Definitely the best nail salon I’ve been to before. Sarah gets me right every time and her work is amazing, my first set lasted almost a month and they went through a lot of wear. She is super sweet and quick! Highly recommend!!

I was recommended to come here only for the nail tech TOM whom is always busy but he is very good. Knowing he might be busy I let another tech do my nails which prior coming cost me 80$. I came in for a simple fill in. After getting my nails done the next day my nails was cracking and falling off. I returned to this nail place which was closed for the next 6 days. Thats what brought me in today where I would come across Mrs Rude Sarah. I politely came in and told her what was going on and she could clearly see that my nails was done very poorly by a different tech that wasnt working. A male tech checked them and said yes they need to be all done over. Here go Sarah telling me she couldnt do nothing today they was booked except for a very small opening she wasnt sure about but it was no customers in there literally. I told her thats absurd my birthday is tomorrow I need them done now I waited 6days for them to reopen. I told her I can wait. Then 10 mins later She told me come on but she couldnt fix all of them because she is not the one that did the work she kept saying verbatim Girl Im not the one that did them girl if I got to fix all of them Im going to charge you I know you paid for extra but Im going have to charge you again because Im a different tech and her money dont go to me . I will have to get half of her portion for fixing these two. She said she just had time to fix the two that fell off while the other ones was cracked up wasnt her problem.That was really pointless to me if all of them was going to pop off. Meanwhile, it was only three customers in the building at 3 pm when they close at 7 pm. Also, when I walked in we wasnt greeted for about 20 minutes. Five minutes later Sarah was telling another customer they (nail salon) didnt have time today to do a full set which she called in for and drove a whole hour. She told her verbatim well I didnt know you was driving that far girl. A male tech intervened and told the lady he would do her nails. After going back and forth about this poorly set of nails I asked for a refund because obviously she was being an A-hole laughing and being sarcastic which I didnt find funny. She didnt give me my refund because she said if your going to talk to my manager about this then get a refund from them. Safe to say I will return when a manager is there! I would never come here again!

I went in for a full set trying to find a new nail salon. I had an appointment They we’re not busy at all sat there for 15 minutes. Got to the chair she started doing my nails and I knew that they were going to be bad from the start she didn’t even flatten them they are so bumpy and not straight at all like I was very disappointed. Never coming here again! Would NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY SERVICE!

I have been going to this salon for a while now. Sara does my acrylicsand always has the latest fashions for my nails. She has a personable personality, business savvy, efficient and always on time. As well, she provides me with recommendations for my nails and always accommodating. the experience with Sara is one of quality and she really keeps me laughing and engaged. I will continue to go to Sara for my acrylic needs.

Went into Village Spa Nails today to get a fill in and pedicure for my gender reveal tomorrow. I had acrylic overlay on top of my real nails, the tech recommended that I get a new full set (tips) I expressed to her that I wanted to keep the length of my real nails. She said ok and immediately began cutting my nails down. I reiterated that I did not want my nails cut she kept saying they would look way better with the new tips. I finally agreed to let her put the tips on. While doing my nails she started to use a nail tip to remove the remaining acrylic. She asked me did it hurt and I told her yea she could use a little less pressure. She told me to pick out my color while she took off the last nail then she pretty much ripped it off. SHE RIPPED THE SKIN OFF OF 2 OF MY NAILS CAUSING THEM TO BLEED!!! She kept saying things like my bad its ok never apologized and then they told me I couldnt get my nails done because of what she did!!!! Now Im out of my nail appointment, hands completely bare and MY NAILS ARE BLEEDING!! Ive been going to Village Spa for some time now and cant believe how carlessly they handled a customer being injured by one of their workers. They didnt even give me the opportunity to continue on with my pedicure. Theyre clean and have a nice environment but thats really it. You have to really pay attention and be on them to ensure youre receiving quality work.

Was excited to try this salon as it is across the street from me and I was not impressed. The technicians are very nice and friendly, but I didn’t feel like they were taking enough precautions for COVID safety and the quality of my powder dip nails is not good. They did not have any plastic barriers up at the nail stations and some of the staff weren’t wearing masks, just face shields. My nails are rough, have ridges, not not smooth like they usually are after I have powder.

