So COVID really messed with my nail game, but on this particular day I was feeling good so I told the wifey that Im gonna take her to Paris...and here we were living the good semi-post-Covid life. A Classique Pedicure was on deck with a Stella Artois in the massage chair cup holder. Who said guys cant enjoy a nail salon?Anyhoo, we enjoyed a relaxing hot water foot soak on this Thursday evening. I laid back and watched Food Network (my favorite), and it set me up quite nicely as I then thought why not eat at Spring Rolls next door after this. I digress, so my nails were trimmed, an awesome sugar scrub applied, a nice 5 minute foot massage provided, and glistening nails revealed. It was like I had new feet yall! Not sure where these feet of mine were during COVID, but WE BACK! The staff was very friendly, I got to enjoy a nice brew as I relaxed, parking was plentiful at about 6pm, and it felt so nice to feel somewhat back to reality (even with my mask on still).Overall, Paris was a fantastic getaway, and while the wife did feel deceived as it wasnt quite the France she initially imagined, she wasnt mad at me for long ;)

This is my go to Nail Salon! Been coming here for over a year now, and am never disappointed- all the nail techs are great, however Leah is the best ever. I bring in a pic from Pinterest and she delivers every time! Also love the drink selection.

I booked a group appointment for 4 to spend the day with the ladies in my family and to celebrate my birthday. They like to know your services in advance so they can block off time and be prepared. I really liked that because we also wanted to do dinner afterwards. We showed up a little early and they were ready for us. We all got the services we wanted, we had a fun day with their team and each other. We all got together yesterday and compared nails, everyone is happy with them at the start of week 2. We will be back! I highly recommend Paris Nail Bar!

Great staff excellent experience very relaxing

I made an appointment for my sister’s birthday… 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. We arrived 10 minutes late and were told they couldn’t do her manicure because the customers after us would have to wait the 10 minutes we were late. I understood their policy regarding late arrivals and asked if we could treat her manicure as a walk in once we were done with our pedis. Khua at the front desk told me no and then proceeded to pull up their late arrival policy. He followed me to the polish wall to continue to explain that our 10 minute tardiness was the problem and they would not be servicing her for a manicure. Uncomfortable exchange, lack of customer service, could have been handled much differently. This isn’t a doctor’s appointment. Very disappointed considering everyone else in the salon has always been extremely nice.

While the staff worked hard to service me, two of my nails literally broke a week later. I won’t be returning because I paid at least $60 for this fill-in. I don’t particularly like the type of plastic nails they use. They seem cheap and hence, they broke very easily. Perhaps they are better for manicures, pedicures and other services. But I would not recommend them for anything involving gel or acrylic nails

After trying nearly a dozen nail salons in the area, I finally got it right. I’ve never gotten a bad manicure or pedicure here - and I’m pretty stringent when it comes to my nails. The manager/owner - Leah - is so kind and professional and really takes pride in the quality of her salon. She does a fantastic job leading her employees, and goes out of her way to further their development as professionals. You won’t find me anywhere else!

I love Paris Nail Bar! This salon has it all. The entire staff is skilled, professional, and very polite. You will find that the atmosphere is very clean and classy with polished decor, perfect for relaxing me time. Leah is amazing and I have yet to find a nail technician that provides her level of service! 10 out of 10 Recommend!

I went here for a pedicure and a full set. My pedicure was great but my nails look bad. I spent over $100 to get my nails done. The nail is bumpy and not shaped well. I went to Don for both services and although I commend the pedicure please don’t go to him for your nails!!!! Only go to him for feet! I’m highly frustrated and disappointed 😢

