A friend of mine was in a jam and needed a tow. I called and set up the tow, all we had to do was go to the car put the keys under the mat, and a flatbed delivered it back to her house. Theyre honest as I double checked the mileage, as Google Maps had indicated it was 16 miles and al I was charged was 16 miles in addition to the hook up fee. I am a very happy customer, and my friend can get back and forth to work. The dispatcher was very professional and the driver was awesome as he had to back in a narrow driveway and he did it with no help at night. Thanks Porters

I understand if we were in the wrong, but this company towed our car even though we had our parking lot sticker where it needed to be. We told them this and they said “well it doesn’t matter, it’s $150 still” this business is unprofessional and rude.

My car was towed from my complexs lot overnight. Porter was extremely unprofessional, as they could not provide an address to pick up my car. They simply said their guy would meet me on a gravel road in a truck off airport rd.The situation seemed sletchy and scammy. I belive they pulled the parking pass off my car.

A while ago I needed a car towed, I contacted Porters Towing and he gave me a very reasonable quote. I agreed and he came in a timely manner. Mike was extremely polite and courteous, the rate was extremely fair and his whole persona was extremely professional. I will use this company for all my future towing needs if possible, its extremely rare to find a honest company who wont try and rip you off just because youre a woman. Ive recommended this company before and will continue to do so in the future.

A driver from this company wrongfully towed my car out of my apartment complex parking lot even though I had a parking sticker until THEY removed it and charged me $200 to find a way all the way across town to a location that wasn’t specifically able to be addressed due to lack of any sort of knowledge from these people. Seems to be a company run by con artists and children. Can not believe this is real.

I cant even give this place 1 star. I am sure under normal circumstances they are probably a pretty good company. I am sure they try to hire some pretty good people. However they have one employee names CHRIS who is obviously not a stable person. I had the misfortune of dealing this idiot of a person over the phone. When I called. I asked who am I speaking to. This very unprofessional, idiot of man says to me. You called me who are you. What business answers the phone like that. I wish this towing company the best but because of this employee you have left a very nasty taste. And I hope I never have to deal with him ever again.

This company tows cars in my community for expired tags & inspections. I guess they don’t realize the dmv has been closed for how many months due to a pandemic. Shady if you ask me.

This is a very good company. When you do private property in pounds and repo cars from bad debtors you get negative response. But he does help a lot of people out in the community I own a towing company and he has help me out a few times great company to work with.

Two weeks ago my vehicle cut off on me on a blind turn out in Warren County at 7:30 am. I had two children in my car and it wouldnt start. I called Porters and the owner Mike Porter arrived within 15 minutes. He towed my vehicle to the mechanic I requested and charged a reasonable rate. He even offered to take the children and I wherever we needed to go. I declined because we already had family on the way to pick us up. I would highly recommend Porters Towing, LLC. And with the issues with google I want to set a few things straight PRICING, 50 $ in town flat rate lock out and jump start are 40 $ during business hrs out of town towns start at 65 hook up first five miles are free then goes to 3 $ a mile, when ppl say we charge 150 for three miles it means they was illegally parked and was impounded that’s not the same as they called and I towed them so that’s clear there are two sides to towing and we are trying to be on both sides but the bad side of course over weighs the good side. I was in a accident Saturday nov 24 about 8:30 at night. He was behind the truck that hit us. Matt stopped to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed help. He called the cops for us cause our car was a total lost. He was completely helpful about everything. He towed our car to our house and made sure everything was good before leaving. About a year ago Porters Towing came and got my car because I wasnt making my payments, i was out of work for a injury and couldnt live on what i was getting every month to pay my car. I was so mad at these guys taking my car how dare they do that!!!!!! Looking back they helped me carry my heavy items to my door were polite and very helpful. Yes I was mad and said some really nasty things but when everything was over I realized they are doing a job and went above and beyond to help me at that very moment. Since then I have called them to tow another vehicle and change a tire for me. They were very prompt and very courteous and got me on the road in no time. The prices fair with the other companys in the area because i did call around. Even though that night I was supper angry It hit me days later it wasnt Porters Towing fault i hit hard times but i needed to be pissed at someone. I would suggest these guys to family & friends because I know that they will get the job done and not rob you.

Lets enlighten people on this company and any other tow company, for one out of experience with this company, If you want to be towed you also have to ha e manors and respect, if you treat people with respect you will get the same in return. This company has my respect. They are kind hearted and very professional. The prices set are very understandable, as it take a lot to keep the maintenance on tow trucks, fuel them etc, the tow industry is a very stressful industry inside and out. So please remember that you taking your frustrations out on the employees places them in a negative mind set also. When it comes to having your car repossessed and or impounded, dont take that out on the company, you are legally by contract to pay your car note and if you do not do so the tow company is leagally binded by contract to take the car back as it legally does not belong to you. And trust and believe if someone bought something, anything from you on a payment plan and broke that contract you would be doing the same. If you park illegally, and the signs warn you that you will be towed or you are on private property, you have now broken the law and I am pretty sure you would rather pay to retrieve your car instead of sit in jail and well pay those fines and retrieve your car. Follow the rules and laws and you wont have that problem. There is so much more to towing than anyone can imagine UNLESS you have worked in the industry. And I for one can tell you that the PORTER TOWING COMPANY is one hell of a company and will take care of you professionaly and kindly, weather you are in need of a tow, tire change, jump start, or a jug of milk.
