Nice but slow. They literally walk around as if theres nothing to do when they have people waiting. Took the sweet time with no hustle at all. Im sure that wouldnt have been the case if Corp was there. Come on guys, I like the store but yall gotta hustle faster than that.

All I asked for was a simple oil change with cheap oil and nothing else. The total should have costed around max of $40-45...well I don’t know what they did, because they used the cheapest oil and did other things that I didn’t ask for. That ended up being a total of $86. I felt like I wasn’t listened to or taken advantage of. I’m still angry about it.

I am a black male. I waited in my vehicle in line 30 minutes plus without being acknowledged while other patron around me were quickly welcomed, and made to feel comfortable being there. I was second in line, and in clear view of all employees within the service bays. I will continue to go, and not allow someone to make me feel unwelcomed. I will post my reviews, and observations each visit.

I prefer this location over others in North Raleigh because the service is fast, friendly and affordable.

I was greeted with “what chu’ need”. I requested and inspection. They were moderately busy.They come out and said “ you sure you want me to inspect this”. And I replied yes, what’s the problem. I was told there was “no muffler”. I let the “tech” know there is indeed a muffler, where it is located and the color. He comes back a second time telling me to take my car and leave, there “ain’t no muffler there”.After some heated conversation I pointed out the muffler to the “techs” but was informed that they “ain’t” inspecting it anyway.I have zero faith in a company that hires people that does not know even the basics of cars. I will be canceling both of my fleet accounts. The horrors of Jiffy Lube are real.

I went to 3 jiffy lubes today before I got the service I needed. Only because I bought a Groupon, did I tolerate this type of bad service. My Groupon had tire rotation and when I asked the 1st guy if he would get this done, he told me he was under staffed and I would have to come back another time for tire rotation. I lef and went to the 2nd jiffy lube. I was greeted and I told this tech I had a Groupon with tire rotation and they said they could do it but 3 car ahead of me it was a 40 minute wait. He then asked when I bought the Groupon. I told him about an hour ago . He began this speech about telling all his customers it’s best to wait 24 hrs after you purchase a Groupon before you come to jiffy lube. I’ve never heard this one. He said he would try to see if it was in his system. I showed him the number, he wrote it down and started to help other customers. Never acknowledged me again. I left. I went to the 3rd one and told the manager my experience with the other 2 and he was the best. They had cars in every bay and he never complained about my service needs. I told him about the Groupon and it was not an issue. Thank you 3rd manager! Great service. I’ll go back to him. Not the others!

They did a reinspection on my car. They broke my door handle and now had to file a claim so they can get it fixed.Update: They are now refusing to fix my door handle that they broke and I went over their head now to the vice president of jiffy lube. My only other option may be small claims court. Its horrendous that they offered me a $200.00 giftcard instead of fixing my car. Thats the cost to fix my door handle I had the estimate they asked me to send and now they pull this mess. Dont go to this place unless you want something broke and then they try to hide it after the fact. Had I driven off the lot and didnt notice I wouldnt of known after the fact. They broke the inside door handle and now I have to literally open the door by rolling down the window and open from the outside. Completely inexcusable excuse from customer care person Ryan. Hes rude and unprofessional at that. But if they dont fix it Ill see them in small claims court for damaging for car and Ill ask for legal fees on top of that too.

What an awesome team at this location! My battery died in the shopping center right behind them. Jared came over in his truck to see if he could jumpstart me, but it would not. However, they had the battery that I needed, he came over, installed it and got me out of there very quickly! Cannot thank him and the team at this location enough!

Horrendous company. Avoid at all costs. They mistakenly loosen my transmission fluid drain plug instead of the oil plug from the oil pan. Lost all transmission fluid. Almost needed a new transmission. Terrible business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, there are plenty of places to get an oil change. I should have avoided them after 20 years ago they did other damage to another one of my cars.

When i went to this Jiffy lube, i had all kinds of codes and lights in my dash board, Fred and his team swapped my brake pads, i said the front but when they inspected they noticed my rears were the problem and they made sure that i got the most for the money i was spending. they were actually looking out for me, and that is really important to me as i have had run ins with sleezy auto places in the past. Fred really looked out for me and worked with me on things.If your car has a locking bolt on one of its lug nuts be sure to supply your own though, i felt bad leaving them hanging after an hour and a half and not being able to get any work done because of my locking nut. however no extra charge, stand up folks here.

They did an excellent job, I was in and out in a jiff. The lady at the counter was very friendly and my tech Fred did an excellent job. He was able to solve an issue with my tire sensors that several auto shops in the past either ignored or didnt bother to fix when I asked about it. Fred even spent time explaining to me what was going on with my sensors and how I could self-resolve in the future. Thanks!!

