This was my first time going to this nail shop. Chassidy did my nails and I love them. I will be making an appointment w her to domy fill in.

Im a truck driver and I was just passing through Georgia and needed a fill badly. Not only did they squeeze me in on a Sunday at 3:30 when they close at 5 they let me bring my puppy in. Very unprofessional and rude people! These people have no customer service skills at all and they do not do good nails. If you want something more complicated or if you show them a picture of something, they won’t be able to do it. They are also dishonest and will give you one price before doing your service and then another price when it is time to pay. Steer clear away from this place! There are many other nice nail salons in Richmond Hill that will be happy to serve you. The techs in this salon don’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction, they only care about getting your money. Please do not waste your time or money going to this salon. I wish I had read the reviews before going. This is a zero star salon.

The lady that did my lashes was very nice and did a good job. The man that did my nails was terrible. My nails look horrible, he barely spoke except to tell me they didnt have a peach color that I showed him a picture of. Their card reader was down and it was cash or cash app only. I asked for a rounded tip and they are all crooked and uneven. Some areas are very thin and others thick. I asked him to fix one of the more crooked nails and he got mad and filed it a little bit but it is still crooked along with several others. My lashes, nails and and a manicure for my son which basically was nothing but them filing them a little and nothing else was $120. I immediately wanted to go somewhere else to fix my nails, but Im in vacation and have a budget to stick to. I havent done anything to abuse my nails at all and the edges are rough and the top coat is coming off. He put a base coat then painted the tip then used remover to make it the correct shape. That took the base coat off as well as the color. Then put a top coat on. I do not recommend this place at all. I really really wanted my lashes and nails done as I havent had them done in over 3 years. I finally splurge on myself and its horrible. Im so disappointed. He finished my nails in less than 30 minutes if that tells you anything.

Very unprofessional and dishonest!! The lady that does the lashes showed me pictures of the different types and different prices. I told her I wanted the $30 ones and she ended up giving me the $50 ones. I did not know until I went to checkout. I told the manager I asked for the $30 ones and the lady that did the lashes lied and said that there are no $30 ones and that the ones she showed me were all $50. Of course, the manger sided with her.In terms of my nails, I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he said okay. Apparently, they did not have the materials to do the nails I wanted and he tried to remix them. When I told him again what I wanted, he started yelling at me, telling me I don’t know what I want and asking other nail techs to help me figure it out. I was mortified and embarrassed. He was very rude, saying he had other customers to take care of, but everyone else was already being taken care of. I decided not to even let him finish my nails.Overall, rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Very poor customer service skills. I see now why the ratings are so low. This was my first and last time getting services at this salon. Beware!!If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Pretty competitive pricing. My feet have never felt better. And the leg massage let my feeling like limp noodles. Highly reccomend. 😩😩😩

I am new to Richmond Hill and love my nail salon downtown but the drive is to long so I decided to give this place a try. I walked in and they got me started immediately. I needed a pink and white fill and Alex did an amazing job. I am so happy I found a permanent nail salon close to home. The staff was professional and the salon was clean, not to mention the prices were great. Thank you again Alex for an amazing experience.

I just left this location maybe twenty minutes ago and this location is sooo trash. Workers did not understand when I asked for tips and kept getting up to leave in the middle of my service. The man also scratch me with the drill and did not apologize. I definitely will not be going back there again. This was a waste of time. I recommend going to the one on Hudson memorial so much better services .

This nail salon has terrible customer service. I went to get a mani /pedi and the nail tech was mean. She didnt smile she yanked at my feet and hands. I have visited this salon before and I get the same harsh treatment everytime. I think its because Im black. I noticed that whites dont get treated like I do.I hate being treated this way and they still think they deserve a tip. Horrible.

If i could give negative stars i would.. the guy doing my nails completely rushed me and cut my cuticles bad.. i had to go back the next day because the nails were falling apart because of how poorly they were done.. when i asked for them to get someone else to do my nails they refused and were very rude! 10/10 do not recommend going to this place!!Go anywhere else but here!

I went to this place, and they were so rude! These people are rascist, and very unfair. They treat us black people like we dont matter when we walk in the door and like our voices are not meant to be heard. My grandmother went to these people last week and they were very aggressive and rough with her. So low and sick you of you people to treat someone like that!

