Moving in process was super easy, thanks to the leasing office staff. Ryan and Justin were great in providing excellent service by providing the facilities tour and answering all questions I had. The apartments are nice and clean, and the car garages are safe to park your vehicle(s).

I love living here I really like the attention the staff takes to take care of your issues, needs and concerns. Since we got new staff in the leasing office I have seen so many improvements going on in the community. (Chris, Joshua) the maintenance staff comes in a timely manner and make sure they leave with the job done. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant.

I absolutely love this Community! The Staff, the Maintenance Workers, the cleanliness of the community and my neighbors rock!I feel safe and secure here! Everyone speaks when you see them and if you need something fixed, they jump right on it! You are treated with respect and like you matter! Great place to live.Office Staff and Maintenance crew are friendly and professional.Clean property, recent upgrades to the amenities (Gym, pool) and landscaping is beautiful and always maintained.Quiet and neighbors are pleasant.Definitely recommend Montecito Apartments.

From the first initial phone call to the signing of the leases, this community DELIVERED! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treats everyone with the same sense of urgency as if I was sitting right in front of them. They made this group move such a breeze. This is a quiet, beautiful, and very clean apartment complex that weve enjoyed living in. The neighbors are nice and the whole place has a community feel to it. Stephanie and other staff who work there are very prompt, professional, and effective in processing paperwork and helping with any emergent issues. Highly recommend.

My wife Jenn and I are SO very sad that we have to leave this wonderful community. The only reason we’re leaving is because we bought our first home together. However, I must say starting our life together in this apartment complex leaves us with nothing but good memories. We have been here for 3+ years and have many positive things to say. The staff is very helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to be of assistance to you in person and over the phone. The staff in the leasing office is professional, respectful and engaging. The maintenance crew is also very professional and will drop everything to help you when you need it. There have been a handful of times either my husband or I have been in a pinch and the day/night crew have been very understanding and done whatever they could to help. We are so appreciative of the clear communication that the staff has with the tenants, providing us with letters/notes on our door to let us know about news/updates/information. Also it is really nice that all the staff always smiles and says hello, which goes a long way. This is the safest apartment we have ever lived in; I can honestly say there is zero crime. The area around the complex is quiet and we rarely hear sirens. The grounds are in great shape, manicured lawns/shrubs/trees and Montecito is always improving the grounds to ensure they look attractive. I notice the pool and many spas are taken good care of and are attended to on a regular basis. The inside of the apartment is very nice with updated appliances and counter tops. We have never had any negative experiences living here and have been very lucky to have had such polite and friendly neighbors surrounding us. So in closing we are very sad to say good bye to our apartment, awesome staff and wonderful people we have met around the complex but were so excited for the next chapter of our lives. Thank you for allowing us to be proud of the place we lived!

Staff are extremely dishonest and rude.

My wife and I lived here for less than a year. Stephanie, Gary, and the team are warm, professional, and helpful. Anytime there was something that needed attending too they were on top of it right away. The people that live in Montecito are nice and there is a very kid friendly environment.

When my mom and I were looking for a place to move, this was the second place and we automatically fell in love! Fitness center, heated pools, and the apartment was so modern and awesome! Plus, the lady Elizabeth, who sold us the apartment was so great and very helpful! Im so happy we chose to move in!Apartment has nice remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Very nice granite counters. I love that the washer and dryer are in the apartment! And if you have pets, theyre allowed, but there is an extra fee on rent and a deposit needed.

Lived here for 4 months now and we LOVE it! The rent is high, but you really get what you pay for. The staff is wonderful and the complex is so quiet and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Newly moved in, loving this community. Friendly staff, nice environment, best schools, modern design, brand new furnitures, heated swimming pool, gym, basketball court, and right next to a bike trail and a park. We love it.

My husband and I found Montecito by accident. When we went to view the unit we decided to rent. Biggest mistake of our lives. Try getting maintenance!!! My dryer was leaving a residue on our clothes that when you attempt to take off would leave holes. Needles to say hundreds of dollars of clothes ruined. They put off replacing the washer dryer (stack able) unit and when they did replace it we still had the same problem. My garage door was not working one morning. I called in a request for service and was told it was fixed. When I got home it still did not work. I put in a second request, that must have been lost because again nothing was fixed. Finally after the third request It was repaired. The staff in the offices is always different because of promotions so they claim. Now that we have moved out they claim that we still owe money on top of our security deposit. I will admit carpeting in one room needed to be replaced. They told the carpeting is installed in one piece for the entire apartment. I was not born yesterday that is not how carpeting is installed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Highly recommend other than the fact some places are really dirty around the complex

If someone can clean after their pets, it would be better.