People be careful when going to nail salons that claim to be using SNS Brand dip powder. I had 2 appts with this nail bar in Raleigh. I found them doing a google search for SNS dip powder salons. I made it VERY CLEAR to the front desk that I wanted SNS brand. dipping powder. They said that the dipping powders are all the same and they did not have SNS Brand but something just as good or better. I gave it a try. After the first application, when I went back to get a touch-up, my nails felt paper-like and weak. The person doing my nails said, oh that will get better. So I allowed them to do a 2nd time. This time, after 4 days i knew something was wrong with my nails. The nails became very sensitive to touch and I had to be careful not to hit them on anything. I went to a different nail salon and when they tried to take off, the dip powder would not come off correctly. Dip powder only needs to soak in acetone for about 20 min and slides right off. It took them an hour to get this mess off my nails. The person doing my nails told me that was not dip powder but acrylic powder they pass off as dip. Be careful People. SNS BRAND is the best for your nails. Do not accept anything else. They are counting on your ignorance of the product. I have had 2 applications of the SNS brand and my nails are finally starting to be healthy again. Never going to any Paris nail salons in Raleigh!!!.

I had a fantastic experience at this establishment yesterday! Diane did a stunning black matte dipping powder set for me, and I could not be more impressed with her work. She was so friendly and kind, and made every effort to make sure my nails were perfect. I spent about 2 hours there (it was my first time getting dipping powder so she did three coats for me, which was incredibly nice considering how time consuming it can be). I was a walk-in and the staff was super accomodating to me as well. I absolutely adore my nails and can not recommend Diane enough! Overall, great experience.

Manicure looks pretty bad. Pedicure is fine. Probably wont get it done here again...Nail tech was very uninterested and obviously didnt care to do a good job.

Its a nice place. I was greeted politely when I walked in was even see half an hour earlier than my initial appointment which I was happy about. Jenny did my nails and was very good at her job, and even joked with me a bit. I would definitely go back to Paris nail bar.

Big things for me are that they actually ask what I want, how I like my nails shaped etc, and that if I need/ask for something they dont know how to do/arent skilled at yet.. they ask someone for help! Stephanie is the absolute best nail tech I have ever been to. She’s incredible! I have been seeing her for almost 2 years, and refuse to let anyone else do my nails because no one else even comes close to what she can do.

Leah helped me determine what artificial nail set would be best for my nails and taught me things I had no idea about. After an hour and a half of meticulous artistry, Leah finished the perfect set of barbie pink dip nails with tips for my vacation. I have never had a nail tech do such a fantastic job of cleanup - my cuticles are flawless, there are no snags or uneven spots, theyre perfection. I will absolutely be going back!!

Got a gel manicure and it didn’t even last a full 24hours. They started peeling and came completely off without even damaging my nail. I think at that point a customer should be offered their money back, not for them to redo them only for them to fall off again. This place is completely overpriced for the work they do.

I got my acrylics filled and 3 days later my gel polish was chipping and 2 days after that my nails are lifting and popping off...The environment was nice only reason they have 2 stars.

Tammy did a full set and she was so sweet ! Aside from being sweet, amazing work - I’m definitely picky about my nails and she met my expectations if not exceeded them. A bonus - it wasn’t as expensive as other places in Raleigh. They have a pretty great beer selection for a nail salon, which was awesome. Michelle did my pedi and she did an amazing job as well. I have no complaints at all. I did the “under the lights” pedi and my feet feel so smooth. The place was pretty and clean, playing some good music- a whole vibe. Loved my experience, have already decided to become a regular. At the end they offered me a loyalty card which was nice, added to my decision to make this my new nail spot. Once again can’t say greater things about Tammy and Michelle. Their work and service were top notch!

I came here because I heard great things about Michelle. She did my first ever pedicure and did a great job explaining the process, and the differences in services and packages. She provided great conversation but also gave me time to myself to relax and enjoy the experience. I was very impressed and will be booking with her again soon

I tried this place for the first time with my mother-in-law. We both got pedicures, and she got a basic manicure. It was nice and clean, and the staff was very kind and courteous. I have a medical condition that causes me to have brief episodes, and in the middle of the pedicure I had one unexpectedly. The whole time the lady waited calmly and patiently before I could continue, offering a fan for fresh air and a water, without me even asking. My mother in law explained the situation to them, so they would know that for my personal condition I just needed a few minutes to recover. Once it was all over, the employee picked up where she left off, and finished my pedicure well. The lady that helped my mother in law also found a chair for me to sit next to her while she got her manicure. The staff went above and beyond, and I appreciate their customer service.

