I had dip done on my nails on a Friday, by Sunday they were lifting off. I had 1 nail crack and another one partially broke off. When I called, they would not give me a refund and offered to have gel put on my nails instead. I could have someone else there do dip, but not for another 3 days! Horrible customer service!!!I have been getting dip on my nails for years and have never had this happen. I am new to the area and will not be going back. Not to mention I was there for 2 hours because the girl was late to work. I will not be going back…don’t waste your time or money!! Huge disappointment

The only reason i will not give 5 ⭐️ is because I didn’t think the place was as clean as it should be but I have to say I did had a good experience with my manicure and pedicure. I can be hard to please and Kat she did great! I told her I like people to take their time and I prefer appointments. She took her time, very detailed, very funny and friendly. I can say the same for all the other girls that were there. I have a salon where I go regularly and i happen to need services right away, when i called they didn’t even ask they told me head this way and we can help you. Really nice 👍

Katelyn (Sp.?) took me promptly at my appointment time & provided a menu of choices for my indulgent pedicure. We settled in to a lovely first service with hilarious banter involving her sister, Madison, who also works at Savvy.I could easily have had a quiet pedicure had I wished, but enjoyed the social outing aspect of the indulgent pedicure.The service was good and my toes look as cute as can be!I wouldnt have turned down an add-on/upcharge gel topcoat offer to avoid the smear I made on the drive home. That ones totally on me!

Can not do SNS dip powder! This is the second place Ive tried in RH and both places have been horrible. Didnt do all the steps associated with the process and nails are lumpy! I guess people cant do SNS. Only went to this place because all the other nail salons were booked and you needed an appointment. They had good ratings, but I dont see how. I moved from Pooler and needed to get my nails done to hold me over until my nail tech was available, guess I should have waited. Ill be driving to Pooler from now on!

Last Friday I got a full set of gel nails and pedicure for me and my friend. My nails are coming off daily and have 5 left. Very unhappy. I’m updating my post because they have been very great about contacting me to fix the problem they really are a great place and I appreciate their quick response to fix any situation

Visited Savvy Nails this morning for a pedicure and had a great experience. Madison was the technician I worked with and she was professional, friendly and did a beautiful job. I felt relaxed and pampered at the end and my toes are flip flop ready! I had the “Indulge Pedicure” and decided on the charcoal treatment at the recommendation of Madison and was not disappointed! Great atmosphere!

Fantastic service, and nails lasted a week and a half! Good pricing too. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially the owner.

For one they got bad service in Dey, then dat lady wit redish hair she messed up my nails so bad she got Polish all over my nails, this is so embarrassing & I’m going out of town wit a lot of people and they charge to much $90 dollars for toes and these ugly nails bring down the price theses nails to ugly for it to be that much money I wish I can show y’all a picture ima find out and ima post the picture, y’all need to fire her cause this is unacceptable .

Ive been coming here for about four years. The new staff pays really close attention to detail. The last time I went for a pedicure, the polish didnt chip for almost three weeks. Nothing fancy. Just the basics. I can only imagine how much longer it would have lasted if I went for the gels or other things. The staff is very diverse. Great conversations. Always feel welcome. No heavy smells. No bad attitudes. I would recommend making appointments just so you are guaranteed a spot. They are very accommodating to walk-ins, but customers get snippy when they have to wait. The staff never gets nasty about it themselves. They are just trying to take care of everyone. They will take great care of you too.

When you walk into the salon, Sasha (the owner) and her incredible crew will make you feel like a welcome friend. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and refreshingly clean. You can expect amazing service and reasonable prices, accompanied by a policy of guaranteed satisfaction. Savvy Nails is definitely a FIVE STAR experience!

Place looks nice but didnt stay long because they only had one nail available. The other worker I assume cant do nails because we asked for a filling and she said the other lady was busy and would be for the next hr. I think thats bad business to have 2 people working but only 1 can actually work. So I guess they only want 1 customer a day. She was polite about it that why I did 2 stars

Getting my nails done is a treat again! I was referred to Sasha for my first gel nail experience. I will not go anywhere else, and now my daughter goes as well. I just moved to Savannah so I decided to give a local place a try. Coming from someone who use to do nails, I feel ripped off. I don’t know the name of the girl who did my nails but it killed me not to give her tips on what she’s doing wrong. I understand how it is starting off doing nails so I didn’t want to seem rude and I still tipped her. However, I needed my gel off and to get a simple manicure. I was excited to get the manicure because I haven’t got one in awhile. For one, she used the drill and file WAY to much. She just simply needed to let my nails soak longer so that it wouldn’t hurt my nails so much with the filing. Then my “manicure” was seriously her putting cuticle softener on my nails and then telling me to wash my nails and she didn’t even cut anything off. She went through all of my nails with the cuticle cutter with just touching my nails and not actually cutting anything off. And I knew I needed it because it’s been like a year. Also, she didn’t even let my nails soak in warm water with the cuticle softener, she rubbed it in my nails with her fingers and told me to wash my hands. Will not be going back.

Savvy nails is the best, most well managed, clean, and relaxing salon in the area. I go in frequently and have never had anything but great experiences. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Sacha is FREAKING AWESOME and I wouldn’t consider going somewhere else.