I had a headlight replaced, but the workers left my headlights on and didnt tell me. This caused my car battery to drain after it was parked all day. The store managers were rude and disrespectful when I called to complain. They could not provide a replacement battery as I was hoping would be a logical solution to a problem they created. Poor attitude to customer service. When I have a car service done and my car will not start after it, I would think the shop would take accountability. They did send an employee to test a new battery, but in my mind this is not a solution because they took away the new battery, leaving me with my old one still.

I pulled in after my workout today to get a quick oil change and nobody was in line. I sat down and was there 9 minutes. After those 9 minutes a gentleman got in my vehicle and moved my car out of the way. I was told “a car was out on a test drive” however when I pulled up to the bay nobody said that a gentleman walked up to my car and said we will get you right in” they then pulled my car out of the bay and proceeded to pull a different car into the garage. Poor service, poor communication bad place to go. Seek an oil change and service elsewhere

I tell you what I have never seen such efficient service in all my life! I have been to this location a couple of times but every time It gets more amazing. I went there today with a friend to get her inspection done and there was a bit of a wait. No problem since there are so many places to grab lunch. The guys in the shop were practically running at lighting speed and cars were getting done so fast. The lady in the office was getting folks in and out just as quick with checking cars in and checking folks out. I felt like she knew everyone personally. She even remembered me after only a couple of visits and greeted me like an old friend.I would never be able to handle what these folks do in one hour much less they do it all day. My hats are off to such a well oiled machine! When we got back from lunch the car was done and we had the rest of the day. They even parked it in the shade. I call that service.

I took my nieces car to this establishment for a NC Emissions test which is required for vehicle registration. During the inspection, the employee came to tell me that 3 bulbs needed to be replaced in order to pass this inspection and I instructed them to install them. Later that day, I took the car to my niece who lives an hour & a half away to discover the driver side brake light is out. My question is how did it pass the inspection if the driver side brake light is out? I called the establishment the following morning and spoke to a supervisor who said it happens. I asked how will the issue be resolved? He said for us to buy a bulb. What kind of establishment does not have a system of checks & balances for an inspection? One person cannot see if all of the required items are functioning according to codes. Horrible attitude by management and corporate was not much better.

Went in for a state inspection a few days ago. I was directed to park behind a car in the middle bay and went to the lobby to wait. After maybe 20 minutes of waiting, I noticed that the two cars that had been in front of me were both gone but another truck had been pulled into the bay for an oil change and my car was still sitting where I left it. I waited patiently some more, my mistake.Two other cars that came in after me (one for inspection and one for tire rotation) were completed and a third was being pulled into a different bay. I asked why others were being served before me. They tried to tell me that someone I arrived after me had actually arrived before me, and that the truck was pulled in front of me because he wanted an oil change too.Makes no sense that they dont serve customers in the order they arrive and dont have a decent explanation for why I waited close to 45 minutes and my car was still sitting outside. I finally left and went somewhere else. Second issue Ive had with a local Jiffy Lube. Theyve lost my business.Find somewhere else. There are better places to go.

Pulled in to get my truck inspected. The whole crew was friendly and easygoing, the manager was polite and efficient. I can’t speak for others’ experience, and I’ve never had them do any major work on my vehicle, but having worked in shops before, and seeing these guys and their good attitude, I’ll be a repeat customer.

I really have to say to the people working at this location. Thank you! All I needed was a bit of air in my tire and the young man I took very good care of me. Even though it was raining and wet. You all deserve to be praised for all that you do. I hope your bosses see this. I know this will be a place to trust when I need other services. You all seem to know how to take care of a person of age. Thank you again.

The mechanics there are nice but the woman who works the front desk is soooo incredible rude. She is rude to the customers when they ask questions and she corrects you like you are stupid. Its 90 dollars to get an oil change and every other place is so much cheaper. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great service! Was in and out in 5 minutes for a simple taillight change. Had went to another jiffy lube and they couldn’t get the taillight off. This one had no issues.

They are the most helpful and friendly bunch I have ever met. I just got my car and brought it in for an oil change. The lady in the office showed me all the information about my car and what oil I should use for my car. They checked everything on my car and didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need. The guys working on my car were so fast and zipping around from car to car and getting the windows all cleaned. Everyone was laughing and funny and they seemed to all work really well together. It was such great fun watching them all. When it was all done not only did I get a printout of all the things they did I got a coupon added on for a great discount for bringing my car in for the first time. I love this place.