My experience was amazing! I had Steven today, he was constantly asking questions to be sure I was happy with the options available and made sure I liked everything before he was done. I just moved here but I have found my new salon and manicurist!! Thanks for going above and beyond! I tried a few other places closer to where I live now after seeing the same manicurists for nearly 10 years, I finally feel at home and well pampered and the few extra minutes drive is well worth it!

I absolutely love it here! I always and I mean ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. I use to see Erick but upon his departure I now see Jenny. Also, I love Kim and her fun personality and always use her nails for my next nail inspiration and Ive seen her too, do great work! Leah is also amazing at designs! They truly are goddesses with a nail file. :-)Definitely try out this salon and even pamper yourself with one of their amazing pedicure services. They also have an extensive drink list and unique ambiance that truly makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the week at work.In previous reviews the cost has been an issue. I think you get what you pay for. Here: you will get fresh clean drills, liners in your foot tub, as well as items that dont look like theyve been used on a multitude of people without being sanitized/cleaned. Those that work here go above and beyond in their work, customer service, as well as the aesthetics of the entire facility. Its more than worth it! You can tell they love what they do, and their customers even more.

Really like this place. Top notch environment, very organized, and friendly staff. Love my nail tech! I wont say her name, because then shell be too busy to see me when Im ready. Lol. But she knows who she is!! I am the guy with the cuticles that need special attention 😉Only negative thing I will say is this salon is about 30% more expensive than the average nail salon. But, I will continue to patronize their business as long as the service stays as high as the prices.

My Mother enjoyed the manicure and hers nails where beautiful. The pedicure treatment was good but the painting of the toes was not painted correctly and did not look as smooth as her nails because you can see part of the unpainted toe. Overall nice clean professional business.

Best nail experience in town! Steven is my nail technician and has gone above and beyond for me every time I have gone in for over a year now. I’m currently pregnant and they get me a special back pillow, make me tea etc. The salon is beautifully designed and very clean, it NEVER smells like chemicals. My favorite part of the experience is how easy it is to book online when I remember to schedule an appointment late at night. I won’t think of going anywhere else!

I waited a few days to do this review because I wanted to see how my nails did...I am just as impressed and in love with my nails and feet as I was the day I got them done. I absolutely loved everything about my experience there. Walking in to Paris nail bar I knew this salon was different than any other nail salon I had been in before. The receptionist was very welcoming and they had a huge polish selection. I requested a De base pedicure and full set. My technician was Van. Very stylish and I could tell she loves what she does! She was amazing!! She took her time on my nails and pedicure, gave suggestions that I knew were based on her own honest opinion and not money driven. My full set came out perfect!! Omg...and the pedicure and manicure chairs....I almost fell asleep during my pedicure!! I re booked before I left with Van thats how in love I was with her services and the salon itself! I have found my new salon home! And its so close to my house!!

Jenny did an amazing job on my full set! I always get one color and no designs, but decided to try something different this time. She took the idea I showed her and made it her own and even better! I will definitely be back to see Jenny again!

Don’t waste your time or money here. Cute environment but terrible service. I got my nails done and they were crooked and uneven. I called that same day to let them know about the nails and they said to send in pictures so the manager can look at them. If I’m not satisfied with my nails, I’m not satisfied. I shouldn’t have to send in pictures. I live 45 min away from this salon and did not want to drive all the way back to correct my nails. I sent them the pictures of my nails and I received no type of response. This was my last time going to this nail salon. They have an advantage because of the location but if it wasn’t for that, I doubt if they would be in business. Do not waste your time here at all. Oh and not to mention I waisted 80 dollars on nails I don’t even like. Never again.

