Nice people…but the worst nail job I’ve ever had done.I felt rushed through with a sloppy job on the polish. Missed spots lumpy and bumpy and the gel is shriveled under the top coat.

I got a pedicure, fills and eyebrow wax. They did an awesome job on my eyebrows. The pedicure was nice and relaxing but the polish started chipping off after a week. Usually my toenail polish lasts 4 weeks so I was a bit disappointed. My fills were nicely shaped but also had issues with chipping. I went back to get the polish changed and she shaped my fills so I will get another couple of weeks out of my nails so that was nice. The staff is really nice and they do great nail art. For the price it is worth what you pay for.

I was rushed. She did not speak the entire time. She forgot my appointment. She said I would have to pay five dollars for polish. I had a gift certificate for a full set. I thought you get polish. with a full set. Never again will she get my business. My nails look tacky!!

No one was there..prob due to covid, when I had nails done before I went on Vacation..I went on a Thursday..I know the workers there..I use to see them ALL the time the year nd a half that I worked for Walmart.

Great place, I love my nails the first go round, however I wasnt happy being overcharged for my fill in.I got a full set, short with american tips and matte coat. I even got oval shaped. My total was $35 I left a $10 tip. This was 2weeks ago.I come by today to get my fill in and its $31. No broken nails or bad up keep, Juilee, the nail tech even complimented me on the up keep.Pricing on the wall says $15 for acrylic fill-in. Yes I know american tip costs more but not $16 more!!I paid for services, but wont be returning, yes time are hard but theyll only get harder If you keep overcharging people. Smh 👿

I have been going to Happy Nail for 7 years. I love the staff, they make me feel like family. Angelica is so sweet and caring. I’ve been extremely happy with their work, the pedicures are thorough and last longer than other place. Happy Nails is SUPER clean. I always recommend them to folks in southwest Raleigh!

I will never go back. I went there one time And I was overcharged. The prices she had on the board were not correct. The owner did my nails and she doesn’t know how to do a full set properly. Her kids were running all over the shop . She kept having to stop to take care of her kids.. she was rough with my hands and she didn’t care about her clients . She didn’t even paint all the way down. I asked for a coffin shape (which she charged me extra) was not coffin. It seem like she was in a rush. And two of my nails were crooked. When I told her about it. She told me it look fine and the way I had my hand was Angled for it to look like that .It’s not a friendly place at all .. Happy nails where? The only happy portion I had is when I was talking with the other customers

I have great experience(s) here! Julie is such a sweet and honest person. She does well with gel, acrylic, and even manicures, she moves fast and precise, you can definitely tell she’s been doing this for awhile. Angelica is sweet as well and the greatest with pedicures! Give them a chance, they are a great team.

The two ladies that work there are fabulous. Always personable and caring. My feet always feel and look great when I leave there. I got every month and its reasonable!

Didnt have a Happy experience at Happy Nails. Went to get gel nail polish on my natural nails. Young lady name Angelica asked me to sit at her station. Angelica proceeded to open a plastic container with nails supplies in them. The utensils were FILTHY asked Angelica did she mind using a clean nail filer. Angelica stated, it is only nail polish on it. I asked Angelica is the filer used, she stated again, yes, but its only nail polish on it. The filer was white with a arrangement of different nail polish filed on it. She actually got another filer that was a little cleaner however used. Needless to say, i did not get my nails done. I will not ever go to Happy Nails again. I WAS NOT HAPPY with the service!

Dont do business here!!! Have been a loyal customer for a long time. Julie over charged me and when I let her know her mistake she absolutely became nasty with me instead of addressing the mistake in a proper customer service matter. I will never return to this establishment. Julie really should work on here customer service and really respect the loyal customers she does have.

Have tried to give this place more than one chance and today was the last one. My daughter needed one nail repaired and when she asked about doing it they said they didnt have time. Only 2 customers and 4 employees, but no time? Needless to say we wont be coming back anymore...

My first time here and it was the Worst place ever! Never go to this place, my nails charged color?!?! I never got a mood like color, I had a peach/cream color and not even 2 days later I got this crusty lavender color and whatever top coat she put on was NOT a clear coat. The owner Julie I believe that’s her name has TERRIBLE customer service. She wanted me to pay her to redo my nails. Are you kidding me?!?! She has no idea what’s she’s doing and warning everyone to not go to this place, you will regret it. The nail file shape was terrible and one nail broke because she didn’t do the fill-in correctly.

Its only one person that does lashes for the whole community. They gave me a 9:30am appt.and the person claim to be sick,now if it was a emergency for a premier or just a beauty make over.. You would surely be disappointed and Im from Jersey trying to enjoy the South . What a bomber!!!!! DISAPPOINTED

If I could give this nail salon a no stars I would. This nail salon is absolutely the worst nails salon I have ever been in or too since I been getting my nails done . Today was my second time going here because it was in the area I was in. But next time I will definitely go the extra miles to get better service.So let me tell my story. Like others Julie is the worst. She definitely needs proper customer service etiquette. Upon me walking in she greeted me & that was it.I told her what I wanted which was a full set,French manicure. She goes so goes $30.. now the last time I went there it was only $25.So I proceed to pick a color instead. So ask I sat in the chair I told her I wanted the acrylic to be a little think. Because the last time I got my nails done here back in July, my nails looked like I needed a fill in in 2/3 days. Had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed.So as she did my nails,I told her again what I wanted she didnt say anything so I took it as she understood what I wanted.After she polished them & I sat to the dryer I started seeing white,the nail I said excuse me but I see the nail. So the other girl that was in there came over and said oh you just need more top coat she applied it,then said something to Julie in there language.I will never go here again she did a rush job,dont know why cause it wasnt nobody in there but then..And if you use a card to pay they charge a dollar,crazy..Customer s already paying for a service the fee aint needed..#do better service & get your business up and dont rush doing do..

DO NOT GO HERE. The pricing is ridiculous. They charge you for literally EVERYTHING! Most of the technicians are nice, but the older man was RUDE AS HELL. Hes very rough and doesnt care. He does not communicate with you and is always muttering something under his breath. I dont speak their language but I could tell he was talking about me. He hurt my cuticles and broke my skin. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO AJs.

Overly price! Gel polish cost $40 for natural nails. That did not include a manicure or wine. The pricing she provides and whats on the price list is different.

DONT COME HERE!! My experience was HORRIBLE!!! Thought this was a decent place to go since it was close to home. It was a waste of time and money. I told Julie she was moving too fast and my nails would come off. Thats EXACTLY what happened 4 days later. Then the pedi was just WRONG!!!! I refused to pay for that service when she damn near cut my toe nail off and and pull my cuticle so hard it bled. Ill take the time to drive 20 mins to capital blvd. NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT GO TO HAPPY NAILS! After the first day my polish started to crack I went back to get it fixed and it did the same thing again. I went back again a nail came off and I was told the reason my nails look like that is my fault!
