Weve been looking for a new pest control service after a few disappointing experiences with other vendors. We had our first treatment with BugMan on 3/02/21 and were very pleased with the outcome. Rick, the service tech who treated our home was great. He was thorough, polite and answered all of our questions. Shannon and Kathy were really helpful in setting up our service.

Great customer service. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

Honest and reliable. Prompt and on time.

This company has gone downhill recently. After 30 years of good service they showed up but didnt call or ring the doorbell. Waited all afternoon and just did a cursory look at the outside. Owner David Whaley doesnt have a direct number to call. We are stuck with them as they inspected when we bought our house.

Trevor R came to do our annual termite inspection today and although I have been using their services ever since i Bought my house and have always been satisfied, never have I had such a thorough inspection . He was attentive and very intelligent and even gave me some recommendations outside of strictly termite related . very impressed and will continue to recommend them for any of your pest needs .

I have had a termite contract with this company for 20 years and we had a termites swarm in the dining room. They came out within a couple of weeks and retreated the whole house. My husband said they did a very thorough job and cleaned up after themselves.

Bug Man is great. Theyre local. Having a good termite inspector I can trust is important for my real estate business. Both Rick and Joe know termites and will take the time it takes to find any sign of a termite. Joe Whaley was the termite technician for my first new home in the early 1980s so I know he is experienced!

I have used Bug man for about 2 years and have a good relationship with one of their guys, Mark. He has always come to my house and we always talk football and he does a great job of being on time and it only takes him about 20 minutes. He has also come when I had a small ant problem and he fixed it right away. He has also given me advice on other insect related issues ( I had a yellow jacket issue in my bushes). They are a great business and I will continue to use them.

Bug Man came out on 3 -28-2016 Name Mike he did a great job on spraying my home. very good guy. I will be using them again

I have had an annual contract with these guys for over 10 years. They are friendly, respectful of their customers, the techs are great, and they are minimalists when it comes to application, but I dont have ANY bugs. Cant get better than that.

I love the Bug Man Exterminators. This is a truly professional organization. The gal that answers the phone responds to my problems immediately as she passes my messages along promptly. I have had a number of issues with ants etc.Wallace has cured all my bug issues with his immediate responses to my problems and his relentless dealing with my bug issues.I would highly recommend this company and most highly recommend Wallace. He is an amazing professional.

Wallace was my exterminator he was great! Very down to earth and explained the process. Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. The price is fair as well.

Call the company and they sent someone out same day, but the guy had no idea what he was looking at or talking about. He told me a supervisor would be calling and coming out to give the estimate and no one ever called or showed up.

Just got cut off and harassed on 15-501 near Duke/751 exit by a crotchety red-faced middle-aged man driving a Bugman truck. If thats how your staff behaves getting to the job, Id never want them to actually make it.

I called Bug Man to address an ant problem. They were prompt, both with my return call and the serviceman came right on time. Turned out I didnt have an issue. I could not have asked for a more honest company to deal with. They are not out to sell you a lifetime warranty as many companies are. I will always deal with this company and I highly recommend them.

Our home inspector suggested using Bug Man for a pest inspection on an as-is house sale with a VA loan. Taking his advice, we hired Bug Man. For whatever reason, the pest inspector reported yellow mold on the inspection report, and none of us caught it before sending it to the lender. The lender sat on the report for two weeks before noticing that there was mention of mold on the report, leaving us just a couple of business days before closing to handle the mold. We ended up having to remediate the mold ourselves with the realtor the Saturday before closing (thank God we had such a good realtor) and closing still got pushed out two days. Everyone from the realtor to the lending team could not understand why it would ever be the pest inspectors responsibility to put yellow mold on a pest inspection report; the home inspector handles that (which does not get submitted to the lender). Needless to say, it added a lot of un-needed stress to our situation. We will go with someone else the next time we need a pest inspection.

Ive used Bugman for many years, so have had different guys come to spray and check things out. All of them have been very professional, friendly, knowledgable and great to work with. I LOVE BUGMAN!

Joe Whaley, the bug man came to my condo because I had bites all over my legs and thought they might have been bedbugs because my son had been traveling and may have brought something home.Instead of committing me to an expensive course of treatment, he told me how I could find out for sure whether they, in fact, were. He examined all the places they could have been and didnt see any.I went to my doctor to get a prescription for the itching and he said that they were spider bites, which he identified by the look of the bites. They turned out to be spider bites!.Mr. Whaley is a charming man and truly interested in doing the best things for his clients. I would recommend him 1000%Alison B.
