Super nice and professional- just werent able to diagnose my cars issue unfortunately

HIGHLY recommended!!! Rick is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly (as are every member of his staff that I’ve spoken with). I took my 2005 Trailblazer there after another mechanic/garage in town (my long time go to garage) had the vehicle for almost 2 and a half months, at great expense and inconvenience (with my ultimately having to get a rental van for a month), unsuccessfully trying to diagnose and repair a parasitic electrical drain on the battery. All-American found and diagnosed and fixed the problem, at a very reasonable cost, in a few hours!!! I’m a customer for life, and can’t thank them enough!!

If I could rate All-American 100 stars, Id do it in a heartbeat! We were traveling from Texas to Tallahassee and ended up driving through Hurricane Sally. Three of the sensor alarms started going off, the speedometer, RPM, oil pressure and battery guages all started bouncing up and down during the worse weather we had ever been in. The next morning, all the problems were still there. I found All American on Google and called. Rick, the owner, answered the call. He listened, asked a few questions and then said that since we were traveling he would take a look at it right away. After hooking it up to his diagnostic machine, doing a little research and a test drive, he figured out it was just moisture in the sensor connections from all the rain. One of his mechanics even checked the weather and warned us to be careful on our trip! Rick is an honest gentleman, ethical businessman and genuinely good person. I would definitely recommend him and All American to anyone needing auto repair work! Thank you Rick!

I had my alternator go out while visiting family out of town, a mechanic shop nearby told me it would cost $600 to replace I called All American Auto Electrics and it only ended up costing me $200 to get my alternator rebuilt. They got me right in it was a bit of a weight but it was worth it, good people and friendly service.

I took off the alternator on a 2002 Dodge Dakota 3.9l v6 for my cousin and they repaired it same day thanks All American

Having a fleet of Vehicles we are always in the need of work to be done. Good companies that are reliable and trust worthy can be hard to find. I recently took one of our service vans there to be repaired and they took care of us quickly and at a fair price. I have already scheduled to have another service vehicle to be repaired. Good service but slow repair

Very satisfied with the customer service All American Auto Electric provided me. My 1998 Toyota Corolla was in bad shape and needed electric work done immediately after breaking down. I called at 7:30am and was treated with great customer service all the way until I picked up my car at 5pm from the tow service to the shop mechanics. I picked up my car with excitement that I left all my personal belongs in the shop and Rick (the owner) stayed open past close for me to return and get them. Now, a few days later, Rick texted me to make sure my car is running great. This is what prompted me to write this review. You do not get that quality of care from most car places. I am glad I was able to give them service.

Awesome experience. Rick was able to diagnose and fix my car in less than an hour after Firestone had spent a week making unnecessary repairs. I really wish I had gone to him at first but I was worried that an electrical issue would be expensive to repair. Rick was friendly, helpful, and someone that I would trust to only recommend what needs to be done. If I ever have another issue with my car Ill be sure to see him first. Highly highly recommend.

No upsale on parts you wont need, and everything is done on a very tight timely basis.Overall, a nice straightforward shop. I brought my car in because my AC stopped blowing cold air, so they told me that I needed a new compressor and consenser. They fixed my car quickly, and the owner and mechanic were both very professional. I will definitely come back here in the future because I never had the feeling that were trying to upcharge me in anyway.

Rick has been super helpful with my older high mileage Subaru. He always shares options and communicates effectively the importance of the repair, so I can decide if I can wait ot not. He serves those who come to him in a Christ-like manner :). I recommend him!!

All American Auto Electric was the 2nd shop I brought my car to when another place couldnt fix it. Its not that this first place wasnt any good, they just werent comfortable with doing electric work, and suggested All American Auto Electric.While they were really busy, they got my car up and running within 2 days. I like how organized they were, and not a mess, like a lot of shops I know. The invoice they gave me detailed the work they did on the car, and didnt leave me with many questions.If their location was better for me, theyd be my primary repair shop.

Searched all over Tallahassee to find someone to do electrical work on my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. Rick came to the rescue. He replaced the horn relay; correctly wired the dual horns; and replaced the turn signal switch. All of this for a more than reasonable cost. It is obvious he cares about doing quality work. I would recommend his business to anyone.

Honest repair guy / mechanic. Told me exactly how much he charged an hour (approx. 97$) and called me to confirm that I wanted him to go through with repairs. 6 weeks later, no problems with the repair work he did.

I came in with break lights that wouldn’t turn off. Rick repaired it saying it was a simple button and was super fair. I’ll go back since I also learned they do all mechanical work, not just electric.

Had the unexpected pleasure of having my truck serviced here, excellent service with fast turnaround and at a fair price!

Took three different trips to this mechanic and over 1000$ to fix a computer problem that they supposedly took care of the first time I brought it in. Every time I got my car back I had more problems then when I brought it in. Never gave an estimate of how much time it would take, and were really bad at keeping in touch. The three trips to the shop took all over a week, two of my trips my car was there over 2 weeks. Broke some stuff on my dash, fixed it when I went back but obviously they did something wrong because now my car randomly beeps from a bad reinstallation. I would not recommend A&A Auto ever to anyone, at this point I would be scared to even bring my car back to them not knowing when I would get it back, what it would cost, and if I was being taken advantage of or not.

Rick is very personable and honest; it took some time to figure out what was wrong with my truck but in the end he solved it and the price was fair.

I was having problem with my a.c in my car first I call and this nice young man name Richard told me to come when I got there hetold me what the problem was and it wasnt that expenses. Theses guys are great I will return if I have any car problem.

Went there twice - for brakes and for AC repair. Theyre professional, flexible and go above and beyond their work.
