For many years we have had spraying, etc in our home. This company spends more effort on the outside of our home, in particular from foundation to six feet from the foundation. In addition they survey the property for webs and other types of nests and remove them. We have noticed a significant decrease in pests in our home. It upped our quarterly cost about 20 % but more than worth it. We are very pleased.

I took some time to find the right company for my needs. The personal service and help I receivedwas amazing. Moxie made the unpleasant business of household pests a pleasant experience. I can no longer have to worry about it, theyll handle it very happy.

I was using Moxie for Cockroaches.They would come and spray outside and inside my home. Unfortunately I never saw any improvement after 3 months of service.I personally felt like the issue got worse.They suppose to spray the outside as well but after going outside and seeing big spriders in webs on my front porch I highly doubt they actually sprayed my home.I did have one tech clean the webs off my porch.I do not recommend this company.I am looking for a new company that I will hopefully get better results.

We have used pest control services of Moxie for several years now and have always found them to be responsive and professional. We are currently dealing with some Ant issues, and had one of the Moxie service technicians visit our home yesterday. He was very professional and clearly explained how he was going to treat issue. He also told us what to expect over the next couple of weeks and to not hesitate to call back if additional treatment was needed. All in all we are happy with Moxie’s services and would recommend to anyone considering Pest control services.

Initial door-to-door salesman and first pest service were great. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying to add mosquito spraying to my service. Moxie has missed three appointments in a row, with no notification. On the first attempt their tech left after spraying one corner of the yard because he ran out of chemicals. He said he would hopefully be back later that day. I called Moxie to confirm this and was told he would be back between 11am and 1pm. When no one had shown up by 1:30 pm I called again and was told that my service had been canceled because their tech did not have enough equipment to even finish the day. My service was rescheduled AGAIN for several days later. Today I received a notification that the tech was one stop away. When the tech had not shown up three hours later I called again and was told my service was canceled due to rain. I was given a meaningless apology if I had not been notified (there was no if, I was never notified). The best they could do is reschedule me AGAIN for three days later. If they dont make this appointment, Im canceling my contract and finding a pest control service that can properly equip its employees, keep appointments, and communicate with its clients.

Had my quarterly spray the other day and then yesterday I found a trail of ants on my front steps, near my garage door and found a colony of ants inside of my garage. I’ve been having to use store bought ant killer spray and spray for them myself. If there wasn’t a ridiculous fee to cancel the services I would. Very unsatisfied. I should of stuck with the last company I used.

I used this company many years ago. MOXIE PEST CONTROL did NOT provide quality service. They said they came to service, but did not actually show up. When I complained and refused to continue payment for service I was NOT receiving they put a lien on our property. Yes, a LIEN on our property for a measly $91! What type of service industry professionals handle grievances like this? I have warned as many potential customers as I could, not to use this business. Moxie has people who are very professional and know customer service. The technician took the time to answer our questions and to explain what he would be doing.I think they did a great job indoors and outside.We had used a competitor and their work didnt seem like it wasnt comparable to Moxie work. plus their quarterly treatment seemed like it was done in 5 minutes. Im will be surprised if Moxies isnt better than that.

Today Cameron showed up for the initial treatment and got right to work. He was thorough, and he answered all my questions! The experience is better than the company I used last year as I felt that the previous company did not take the time to make sure everything was addressed. Only time will tell, but so far so good.

Today we had a free re-treatment performed and Im underwhelmed at the effort put into knocking down spider webs around the outside if the house. I I found 9 substantial webs that seemed untouched immediately after our technician left. This was the case the last time our home was treated as well, but I just chalked it up to a one-off mistake.I was impressed with the level of care and attention we received at the beginning of our contract with Moxie, but they seem to be just phoning it in on our last couple of treatments.

Moxie Pest Control inspect my yard and the perimeter of my home for any signs of ants, roaches, wasps, and spiders and has kept my home free of pests for several years now. I appreciate their excellent customer service in that they are efficient and friendly. They also respond quickly to any request that I make and are able to schedule me in a very reasonable timeframe. I would recommend their service to anyone!

We have been using Moxie for over a year now. Since they have been coming we have no problems with any bugs, wasps, hornets, ants etc. Jake came last month and was so kind and helpful. Every employee that has been here was exceptional. They are all friendly and thorough. Jake as well as everyone else whos been out makes sure to tell me at least twice that if I see any pests of any kind please let them know and they will gladly come back. Luckily Ive not had to call. Its great to know that I can though. This is the best pest control service we have ever used.

This company never disappoints. I rarely see bugs and when I do....they are dead. Called about a rodent in the garage and they sent someone out. Amir treated ever fire ant hill he saw while there for something else. He was amazing. He taught us a few things about mice while he was working.Even my kids said mom he is so nice.

