We switched after using a competitor for many years due to bare minimum service. A neighbor recommended Dodson. Samantha at Dodson Pest Control provides excellent service. She contacts us in advance for our availability via preferred method, she socially distances and wears a mask during her entire. Samantha uses a brush to clear cobwebs around every door and window, to include the 2nd floor (no one has ever performed this service before). She is consistent and takes her career seriously. Since she started servicing our house, we no longer see palmetto bugs, which would come out frequently with heavy or consistent rainy periods. We highly recommend Dodsons and you should ask for Samantha :)

Jon, the inspector came out to our house met with us and surveyed our house quickly and provided an array of options to go about treating our ant infestation. John did a great job providing us options that were affordable and effective and assured us to call him if any problem continued. Our family has used Dodson Pest Control for well over 5 years. Mr. Jason Linhardt and the staff there have never been anything but professional. They come as they are scheduled, handle any issues we are having, and even come between visits at no additional costs should issues arise. The cost they charge has changed only minimally throughout the years and the cost is about $.75 a day. The staff is friendly and my family would not trust our pest control with any other company. Truly a class act!!!

The gentleman that I have coming to my home is very friendly and professional. When I have questions he takes the time to answer them. He is always very punctual and when I noticed an ant problem he came out right away! I would recommend this company to my closest friends and family! Such a difference from my last company.

I have had cockroaches since I moved into this home over two years ago. I have treated it myself and was moderately effective. By effective, I mean that I sprayed and then all Id see was the ocassional live roach but mostly dead, belly-up ones, sitting around my house. Two weeks after Dodson visited my home for their initial treatment, I havent seen a single one, dead or alive. In addition, the treatment they used is baby-safe and pet-safe whereas mine was not, so I was sure that it could not possibly be more effective, but it was. I am equally optimistic that I will see few to no ants come summertime. I never thought Id be rid of the roaches, but it appears that I am now. Highly recommended.
