These are the worst branch of the copart employees, they are rude, not cooperative, they love to make things hard for the customers even after the payments are made, I wonder even if there is a manager who should at least notice his or her employees behavior.I dont recommend anybody to buy from this branch at Ionia Michigan.

E&s takes the best loader operater out of the loader they think that a loader operater supposed to know what is in a blind spot and plus the communication is horrible when it comes to blind spots also when you apply for a position to move up you dont get it

Copart in Ionia Michigan. I am going to be completely honest, this copart is lacking unprofessionalism The inside workers are losing titles and taking forever to get organized with things. Lot #160 the loaders are ridiculous!! my drivers will be at the lotat 8:00 A.Mand they don’t leave until around noon and they have 3/4 loaders operating the lotthat is outrageous, they are putting other drivers before mine who get there later on. All the workers have attitudes and very unprofessional when spoke to. They are taking forever to take out the vehicles and that’s causing my company to pay extra storage fee out of my pocket that’s not necessary. I am losing customers and my workers are quitting because of there bad management, this getting to my breaking point with this copart in Ionia

I made arrangements to have a car picked up before noon. I confirmed the pickup around 10. Noon came and went, still no call or pickup. Very poor service.

First we were told there were no vests, then told vests were $5, Also said that we could go into the yard if certain circumstances were met (Valid buyer account, etc.) and once they were met, we were denied yet again..Worst Copart by far, disgraceful.

Purchased 2015 Audi A3 from the California Auction. Received S3 (you would think it was great) NOPE it was STRIPPED. We know this because THE TITLE CAME FROM EXCLUSIVE AUTO DISMANTLING. We made a complaint the day it arrived. We were told that nothing they could do. NO Keys and the sale said Keys where included. THEY WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE and it was miss advertised. The pictures for the AUCTION were from angles not showing the missing items on the car and the complete swap of parts or dismantled items. Pathetic bunch of losers. We have had ZERO issues with IAAI. I will NEVER use these POS again. Appointment with our attorney coming next week. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCUM! We have emails from a regional manager agreeing it was wrong and they were looking into how to handle it. 3 weeks later UPPER LEVEL CORP. Manager says nope look on the members website that you have 24hrs to report title / vehicle discrepancy. I will drain every penny our business has to fight these POS, so that no one else is screwed by them. Kind of said the carrier driver said not what you expected and continued to say that groups of people in California ESPECIALLY do this. Buy from Auctions Dismantle the car for good parts throw in junk or missing parts and resell and pay at times the people to take certain pictures.

We were in a car accident in Grand Rapids and my car was towed to copart without my knowledge. Things were left in the car and after nearly 3 months was finally told they couldn’t find my belongings and the car was sold. The manager Dave W was argumentative and not helpful whatsoever. After reading these reviews I am thankful anything of more value wasn’t in the car because it seems this is a pattern. I would highly recommend to not use this company if possible and will be letting my insurance company know this as well.

I had no idea where to find my car & felt I was very close to being run over by a few giant fork-lifts, although one of the drivers did stop to help me find my way since I drove thru agate I wasn’t suppose to. No one had mentioned by phone that anyone under 18 is not permitted in the back to collect belongings. Luckily it wasn’t a busy day inside & I felt ok allowing my child (6) to wait in the lobby with her tablet & the help of the clerk. Important I do to know before coming though....

My Audi was totaled by Geico for a couple dents on the door so they had the car towed here. The only thing wrong with the car was the dents when it was there so I was able to buy back the car from Geico. Not only did this co-part lot completely smash the front grill on my Audi, by they punched a whole in the oil pan pretty much totaling the car.

Very helpful and friendly. This place is more toward LansingIt looks on the map to be just a little from Grand Rapids and in fact sends you North ( from my area in Lawton) and then East toward Lavonia and past. Many miles traveled--did drive right to it but Id try a different route if going again.

My insurance company had Copart pick up my vehicle for a claim. They were 2 days late picking it up from the scheduled date and when I got it back 2 weeks later, the battery was completely dead, my lever for my hood release was busted, the took my screws for me to mount my plate, and there was grease everywhere probably from the person who was handling my car who didnt feel the need to clean their hands before touching every inch they could reach. I am completely unsatisfied with their service and am now cleaning my interior with wet wipes while I wait for someone to meet me and give me a jump start.

