Weβve been here for going on 4 years. The neighbors are nice, community is great, and maintenance is quick to handle whatever it is you need. Jesse is not only a great employee of the enclave, but also a great neighbor. He goes above and beyond for the community. His family is the sweetest who helped watch our guinea pig when we went on vacation. The enclave is a great place to live at which is why we are still here 4 years later π
I have lived here at the Enclave for 6 years now. I have never experienced the level of service and care anywhere near that offered by Jesse Coronado and Manny ( maintenance tech). These guys are outstanding at what they do. They are always happy to help you, no matter what. They go the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied with any and all service requests, aside from genuinely caring for your well being. Ive even said to Jesse, if you ever leave this property, I will consider moving as well. Ive never had a single complaint about the crew here at the Enclave Apartments. Keep up the great work guys.
The Enclave is a great community. John P. in the office is attentive to all our needs and goes out of his way for us. Hector V. is our Maintenance guy that is ready at a momentβs notice for anything we throw at him. Iβve been in multiple communities in Rancho and this one is the best by far.
Ive been living here for 3 years.And one thing I always tell friends or family when they ask me about the best thing about this community is the people. From the office staff, maintenance staff, and your neighbors, everyone is just great.The staff, whether it is the office, maintenance, or night managers, they get things done immediately, correctly, and they are all super friendly and informative. Big shout out to Jesse and Jerome, always getting things done and very friendly guys.The atmosphere in the community is always nice, the commodities and common areas are always properly maintained and always neat and clean.
Iβve been living at The Enclave for 7 Months and Iβve had some unpredicted in-convinces as far as maintenance issues with certain items in my unit. As well as some very strong kids which causes me to often to put in maintenance request. And so far Jessie has been very prompt, quick and very helpful when it comes to making sure that everything has gotten done within a timely matter. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that he keeps up with the unit and that Iβm happy with the service and that itβs still working after a week with a follow up call. Iβve never had to wait longer then an hour for someone (mainly Jessie) to show up and help. Iβve never had such a good team on my side as Iβve had living in the enclave.
The Enclave is the best at keeping my home in pristine condition by keeping the exterior clean and responding to any issue in a timely manner. For instance, Hector responded to two separate issues professionally and efficiently. In a matter of minutes the problem with my sink and blinds were resolved. Thatβs common here at the Enclave. Every employee has done their very best to make living here so worthwhile. Im proud to call the Enclave my home.
My sister and Iβve lived here for almost 2 years now. We enjoy the diversity in neighbors and that the complex is pet-friendly. Jesse Cβs has been wonderful from day 1. Anytime we need something fixed, he goes above and beyond. We enjoy living here!

Nicest place to live in RanchoLess than 2 miles away from Victoria Gardens! The Gym is open 24hrs and never crowded.I left my garage door open once and called the office and they sent a maintenance tech to close it for me- talk about peace of mind! Manny from the grounds team takes pride in his job and it shows on in the way he is always Genuinely helpful, Friendly and how the property looks so good!!Jessica, always is very helpful in assisting with any questions I have and Sandy, Kate, John and Brittany are always ready and willing to help with anything you need.
I lived on Enclave for two years! Excellent location and clean place! As expected, each place has its pros and cons, but, the pros here are more than cons and the maintenance people are the nicest and most responsive! Shout out to Jesse C., you are great!
This is by far the best place to live in Rancho. Sandy W., the Community Director does a wonderful job of keeping it safe, clean and fun for residents. We have been with Lewis properties about four years at two places. From the welcome we received when we arrived to making it safely through this very tough pandemic year. Our family feels safe and cared for by Sandy and her team here at the Enclave!!
Jesse is so awesome!!!! His maintenance work is professional, effecient and done in a timely manner. He thoroughly explains the task and how long it should take to get done. He is reliable and dependable. Lewis Management Corp should be proud to have him as an employee, he has a superb representation of the company.
Great place to live! Awesome staff, wonderful clean amentities and the maintenance staff is always on the ball! Particularly Jesse. Anytime I have ever put in a maintenance request he is always efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never waited long for anything requested at the Enclave. That speaks volumes for a rental property.

Just moved out of the Enclave only because my wife and I were finally able to purchase a home. The Enclave by far has exceeded my expectations on apartment living. The modern look not just to the location but the apartments themselves are simply amazing. I religiously used the car wash port conveniently located near my apartment. When you tell people I live in Rancho at the Enclave apartment it always makes sense why their response is always wow, those apartments are so nice and close to everything. Thank you Enclave for letting me experience luxury living in Rancho.
Definitely love the enclave. The maintenance man Jessie is this best. He has great interpersonal skills and willing to go the extra mile to help others. Definitely recommend this place.

