I found this salon by pure luck on needing a nail fix on a Sunday - as most places are closed! But this place has been my now go-to for all my nail concerns & they are comparably priced with other salons for same services. Lee has been my liquid gel nail tech, and is a great pleasure to have my nails done by!

2 weeks ago vs Today (which is the second photo) I don’t remember the guy name who did my nails but he did an amazing job. I’m very funny when it comes to getting all white nails, it’s either too much polish or it’s sloppy. But I am happy my nails are neat and clean and two weeks later they are still looking good!!! The service provided for me was very professional and prices are reasonable for what you’re trying to get. I will be back soon!!!

The lady who did my nails was rude and had attitude. She did my big toe nail and pulled my skin until I bled. And she never apologized. I will never go back there, and I would advice my friends not to go there

My all-time favorite nail salon!! Moved here a couple of weeks ago and have already gone to this salon twice. First time I came with my mom and mother-in-law. We were helped quickly and had such a great time. Highly recommend coming here! Staff is very friendly and they do a wonderful job.

I used to love this place until they kept changing management. I made an appointment and had to wait 16 mins to get serviced. When I finally got serviced they made me keep acitone on my hands for 54 mins until I decided take it off myself and leave. This is a huge disappointment and I would not recommend anyone go to this place.

Amazing job by Dustin. Just moved here a week ago and this will definitely be my go to nail place. The chairs are the best Ive seen at any nail salon theyre super high tech and give you a full massage. Everyone is super nice and welcoming cant wait to go back!

This is my 3rd time coming in and every time I notice other walkins get helped before me. I ended up waiting 30 mins to get helped and then once I got helped they helped someone else.Today is my birthday I just came in to get two nailsfixed and color change. Instead they fixed my nail and soon after asked me to come at a later date.I will NOT be coming back.

I really wanted to love this place. It was beautiful inside! But they do not know how to do dip! I’m so upset I spent $90 on nails that lasted me about 3 days. My regular polish pedicure is lasting better!! Makes no sense. My first nail chipped the second day but it was slight I didn’t want to make a fuss. But 3 nails now? My past experiences with dip have lasted me weeks even up to a month during covid! Save your money. There are more places in Brier creek.

I had a good first experience. I decided to try a new place closer to where I live since I couldnt go to my usual salon that day. They were super busy, but took me as a walk-in. They still somehow managed to maintained a nice professional atmosphere. I will definitely go again.

Hit or miss. Reasonable prices and decent results but despite having an appointment today I waited for 50 minutes before someone was available to start my pedicure! That wasnt the case the last time I visited but it was certainly a disappointment this time.

Don was my nail tech and he was really easy going, he’s fun to talk to and he did amazing on my nails and I absolutely love them. Especially this being my first time ever getting a different nail shape and trying a light color. My go to is dark nail colors and coffin shape but 10/10 would recommend and I’d do it again

I recently paid a visit to the Nail Bar at Brier Creek and I was completely pleased with the service I received. My experience at the Nail Bar at Brier Creek was incomparable. When I entered he establishment I was warmly greeted by each staff member and I was offered a beverage (water, wine, soda) of my choice. I was asked what type of service I was interested in receiving for the day. I purchased the gel manicure and pedicure package during my visit. I have visited many nail salons in the Raleigh/Durham area where I was treated rudely, just like another number, or I had to settle for the services provided. Not at the Nail Bar at Brier Creek each staff member goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of each customer while treating everyone with dignity, respect, and kindness. They are truly genuine and strive for perfection. If you are looking for a peaceful environment to receive stellar service I highly recommend The Nail Bar at Brier Creek. You will not be disappointed!!!

Love this place every time I go. Everybody is super friendly and my nails always come out so pretty. I went to a different salon with a friend and got a not so good set. Got them all fixed up and pretty again here which is my regular place. I love that they take the time to be creative and really put effort in. Always a place I’ll continue to go to.