Very good. Not very talkative but very nice and they did great work. My fiance went with me and got his first ever pedicure and it was so good that he wants to keep going to pedicures together.

If I could give this salon 0 or minus stars I would. Was there Saturday. Sunday the first nail cracked. Today Monday 2 of them are broken. None of my nails are even or even looking the same. All of them are crooked and wobbly. The nails are going over the nail bed and just look like my 3 year old has done them. Service is rushed and unprofessional

I don’t get pedicure often, but when I do I always come here. Once, I even brought my husband and my son and they enjoyed it very much. This a great place to get your feet looking and feeling like baby feet.

I absolutely love this salon!! Ivy is the best, she makes my eyebrows look perfect and my nails amazing. She really takes her time and does an amazing job!!! Everyone there is super nice and its a clean salon too!

I took my sister here to get her nails done for her birthday. She showed the nail tech (African American Lady) the shaped she wanted and she said okay. Long story short she ruined her nails. Then caught an attitude and walked out when he told her thats not what she wanted. The gentlemen tried to fix them, but the shape was already ruined. We felt the way they handled our situation was very unprofessional. On the bright side Ivy and Anna did amazing on our toes. Its so unfortunate the other employee acted that way or else we would have rated much higher.

I asked for a color and then they painted the wrong color on my nails so i asked my guy to fix it. In my mind i expected him to take off my nail polish and paint a new coat on.. well i was wrong for thinking that, he just proceeded to take a different color and paint over top the original wrong color. The nail polish is basically see through and it’s all over my skin.. definitely would not recommend this place.

Less than a week later, my toe nails were chipped BAD!!! Generally a pedicure last over a month on my toes... I think the manager is kind but I have to find another place.

After a horrible experience over a year ago with my mother I went back today with friends. The lady that did my full set of pink and white became very angry when I asked her to file more off the top of the acrylics. So much so that she purposely painted the gel on my nails sideways with ridges instead of up and downs and smooth. I’ve never in my life seen nails done like that. When I spoke up and told her that I wanted them fixed and not by her she physicals grabbed my hands so theGentlemen working there could not see what she had done. I had Gel down the side of my fingers underneath my nails it was awful. The man that works there came over and fixed them and apologize profusely. There is no excuse to act like a child. I could not believe this woman. I will NEVER EVER go back. Save your money and go to the salons down the road. This place was the absolute worst.

I was just in Legacy Nails and both nail chairs was full and two feet chairs, I wanted eyelashes and was willing to wait being no one was in the waiting area but they told me to come back tomorrow. Idk if the reason was I was the only black person there but NO I dont recommend anyone to go there.

My husband and I went there this morning and didnt have to wait. I recieved a Great fill-in/cut down by Alex. At the same time I recieved a Awesome pedicure by Ivy. My husband got a pedicure and manicure by another young lady that he really enjoyed! We will be Returning as long as the service is Great!

Do NOT go here! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and ended up getting burned. Why the lady put wax on my eyelids is beyond me but she did! As a result, I ended up with scabs from being burned by the hot wax. Save yourself the pain and trouble and go elsewhere.

I have been going to this salon for the last two years on a biweekly basis, and I have never had anything but the greatest experience all around. Everyone is so nice, and they all do a wonderful job! I REFUSE to go anywhere else!

If i could rate below a 1 star, I would. The person who did my eyebrow waxing had no clue what she was doing. I was VERY UNHAPPY with the job done on my eyebrows. It looked as if nothing was even done and just oils put on my brows. She did not comprehend how eyebrows are to be arched. My brows now look like an upside down smiley face. NEVER going back!!!

Ive been coming here for years. They have good service and dont have that pesky nail salon smell. They even hosted a private bridal pamper day for my wedding.

You would do better having a six-year-old do a pedicure for you. Im sure there are some good technician ar this shop, I just was not lucky enough to be placed with one. Be selective!

Just came in at 7:30 and had a pedicure done. Ive bee so busy at work its the only time I could get in. Not only did the lady who did my nails do a great job, she didnt act like she was in rush to get it done. Very satisfied and will return!