Just had an oil change at this location. My wife and kids destroyed the inside of our vehicle and they cleaned it out with the oil change. You cant beat the price for the speed and awesome service.

Excellent, friendly service! Went here for my NC inspection, as typically any car related service I take my car to the dealership. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never in my life have ever had to have a car inspection, only in NC 🤦🏻‍♀️. Was 4th car waiting. Took about 45 mins, not too bad. Got in and out during my lunch hour and everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions!

I got there yesterday just at 10am when they opened. Many cars in line in front of me. The team there worked together to ensure that everyone got the services they asked for and then some. There was the manager outside directing the others to move car in and around while the lady inside got everyones information and related it to the fellows working out side. They man that greeted me kept bring in information about cars to here and air filters, and she kept going back and forth telling the guys which car had what going on, then she would come back and check out the ones that were done. When I got there about 12 cars where lined up all around and in about 45 minutes or so they had only 4 that were waiting to come in and people were still showing up. When I was done all I had to say was that I have a coupon on my phone and she knew the codes so I did not have to show it. I got a great deal. I was really impressed with the teamwork and quickness of everyone. They seemed to know most of the customers by name. They treated everyone like family.

Went in for an oil change and shopping today. As cold as it was the folks were happy to help me and made sure that all the needed services were done in a timely matter. The woman in the office as going back and forth in and out to help the guys in the shop and helping the customers in the office. The tech doing brake work in the area closest to the office seemed to be working very diligently. Everyone was busy with several tasks at once and it all ran seamlessly. When I came back to pick up my car it was clean inside and the new wipers that were installed worked the best in the rain. I will be back again just because everyone was so friendly and efficient.

Inspections were out the door but I got in and out fast. Oil change and inspection cost were well within reason and cheaper than dealer. Couldnt ask for better service, they didnt want to keep my car all day. Had time for lunch and shopping while I waited. Best in town.

I stopped in for a quick oil change. As cold as it was, the gentleman that greeted me was very nice and I knew that he was cold, He asked how I was doing and then led me inside to get warm. The lady behind the counter was kind and offered me coffee and led me though what my car service. I watched though the window drinking hot coffee and was surprised to see everyone moving at such a quick pace. I was shown my air filter and it reminded me of the things that I really needed to keep my car in shape. It was suggested that I switch to a high mileage oil to help keep my car in good shape, and they reminded me that my inspection was due. Everyone there was so good and professional, not like some other places that want to keep my car for hours. I was glad to have the wifi to keep doing my work and they even have a few restaurants nearby to get lunch. I will be coming here again. When I got back in my car again it was clean and vacuum better than any detail shop. Even my tire pressure light was off. The lady that checked me out told me I could stop by between oil changes for top off service to have my fluids checked and if I ever need air in the tires to stop by and they would do that too, All for free. I am telling my friends and family about this place. They really did a fantastic job. Better than dealer!

I love this location so much! The staff is super cheerful and sweet. You can tell they are under great management because everyone is focused and gets the job done so quickly, but theyre still smiling and in a great mood. I feel like Im visiting good friends every time I come.

There were alot of cars on the lot this past Sat. Was able to leave my car and go shopping and have lunch. Very convenient location. The folks there are nice and the place was clean, even though there is construction going on there. When we got back everything was done and my bill was reasonable. They even told me about some things they found that were done by my dealer that they fixed, no charge. I will use these folks again and stop wasting my time going to the dealer if they are not going to do the job right.

I ALWAYS go to this Jiffy Lube for my state inspection and oil changes. Everyone is so friendly and the mechanics are FAST!!! The cashier makes sure you get every possible discount at checkout!! VERY NICE!!

Guys were fast and did a good job. “Manager” Running the Office was rude and seemed to have no real reason to be there. Tried to argue with me over whether or not my factory 35% tint was legal. Shop seems good but they could really benefit by letting her go.

Paid $56 for an oil change and they put on the wrong oil filter. My car leaked 2 quarts of oil over a 2 week period and when I took it to my normal mechanic and they put it on the lift the oil filter fell off. Do not go here, they try their best to con you out of your money and cant do their job properly.

Went in today for an oil change and inspection and there was not a long wait time. Hot as it was, everyone was so happy and ready to do their best. Those other guys down the street could never do it this good.

If you’re in need of an oil change and/or tire rotation you can’t beat the Jiffy Lube on Creedmoor. I took my Ford Explorer in for both of these services and expected at least a half hour wait. I checked in and walked next door to Dunkin Donuts for a cup of coffee and then sat down to wait. About 2 minutes later the extremely friendly girl at the counter called my name and told me my car was ready. I couldn’t believe it! I don’t know about the other Jiffy Lubes in the area but this one is excellent! I’ll be going back in the future.

