We were lucky to be introduced to this apartments/ town homes, by Ralph Samudio such an amazing leasing consultant, we came about 2 months ago looking for a new place since our family got bigger, he gave us a tour and explained to us all the amenities this town homes/ apartments has, we are happy to be able to lease a 4 bedroom unit such an amazing place really well organized. We love living here, it is a beautifully designed and super well maintained apartment complex. One of the best we lived so far anywhere in US.

Wow, Blown Away! Since the day I moved in Ive received 5-Star Ritz Carlton Service. The townhomes are really nice and the amenities are well executed. What makes this place great is the high level of service and attention to detail. The property manager Brittany and assistant manager Jennifer are stellar and super accommodating. The office staff Ralph, Kristen, & Marissa are always going above and beyond. The maintenance manager Ryan, technician Rene, and support staff are always quick to make fixes and keep the property looking great. Overall, highly satisfied and recommend this place.

I highly recommend this community. It delivers in all areas. Spacious townhouse with attached garage is a rare find and worth it. Clean, safe, well run community.

I walked in and was greeted by some girl, when I indicated that I was looking to rent a 2 bedroom unit she asked when, I stated in 3 weeks. She then stated that if that I didnt move in with in 4 days they couldnt do anything and would have no openings.She then asked why I was looking to move in, I stated I was looking to down size from my house and she stated that there places where 1300 sq. I told it was about the house hold maintenance.I can understand not having availabilities its the additude that I dont appreciate. Shes probably never owned a house in her life.Please by pass this place unless you want to deal with a snobby uppity person who doesnt know customer service.

Resort style for sure! Love the club house and pool areas. Different gardens from scented to edible. Non-smoking, and very well maintained. I wish the fire entrance was usable, it would be very convenient. Cool staff and its pretty quiet for the most part. Lovely units!

Ill have to agree with the review below. Im always seeing someone cleaning up outside as well, EVERYDAY!! :). This place is very quiet as well. The staffs are so cool, Michelle McKinney, Trinity are very sweet.Love it here.

Gorgeous apartments!

My wife and I love it here! Small community and everyone seems nice. The staff is so friendly. I dont think we will be leaving anytime soon.

We visited Santa Barbara apartments on Friday and were taken away by the beauty and sense of tranquility. From the moment we walked through the offices doors we were greeted By Rachel who was extremely friendly and more then helpful. We toured the area and really felt that this would be a great place for a young upcoming couple to live in. It location to active areas of Rancho Cucamonga and parks is OUTSTANDING! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for that resort type of living.Thank you Santa Barbara

I simply LOVE this place! I cantsay enough about everyone here.The staff are friendly and courteous. Any request for service is quick and responsive. Every time I look out my windows I feel like I am at a Palm Springs resort! I wish I could OWN it! I would buy it without question!! So many wonderful facilities to use!!I have been here over 17 months now and still love this place! The current staff in and out of the office are top-notch! The grounds are kept immaculate. I always see people cleaning up outside to keep it a clean place to live. The staff is attentive and gets things done. Michael Newkirk is a great addition to the Lewis family! :)I look forward to another year of living in LUXURY!

I really love santa barbara resort, makes me feel like Im away on vacation. Everything about this place is breath taken, love the landscape, the doggie park the pool, spa, an all shopping centers around us .