Had my truck brought here to be evaluated by an adjuster for an insurance claim for National General Insurance. Truck has a broken frame. They attempted 3 times to pick my truck up and pull it even though it has a broken frame. Finally they sent a flat bed to pick it up. Once they had the truck they advised the claim be denied. When it came time to return the truck I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to return it, they picked it up in less than 6 hours but needed 2-3 weeks to get it back. After calling and talking with Hannah, she was very helpful in locating and getting my truck returned to the mechanic where they originally picked it up from the next day. She is the only reason they are getting 3-stars. When my truck did arrive back the rear passenger door handle was missing, the remote for the alarm is missing, only got the ignition key back, the frame is more cracked then when it was picked up and the interior of the truck is full of mud, peadls covered in mud, mud on the console, mud on the seats, looks like several people ransacked the interior, glove box hanging open, center console hanging open, floor mat missing. I would not trust this place with any vehicles.

Watch out buying from this location, I used t0 drive 3 car hauler picking up from this location was huge headache, keys are lost most of the time and they will not care about it, cars sold as is, if you win the bid it is yours no matter what, if its as described or not. For new buyers be prepared to pay almost double of your bid and Im not joking. And do not trust the discretion, go check out the car yourself, they describe anything as run and drive.

I scheduled my junk vehicle to be picked up by copart between 1pm - 5pm. The woman I spoke with said the driver would call when on their way. I waited in my front room with the windows open from 1pm - 4pm with no sign of the driver or any sort of phone call. When I called the number that had previously contacted me to setup the appointment I was told by the dispatch that the driver had knocked on the door with no answer. Totally false! There was also nothing they could do that day because they claimed to have no more drivers. I dont appreciate being lied to. Will never attempt to do business with them again. Stay away!

Got screwed in a car I bought from this branch. I bougut it as a clean title car. And after receiving it and putting a lot of money fixing it, title came SALAVAGE. I contacted them to solve the matter but they tried to cover up for one another and didnt help me at all

Wick is a sorrow excuse of a manager, a man with no compassion, no ethics, cold, heartless, unscrupulous, wicked and greedy. He realistically defines the word evil and puts copart in prospective as a devilish enterprise.This yard owes me nearly $6000 in money that I lost on a vehicle that never was picked up, which was part of a transaction that didnt go through, due to a disagreement regarding their storage fees. Which, as I stated earlier was driven by their own greed.I will file a complaint with BBB, my state attorney Generals office and will hire a lawyer to assist me in the lawsuit against these fraudsters but not before I expose Copart for its evil doings and the deceptive practices they engage in when listing and selling their cars to the unsuspecting public.I will also make a video of the inner workings of Copart where I am gonna expose the companys evil wrong-doings, fraudulent tactics and the deceptive practices and warn everybody to the potential financial loss when doing business with copart. This is the worst experience I ever have in my life.Copart lie in the vehicle information, I bought a car last Friday, the vehicle did not shown neither in my laptop nor my phone apps that it is not driveable or not start, the highlight state Enhanced vehicle,Donated vehicle and I found it today not drivable and the lady in the customer service in copart system told and show me the vehicle listed in the system as non drivable vehicle as the inspector put in the system, my question is why I couldnt saw that in my account? Because Copart Ionia did not put the right discrption. The primary damage was Mechanical and they listed normal wear, the secondary damage was undercarage (K-frame front and rack and pinion both were brocken) and they listed minor dents and scraches. I called the manager today to ask for full refund but he refused to cancel the purchase and he said you should go and inspect the vehicle yourself (His words means do not trust Copart Ionia inspectors because they may write a totally different description than what in the vehicles ).Three months ago I bought a car with zero mileage exempt then I found the cluster without any screws and the light had been removed from it so no one can read 226990 miles, this is a cheap way to get money from people, shame on you Copart Ionia. I am done with Copart because of Ionia branch and I will put all these details on Google reviews, Yahoo reviews. I lost 4000 dollars because of the cheating of Ionia copart.

Michael Tovar from Copart is a thief . He stole all our personals, paperwork etc when our truck was stored at his facility. It seems this is a common practice for his company. Liberty Mutual needs to pull their contract from Copart as Michael Tovar and his company are obvious thiefs

Very busy place my only complaint is 2 employees ask me to move my car while I was waiting on my daughter to handle her business, stating we were in the staff parking only to find out that there is no staff parking according to the individual helping us.

Getting set up to buy has been a long drawn out event. Getting licenses uploaded to my account they claimed 1-3 business days is going on 3 weeks and still not resolved. Very impersonal process, you have to just read emails and try to figure out what they want next. To call member services is to wait on hold for 20 min to find out they cant help either.

My car was towed here, (which is over 50 miles away from where we live and from where the accident occurred), after an accident and everything of value (over $2,000 worth) was stolen from it by them. They did return some papers, a hair brush and a half-consumed bottle of Sprite, though.