I caught a flat tire on my way into work and pulled into the shop. I asked if they could take a look at the flat tire and they showed me a huge hole and said that I would need a new tire. They offered to order the same tire that was on my car. I elected to not have them order it and instead asked them to just put my spare on and I would take it to the dealer, as I had tire coverage.They put the spare on, inflated it and sent me on my way with no charge. I would have gladly paid for their time and labor but they said no. All of the techs were extremely kind as well as the woman working the cashiers desk. A very big thank you for your wonderful customer service.

This is by far the most professional, service oriented auto care experience Ive ever had. The team is quick, responsible, and honestly when was the last time someone held the door open for you on the way out? Great management. Thank you. Normally I dont leave reviews but this is well deserved. Came in for inspection and oil change a few days ago on my truck. The folks there are the most honest bunch I have ever encountered. They not only told me about a problem with my truck that I was not aware of with my inspection they helped me with recommendations on how to fix the issues. I had been taking my 2016 silverado to the dealer for everything, inspections oil changes, everything. The dealer never told me about my tint. I always thought it was from factory as dark as it was. Come to find out that the dealer received my truck from another location that had applied dark tint. Then during the oil change was asked to go downstairs to view a bigger problem with my truck. The dealer really made a mess on the drain pan and never told me about it. They offered me solutions on how I can get the problem fixed and I asked them to document what they found so that I can take it back to the dealer. Most places would just want to charge me an arm and leg to do the repairs but these folks told me up front about what they found. You dont see that kind of honesty anymore. I learned so much in the last few day and now the dealership is finally taking ownership of the problems and fixing them from the dark tint replaced to legal to the oil pan and everything replaced at no cost to me. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE for showing me what really was up with my truck.When I logged on to here to put in my review I saw that there were a few unhappy ones. I hope that this one makes their day better because those guys (and the gal in the office) deserve to have a great holiday. I will be bringing my truck back once I get it back from the dealer to make sure that everything was done right. I will never trust the dealer again.

Right after we got out of the car a nice lady (Jo?) came out to great us and took the kids into the shop while I moved the car. They were extremely nice. Very kid friendly. The are SUPER fast and very affordable. They told me once they won some award for being the fastest Jiffy Lube on the East Coast or something like that, and they sure make it happen like they are. We walked over to the Wendys place from there and the Wendys people gave the kids free frosties.

Have used in past and never had a bad experience. Called to see how busy and they said 40-50 min wait, and recommended Six Forks Rd location because they werent busy! Great customer focus!

I was able to get in for an oil change after work the night before Thanksgiving. They were SO fast! Great service and friendly.... thanks again!!!

I had a state inspection done at the store, drove across the street and when driving very slowly over the first speed bump there was a loud crack sounding like metal on metal. I immediately pulled over and stopped. There was an approximate 6 inch black tube with a square yellow metal piece on one end by the front passenger tire. I immediately went back to the station. They said it looked like the handle to a tool. They checked the car and said it looked Ok. If I have any problems with the vehicle, I will hold the business and staff responsible. I will not be using any of their services in the future.

My old truck was leaking oil and fuel. It had a hole in the exhaust the size of a golf ball but passed inspection. No problem. Awesome place!

We brought two separate cars into this location for state inspections, and they charged us for a separate window-tinting inspection on both vehicles. This happened on different days (about three weeks apart). Neither car has tinted windows, but the aggressive know-it-all working the desk won’t let you talk (constant interruptions)and insisted that all of the other places over the years we’ve taken the cars to weren’t doing it correctly. Since this place came recommended to us for inspections, we chalked the first experience with the fake charge and bad service to be an anomaly, but alas, here we have same exact situation with our second vehicle three weeks later. We are glad there are so many other places to get an inspection done...UPDATE:We had to get our brake pads reinspected by this Jiffy Lube after the brake pads failed inspection, and while waiting in the waiting room, I overheard several other customers get charged this bogus tinted-window inspection fee! Such a dishonest place!

Came in for an inspection and the line was very long. I thought Id check and see what the wait time would be. I was greeted in the parking lot by a friendly and cheerful employee. He said it would be about an hour (the lines for each bay were several cars long). My kids and I walked across the parking lot and got lunch. By the time we got back it was done (less than an hour). The lady at the checkout counter was very nice and friendly. I would give 5 stars but I was annoyed that there was a window tint inspection charge. Probably not their fault since most places charge it too, but my windows are very lightly, from the factory, tinted. No need to test it.

