I’ve been going to Peace Love Wax for over 3 years. I usually go to Miranda but have also seen Courtney. Both do a great job and make the experience pleasant. Miranda and I laugh the whole time and she always makes my brows look great.She even worked with me for weeks before my wedding to get my eyebrows grown out the right amount to be shaped perfectly.Scheduling online is so easy, front desk is friendly, and it’s so affordable given the quality of service and staff.

Miranda did my eyebrows and lip wax. She did a good job at actually doing the shape and all that but she burnt my skin!! It looks like I took a flat iron to my eye lid 😭After doing that she basically blamed me for not telling her my skin is sensitive but I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and have never needed to them that I have sensitive skin. I’m upset because I expect better from this place. Now my skin is burnt right before I go back to school☹️

Brooke was great like she always has been. I followed her from another company. I find the no gratuity policy unusual but assuming the firm treats her well I am okay with it.

Maggie Cho was great! Very friendly & kept me comfortable. I booked same day and she did a fabulous job in getting me ready for my vacation

Got my waxing cherry 🍒 popped here. They were very informative and make you feel so comfortable. It could only be better if there was no pain involved, but at least you dont leave in tears with red marks all over.

I went in to get my eyebrows trimmed, shaped, and waxed.. first time ever doing this. Kately was absolutely AMAZING! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I had my first Brazilian wax with Haley Kryger - she is so incredibly nice and really puts you at ease with her sweet spirit. She is ridiculously talented at what she does and takes pride in her work. The process was so quick and was nowhere near as painful as people make Brazilian waxes out to be. It hardly hurt at all. The salon is so clean and aesthetically-pleasing! You feel relaxed just walking in the door! I cannot say enough good things about the salon and Haley!

Courtney is fantastic. She has a bubbly personality that is infectious. She always remembers things we talked about between appointments and asks how it turned out. When I was in process moving to a new house I spoke to her about the two houses and she remembered and asked which house we got. She always does great work, I’ve had brows, underarms and Brazilian with her.I did get a different person once when I needed a touch up for my brother’s wedding and Courtney wasn’t available. This person did a good job as well but they made my brows super thin, which isn’t what I prefer. I emailed the manager photos and a complaint. The manager refunded me that visit and Courtney helped find a solution in the interim while my brows were growing back (eyebrow pencil, complimentary). I’m not taking stars off for this because the management handled the situation to my satisfaction.Just a side note: If you ever have a less than satisfactory experience you can flag the person to not be scheduled with you again by asking the front desk.

Definitely recommend Peace Love Wax!!! I tried them for the first time and their service was amazing. The staff made me feel super comfortable during my brazilian and it all went so fast. Their wax made it to where it wasnt as painful as other waxes I have had. Their price already includes tip so that helps with not having to worry about what is the right amount. LOVED IT!!!!

Simply fantastic! A bit expensive but totally worth it. I have a relatively hairy back & need to get it cleaned up since I will be swimming in a public pool during the winter & felt self conscious having my hair following me in my wake so made an appointment to get my back waxed. Theyre so professional & made me feel totally comfortable.

OMG... I havent had a Brazilian in over 30 years because of a very bad experience. However, a friend recommended Peace Love and Wax. So I decided to give it another chance and I am so thankful I did. I received great service from the moment I walked in the front door. My technician Nicole was exactly what this ball of nerves needed. She was very informative. She took my mind off the process to make it easier for me. She was a true professional. So I will definitely be back and will definitely be a long term client.

Have been seeing Miranda at the Frisco location for the past 3 years and have never had a bad experience. She helped me rehab my eyebrows after years of over-plucking and now they dont even remotely look like the sad brows I had a few years ago. Ive heard great things about the entire staff! Staff is very welcoming. Ready for you at your appointment time so no waiting. Walk you through what they are doing as they go. Hailey was so sweet. I have stubborn hair so the soft wax doesn’t quite do the job so I will try having them use the hard wax next time.

I got a Brazilian here last Saturday. I was really worried about what my experience would be like as a plus size woman, but Kately was so personable and reassuring. The wax was efficient and I am so happy with the results. Their beds were also very sturdy. There was no creaking or wobbling, for all my plus size sisters who might be worried about that.

This was my first time visiting PLW and my very first Brazilian!! 😐😐 I was super nervous for obvious reasons. 🤣 Miranda was amazing from start to finish!! She made me feel very comfortable and was very informative as well! I will definitely be back for my follow up visits!

BEST BROW SHAPING/ WAX EVER!! **Miranda** was on time and super friendly. I have tried several places and no one can wax by super light colored brow hair. BUT MIRANDA CAN!! I was shocked to see how PERFECT they looked when she was done! She waxed, cut and plucked them to perfection and even penciled them in!! My brows looked killer! Like hollywood standards, perfect. No joke. These girls know what they are doing! Only $20 includes tip. Be sure to book ahead of time, they are very busy!! (now I know why) Thank you Miranda!
