I went over for a standard oil change/checkup and when I arrived, their Internet was down. Not their fault at all! They still took care of me and got everything I needed completed so quickly, less than an hour for a tire rotation, oil, filter, wiper blades, full diagnostic, the works! Highly recommend this place, and Ill be back in another 5,000 miles.

They give you a 16 point inspection with oil change. Point out any work needed. They dont pressure you to do repairs. Service is a little slow...

I had been their several times in the old building. The new place a poorly run at best. I was charged 98$ for an oil change and cabin air filter 45$ was labor. I was the only one in the place. Customer area was dirty and poorly set up. They handed me a paper with an incomplete inspection report. Never talked to me about the break inspection. All they wanted to do is sell me new tires. I’ve had issues with York ford in the past But decided I’d give them one more chance because they are convenient . I filled out their survey on line hopping they would get back to me. They didn’t. I will not be going back their

Great work done there, Shawn the mechanic was very thorough and found my brake pads were worn and corroded by salt air and water. Replaced all new parts very reasonable price. The 10000 mile check up and oil change was done in an efficient clean manner.

Jeff was great, very honest and professional. He gave me a lot of good information about the car conditio, and I was really satisfied with the service. I had an oil change, and they actually did a full car check up with the oil change. They also added wind washer fluid for free. Thank you very much.

Nothing about this is quick. Ive gone to places with visible lines that have completed oil changes in a fraction of the time. There was one person in front of me. I was quoted forty minutes. Forty minutes in, someone come to say that my request to look at something that is very visibly leaking isnt possible without taking more time and charging a significant amount. I stood up to say thats fine, Ill take it elsewhere; the oil change is fine for now. At that point, I was told that the truck just went on the lift and its going to be a while longer.Then I went to the restroom and find that the toilet will not flush. I told the same person and he hardly acknowledged what I said and certainly was not rushing to fix the toilet or find a plunger to manually flush the toilet. Disgusting and unacceptable. Ford can send me all the coupons in the world for another oil change here; I will absolutely never come back.

Honestly worst experience ever. I tried to get my oil changed on THREE separate occasions. First time- I walked in and the first thing that came out of the guys mouth was “it’s a two hour wait and no we don’t take appointments” I tried again two days later. I walked in at 5:30 with a smile on my face and kindly asked for an oil change and he said “no we close at 6. I said great well it’s 5:30, not 6. He said “doesn’t matter lady can’t help you” never had worse customer service.

Quick and efficient service

Came in for spark plugs for my 2013 f150 ecoboost, Dakota was the tech on site who worked on my truck and he is the only one that I want to work on my truck. Super knowledgeable and fixed the ignition coil issue I came across while I was here. It’s rare that you find someone like him in the shop and Ford Quicklane is lucky to have him. There is a formula when it comes to making a business run, large or small, and it seems to me that the formula works here because this is the second time I’ve come here in 2 months. Dakota, thank you for going through the process with me, I think I’ve found a new mechanic! Jeff, keep up the great work and keep the formula the same, it (the staff) works really well! David, your in the right place to learn from some very knowledgeable guys! Keep up the great work guys!

Bad experience & broken compressor issues?

Bad oil! Engine light is on after a month. Car doesn’t run smoothly as used to be. A new oil change elsewhere fixed the problem.Be aware of changing air filter! Scam! (They ask you to change it and show you a dirty filter, which you can actually clean it by yourself.)