Just went to get a NCSI (state inspection) I was failed for tires. I checked prior before going there as they were all at passing tread over 3-32nds. Then get slapped with a fall so I double check with their tool. They passed over 3-32nds so I try to dispute that a fail is under 2-32nds and my tires dont fail. Well, they didnt say sorry and didnt fix the issue, but instead they told me to go to dmv to deal with it.

Great, fast, service! Clean inside and out. Employees looked very happy and proud of their work.

This location is only after your money do not go there. I was overcharged in a way that made me so uncomfortable that I will never go back to a Jiffy Lube. They added on $30 worth of services that I did not request and did not tell me until I picked up my car. I had no other choice but to pay for these services and it is not right to do that to people do not go there. I was up charged for using a coupon and again that is just not right.

I went in for a basic oil and filter change and they stripped some of the bolts on the underside of my car. They also used a different oil than I asked for. I also asked for the fluids to be topped off, which they didnt do but they were sure to let me know that they needed to be topped off next time I went.

Try to up charge for everything. Woman didnt want me to see what she was charging. Everytime I stood up to see what she was pricing on her PC she asked me to take a seat. Eventually I said I was just going to take my car and leave. Immediately she failed my inspection over a cracked windshield wiper. When I asked the mechanic to show me where it was damaged he tore it in front of me. Will never go back.

Hey Jiffy Lube is well on its way to the big times as for its car service.

This was my second time to this particular location. The first time I went was a few months after buying my car (it was 2 years old and had just been fully serviced before I bought it). They tried upselling on things then that I had never been encouraged to get at the other Jiffy Lube location that I regularly go to, but is now further away since I moved.I went again today though to this location, and they again tried to upsell me on products that I do not feel like I needed, but this time threatened to not pass my vehicle based on my windshield wipers that are less than a year old. They did the same thing with every person that entered the waiting room, trying to con them out of their money. I won’t be returning to this particular location again, as I’d rather not be pressured into feeling like I need all this work done, when in reality, I do not.

Went there once to get a simple oil change just because I had a coupon after that my oil was leaking so I took my car back so they could fix there wrong doing. They claimed it wasnt oil and it was transmission fluid or something. Well I got under there my self pulled out the oil drain plug and sure enough it was in there crooked and was stripped because of this. I showed them and they were nice about it and they fixed the problem but my oil drain plug is screwed up now. A place that specializes in oil change should be able to do a simple oil change without screwing someones car up.

OMG - terrible! Had my daughters oil changed yesterday so she could drive back to college. Today she has the baby she is a nanny for in the car and just called that the car is acting funny. Needless to say THERE IS NO OIL IN THE CAR!! She is stranded with a child and needing to get AAA involved. I wonder how Jiffy Lube will handle this when we get the damages if there are any.So disappointed with Jiffy Lube that they could make a huge mistake like this.

I have had the oil changed in my 97 Nissan Pickup here for the last couple years. I go here because the service is generally better than most other places and its just a simple oil change. Well, after today they will never have my business again. I was met with attitudes from the get go because I purchased the service off of groupon, and they shorted me on oil by 1 full quart.I purchased a groupon because you receive an oil change, tire rotation, glass cleaning, and fluid top off for less than it costs just to have the oil changed without the groupon. When I let the manager know this her attitude quickly changed as if I was a huge burden. The worst part though, they tried only putting 3.5 quarts of oil in my truck instead of the 4.5 quarts that their system tells them to. When I pointed this error out to them they lied about the system updating and changing due to new oil technology. The manager even tried showing me in their system that they were right, but she showed me a 4x4 truck when mine is only a RWD. Of course, their system lists 4.5 quarts for the RWD truck. Even after I pointed this out they refused to put the correct amount of oil in the truck, but they didnt tell me that. They finished everything, pulled the truck off the lift, and called me to the register to have me pay the taxes for the service. When I asked where we were at with the oil, she said that they refused to put more oil in the truck despite their own system telling them to. I refused to pay as anyone who knows anything about engines will tell you that have too little oil will ruin your engine. Again, this was met with terrible attitudes and refusal to complete the service. The man who put the oil in the truck came in and told me that the dipstick showed that it was full, but I pointed out that he checked the dipstick while the truck was running and that is the incorrect way to check the oil. Doing it like this will always show that you have more oil than you actually do. Again, this was met with an attitude. After I refused to pay because they refused to put the right amount of oil in the truck they decided not to charge me. I had to go put a quart of oil in the truck myself because they refused to. For this reason I would caution anyone from going to JiffyLube, especially this location.
