PMI Inland Empire has managed my home I rent out extremely well for several years now. They are always professional, quick to respond, and do a great job at finding excellent tenants for me. Since switching to their service I havent had a tenant be late on any payments, even during the pandemic. They have removed any stress involved with renting a property and have provided nothing but great service.

I came home from work today to discover that PMI had changed the locks to the gate of my property.I called the office and left voice mails asking for an explanation and nobody returned my calls nor the emails I sent. This is a violation of my rights as a homeowner. By law they have to notify every homeowner in writing when changing locks and more importantly providing a key to the homeowner. They have failed to do both. They run this property with total disregard of the BY LAWS governing our HOA,and the State of California laws governing condominiums. I was unable to gain entrance to my own property because this. What a disservice! I pay $285 a month for a dry lawn, trash all over the place, and getting my homeowners rights violated.This is the kind of service they provide. I will have my attorney handle this matter. It is my responsibility to inform the public of such conduct to make sure it doesnt happen to them.

PMI Inland Empire has done an amazing job managing two of my properties, They found amazing tenants with their thorough screening process. Rent is always paid on time and transferred to my account very quickly. Samson, Robel and staff are very knowledgeable in real estate and are always giving me sound advice on any real estate decisions I make. Should any repairs be needed for my properties I am always presented with multiple quotes and good advice. They are very timely in their communications I can call or email them any time and get a quick response.I wouldn’t trust my investments with anyone else.

Great job PMI . i rarely write reviews but this calls for one. i have nothing but good things to say about them. i moved to east coast and left my properties on PMI hands. i got two income properties in the inland empire area and they managed them very well. highly professional, responds promptly to my emails and take care of my properties. couldnt imagine doing it without them.

Hands down one of the most dedicated and respectful team of individuals I have worked with. Was looking for a commercial property in rancho Cucamonga and PMI made the find quick and easy! Glad to be in the building managed by such a wonderful team!

I went to a showing and was interested. I was told there was no applications in that the home was still available. So I immediately put in my application out front of the property and paid the credit check of $65. I did not hear anything from them for 7 days. When I call to see what the status is on my application I was told that someone else got the house that put in an application before me. So they never even ran my credit and I should never have even paid that fee if there was applicants before me. They refused to give me a refund even though they gave me false information and made me pay the fee. It was a scam and they just pocketed the money. They are liars and have terrible communication skills. Dont go through them!!!

Samson is the most fantastic person I have worked with in a long time. He stays on top of each task and gets business done right! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager!

PMI manages 2 homes for me. They have been very responsible, nothing but great services. I am happy.

Absolutely terrible service. I have to bother them many times to get them to respond to complaints in the neighborhood. They do not enforce any rules and my property values have suffered. They killed plants and grass in our park by stopping watering, to pocket extra cash. This company is run by one or two people!! DO NOT USE, i promise you will regret.Response to owner : I do business with PMI inland empire !!! I live in the neighborhood off Sundance and little mountain in San Bernardino, you guys manage that whole development. Looks like you dont even know the properties you manage is that why weve been neglected us out there ?And I know the size of the company because Ive contacted you all many times and I was told that the staff is very small and have talked to only two people over about 40-50 phone calls and emails that you guys do not deal with. It is easier for me to call the city to complain about something than to go through my own HOA. This is a shame. I dont want to give it one star, but unfortunately I cant rate any lower. These people are despicable. They never want to do anything. They are lazy and cheap. The place we rented from them was infested with mice. We gave them plenty of time to remedy the situation, and yet they were still slow to stop the swarm of rodents invading our home.We also had troubles with the water heater. We went months without hot water because the incompetent managers of the real estate firm. They sat stagnant for two months while I bathed in freezing cold water before they fixed our water heater. There were times were I resorted to bathing at my gym because they didnt have any expediency in solving the problem.This is not just a message to put down PMI. This is the truth. This is what happened to me. If you can, rent elsewhere. I implore you.
