The day before my graduation, I went in to get *insert picture*, and received a very different version (short, lumpy, odd). I left, and called in for the lady to come back and fix them, but instead she said to fix them there’d be a fee?? Why do I need to pay you to fix nails YOU messed up. Tony is usually good, but this experience was unacceptable!

Very nice. my fingers look great, but my toes are smudged and still wet when I walked out. and the toe nails are all different lengths, like she didnt file them at all

Toan aka Tony was great. He took his time and was friendly. I was a walk-in and did not feel rushed at all. His conversation was light and comfortable. He gave me exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable (liquid gel fill-in). I am happy and I hope to come here anytime I am in the area

I have been serviced for nails at this establishment many times throughout the years. Tony is actually the only person I prefer to get my nails done by. That is until today. Unfortunately I read some of the other reviews advising of how rude the young girl is in the shop. 9 times out 10 that is his incredibly rude daughter Rachel. This is not my first encounter of her rudeness however it will be my last. I made my appointment for 1 pm and arrived around 12:55 to Tony half way through another customers bails. No problem. I understood it’s the holidays. I’ve waited for To y before, that’s how adamant I am about him only doing my nails. But considering I understand the rush and everything going through the holidays he asked if his daughter could start off my nails, normally I would have declined. But again because I was trying to be considerate I went with her. BIG MISTAKE. She asked me the style of my nails I advised stilettos. Normally when Tony does my stiletto nails he does them very short for me as I prefer. However once I told her how short I wanted them she began to let me know that I COULD not get them that short. So when I advised her father normally is able to do them that short and that’s why I preferred to have him do my nails, she immediately started being rough with me . She cut the length of my nail with such attitude and threw my hands back at me with force. I didn’t say anything, just sat there aggravated. Not even 2 minutes later her appointment came in and I guess at that time she was frustrated with me and decided to tell me to go sit back in the front and wait for her father to do my nails. I was completely shocked at how unprofessional and rude she was. I made appointment in which I would have to pay for and my nail tech was late only to give me to his daughter who has last my business with him. I ultimately wanted to get my hands and feet done but ended up leaving with just my hands done. When I informed Tony, he brushed me off and just was adamant about getting my nails done. No apologies or anything. As much as I love getting my nails done by him, I appreciate customer service more. I work hard for my money and don’t care to spend it with ppl who do value money . With that attitude and unprofessionalism they need to move their shop to the south side.

Everyone is so nice there and welcoming, I love Vicky an how she does nails and the designs on them, everything is for a reasonable price!!! Never been disappointed when I get my nails done here

Ive been going to Nails USA for over 10 years. Theyre always polite and professional. I always get the nicest compliments on my nails and always make sure I mention where I get them done.

$42 for the absolute worse pedicure Ive ever had the older lady in the salon took 40 minutes to trim and cut my cuticles then scrubbed my feet for a minute rubbed some oil on my legs and put a hot towel on the absolute worse then the other lady did my gel color using the wrong color I left disgusted and of course they knew they did a terrible job but I had to pay these for that horrible pedicure

I went to Nail USA on my lunch time. I found the staff to be very personable and nice. The work is flawless and beautiful. I would highly recommend them! I will be a long-time patron of theirs. I am new to the area and have tried 2 over salons and were not happy. I am not saying I am an expert but I have been getting my nails done for 15 solid years now. I would say the 3rd time is a charm!

There was no wait when I got there, which was great! The young woman that did my nails was not friendly..she jerked my hands or fingers, made snarky comments and overall had an awful personality. The guy who polished my nails was super friendly and I wish he could have did my nails. My last complaint is I was sitting for a good 20+ minutes allowing my nails to dry. An older woman came to check my nails after noticing me looking around; she said oh they are very dry. Overall my nails look good but I will never return to this establishment. I work too hard to give my money to anyone that does not value their customers. That one lady is the cause of this poor review.

I am a loyal customer of Johnny. This is by far the best place I have found in Raleigh. My polish last and I receive good customer. I highly recommend.

Kelly is great, comfortable, great pedicure and message, neat nail painting and clean! Unassuming place but good prices and good quality service!

I went in at noon on a Saturday and only one other person was there getting their nails done, I was able to get right in. Kelly did a terrific job on my gel manicure, she took her time and was gentle and friendly. Im somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and aside from a little bit of filing when I got home they were perfect. The removal of 1 star is due to the facility. Its not very well ventilated and the fumes were pretty bad. The TV was also broken so the 20ish minutes sitting there just soaking off my acrylic nails was quite boring.

Really only worth your time if you get your nails done by Kevin or the man who owns the salon, they do quality work and the know how to use the drill. Everyone else rushes or doesn’t know how to do designs, doesn’t use the drill correctly, takes longer than usual for non satisfactory work. Overpriced for short square nails, even more overpriced for medium/long and shaped nails. Designs are money down the drain unless Kevin does them:/

They are very friendly but cant really do nails. Made 2 appointments and drove from Cary to find out Kevin wasnt coming in. Finally Got my nails done Friday, by Monday half of my nails were coming off. I spoke to the owner and he told me Kevin was off since he did my nails I had to wait for him to fix it. Mind you the shop was empty and he said he could not fix it he was busy. I called back the next day and was told after 1 hour of being open Kevin was leaving to try another day. This place can only do basic nails. They can not do any nail designs or any thing thats a popular trend. Kevin is very nice and understanding but I will not return to this place

Johnny is always quick and efficient. We have great conversations. Nail USA will always be my first choice

Used her fingernails and a drill to remove my gel polish, after fingers soaked in scorching hot bowl of acetone for only a minute. End result looks decent enough.

Nice people but I will not be coming back. I went in for a basic mani pedi and my nails came out very splotchy and uneven. I also think $35 for a childrens mani/pedi is a little ridiculous. Not happy I spent $72 here for something I would have done a better job with at home
