I’ve been there on 2 separate cases and the lady that had done my nails I wasn’t pleased with. I went in yesterday and I thought I’d give them a second chance but that didn’t work. My nails be havin nail bubbles in the one the first day. They were nice but I won’t be returning

My husband gave me a $50 gift certificate for my birthday in March 2020. The certificate did state it expired in 6 months. One week later, everything was shut done due to the global pandemic. I have patronized this business before, but not EVER again. Fast forward to May 2021. I went for a pedicure, but my certificate was not honored. I was told they were open, and I could have been serviced. How do you do a mani pedi socially distant? Crazy!!!! They stole money from my family. Do they know the definition of good customer service? Do not patronize this business!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I spent $75 on nails which started popping off the next day. Female spa owner used every excuse possible. Spa owner kept telling me that it was my fault that the nails popped off. She also said It doesnt matter that I paid $75, I could have spent more...nails will pop off. I was charged extra for glass tips, but when she repaired my nails, she used regular tips. I reminded her that she charged me extra for glass tips and she refused to use glass tips for replacement. I did not get what I paid for! A week later my nails popped off again. I did not go back. I decided not to waste my time. This place is OVER PRICED and the SERVICE IS POOR! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have read reviews NUMEROUS times regarding this salon, but have used them because NO ONE is EVER in there. My issue WAS the fact that the prices change biweekly/monthly, and the fact that they REFUSED to use MY polish on my toes. I purchased the EXACT same polish they use (DND 595-2 bottles, regular & gel) through Amazon because I LOVE it just that much. I went in the salon today and asked that they use MY regular polish on my toes. Lynn the owner advised that she couldn’t do that, that they ONLY used gel now. I showed her my purchased polishes, and told her that I didn’t want to use her products (files, polish etc. due to Covid). Lynn and Vinny stated that they could only use the gel polish, and it would be $25 for the polish change on my toes. NO MA’AM/SIR you have lost your entire mind! I never write reviews, BUT this one has gotten worse over the course of the year. Found me another salon within the hour! They are quite friendly, AND they used MY foot products.

Excellent, all the time they treat you with very good manners

I recieved a deluxe pedicure and eyebrow wax. The gentleman quoted me $67 however charged me $78 dollars. I dont mind tipping, however it should be optional not mandatory. Although the service was great, I recommend supporting a business that is honest with their prices and appreciates customer retention.

I went to get a pedicure and got a manicure, the lady cut me twice, and charged me $7 for the manicure, I told her I didnt want the nail polish anymore, and I left with 2 bandage!!

This shop is a hidden gem Mrs. Kim gave me the most fabulous deluxe pedicure. And the gentleman who did my nails is a artist. I love that there is no idol chatter very peaceful and I was in and out in no time. I will be returning to this nail spa on a regular basis. I highly recommend to give them a try.

Worst place ever, so expensive and the quality was horrible, they charged me $15 extra for gel polish and they said they didn’t have regular polish, what a waste of money.

I simply needed gel polish change. I went yesterday evening and was serviced by the older technician. She was sweet and professional. However, the service she provided was subpar. I left there with polish around my cuticles. Anyone whom gets gel polish regularly knows if polish is on the skin around the nail, the polish will lift and peel off. That means the tech didn’t bond the gel polish well. 30 minutes after leaving, the polish lifted on several nails. I called to inform them I would be returning the following day for reservice. I went today and it was no better than yesterday. Out of frustration and wasted time. I left with polish on my cuticles again. No pride is taken in their services. They rush and only care their money.

I am a 3 year faithful Nail Spa Patron, but ONLY when it comes to my FEET!!! None of the employees are good at any full set/fill in applications, no matter the material. I know because Ive tried every one of them at one time or another. I ONLY get my feet done here by Kim! She is AMAZING! She does great designs, and she digs deep into the cuticles to get the excess and make my toes look beautiful; be warned if your feet are sensitive. I also get 1 glass of wine per service! Win, win!

You will definitely pay more than the listed price! The place was very unsanitary, I’m praying that I didn’t pick up an infection. I watched as they put two people in pedicure chairs without sanitizing the bowl 🤢 please save your money and go elsewhere

The nail tech wasnt experienced nor very friendly. She only started asking me questions, trying to initiate a conversation when she started putting the polish on! She mustve thought that was going to earn her a tip. Not! I asked for a gel set with round tips. It was very uneven and when I told her to even it out, she got an attitude. She kept yanking my hand. She was just awful. I will NEVER go to this place again! Horrible experience. This place is only good for convenience. You have been warned. You will NOT receive quality service.

I was so disappointed with the service tonight. Customer service was horrible! My nail tech was very rude and wanted to charge for every little thing. 3 other ladies were there and were all complaining. I dont think Ill be going back.

They SUCK. They were supposed to do a gel manicure of quality work and before the week was out, the paint was chipped, coming up and a nail is broken. The nail tech attempted to upsale me ... when I refused, I guess she figured a poor job done would suffice. Maybe that I would come back sooner ?! No. I have gel polish on my toes from a different tech that was done flawlessly. Check out Lush Nail Bar on Wake Forest Rd. They will treat you right!!!! Not to mention when I called to voice my discrepancy.. the lady hung up in my face and pretended she didnt know what happened she I called back. Thats messy.