Loved the personalized care! I was allowed a nice, leisurely soak that started my appointment off in a very relaxed way. The one on one attention with not a lot of “chit chat” was so nice too- had a stressful day and I loved the tranquility! Overall I can’t think of better service any place else in Richmond Hill.

Although i was happy with how nice everyone was, I was kinda disappointed with my nails. I got an ombre dip, i forgot by who. But i think she needs a little more practice because it looked kinda sloppy. I had the pink and white ombre dip done and the white ended up looking light pink and there were also some pink spots on the “white”. And the fact that it took 2 hours i thought was ridiculous!Ive only had my nails dipped once in Chicago and i was in love with those results! And it didnt take more than 1 hour. So i was expecting the same results.I havent even had my nails done for a week and i kind of already want them off and redone somewhere else.

Finding a new Salon every time you move is hard! Savvy Nails made me feel right at home. Their staff is welcoming and they do amazing work! Im glad I found an amazing Salon in my new town!

Never get nails done the right way. Always unprofessional. Doesn’t stay open until the listed times, so never know when I can go. If you must go here definitely call ahead and make an appointment.

I tried this place out because it seemed a bit nicer then the other places around here. And it was, but the service was mediocre. The lady doing my pedicure was nice but the service wasn’t very personalized I didn’t know her name she didn’t know mine and for a place that speaks full English is that really exceptional ? One of the employees was wearing sweat pants with her shirt high enough to see her tramp stamp which I saw when she put her hands in her pants. (???) and lit a cig right out side the window where everyone can see her. And the make that works there made sure everyone there knew she had a ingrown poor girl looked humiliated but that’s not my story to tell

So when I visited Georgia we looked up nail salons and this one had some pretty good reviews so we went. Well the service was good but its not even a week later and my nails are already falling off. The owner did our nails an I was shocked at how sloppy they came out an she didnt clean the glue or left over nail polish on my skin so ouch ! Peeling super glue off was not cool. I get my nails done all the time and I have to say out of all the salons I been to this was the worst with how my nails came out. My sister is also disappointed she already picked hers off. An the nails are not the same shapes. I dont want to complete bash this place because of how nice theyre but dont go here if your use to get your nails done.

This has become my favorite shop in Richmond Hill! I made an appointment, and they accommodated a pedicure for 6 ladies at the same time. It was my aunts 70th birthday weekend, and each of the techs were friendly, talkative, and excited for our celebration! Each of us came away very pleased with our service.

The place is fantastic, every time I go there I feel like home, all the girls (and a boy ;)) are like family to me by now. I would not trust my pedi to anyone else but Sacha (the owner) and Leigh Anne does a fantastic job on my hair. Love love love that color and cut, she truly has a passion for the hair styling. They’re never shy of trying new things and test everything on themselves before offering it to the clients. That’s how I know that everything I’m getting done in Savvy Nails is of a highest quality. And if they mess something up - they’re always owning up to it and fix it without any hesitation. I hightly recommend this place.

DO NOT GET SNS DONE HERE! The girl who did my nails was REALLY NICE AND KIND! However, business is business and the product was horrible. Honestly, my nails looked like I had cellulite in them. They were not smooth! I immediately went back in to get them redone by another person in the shop and the owner told me to wait and talk to the girl (Bria) who originally did them so she could fix. I told her I wanted her ( the owner) to fix them. I didn’t want Bria to fix bc I was convinced that she did not know what she was doing. Bria told me while doing my nails that the shop had only been doing SNS for about 6 months! I cringed on the inside! So in my mind, I figured the owner probably taught them. With that being said, I wanted the teacher to do my nails, not the student, again! The owner told me she was busy and booked for the rest of the day. She said have a seat and Bria would be with me. I left and just took this as a learning experience to NEVER GO BACK TO SAVVY NAILS AGAIN! FYI...I also got a pedicure done and it was AMAZING! BUT SNS NAILS IS A NO GO HERE! Will try to post picks...Reply to owner below... I am a frequent google reviewer. I look at google to help me pick out various establishments to patronize for whatever needs I may have or want. I am writing this to help customers out who are serious about the look of their (SNS) nailsI. Also, I find it very offensive for you to lie and add should of, would have, could haves to our conversation that went as follows... I came in and told you that I was unhappy with my nails and asked if they could be redone. You replied by saying “ok, Brea can look at them and fix.” I then said, “ Honestly I would prefer if someone else do them. Will you redo them?” You replied, “I am busy, booked for the day.” I then replied, “ok, well then I’d rather get them taken off.” You then said “ I need to talk to Brea, have seat and Brea will be with you.” Now, Instead of you lying about what took place, trying to make it seem as if I did not give you all a chance to fix. You were very direct and clear when you told me that you were busy and booked for the day. There was no, give a minute and I’ll schedule you in. There was only a “you need to talk to Brea, sit down, She will be with you.” So please don’t come online trying to digress from the issue at hand of my poorly done nails, which the pictures attached proves. Instead, try retraining your staff to professionally do SNS then maybe you won’t get a 1 star review. Unless the client is like the alleged client that you said saw nothing wrong with my nails, this will not be the last time you get a 1 star review. I am not being spiteful, this is simply what my experience was and the service I was given. You were booked for the day, remember?
