Eastgate Shell exceeds all expectations, Ive never received better auto or customer service. These are genuinely wonderful people. Eastgate was referred to me by a friend who has been a loyal customer there. Ive been here on three occasions now. The first visit they offered me a loaner vehicle at no extra cost. On my second visit John got me a great deal on new tires. Today, I hit a curb and slashed my tire. I frantically called Eastgate and the guys told me to come in ASAP. I barely made it there before the tire blew out on me. Little did I know I was bombarding their lunch break - John even asked if I wanted any food since they were picking up an order. They switched out the flat for my spare right away. Ive always felt cheated by autoshops in the past, but I gladly give Eastgate my business for the foreseeable future!