Tom is great if you want to get dip powder done! He was very gentle and efficient. The finished product was beautiful and strong.

My favorite nail salon in Raleigh by far. I get my nails done enough to know what I like, but I don’t have the personality to assertively tell people exactly what I want or complain when they’re done badly. I’ve never needed to at Village spa and nails.Nam is incredible. He is a perfectionist. You can tell he takes his time, although he is also fast. He is very focused while doing my nails and has a great eye for shaping fake nails. He did my nails PERFECT the first time I ever went to him and I’ve never looked back. One time he was on vacation and I went to the other salon in Cameron village, huge mistake.Hannah is also extremely talented! If you get full sets (gel or acrylic) then you know that the nail tech makes all the difference. My nails stay on until they grow out and I get compliments every single time.

Have been to village nails and spa 3 times and have loved it every time! The space is clean and professional! Sarah did my nails quickly and efficiently! She held great conversation and was checking in consistently to make sure I was satisfied. I would 100% recommend and I will be back.

Sarah was very rude and told me that she doesnt do gel polish even though it is offered on the website. she told me numerous times that the colors that i chose were ugly. My service was extremely rushed and she tried to do my nails within 20-30 mins and anyone who often gets their nails done knows that it takes at least an hour. when i told her that i was not satisfied with the shape she caught an attitude and said that she wont do it again. She then tried to force me to pay a soak off fee which i never asked for and told her that i didnt want. i didnt even soak off my nails, that were poorly applied which is why i easily popped them off

Once I found this place I will definitely not go anywhere else. It’s very classy. I always go to Sarah she’s my favorite, she truly does art work not just nails. I’m constantly getting compliments on how good my nails look and I just say “I know” my girls the best!

I love this place! The massage and reflexology treatment you get before more of there manicures and pedicures are amazing. It’s so relaxing it’s basically a massage package with a pedicure. Which for the price you are paying is an amazing deal. I’ve also been very impressed with their Covid precautions. Everyone is in masks and socially distanced, I also saw them disinfect the area after every client. I can not recommend this place enough!

$140 later and all I have to showFor it is a really bad “manicure” job, a shotty pedicure, and a head full of anger. While my nails are pretty, I will NEVER come back here. I’m still in the parking deck writing this. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. I had just had heart surgery and this was my way of treating myself. I needed my old set taken off. So, that happened, and then I got a gel set. I also got almond shape. In addition, I asked for my cuticles to be clipped. NOT a manicure. That being said, I got a cuticle clip. That’s IT. And a bad one, at that! No lotion, no hand massage, nothing. He wasn’t even going to clip and file down my natural nails before putting the tips on. Moving on. I switched last minute to get unicorn nails. I was excited about them! I was told it was $15 more, which I was okay with. But then I clarified my pricing and she told me they were charging me $12 for removal, $5 for shaping, and $12 for a “manicure.” My “manicure” was horrible. I think a parrot could do a better job cutting cuticles. You should have seen my face. She asked me if it was okay, like I had a choice. From that moment forward my experience was ruined. I couldn’t wait to get the heck out. I still had to get my pedicure but was so annoyed. Everyone was rude from the time I mad my appointment. I couldn’t enjoy my mediocre pedicure because I was so annoyed and frustrated. I was not offered a drink but yet everyone else had one. When I finally asked, I was told “later.” There never was a later. Moral of the story, I won’t be back.

Seriously the best pedicure I’ve had before. Upgrade to the pedicure that’s one step up from the basic and you get the paraffin wax treatment and foot massage. They first brought me to a separate section with just recliners to do the wax and massage. It was so relaxing! The nail tech didn’t rush or cut corners, she took her time and did such a nice job. Thank you!!