Our tech, Jason Beckstrand, came by today to do our initial sign up service. Not only was he very thorough but he was also very informative being able to answer all my questions and offering solutions and suggestions for each one. He was also incredibly courteous as I was in a work meeting and was able to work around me being unavailable. John stopped by to offer pest control services while he was already out in our neighborhood visiting another neighbor of ours. It was excellent timing because we had just started searching for pest control ourselves. We signed up for services and scheduled the technicians visit for the following morning. The technician, Jason, showed up right on time! He was quick, professional, courteous and kind! We noticed a decrease in insects almost immediately and are very happy with our experience all around.

Field Expert Ty was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained prior to treatment what he was about to do in details When we mentioned about rats he went above and beyond and put some mouse traps around the house. Next time he comes, he is going to put the bait station. This included in our very reasonable price deal. Post treatment he wrote very detailed report as well what was done in that initial treatment. Moxie does not provide service guaranteed, I paid for home pest control and they barely treated home and then when you need them to treat pest, the do not show when scheduled. Call the main office line only to get no response on why the didn’t show and they can’t provide any assistance. I do not recommend their services

Got my first service on Saturday morning in Clayton. Cameron Patterson was the Field Expert who serviced my home. He was very professional and courteous. He started on the outside of my home and then came in. He finnished off with servicing my garage. He was communicative and answered all my questions and kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way. He also let me know what to expect during the next couple of weeks and how they will continue this service quarterly. Excellent service with quarterly pest control to keep the insects gone.very reasonably priced and very effective, pet safe way to get and keep your home bug free. They also offer more services that we do not need, but if we ever do need to add them we certainly will. Like the name says theyve got MOXIE.

Moxie came out and did our initial application today. Cameron Patterson, our technician, was very professional and explained everything that was involved. He applied various substances to control the insects we have been seeing not only inside but all over the lawn, under the crawl space and in the garage and attic. They seem to cover every angle. I am happy they are so thorough.

Always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Occasionally a few cockroaches appear between outside treatments. Twice a year I have to request they do some indoor treatments when rain pushes the coach roaches inside. This is included in the monthly fee. I have been a customer for 5 years and intend to stay with them.

The service was supposed to be very detailed, well it was not. To start the treatment for spiders is going to take place on another visit that requires and additional visit and cost that I was unaware of! They told me that I would get a yard treatment for fleas and ticks, I have about a 1/2 acre of grass and the service tech only used 4 lbs. of granulated pesticide and that is only enough to cover about maybe 2000 sq. ft.. There large spots that have no coverage of the pesticide. The company spent less than 20 minutes at my house performing this service that was to originally cost 269.00, I only paid 79.00 but if I cancel my contract I am responsible for paying the difference. I would strongly advise you not to sign on to this contract because you will be highly disappointed. I can only say use a company is is well established, I went against my better judgment and dearly regret it. Please listen to my post and be aware of this company.

Stay far away from this company. They will give you a discount when you sign up, and when you ask if you can leave the contract at any point without an additional cost they say yes. When you leave before a year is up, they ask you for a fee!

I switched to Moxie over 5 years ago and have been very pleased with their service. It’s easy to schedule, they are responsive when there’s a problem, and I really like the fact that they go around the outside of the house clearing all spider webs. Just a little bonus.

I called about 12 different companies in the area to get quotes for a pest problem. Moxies upfront cost was the lowest (I received a referral discount since a neighbor used them as well). Their quarterly service cost is slightly higher than others in the area, but still reasonable. I chose the company because their initial customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions, suggested a plan customized for my house/situation, and followed up when I needed time to decide. My first service was just a couple days ago, so I am not really sure if it is working yet, but the guy who came to do it (Forrest) was great and Im happy with my choice so far.

They sprayed the foundation with a non-repellent. Austin inspected the crawl space. He showed and explained to me the things he found. Austin was very informative and helpful. I am so glad we hired Moxie. The employees have been personable and they worked hard to insure that we were satisfied.

Troy was the inspector that came out today and did a fantastic job. He was very respectful and went above and beyond to get things done. Everything was done very well, and if I had any questions or problems, all I had to do was let him know and he answered them or fixed them right away. Great set up service over the phone with Zach followed by first visit the next day. Caleb was wonderful- lots of knowledge about the wasps abs carpenter bees coming out and what they were looking for and how they should settle on nesting in a few weeks in one of the older mostly wood houses in the area. Treated for ants. Walked the outside and inside with me telling me how to do preventive things. They clean cobwebs! They do everything - mosquito treatments too. Such great customer service.

I was offered a special discounted rate by a sales representative of $69.00 each time.the service was rendered. The 1st time I paid $69 and today was my 2nd visit $139.00 and every other time after that. They lied to get me to sign their contract and then changed or added new details which I didnt agree upon. This company is dirty. I never got a resolution or a call back after notifying them about the bogus contract that was falsified from $69.00 to $139.00.
