Arrow is an excellent company. They communicate clearly about appointments. Robert, who services our home regularly, is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and dependable. When we have had issues between quarterly treatment, Arrow has been great to help solve the issue. Their prices are fair and good value.

Great company with loads of knowledge and professional technicians

My experience started out well with the woman in the office who returned my call from the holiday. She was polite and professional. We scheduled an estimate for this afternoon between 4 and 5 PM. I left work early to be home at 4. I called at 5:05 after no technician showed or called. 20 minutes of listening to their hold music and their after hours answering service picked up and took a message. That’s terrible customer service in my book. I would’ve been perfectly understanding to have received a call that someone was running behind or even if they needed to postpone. Nothing to that effect is unacceptable. I could not recommend.

Love that Arrow calls us to schedule our quarterly visit and I don’t have to remember to call! Nick always arrives during his windows, and if he’s in the area before our window, he calls to see if it’s okay to come early. I also love that we can call in between visits if we’re having issues. All around great service!

The service people are knowledgeable and clearly explain their recommendations. They get to the job on time and wear safety gear. They want to use the least damaging treatment for the problem and are responsive to the customers requests.

I have been an arrow customer in both Georgia and now here in North Carolina and cannot say enough good things about the company and about the technicians who have come out to treat my home. Nick Cole is the technician for Wake Forest and is personable, quality-minded, helpful, knowledgeable, and just a super nice guy. They use only the top rated Dow chemicals, and not the stuff you can get in Home Depot like a lot of local companies do. They have always come back out super quickly if there was bugs noticed before the next treatment but almost never do I see any live bugs.Part of my recommendation is based on the fact that Ive lived in Cary Wake Forest and Forsyth county Georgia and had excellent service at all of these locations. I love the fact but I get the same technician every time and I get to know him and him my house and the level of service only improves through personal exchange. I would highly recommend anyone needing pest control.

I’ve used Arrow two times so far, and each time I have exceptional service. Both of my exterminators were very helpful, answered all my questions, and even answered questions I wouldn’t have thought to ask my self. 10/10 would recommend Arrow to anyone!

Employee driving truck number #3673 was very rude when asked to move truck in order for a dump truck to have access to the jobsite that was active in the area he was working in. He thought it was better for the job to come to a hault instead of the 30 seconds required to move to an adjacent spot clear of any inconvenience to both parties.

Professional, knowledgeable, effective and expedient, we have had continuous excellent experience for two years now with Arrow Exterminators.Our house is in a wooded area with potential for all sorts of creepy crawlies like fire ants, mosquitos, etc.Jonathan is our sales rep. I wish all sales representatives were as knowledgeable, helpful and efficient as him. Robert then makes sure the work is done in an effective and clean manner. Kisha always replies to our emails and phone calls quickly.I would definitely recommend them all to my best friends and family. Excellent team.