There are so many nail salons in this area that you have to stand out in order to keep people coming back. Visited this one on Saturday morning. Overall, it’s a great place. Staff was very friendly. The pedicure chairs are great! They offer you refreshments. The different packages are a great variety. Only issue on this visit was the nail technician seemed to be rushing and forgot to do a step. It’s ok though -I will return because overall the visit was good. Next time I’ll get the Jelly pedicure-I was told it’s awesome 👏

Such a great place to go. I recently found dipping powder manicures and they last for almost a full 4 weeks for me. I am really rough on my nails and have only chipped them once within 2 weeks. Even then, I was able to go in and they fixed it for me no problem. Helen has been doing mine for the past few times and always remembers me. All the staff has been welcoming and asks strives to make you feel welcome. They make a point to mostly talk in English so that you dont feel uncomfortable and understand what they are saying. Would definitely recommend coming to see them for any service.I know there have been some bad reviews focusing on management. They have gotten new owners/management about 9 months ago and I have seen nothing but professionalism from them.

Ive havent had a mani or pedi since 2012. It felt good to return and they did a wonderful job! Very relaxing and staff are courteous and a great sense of humor

Quick service, but massage part of pedicure was not good. Polish only lasted 1 week before chipping.

Do not come here on the weekends they are always understaffed. I came one weekend for a pedicure and they sat me down and i waited for about an hour and decided to leave. I came again on a Sunday and again an extended wait and decided to leave. Give oasis bar a try instead

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! Apparently, from former reviews, that’s a good thing. Had a great experience here today. Pedicure took about 45 mins, and had my eyebrows done afterwards. I was very pleased with both services.

I went to Nail Bar in Brier Creek today and I arrived around 12:30, the manager escorted me to the manicure station because i requested a gel manicure, i waited about 30 minutes while other guests who came after me were helped, the manager then told me someone would come help me, another 30 minutes goes by and he comes and preps me for a soak off, 15 minutes later the manicurist comes and explains he has to wait to remove my soak off which is understandable however he moved on to the next customer and another 30 minutes went by and still no help, everyone continued to work around me and i felt very disrespected, I dont know if its because I am a black women or what but i waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and when i finally asked for someone to remove my soak off so I can leave they still charged me, very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Whats not to like about Nail Bar?!?! Their pedicures are to die for!!!! From the mint additives in the foot soak to the great leg scrub and massage, its a major treat that everyone should have. Nail Bar has the widest variety of regular nail polish, gel nail polish, and dip powder that I have seen in any one salon. The staff is very professional, wears PPE, and adheres to COVID-19 prevention safety measures.

My mother in law and I both went here for manicures and pedicures. We both got gel nails. Hers chipped within 24 hours and mine chipped within 4 days. Gel is supposed to last at least 14 days... didnt even make it perfectly until Christmas which was a week after the appointment. Very upsetting. Plus I got charged a ridiculous amount for it also.

My nail tech, Lee, is the MASTER! Not only is he fast and efficient, my nails are gorgeous! The nail tech that did my pedicure did such a fabulous job that I havent needed another pedicure for over a month. I cant wait to go back!

Not too many nail techs get the coffin shape right, but Lee does! Great quality! I wear my nails long and they last 3 to 4 weeks. Very nice salon and they offer complimentary wine!

Wow! I am super impressed with this spot. I went in on a whim on a week day afternoon and my manicurist was amazing. I got a gel manicure and she took roughly 30 minutes to finish it. The gel isn’t too thick, my nails are even, and it looks really high quality! I appreciate the efficiency and attention to detail, I will definitely be going back.

Everyone there is extremely nice and they make sure you feel welcomed 😊 The technicians make sure to chat with you and get to know you. Went in for pedicure and dip manicure. Started off with pedicure... I chose the Victorian pedicure which was supposed to include a scrub. I never received that. Toe nail polish is already chipping and I had it done a week ago.Next for the dip, color is fine when I left nails were not shiney (no top coat). You can also see where the dremmal marks are from where they smooth the dip after doing two coats on my fingers leaving nails rough. My dip is already chipping off and cracking and like I said it’s only been a week. Highly disappointed especially with the money spent.