I really enjoy living at The Enclave. The amenities are great, & I especially appreciate having 24-hour maintenance. Jesse in maintenance is awesome! Hes always very professional, cordial, & prompt when responding to every service order request. Just recently, we had a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night, and Jesse came to fix & completely resolve the issue (just as prompt & cordial as always even with it being 3 in the morning!).

We have been in this complex for more than a year and everything is more than perfect. We love it here. Staff is very helpful, theyβre always here for us, especially Brittany, she was a great help when we moved in, she always calls to check that everything is going well. We truly appreciate the staff.

The Enclave Apartments & Townhomes is one of the best communities to live in. We just moved in several months ago. The community is quiet and the maintenance of the property is exceptational clean. They have the best maintenance men around. Hector and Jesse go over and beyond to making sure that your home issues are corrected properly and in a timely manner. They provide excellent work and customer service. The front Office team provides excellent customer service and answers all your questions. The resort style living doesnβt compare, from the grounds to the customer service it is an all around great place to call home. Great place to live, great service even after hours. When we encountered a glitch with our HVAC, Jerome the night manager and Hector came to our unit within minutes of the call and helped get the unit back to working condition.

Itβs been 6 months since I moved into The Enclave and my experience has been so pleasing! From the start the office staff was so helpful and professional Jessica is always so sweet and was so quick to respond to all my questions, Jon made my move in day so easy. Every time I have a maintenance request the guys have been so quick to help! The gym and pool are open now and it feels like a resort I recommend 10-10! #teamenclave

Love living here! The staff is amazing! Very caring and always there to accommodate our needs! The maintenance men and the night security are always available to make sure they fix any issues you have in a very timely manner! These apartments are luxury! They are very spacious with large bathrooms, including a separate shower with a nice separate deep soaking tub.Bedrooms are larger then most near by apartments. The community residents are all so kind and very courteous. We take pride in our beautiful place that we call home! Very grate full to be a part of the Enclave in Rancho Cucamonga Caβ€οΈ
I love living at the Enclave. I read some of the negative reviews, but have not had that same experience and believe that sometimes people get what they put out and that may be the reason for the experience they had that was radically different than my own. Vanessa was our initial leasing agent and she went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of in a friendly, easy manner. Since renting last June, every encounter I have had with Enclave staff from the ladies in the office to the maintenance staff has been positive and helpful. They are quick to respond to issues with the apartment, plan awesome family events and work closely with the tenant to provide a better experience, such as reserved parking. We have enjoyed how well maintained the grounds are, their constant work to make improvements to the aesthetic of the community and to provide everyone with an enjoyable experience. I rated this place for stars over five due to the rules regarding pool usage, owners can only have two guests per household, which is limiting if my daughter, son and grand baby come over, someone is left out. Overall, that has been my only real complaint besides limited parking, which was solved by the complex offering paid spots. If you are considering moving here, the grounds are resort like, the staff is friendly, your neighbors are fairly quiet and the atmosphere is fun. We just recently attended taco night and the staff did an amazing job with the set up. I love living here and will continue to be a resident in the upcoming year.
Staff is awesome, really make you feel welcome. Especially our leasing consultant Jessica Martinez. Super helpful maintenance guys, Jesse explains everything really well, very professional. The place is very well kept. Tons of amenities, top of the line everything. Really makes you feel like you live in a vacation resort. Living here feels like youre on vacation everyday! Super quiet neighborhood, very calm at night. Love it here. Highly recommended!
We have lived here for about 9 months now and Ive been meaning to leave a review for a long time. Before we moved here my husband and I toured pretty much every gated community between La Verne and Rancho and there are none that compared to the Enclave. Our leasing agents were Vanessa and also Jessica and they were so welcoming and helpful during the process, they were also very patient with us with all our visits and questions and needs and all of the staff that we have dealt with since has been the same way.Living here still feels as great today as the day we moved in and we have had no complaints or negative experiences with anything. My favorite thing is driving in after dark and seeing all of the palm trees and streets lit up. The maintenance crew is always out in the community keeping it clean and any time I have ever needed something done in my unit it is always addressed same day. The apartments feel like you are living in a detached home and we never hear our neighbors because of the opposite layouts in the adjoining units. I really cant say enough good things about living here and we plan to be here a while.
My partner and I have lived in The Enclave for two years now & we love it!!! The staff has always gone above & beyond to help us. Since we travel often, the front desk staff makes sure we are always taken care of. The professional and high tech conference room and business center comes in so handy when we get to work from home. The maintenance crew is just a phone call away for any repairs or issues that come up regarding our unit. We always feel safe knowing the night security is on duty. The grounds are so beautiful and lush it feels like we live in a resort! We will be renewing our lease for another two years.

