We actually didnt hire these guys to do an inspection, they were hired by the buyers of our house, so my review is solely based on the customer service.The two gentlemen that came were very respectful and of our time and space. They were also very nice and respected our wishes to wear a mask while inside. Without us even asking (or knowing they would), they wore shoe covers inside as well.

I have used AAA Exterminating for several years now and I would never use any other company. They are a family owned business who truly care about their customers and providing them with excellent service. Unlike other pest control companies that try to push expensive, and often unnecessary, service contracts, AAA have never tried to sell this to us. It is there if we want it but we have asked Tommy to simply come annually and do a single service (for a very reasonable price) and that has kept bugs, ants, etc away from our house for the entire year. He is very honest, thorough, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. His wife, Kelly, who runs the office, always answers the phone quickly and is friendly, helpful, and great at scheduling when its convenient.

AAA Exterminating does all my homes. I trust them. They are professional, timely and they never miss a beat.

Edit: I am updating my review of this company to 5 stars due to the prompt and friendly responses from the owner, Tommy in response to my previous criticism below. Tommy took the time after I emailed him to provide photos of the damage and answer questions about the extent of the damage and a justification for the high cost of termite treatment. It turns out the problem was quite small and limited to just one area of the property. While they dont comment on the damage from the infestation, Tommy was able to provide me answers about the whether it was an active infestation, the size of the infestation, likely source of pests. He was also able to explain that the very high cost of treatment is justified because they would treat the entire property, tear up crawlspace encapsulation, use hundreds of gallons of poison and spend ten hours doing it.Original: I had this company do a termite inspection for a house I am buying. They provided a single page with a handful of checkboxes that indicate termites or no termites but no more detail. There was also no opportunity to ask questions about the degree of the infestation or mitigation strategies. Further, they provided a quote for treatment that was about 3x higher than the average for the service and 7.5x higher than the lower end of the averages of the service. I regret using this company for my needs

Im from Atlanta, GA and had Termites show up in my home. I got several inspections/quotes from local exterminators for various treatments and packages. In my own research I watched some videos Tommy had posted on YouTube about termites and treatment. I thought it would be a good idea to get the opinion of someone that was outside my area so I called Tommy. There staff was very professional and Tommy was happy to speak with me. He answered all of my questions and even calmed some of my fears. I wish AAA Exterminating was in my area.

Excellent service. The guy that came to my house got all up into the weird crawlspaces getting to the very back corners. Very thorough job and was very impressed with the team. Job was to eradicate powder post beetles. But will use them for other needs in the future.

Tommy and AAA came to the rescue when we discovered a crawl space moisture problem while trying to sell our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the situation and gave us options. Then he did the work himself on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND so we could get the house back on the market as quickly as possible! Impressive work ethic and reasonable price - we can’t ask for more.
