Best nail salon experience Ive ever had!! These are the nicest and most welcoming people. My regular nail salon closed down for Covid exposure the day of my appointment. Diamond Nails got me right in with a next day appointment and even called me back to offer me a sooner time (Ive found this far and few with nail salons around here). I had to bring my baby as this new appt day was unexpected and was nervous she wouldnt last long in the stroller. They worked on my nails and toes at the same time to get me in and out as quick as possible. They reassured me that the baby was no bother and one of the techs (didnt catch their names) even painted my daughters toes for her and helped entertain her. I felt like such a burden and they made me feel so at home, comfortable, and welcome. They didnt rush on my nails and toes, even with trying to hurry for the babys sake, so my nails look so great! Ill never forget this awesome experience and Im very thankful for these nice people. The salon was clean, didnt smell of acrylic, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I think this is going to be my new nail home!

Very clean, very friendly! They do a great job here. Ive been to a couple of nail salons and always try to give them a chance with multiple visits if Im unimpressed with my first. Diamond Nails was awesome first time around! Definitely found my go to place from now on!Would definitely suggest an appointment because they are super busy.

The owners are super friendly and fun to chat with. Loved my pedicure and fill with gel polish. Lots of variety in colors. Salon is very clean. I just moved here from Oregon and this will be my new salon I go to from now on!

Great service! We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they recreated them very well and put a lot of effort into getting the designs right. They were very nice and professional.

Tried a new place today and they did not disappoint! This is a family owned/run nail salon with friendly service. I did not feel rushed and they made sure that my nails were perfect! In addition, the salon was very clean and ventilated. My new spot!!

This salon is simply amazing. The owners are fantastic, so personable, so kind and genuinely take their time on each customer. They do not rush, and take your needs into account. It is clean, and they have a great selection of colors. I will not go to another salon around here other than Diamond Nails.

I have been to a few places here in Richmond Hill GA and honestly was about to give up.. I found Diamond nails and I can’t say enough how refreshing it is to go somewhere, go home and NEVER get enough of my nails. It is by appointment only but you can schedule same day. LOVE this husband and wife duo! They are so funny and make you feel so comfortable. And the pedicure my mom and I received was better than the last time we went to a spa. I would 100% recommend coming here.

The staff was not too welcoming but they did take care of us and did a fantastic job! One of the better pedicures I have had.

So, I went to this salon three times to get my nails done and it was, to say, satisfactory. The first time I went there, she did was very nice job but the shape was not what I asked for nor were the nails all the same length, she also was having a hard time figuring out how to do the design I asked for so I ended up simplifying it to make it easier. Second time I went the same thing- not exactly what I asked for and the nails were not the same length or shape. Then the third Time I went I ended up breaking one of my nails four days after I had gotten them done. When I went back to get it fixed somebody else did it. The nail was extremely shorter than the rest of my nails as well as the shape looking like a teardrop opposed to being straight sided like my other nails. And then they charged me seven dollars to get it fixed even though I was there only four days ago. I don’t think I will be using this salon again but I do recommend it for people who like to get their nails done short sweet and simple. The atmosphere is nice and the people are friendly but they are not the best at handling long length nails.

My mother and I had a great experience. Right now, services are by appointment limiting the number of people in the salon at one time. I had dip powder, and my mother had a pedicure with paradise. Joseph and Phuong are caring and professional.

They were very rude when me and my sister walked in. We stood there for a moment before the lady asked us anything. She didn’t even look at us while asking if we made an appointment. They were very unprofessional, so me and my sister walked out without getting our nails done.

This place is great. So relaxing, and they are awesome at pedis. I will definitely go back!

While the work is good. They are not good at being on time. I only make appointments and having to wait and hour is just unacceptable.

If you’ve never been to Diamond Nails located in Richmond Hill, Ga you simply must go! I have been going to Jojo and Sophia for six years now, and they do an outstanding job on both my nails and pedicure. The environment is clean and the quality is superior and second to none. They can also do almost any Pinterest style out there, because they have the most up to date gels, polishes, equipment and other conveniences needed to keep up with the ever changing styles. For six years I have always left as a satisfied customer, thus the reason I return and will travel from Hinesville Ga. every two weeks. They are simply the best!