My first visit and Im impressed. Very clean and well kept nail salon. Polish options are great..they have a huge assortment. Erick was awesome! Ill definitely book an appointment with him my next visit.Added on 07-01: I have never had a gel manicure last this long! Over a month and no chipping, no lifting, no nothing! This is the best place to relax and get your nails done! The place is extremely clean and the staff are so friendly and great at their job. My nails have never looked this good until I came here! I absolutely love coming here! The environment is relaxing and friendly, Service is always fast and top quality, and honestly the prices cant be beat... Im very picky but my nail tech always takes the time to find out exactly what I want and then delivers flawlessly. I can be really rough on my hands so I dont trust anyone else to do repairs or touch ups. In the event that I DO break a nail I just head back here and Andy has me good as new in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend you check them out!

Jet was awesome. I went in for a gel manicure but ended up trying the dip polish. I loved it! I am very indecisive & Jet helped me through the process. I usually don’t let men do my nails because they tend to be a little rough, but not Jet. He was professional, gentle, & gave me advice on how to take care of my nails.

Linn performed an absolutely amazing Green Tea pedicure. I can’t remember the last time my feet looked and felt this good after a pedicure! Also, their massage chairs are perfect! Don’t shake you to pieces like some others. 😆 I would recommend finding this salon if your looking!

Had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Helen did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is very sweet. Hannah did an amazing job on my pedicure. First time I fell asleep while getting one done. Very relaxing and fun atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

My favorite nail salon in Raleigh. The ambience of the salon is impeccable from the live plants to the beta fish. This environment is very welcoming and relaxing. Customer service is exceptional! Engaging conversation from the great team that works there creates more of an experience than anything. In addition to all of that Helen, Andy and the rest of the team always pay attention to DETAIL while accomplishing needed services. I strongly recommend the SNS dip if you have not tried it. Overall you can’t go wrong with a salon who truly values their customer’s needs and provides consistent levels of service every time.

I love nail bar, before I was at a nail salon that would take me 4 hrs to get seen. Than the quality of the nails wasnt always to my satisfaction. Called before driving 20 minutes to Raleigh they said they were open and told me what time they closed. I get there and now I need an appointment. That could have been relayed over the phone after I clearly told him I was on my way. Poor customer service it was my first and last time visiting this place.

Such a great place and easy to get to! (near the Best Buy) Ive only lived in this state 2 weeks and it was nice to find a nail place that was so welcoming and clean! Will most certainly go back! I picked out a regular polish and she let me change to a gel in the middle of the pedi. :) Loved it!

I took my aunt here for pedicures, and I and very glad I did! The two employees (I didn’t catch there names) were so nice and attentive. The jelly pedicures were amazing. They used sterilized tools and disposables. Very hygienic! The atmosphere was so relaxing. Loved it!

I have always had a fabulous experience at this salon. I used to get my nails done by Liz and now I get them done by the owner. My nails always look great. The staff listen to what you want and have many many loyal costumers that I always see each time I come in. They offer water, soft drinks and alcohol.

Great friendly service. I had a mani and pedi. Very pleased with both. All Nail Techs are friendly and very careful when performing their work. So far Lee, Jenny, and the owner have taken care of me. Today was my first time using this nail salon and I would definitely go back. My daughter and I got pedicures. My daughter got the kids pedicure and I got the Aloe Vera pedicure. The nail technicians did a great job on both of our pedicures. They definitely gained two new customers on today.

Both my fiancee and I received Paraffin Pedicues 7/24/18, very relaxing atmosphere. Our feet never felt so good. Staff were very professional. Eric was absolutely the best! This was our first time here, and it was a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny. I will definitely return for more services!
