Ive had oden for several years theyve always been very good with me. Today however I called to make changes to my policy and spoke to Steve. He was very rude! So now Im switching insurance companies. I will never go through Oden again. Steve, learn some customer service skills and treat your loyal customers better if you wish to keep them!

I called in to ask questions and the agent was extremely rude. I was asking questions on how to start a claim for a mutual customer and she was combative with her responses. I eventually realized she did not want to help me so I said I would call the 1-800 number. She obviously wasnt listening to me because after she finished saying something else rude she said let me get you the claim phone number, which I said I already have that and then I thanked her and hung up.EDIT 5/11: Thank you for the response but I wasnt requesting any type of confidential information on the customer except on how to start the claim. Your staff is rude, bottom line. You all didnt even assist with providing the claim phone number, I told your employee I would call the 1-800 to get my questions answered because she obviously didnt want to help.

Cant insurer a car because .Some tape on a headlight thats crazyMust work for the local dealershipThe cars headlight has a leak and blows the bulb .I was told its over $2000 in damages so they cant insure it .I know where no to go back to