Customer service was awful. Expensive with no quality. My gel nails were chipping by the time I got home & 4 of the 10 of them were ruined by day 5. Pedicure was the worse I’ve ever had. Will NEVER go back or recommend.

My experience was awful. Theyre expensive, and the service is not good. They charge $25, just for a clean and polish, $8 more just to have the dead skin removed. They charge an extra $15 for gel polish, when it only cost $10 at other places..As the young lady started my full set $40, by the way - for basic powder acrylic, I told her I wanted my nails stiletto/almond shaped, and she said it would be an additional $5 just for that shape..I walked out of there with ugly, sharp boxed nails. I will never go there again.

I dont suggest this place because,they add more money to your original price, that you are suppose to pay.

Horrible ! Will only come for wax (maybe). First off I had to tell her to change her equipment and tool for my feet. She was just going to take her same stuff from doing this mans feet less than 3 minutes before. The lady who was doing my pedicure was sloppy with every thing from cuticle cleaning all the way to the painting and I wanted white polish. It was so sad how ugly it was. Then she takes a break for like 15 min and im thinking she will come and fix them. Maybe it needs another coat. She asked what design? Im like you dont see these ugly errors? So then someone comes and tries to fix. At this point where on like a 3rd and 4th coat so its thick and lumpy in spots. Im like this is not good this is bad. So another tech comes through. He knew it was bad he just takes polish completely off. I liked him. Redoes in a pearl white. Looks better. I get my design from another tech. I like her too. But overall was not a good experience. They deserve 1 star. The decor or feeling/atmosphere is lacking in the relaxing feeling to be called a spa. Just cause you play a little Anita in a spa does not mean you will definitely get party started off right

First off the lady who did my nails had an attitude 2nd she kept hurting my toe even though i said it hurt 3rd when she did my full set it looked shotty and i said oval but she gave me square she tried to charge me 2$ extra for my long ugly nails that she did and i did not see any policy on the wall that said anything about that so i said that i would come back with the 2$dollars and i did not. she also talked about this 70 year old lady next to me in Chinese *btw i i know Chinese* she was so disrespectful and mean. This place need to be shut down!!!!

So I bring my daughter to get her nails done! They look a hot mess and the man doing her nails said to me he doesnt give a $d*# because I told him I was not going to deal with bad customer service and he is yelling and using profanity very loud and disrespectful! I work hard for my money and I will get respect. So if you come to nail spa on Rogers lane Dont because they dont care about customer service! I would never talk to my Just Dance family like this NEVER!!!!

Very relaxing and efficient

I got my nails done Friday and my 3 of my nails have broken . And are turning BLACK. I told them I would like my Money refunded because while I was at the salon I was very specific with what I wanted, and her response was I was picky & no one would ever take care of me . When I asked for the owners name so I could put in a court order . She said they didnt have an owner & she knew nothing.

Ive been going there for a few months to get my nails done.. wait time wasnt tooooo bad but long. TONIGHT though, I sat and waited for one hour and 15 minutes. Mind you I sat there this entire time and no one that works there said a word to me, not a hello, not a wait time estimate. It was like I wasnt even there, no one ever acknowledged me. So finally someone is done with another persons nails, its me and 2 other women waiting. One had been there and got her toes done so she went first. Then a bony asian chick comes to me and giggles sorry you been waiting so long. Im like yeah for over an hour. Then she goes to say, oh were short staff tonight, so sorry, two ppl call in sick, one person need to go home, blah blah blah blah then she has the nerve to ask me if I can wait an additional half hour. I had already been sitting there since 6:30 by the time she came over to me with her million and one excuses it was already after 7:30!!! Then shes going to ask me to wait even longer??!?!?! I was OUTRAGED! I just left. I told her that they didnt even have the decency to at least give me an ETA instead of letting me sit there all that time thinking I was going to get my nails done and all I needed was a stupid fill in!! So I wasted about an hour and twenty minutes of my life and left out with my nails still looking horrible!! It took everything in me to not cuss that little woman out. Im never going back there. They are rude! And to think I thought that they were one of the nicer salons in Raleigh. I was mistaken BIG TIME!

I love this place off youre looking for a good nail & spa to go to this is the place to go, the technicians here are very skillful and they do a large variety of services you cant beat the price is and the service is awesome oh and the wine is too, come and check it out youll love it

Went in to try and get a specific color a co-worker had used. Cindy was too busy playing on her phone to be bothered with trying to help me. I left with no service and will not ever go back again for anything. There are too many other places to go to ever have to deal with a rude person.

This place is horrible . the lady who did my nails did not greet me she just immediately began doing my nails and being very rough . she was obviously in a rush to go nowhere . she made no conversation only thing she asked was my nail color . she left glue all over my fingers and left eyebrow wax on my eyelids .