I came into Village spa with damaged nails from a work injury the day before. My set was destroyed and 2 fingers were swollen. My Tech name was TOM’ he turned my hurt and pain into a painless guaranteed smile. My nails were treated with care from the soak off to the brand new set. He was completely patient not once did he rush. Also took his time with my design. The place was definitely extremely clean and super fancy. I will be returning to Village Spa. Village Spa Nails has been my go to for the last year and a half. It took me forever to find a place that was clean, on time, and close by. I love this place. Especially since Covid, it just feels that much more spacious, clean and high-end. The owners really care about the place, and it shows. The products are all cutting edge, but the place is sweet and not snooty, and nobody is rude . I found someone who can actually massage my feet, and not do just a fluff and buff. That’s Gwen (Goen). And then last week Mina did my nails, and that’s when I had to write a review. They were just so beautiful. (Teal matte with dipped silver tips! Gorgeous!) In all, I highly recommend this place. It really doesn’t matter who I see, my toes and my nails are always done to perfection. I wish more businesses were run like this one is. I have a pic I don’t know how to add it I’m gonna look to see if I can.

This place gave the best pedicure ever. It is pricey, but it is definitely worth it. Its a calming environment too and was easy to relax in while getting my pedicure done. The workers are also so sweet!

The best pedicure I have ever had. If you splurge and get the lemon quench, it’s a 25 min leg and foot massage while laying back in a lazyboy. The whole thing took an hour and a half and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ve never experienced service this good for nails! Thank you so much!!

Awful service! They are very unorganized and people were not answering your questions. Overpriced for the service you receive. Massage was ok. Pedicure was just ok once they finally got it right. I had to keep telling them what I was getting done.

While grateful they were able to get me in as a walk-in to just get my gel taken off, the table where I was sitting, the floor below was extremely dirty with nail clippings and dust and everything else involved with a manicure all in a pile. I was a bit grossed out by that. The receptionist was rather cool towards me without much welcome. I asked for a brochure of services and she took a brochure out and said that everything was all online and this was their last brochure for the time being and she couldnt give it to me. I thought that was odd. I might come try this place out for a pedicure, it is a beautiful space but it is definitely in need of some paint touch up on walls and ceilings and their decorations were askew and just gave the air that they want a luxury feel but arent willing to keep it up to ensure everything is clean and in its place. The girl that removed my gel was very nice and paid close to attention to my request to be gentle when scraping it off. I had a bad experience elsewhere at a different salon so I appreciated her attention to care.

This is hands down the best place to get a pedicure. They have a separate relaxation area for massage before they do the pedicure and it is amazing. You feel like you’re in a hotel spa but for the same price as normal pedicures. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

I recently got an acrylic fill-in done by Pora and she did a great job with the design I asked for. The shape is exactly how I want them as well as the shape. I regularly go to this nail salon and will be back for my regular fill-in.

Hannah kills it everytime! I have natural nails with an acrylic overlay, and I have so much fun deciding on design with Hannah. She also doesnt overfile my nails too thin, never hurts my cuticles, and keeps my nails healthy! She always has feedback and cute ideas, like my glitter pinkies on the ombre. Ill keep coming back!UPDATE: Came back to have my acrylic overlay removed and my nails are amazingly healthy still! Aside from a few scratched areas on the nail surface (which is to be expected), my nails are still strong and not too thin!

Very very upset the last time I went. Only got SNS paint with French nails, no tips or nail polish removal needed, and was charged $78. When I asked why it was so expensive they told me they used Valentino polish. Never was I asked if I wanted this or told what I was paying for. They went and picked out the colors based off a picture I showed and didn’t tell me the large price difference. Did not appreciate it and will not be going back again.

10/10. I have tried so many different nail salons and they have never been up to my standards. But this place goes above and beyond. They are super easy to get in touch with and make sure your nails are fire 🔥🔥🔥 they are on the pricey side, but I think it is worth the money. Highly recommend

I have been getting acrylic nails for years, I came to this shop expecting excellent quality (I paid $65 for a fill in) and got a terrible job. Within two days my gel polish was peeling off. I lost two nails within and week and only have two viable nails left. I have never had my nails do this in my life, and they refused to redo my nails or give a refund after I got back to Raleigh. Do not use.

The service was good and I like that they open earlier than most nail salons on a Sunday. I will say though usually dip nails last me a few weeks when I get them done other places. I havent even had mine a week and they are already peeling and chipping off.

I received services from Pora, and she did an excellent job! I got an acrylic full set.