Our leasing agent Monique Jones has made our living experience phenomenal at Enclave. She is our original leasing agent and we will be resigning our lease extension with her for an additional year. Her attention to detail and ability to remember everyoneβs name and take time out of her busy schedule to ask how we are all doing or what we would like to see make the community better is what sets Enclave apart from the rest of the pricey communities here in Rancho Cucamonga.
How does management hire or allow their employees to act with such disrespect and negativity towards the residents who call this place their home? Vanessa is just rude and passive aggressive making fun of residents behind their backs, I have witnessed it countless times, other employees dont acknowledge the residents when they come into the office, honestly I am at a loss for words of their manners. This is as premium, price wise, as it gets in this area and they allow this?I brought it to the managements attention as someone who wants the best for their business and less bs to deal with while living there, and the following was the feedback I received βwell, sheβs not going anywhereβ. Iβd love to speak with someone from corporate and inform them of how the staff at the leasing office lacks common customer service. I can honestly say that its not worth the money or the headache, cattiness and unpleasant vibes these women go out of their way to bring to the workplace, forgetting that theyβre bombarding us with negativity at a place we call our home.
I moved from the Midwest a year ago because of a job opportunity. I had a house there so it was difficult to transition to live in an appartments again and rent. However from the minute a walk into the Enclave appartments it felt right. Vanessa the leasing manager was very help and helped find exactly what I was looking for. I decided to rent the townhome option. It had two floors and my own garage. The apartment was beautiful and very new. I was there for a year and I never had a problem. Maintenance was available 24/7 and they always have someone at the office to help. They maintain the whole complex really well. I would highly recommend these community. It is a little more expensive but it is worth it.
Very disappointed with the Enclave apartments and personnel - The apartments are overpriced for the quality and their customer service is lacking that personal touch; they do everything by the book and are very corporate - if its not written in the contract or rules they dont do it. They expect you to go out of your way to get information to and from them while they are negligent in getting you the right information to begin with...they have caused me frustration, time and money on two occasions and Ive only been there 2 months.

LISTEN BEWARE OF MOVING HERE. Vanessa has taken her power of being the leasing manager to a whole new level. So in the office Vanessa makes a list of apartments to watch, and I was one of them on her harassment list, newly moving in! She has other tenants spy on your apartment, and they report to her whatever they notice. Vanessa turns around and begins to harass you about anything she was told. She goes a step further and tells tenants she makes buddies with your personal information. My personal information that only the leasing staff would know has gotten back to me and I do not makes friends with neighbors. This is criminal and insane! To make it worst, I am not the only one she has done this to. And they are huge with discrimination. Some tenants can get away with certain things, or get special parking, others are harassed! They pick and choose! ITS A MESS HERE! They seem unexperienced. First As I was deciding on a unit the Leasing manager showed us around. I wanted to see the larger two bed room triplex. So the leasing manager said, hold on. Are u sure u want to see that one because that unit style isnt want u said u wanted in an apartment. I cant remember exactly her words, BUT she said in other words dont waist my time So I basically had to convince her that, the other unseen unit was an option for me based on the description. I never had to almost beg a leasing manager to see another unit. Ive lived at luxury apartment complexes where the manager will show u ever unit they have if i wanted. They had EXTREMELY HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Me and the person I was with looked at each other and laughed like damn! Turns out the unit I had to convince the leasing manager to see was the unit i chose that was best for me. I hope the service people have talked about is what I receive here. If it wasnt for the apartment style I probably would have chosen a different complex. Second, I sent the leasing manager my pay stubs in which I make well over the amount of money to afford this unit, but she didnt understand how to read it. And its a standard pay stub, mind you. So she calls me to go over it. O_o so i directed her to the left hand side where it says salary over to the middle where it says my dollar amount, but she was confused that above my salary amount said rate. I further explained, that number under rate is my salary rate o_O and she said oooh ok! Obviously she hasnt seen enough pay stubs to be well versed on them. That was a first for me especially from a leasing manager. Anyway, this is to be continued. Will update in a few months.Ok so Ive been here for a few weeks and its been pretty chill. Very diverse crowd here. Lots of blacks, hispanic and whites. Lot of kids! We love that part. Its funny i over heard the maintenance men getting the apartment ready next door and they obviously donβt like the management here. One thing you may really hate about this community is the βHall Passβ they make you carry around if you go to the really lame pool or gym. They will ask to see your βhall passβ, ask you what unit you are in, and they will go back to the office to see how many people are on the lease! Pretty far out if you ask me! I and its most likely due to the diverse crown here as to the reason they do this! As i said in my last post ive lived in some pretty up scale places and this would never fly with those tenants! I have never ever rented an apartment and had this crazy policy! Its the stupidest policy Iβve ever come across! And pretty harassing. Image working out and they come in to do a hall pass sweep and start badgering you. In all actuality, they peep someone they donβt recognize and to not single you out they check everyones pass. And by no means are people jumping at the chance to sneak into this pool. It reminds me of a pool at a motel 6. Very very basic! But again, this is what you get when the majority isnβt of a particular crowd... ive witnessed the differences! And i hate to say I miss the other!
