I have yearly problems with carpenter bees. Rather than having to kill them, Orkin has a pheromone product that makes them stay away. It works! And their work is guaranteed ! I had them come back once for bees again in my front garden with the same pheromone and again it worked . It’s worth paying for the extended plan… you can’t control bees but you ca control what they eat … like your porch 😳. I would recommend this company no issues !

Nathan McDowell in Orkin Termite control came to my home to inspect the termite bait traps. He was very cordial and reported no termites and also explained how the traps work. I ask him to inspect the dehumidifier Orkin installed under our house and he said working normally. Nathan was very helpful and informative.

The technician (Roger) was very good! He explained the Orkin process and expected outcomes. I shared my reluctance in using exterminators due to previous unreliable vendor. I was very pleased with the initial visit.

I had a pest problem and needed new crawl space air vents installed. I also needed a new vapor barrier. Orkin was able to have someone come out the next day to provide me with a quote. Shawn arrived on time and did a thorough investigation of my crawl space and took the time to review his findings. He gave me 3 different pricing options based on the different types of work I was considering. I had already received quotes on getting repair work done and Orkin had the best price. They also had the first availability. Shawn himself came out to complete the work because he knew I was worried about pests in my crawlspace. He took lots of pictures when he was done and explained things as he went along. He also noticed two more entry points into my crawlspace for pests that others had missed. I was very pleased with the work completed. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

This was our first Orkin treatment as part of a quarterly service plan. I must say that I am pleased with the service so far. Robert arrived at 10am on the dot, was super friendly to the whole family, was very knowledgeable, and asked questions to determine if we had had specific needs at this time. Definitely better than our last pest control company. Orkin may not be the cheapest option, but it seems like it may be a case of you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service, and they really just get the job done without making it hard on you. I got a vapor barrier installed, crawlspace vents replaced, and termite prevention traps set up along with regular pest control barrier spray.. all in one day. All I did was make the call, talk with the guy who came to do the free inspection they offer, and then set up what services I wanted/needed. The two different guys who came out were helpful, knowledgable, and didn’t take any shortcuts. If you’re going to pay for pest control, I recommend Orkin for sure.

First and foremost, Bruce always does a thorough job treating our home each visit which is why we have continued our service with Orkin for more than a decade now. I can’t express enough though, how important it is to have a contractor in your home that you trust. Bruce is that person. It feels more like a family friend providing a service than a “bug man” from Orkin. He’s seen us on good days and bad days and always takes a few minutes to check in with us personally and us with him. Was found I had termites. Orkin was the first company they came to mind. I actually had another company trying to sell me their service for pests and they discovered the termites. I declined their service and went with orkin.

I had a positive experience with my Orkin Exterminator. He was very detail in explaining my pest problems and what he had to do. He also explained the cost and the different means of paying. I felt he was very knowledgeable. He stated he would return if the problem was not solved before he was scheduled to return.Again I was very impressed with his knowledge and professional service. I give him a ten if that is the highest rate.

We have used other pest control companies in the past and after the Covid 19 pandemic they went dark. I called Orkin and within 24 hours they were at my residence and addressed my concerns.