I have been getting acrylics for years and I have never had a set of nails this horrible. I got them done on Saturday and by Monday (two days later) two of them were missing, and the rest were hanging by a thread. I went in Monday and basically got a full new set on my left hand and was ensured that the right hand was fine. I won’t even get into how rude the guy was and how much we argued over the nails. I told him I didn’t even want him to do them anymore and that i would just get my money back because i paid over $70 for them & he rudely said that he didn’t have my money and that if i wanted to wait 10 days i could call customer service. By Thursday of the same week my thumb on the right hand was missing. Went friday to get it fixed and they were closed for inclement weather. I called Saturday and they said they wouldn’t make an appointment for a nail repair and that they were busy and wouldn’t be able to do it but i “could try to be a walk in”, so i did because i got my nails done for my birthday and we were celebrating it that night. They fixed it and charged me $5, that night another one on the same hand broke. And just now another on my right hand just popped off. It has been 8 days and i have been to the nail salon 4 times. Needless to say i will never go back here and i will be sure to advise my family and friends to do the same.

I reached out by email to this company about a question I had on a set I recieved from a previous nail salon. I seen the work they did on others and was willing to spend my money here. I only received ONE response from somebody asking for pictures of the nails, after responding back I have yet to get any response back from anyone. I found this highly unprofessional and something i’ve never dealt with coming from a nail service company. Luckily I was able to find someone that got back with me and didn’t ignore me. I will never attempt to pay for any service here or recommend anyone to this place.

I cannot say enough great things about my first experience at Village Spa Nails!I had been getting fill-ins on an old set for the last few months. The shape of my nails were inconsistent, the acrylic was unbalanced, and they looked BAD. I would go and get them done and consistently say to myself “why don’t these look like all the pictures I keep saving???”So I finally made an appointment with Hannah online. The spa immediately texted me and let me know she was out sick that day but could put me with a comparable nail tech. They also verified that I needed a whole new set, not just a fill in. I appreciate the high level of communication to make sure I was taken care of!The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing - I probably could have napped. BiBi had someone start working on removing my old set right when I came in.When it came time to remove my old set, BiBi took her time carefully filing them down. She did *not* just lift them off my nail bed, which I greatly appreciate. She preserved the integrity of my natural nail without causing any trauma to my nail bed.BiBi is HIGHLY detailed and worth every minute of your time. She gave me the perfect shaped coffin nails and I let her play with the designs. Every single nail is exactly the shape I wanted!If you want “Pinterest” perfect nails, do yourself a favor and go see BiBi at Village Spa Nails.

The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing and just beautiful. The customer service was great as well, the lady seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing and did a great job on my nails. The only thing I did not like what the fact that I had to pay $30 for just a gel color change on my toes. But the experience as a whole was great. Also, the more you visit the more points you get til you qualify for discounts.

The pedicures are amazing, starting with a leg and foot massage in leather chairs prior to the actual pedicure. I’m hooked. So for Valentines day my husband got me the $75 Girly reflexology package. I included the screen shot to show what was included. I got there and they just asked from a distance what Im there for. I said I had an apt at 3 for the girly reflexology package. They didnt see me until 315, not a huge deal at that point.I sat in a move comfy chair, waited an additional 10 minutes until someone came, set a timer and started massaging my legs. It did feel good, Im not complaining about that!It was about 45 minutes, then she asked me if I was done after this massage. I said I was getting the package, and showed her the picture I attached here. When she was finished she got up and just walked away, no explination of where to go, etc. Then 10 mins later, another lady came and just asked pedicure? I showed her the pic again, then she brought me over for probably the fastest pedicure Ive ever received! 15-20 mins is being generous. She hands me a check with scribble, the only thing I made out was $45... so I asked if that included the leg massage. She had to go ask, but came back to say you got the $75 package. I showed them the picture wth the services listed AGAIN and said, I didnt get arm, scalp, or hot stone massage. She took my phone and showed coworkers in the back, came back to me saying I owe $75! I told her...I didnt get everything on this list. So she said come back another day to get free manicure. I asked so, if I come in a week from now and just say Im owed a free manicure, anyone here will give me it? She then wrote on my receipt free mossage -$30. Im disappointed in myself for not saying more but I paid my $75, plus tip and left not happy. I would not recommend this place unless youre going for just a basic anything! They didnt know their packages, or prices and didnt understand what I said I was there for after I showed them at least 4 times the picture attached!

