recommending emy’s nails to anyone. Went in to get my acrylics filled because my normal place was closed for a family event. I was the only one there for the majority of the time, and any time a staff member was free they would sleep in the massage chairs. The woman who did my nails filed more skin than nail, and managed to slice the cuticles on every finger with the grinder, four of which even required the clotting ointment. Instead of an apology, I got a lecture on how dry my cuticles were; maybe if you hadnt used three drenched cotton swabs to remove the previous polish and actually putting some effort into the removal I wouldnt have fingertips like the Sahara right now. 10 hours later, my cuticles still hurt to the touch and I am constantly picking off flakes of acrylic from my skin. I could also have done a better polish job myself drunk and blindfolded, and my nails arent even straight, they are filed at an angle like some Startrek creature. I was even made to pay INCLUDING TIP in the middle of the affair, which I begrudgingly did because I could tell that if I didnt tip she would only eff me up worse than before. If I had my way I wouldnt have paid at all, and it is only through sheer frustration and not even wanting to look at the place again that I dont demand a refund. Save your time, pain receptors, and money.

Ive been going to this Nail Salon for almost a year now. They are extraordinary!!! They always are welcoming and willing to try whatever designs I bring in to try on my nails. Jenny is the BEST an Vu always is completely a perfectionist on my toes!!!!! Great leg massages too!!!

I think an uncertified high schooler did my nails today and Im not happy with the results. Cuticles are jagged, the sides and especially tops of my nails are rough. The paint is thick on my skin under my nails, so my nail is stuck to my skin. After she painted two nails, she called her mom over to finish the job she could not complete successfully. I cringed when I paid $55. For what I got, I couldve done it myself. This used to be my go to place, but I will sadly not be returning.

I wanted my manicure to last long but no I went in my pool and when I got out the are ruined but my friends manicure are still perfect I don’t get that so I’m not going back

My daughter went there to get a full set and a pedi and they did not listen to her request for short nails. When she asked them to cut them shorter the lady told her they would be shortened within the process and was rude. Which of course is not the truth. She ended up leaving there withno long but REALLY long nails very dissatisfied. It was a waste of $45 taking as I had to take her somewhere else to have them fixed.

Ive not had bad service yet. Ill keep coming back!