I really like this nail bar. It’s clean and nicely decorated. The girls are up on trends and very friendly. My experience today was out of the ordinary, though. The woman doing my nails was texting through out the whole appointment. Every 3 minutes, she would stop what she was doing to answer a text. About 15 minutes into the appointment when I had the tips on before she cut them down, she excused herself and used her phone for 10 minutes. There was no explanation from her. I would have been understanding If she had told me she needed to attend to something pressing but she was just casually texting and it was annoying. She also burned multiple fingers with the filer and made 3 of my fingers bleed. My nails look nice but the experience was not great. I just will make sure not to have that nail tech again.

Everyone here is always so welcoming! If you like gel polish then this is definitely the place to go. They have the largest selection that Ive ever seen! They can get busy, so I recommend making an appointment if you can, but they do take walk-ins as well. You will not be disappointed here! They also have a nice selection of wine, beer, coffees, etc. to have while youre having your nails done. By far my favorite salon in Raleigh.

Do NOT EVER GO HERE! I walked in needing to get my nails done as I am recovering from a surgery so I walked in with a walker and my husband with me. Lady looked me up and down as if I had two heads and proceeded to tell me that there was nobody to help me for the rest of the day. I walked in at 3pm and they close at 7:30pm! They also claim to accept walk ins!!They DO NOT LIKE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE!

I absolutely love this place! They always do quality work and are super friendly. The atmosphere feels so much more intimate than most nail salons, which makes it way more relaxing. I occasionally take my young daughter with me, and she always has a great time and the staff are always so accommodating to her. I highly recommend Katrina or Jennifer if you are new to this salon. They do get busy, so I suggest making an appointment (and they even have an online appointment scheduling which is super convenient).

This isnt a review of the whole salon as I have been a longtime customer. This is a review of one person in particular: Jenny. I found her to be very rude, disruptive and combative. I had a 2pm appointment scheduled and after waiting more than 40 minutes I decided that I no longer wanted the appointment. Jenny took it upon herself to argue with me and interrupted every conversation that I was having with someone else. She went on the tell me that sometimes you have to wait at the doctors before an appointment. She could not fathom why I did not want to continue on with my appointment. I tried to explain to her that I have the right to decide who gets my business and my money. I had to finally tell another manicurist to simply tell her not to talk to me. The receptionist was able to contact the manager and I was accommodated for my inconvenience however, Jenny still wanted to argue. I found Jennys customer service to be very poor and after my experience with her, I would prefer if she never provided any service for me.

The job that Leah does is amazing! I get compliments all the time.

I love the assortment of colors and options available. Friendly staff and the quality of work is pretty good as well. However, every time I check out, I have to question if their prices are worth it. This time I got my normal liquid gel fill in with liquid gel polish (which you also pay extra for). I also asked for my nails to be shaped from almond to square. I was charged an extra fee for the shaping. They definitely charge for every little thing. With more affordable pricing, I would give Paris 4 or 5 stars. Its time for me to find a more affordable location.

Today was my first time here and I am already in love! I have been looking for a nail place in Raleigh and have found my go to spot. I mad an appointment so only had to wait about 5 minutes. This place would earn a 5/5 if it wasn’t for the front desk girl. I have been going here consistently for a few years, and had the receptionist bump my appointment so that she could get her nails done with the nail tech I had requested. Everyone else at the salon is amazing but this girl really brings down the high-end vibe of the nail salon.

This is my neighborhood nail spa, but I would drive 50 miles for this service. The place is beautiful and the people are fabulous. The wine and beer list is more extensive than the bar next door. Go, you will love it!!!

This location looks very nice inside. If thats all that matters to you, then I would say go ahead and visit here. But I went one day to try them out and was apparently not welcome by the receptionist or the workers. I dont care about having to wait a few minutes before being served at a nail salon, that is normal and expected anywhere I go. The issue that I had here was that even when I was greeted, it wasnt a genuine or sincere one. I was not told how long it would be or anything, I was just told Go sit over there in the waiting area. The receptionist then walked away from me and went to talk to a few people in the back. He then started the pedicure bath, which I assume was for me, but still did not speak to me and I will never find out if it was or not because I eventually just got up and walked out. I would not return to this location for services.

