We have used Southern Pest Solutions for 23 years and have absolutely nothing but the best to say about them. They are a great, dependable company and their employees are great.

This company is horrible. Do not use them. Their accounting office is a mess. They take your check then bill you again for the same service over and over. Their invoice system is a disaster and they hound you for bills you already paid. They frequently miss scheduled appointments and then offer to make it up months later with additional “service” later. Not professional. They don’t have their act together since their name changed. Don’t waste your time or money with these clowns.

Technician was early. I’m glad i was home to show him all areas that needed attention. Mainly spider webs first & second stories. Next treatment, he will know what to do/what I expect.

We keep having the same problems with roaches and everytime Southern Pest Solutions comes to.our house they do the same cursory blow spraying which does not stop the roaches...their solution does not work...

I have been with this company for many years and never have I had a reason to complain. They are always on time and professional. They service my home quarterly. Today, the service tech took so much of his time to explain the differences in roaches--- good and bad roaches. Who knew??? He kindly explained that we have had so much rain in our area that it causes an abundance wood roaches. Special shout out to the service tech--- Doug, you are a gem! Southern Pest Solutions (recently known as Triangle Pest Control) came to do our quarterly service/inspection. They did their usual spray of the perimeter for bugs, and their visual inspection of the house for webs, nests, etc. They noticed a wasp nest in a remote place of our roofline that we hadnt even noticed - and took care of it for us. They checked the rodent traps in the garage and crawl space. I cant say enough about how much they care about what they do. They are always on time, professional and courteous! Cant beat what they do for the price that we pay quarterly!

Southern Pest Solutions does my annual termite inspection as well as my quarterly pest control. Their employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If I have “breakthrough” issues with pests, they are glad to come back and re-spray.I have also used them to help rid my attic of bats without killing these beneficial animals. This company genuinely provides that best value in the triangle. You can trust in them. I hired them when I was desperate to get my bug problem under control, and they completely turned my home around. They know what theyre doing, and they guaranteed they could solve my problems and they were right. Now I am signed up for their quarterly service and the pests have not returned. I don’t usually write reviews but for this company I had to. I recently contacted them about pest control for my house and the customer service was absolutely amazing. The response was same day and They answered all of my questions and concerns. They really know what they are doing and are very thorough with their work. Since hiring them I have not seen any of the insects I previously had. Five stars just don’t seem enough for how happy I am. Customer service is not a priority for most companies anymore, But that’s where Southern Pest Solutions shines.