Bibi is a real professional! Her work is always clean and neat and she is also very friendly. My mom and I have been going to her for several months now and we are always impressed with her professionalism and our nails when we leave. The salon is super cute and very clean and elegant!

My toes look great but it was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience for the reason that from start to finish they were so rough on me feet . I truly about came out of the recliner. The guy massaging my feet did it so hard my foot is sore two days later . I wonder how they think that could actually feel good and be enjoyable. The polish looks great but like I said, if youre looking for a place to relax, this is not it!

I love this spa!!! They do incredibly luxurious pedicures with every thing to help you relax. They also do my nails. I have had several nail packages, and they do a great job every time! Hannah, Bibi, and Andy are fun to work with and do fantastic work! Best nails and pedicures in Wake County!!!

The worst experience ive had. Im not one to leave a bad review cuz i know how it could hurt the business but Jesus. I got a “liquid gel pedicure” to go to the beach, which i payed over $100 for, and not even 2 full days passed before a whole nail fell off. I went back to get it done but this time they put acrylic on it. Mind you, i told her to check to see if any others needed a touch up cuz i didnt want another one to fall off before i even got to the beach. Everything was fine until not even another 2 full days passed when ANOTHER ONE came off.. at this point i was annoyed. I called back like 5 times before they answered and yes, the guy on the phone was nice and trying to do everything he could to squeeze me in before 1:00 because i had to leave, which i do give props for, but the quality of this work was terrible. Would not recommend. Too pricey for bad quality work.

I really enjoy all my visits to Village Spa Nails. Hannah is excellent!!! She is so talented and creative with her designs. She works hard to make sure that her clients are satisfied and comfortable throughout their appointments. Hannah is so friendly and also very flexible with her scheduling. I highly recommend her services.

Very bad experience with this salon. They do not wait for the gel to dry suddenly I had to ask that they redo all my nails because there were traces everywhere !!Also, the beautician made me bleed the cuticles because she was too brutal, I could have caught diseases!Estheticians do not stop blowing when they work, we feel that they are annoyed to do what they do !!Moreover its really expensive !! I paid 35 dollars for this sh**.And after less than a week, all the gel on the nails of my right hand either peeled off or broke, a scandal! And same thing for friend came with me ! If I could put 0 star I will. I dont understand the other good comments (are they wrong?), have you ever been to a salon for real professionals before ?

I have been coming here regularly for the past couple of months and had the best service. Exceptional. The gel nails truly last three weeks without chipping and look great. Han and Quentin are amazing. I previously went to Cameron nails and had bad experiences. I would not recommend that place ever. Village nail is the best around. Two thumbs up!

We had three different services, and had three different staff members for each. All three were wonderful and meticulous. The salon itself was very clean and beauto fully decorated. Overall I would highly recommend this place!

I have been to this nail salon twice and have had nothing but exceptional service. It is extremely clean, they use fresh tools, they line the pedicure baths with a clean liner, and they are very friendly! This is one of the nicest places I have ever been. Brought my mother in law here too and she loved it ! Prices are fair and they offer you a variety of drinks. Will be returning !! Im very surprised at the negative reviews. I definitely did not have any experience like that!

I started coming here recently and they never disappoint. Really nice location and professional staff. I could walk in 30 minutes to closing and they would still take care of me and do a spectacular job. Hannah is great! She pays really close attention to detail and makes sure youre always happy with the results!! Would highly recommend.

I have been here twice, both times for a pedicure, and had a great experience both times! You start in the massage area and receive a full foot and leg massage while in a reclining chair and heated packs around your neck, pure bliss! You then move to the pedicure area where they exfoliate and paint your nails. It is more expensive than most places but worth the money. Will return!

The overall service was great! Andy did a great job and was very personable. I was in the area for my brothers wedding and needed my nails done. I usually get gel polish at my usual place in NY and it over lasts my 2 weeks that I go to get them done. These lasted great for the week I’ve had them done. But now all of a sudden it is starting to chip terribly!