This nail shop is beyond the WORST nail salon I have been to. I didn’t like my nails so instead of him giving me my money back, he tried to blame me for not liking them. Both hands looked like two different lengths. He made me wait an hour just to take the nails off for me. In the process of taking my nails off he cuts me and instead of apologizing he just keeps continuing to take them off. I will NEVER return back to this nail shop. Oh, the man I was dealing with was the OWNER.

0/5: This business broke my Apple Watch. The nail tech touched my belongings without my consent and dropped my watch on the floor shattering the glass and screen. I come back a week later after an agreement with the staff that they will replace it when I bring in the receipt. She caused a scene when I came back with the receipt for $328.00. She had her sister on speaker phone with me and her and the nail tech both screaming at me while people are getting their nails done. She decided that she pretty much was Apple and only paid 150.00 for it. Scandalous business and they don’t autoclave their equipment after each use. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in for a very basic fill and gel, and it looked like someone put marshmallows on my fingers. Save your money and go to one the salons up the street. My nails were so bad that I went and had them fixed some where else after the fact.

This is by far the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They are over priced and you dont get what you pay for. The Lil Nail Shop in Richmond Hill is the best. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this nail shop, its not worth your time or money.

I have introduce to the powder dip. And my nails are strong and beautiful. The man who did that was professional.

I came in and it was almost closing time, but hesitantly they said that I could come in and pick a color and that I would have to wait 10 mins which I didn’t mind. Because I had to wait, I stepped out for 5 minutes to talk to my sister and when I came back the door was locked and a woman told me to come back tomorrow and the man who told me to pick a color shoo’d me away. My complaint is this: a business should follow through with their word, treat their customers with honor and respect, and not as if they’re disposable. This was my 1st experience at this place and I will not be returning.

The two gentleman that work at this location are fantastic. If they arent there walk out and go anywhere else.There is one woman in particular to avoid at all cost. She so is rude and does an absolutely terrible job.

Quiet and comfortable! The owner and staffbare super friendly. They trested my mom and me as if we were regulars. bo strong acetone smell or any smell really. They keep the foot baths impeccably clean. Love love loooove it!

Poor customer service. Had me waiting for 20 minutes without telling me anything after asking me to sit down. Then when i asked how much longer she told me 20 more minutes. Did she really expect me to wait 40 minutes? Not even an apology offered

Do not go to this place if you want good shellac done. They put inexperienced staff on the floor that provide second tier quality. My shellac literally peeled off and I went back to get it fixed and they were extremely rude to me and made me wait over two hours while other customers went in front of me, Im stubborn so I waited. Overpriced as well. Make sure you establish cost upfront or youre in for a surprise.

Horrible my toe nails from my pedicure still have the paint color I walked in with under my new color and the dead skin remover cut up the bottom of my already smooth feet so I left worse than when I came in. Got a rude man with an attitude who DOES NOT know how to apply a set of gel nails and I made him stop before he could continue ruining my nails and all he did was get mad and argue with me then walk away not speaking English to the other technicians making me very uncomfortable .one man in there tried very hard to make up for the other mans mistakes and was beyond sweet so i appreciated him but everything else was a huge disappointment unfortunately definitely WASTED my $$

Staff was polite enough but it was very dirty. I was made to wait for 30 minutes at a table with nail clippings all over it! Ew! My manicure was very rushed and looks very sloppy. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

So I got the mani/pedi which I thought it was going to be amazing. Well the pedicure was and only because I paid extra $10 to have a creme rubbed on my legs and feet. It felt like a spa. Now lets talk about the manicure... it took 5 minutes max. The nail polish does not even cover the entire damn nail and lets talk about the cuticles... I still have them. the guy put nail polish on top of them!! very disappointed because I paid $45 for a mani/pedi and it was not worth it! The guy said that my nails were fine and I was ready to go... yeah sure I was. One of my nails was ruined when I was getting my credit card out to pay.

They added $5.00 to my purchase to my $50 purchase. Gave them their tip in cash. Got my $5.00 back.

Rushed and had awful experience

I came here Sunday and got my nails done and my pinky nail broke the night I got them done I went back and got it fixed for free but the next day another nail broke when I scratched my leg !

Horrible customer service, horrible job done on my pedicure. The technician acted as if she didnt want to be there. I spoke with the owner about it and he had the nerve to try and give me a sample of lotion. I didnt want anything for free, I just wanted what I paid for.
