I’ve heard stories about how painful laser is but the laser technology they use doesn’t hurt me at all, I’m half way through my treatment and I have about 25% hair left on the area. I’m a WOC and the laser is the best decision I made as I get occasional ingrown hair and since treatment I haven’t been getting them.

I got a referral from a coworker that work there.Book an appointment, Couldn’t find a place called the office for them to guide me how to get to the place, the girl in the front didn’t know How, In that moment I’m like oh I’m in trouble. Finally I arrived there and I get this feeling the stuff it’s super rude and just want to push you to buy a package which I buy I buy 12 session for two area one medium Area and one large area. I did my first session and during this month I start breaking on my chin really really bad. A day before my second appointment there they didn’t even call me, they text me that my appointment canceled. they push to buy Sessions and make it seems to sound really good but they can’t keep on their Promises which is basically to book an appointment on time. out of currency to cancel appointment a day before and not even call ! And Communicate via text message this is unacceptable I definitely not recommend this place to nobody they’re not Professional they’re very rude zero customer service Skills do a favor to yourself don’t go there it’s a money anger.and btw the Manager there Marie she need to learn a lot how to treat Customer she’s super rude and unprofessional!

This place is a scam. They offered me 8 free sessions on a small area in exchange for posting on my Instagram. I agreed for laser on my bikini line (keep in mind I have had laser hair removal on several areas before with different type of lasers) I was a bit skeptical because I have gotten a Brazilian with the type of laser they used and didn’t get the best results. I asked if I could pay the difference by upgrading to the whole Brazilian (I found out when I got there that they offer the same 8 sessions on a small area to literally everyone, anyone that is referred and anyone that leaves a 5 star review which shows these reviews are fake) they told me because of the meds I take which is a muscle relaxer (cyclobenzaprine) i’m not a good candidate and I might burn. Even though i’m currently getting laser somewhere else and I’ve done research on it and multiple sources say that this medication should not be an issue. She agreed to do a “test spot” and then I can come back in 3 days for the actual treatment (I live an hour away) I was confused about this and began questioning her and she immediately said I was being very rude to her and she was going to get her manager. I told her this wasn’t necessary I just wanted to get out of there and get this over with. after she did the “test spot” she told me to go up front and discuss pricing. The girl upfront then was called by the girl who did my laser to go back there and they were laughing and acting very unprofessional, obviously talking about me for a few minutes. She then came back up front and told me it was time for my “consultation” which then resulted in her telling me she was giving me a 25% discount and I can pay $1500. I can pay a fraction of the price elsewhere and get even better results. The staff was extremely out of line and unprofessional. Don’t trust this scam and their subpar lasers that mostly likely won’t do anything.

By far the best decision Ive made was booking my laser treatments here. I was very skeptical and nervous at first but those feeling vanished as soon as I walked in. The staff is super kind and very energetic especially Jasmine. They made me feel so welcome and truly cared for me as a customer. Also I have to mention this place is very clean which is always something to look out for. The appt went so smoothly and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot wait to come back for my next appt!