April was responsible for my manicure, pedicure, and brow wax. The manicure and pedicure were super rough on my cuticles- I had to ask her three times to pay attention and not cut my skin, or to be less rough. The manicure did not last 2 days. The brow wax was the absolute WORST! She held my head down on the table super firmly (hurting my neck) and ripped off more than 1/3 of my left eyebrow. (No my left eyebrow begins in the middle of my eye) This was the worst brow wax I have ever had. My brows are now pencil thin, misshapen and totally mismatched. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR FACE.I called and spoke to the owner who was very apologetic. He offered to refund me for the services- I declined. The point is that you should hire qualified personnel, not people who don’t know what they’re doing and will butcher your face.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON

Started coming here in December of 2017. Ive always had a great experince. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to pamper and unwind after a long day! I highly recommend Kim or Michelle.

I booked a bridal party of 8-10 two weeks in advance. There was a small wait time but nothing out of the ordinary especially for such a large group. Beautiful interior and quality service!

I really thought that the location was beautiful, the employees were nice and I enjoyed the fact that they had a bar to make the experience even more enjoyable. BUT my gel nails started peeling 2 days after I got them done and my toe nails chipped within a week. This is not normal for me. I always get gel nails and they always take at least 2 weeks to peel off. Because of this I will not being going back because clearly the correct steps werent followed in the application of the polish. I paid extra for the same (if not worse) result I would have gotten with regular nail polish. I have never had this happen at any other salon.

Fancy interior and loads of drinks to choose from. Just got a gel manicure from Andy and he did an impeccable job. Will be back!

Hands down the best nail spa I’ve ever been to. Their service and technicians exceed expectations and are unmatched by other local competitors.

In for a gel pink and white and pedicure. Cost was 1.5 times my regular salon, yet I had a gift card. This made it about the same price. I was shifted to three different techs despite it not being crowded AND I wasnt a walki-in. My nails were shorter than when I went in and I had particles in the final finish. The nail job lasted about the same as other similar types. Pedicure lasted barely five days due to the nails not being buffed or a base coat or prep. Overall, there didnt seem to be a customer-oriented feel with me or most of the other clients, which struck me as odd.

Ive lived in Raleigh for almost 10 years. This is the best nail salon in the entire city! Their technicians are absolutely wonderful and their chairs are like heaven. I go regularly - you wont be disappointed!

I have not used their services but saw this establishment on the way to a restaurant nearby. Its a very high quality nail salon built on a Paris theme. Theres a full bar inside the establishment. Very high ceilings. You wont feel cramped in this light and airy place. Photographs will tell the story

My husband and I visited Paris Nail Bar over the weekend for pedicures. We booked our appointment online and were seated quickly, only for me to realize that the chair I was sitting in was broken (it did not massage, only reclined and moved forward and backwards). Every other chair in the place was full, so my only option was to wait for one to become available, which we didnt want to do because of time constraints (Hence the appointment making). After ordering a glass of wine, I had to ask for my jets to be turned on in the foot spa...it took several technicians to replace the parts and get it working.The pedicure itself was good - the technician was attentive to cuticles, calluses, and painting my toes.Upon checkout, the staff did not offer any sort of discount due to me sitting in a chair that was not functioning. After some arguing, and Calling the manager for approval, we were able to get the one glass of wine complimentary.Biggest lesson learned: Whenever you visit this place, be sure they put you in a chair that works and in a foot spa with functioning jets. If I hadnt wanted a decent chair to sit in, I would have visited one of the other lower priced salons in the area.

Absolutely rude staff. We happily went else where for our nail spa needs.

Everyone here does a good job but I will request Sandy anytime I can — she is wonderful!! This place is really a step above every other salon I have visited!
