Kevin was fantastic. He provided top-notch service for my manicure and pedicure. The salon was very clean and comfortable. Kevin was attentive to my requests. He worked quickly but efficiently. Two weeks later and I still love the way my nails and toes look. Definitely an excellent salon to visit.

I am so glad I found this salon I have gone about 10 times now. They are all very nice and do a great job. Today Kim was my technician and she was polite, professional and fun to spend an hour + with. She did a fantastic. And didnt get snide when I asked her to double check something. In the past at other places I have had the problem but not here.

All 10 of my fingers have different length nails and they are not uniformly shaped. The nail technician put in less than minimal effort toward removing my cuticles or filing my nails.. I couldn’t figure out if she was lazy or just inept. Moreover, the nail technician did not even wrap my nails in acetone and tinfoil to remove my old gel manicure. Rather, she used a Dremel to coarsely blast away my nail surface, and still didn’t remove all the old nail polish. She then proceeded to add new polish over the old gel manicure. She didn’t seem to understand anything I said. Also, professional manicurists typically use acetone at the end of a gel nail polish application to add shine. The nail tech didn’t do it and, after I returned home and wash my hands, my nails are all dull. She also gave me a horrible pedicure. I paid $55 to have a reflexology massage with hot stones. All she did was go up and down my feet as if she were just applying lotion to a newborn baby. It was not a massage! I politely asked her to apply more pressure and go deeper for the massage, but she didn’t understand English; so all she did was smile not and continue with the baby rub. Also, with a massage they need to use warm lotions and warm oil. The jojoba oil and lotion or ice cold. This place was the biggest waste of money and, more importantly, my time! Also, I question the hygiene. I am accustomed to nail salons using a new foam pad to scrape off the calluses. She used a heel buffer that had been used on other peoples feet and was actually stained with dead skin cells. Unfortunately, i’m the type to always leave a tip. However, instead of giving my customary 25% tip, I only gave 15%. Still, I think it was too much because it probably made the nail technician think she did a reasonable job. I will never go back here. I don’t understand all the positive reviews for this place. Maybe the technician who did my nails is new and I was unlucky; nonetheless, I’ll never go back. DON’T GO HERE!!! -RSUPDATE: I received a refund for the gel manicure. I texted the salon owner photos of my cuticles, the nail polish painted onto the skin on my toes, and photos of the different length & shape of nails on my hands. I suggested that the photos be shown to the nail tech who did my mani/pedi. The owner thanked me and asked me to change the one-star rating on my review. I appreciate the partial refund. However, my review is for the mani/pedi, and not for the owner’s follow up customer service. If the nail tech was as good in mani/pedi services as the owner is in follow up customer service, I’d have given a better review.

I’ve been here twice…the second time purely because with all the positive reviews I thought my first time had to be a fluke. Sadly, it wasn’t. The first time I got a gel pedicure..he did not ask how I wanted my nails shaped and did a sharp square shape. It was a lackluster pedicure and my GEL polish chipped in a week and a half. I waited a few months and couldn’t get into my regular place one saturday so decided to try here again. I made an appt and still wasn’t taken until almost a half hour after my appointment time. Because of that I switched my pedicure to be a polish change and I only got one gel swatch with 6 colors on it. I had to ask if there were more colors. Then when it came time for manicure I wanted a short full set and was told it was too late (at 515) to get that and he had to go grab other equipment if I wanted it. Never have I been talked out of spending money somewhere! So I just did a gel manicure…that peeled off in 6 days. So disappointed in bother experiences here side from wasting a great deal of money to be completely unhappy and have to go back to my usual place a week later. Definitely will not be trying them a 3rd time.

Service was very fast and staff was friendly. I had an appointment and no one else was in the salon besides me. The time put into scrubbing my feet, fixing my cuticles, trimming my nails, shaping my nails and painting my nails was very minimal with little effort. I also received a manicure which had pretty much no effort put into it either (basically painted my nails & skipped everything else). Disappointed by this experience and wishing I spoke up/didn’t tip so much! I will continue to look for my “go-to” nail salon (:

Just went to Le Nails & Spa for the first time. Such a pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly (thank you Jane and Tan) I received the best dip manicure Ive ever had and my mom had a gel manicure that was equally as impressive. I bounced between nail salons for years in Raleigh before finding one I actually loved & now I am a regular customer here. Lui does all of my services and remembers everything from each appointment to the next, amazing customer service. Best dip nails that don’t chip & she has a technique that make the edges smoother so they don’t get caught in your hair when they grow out. Always clean and their covid precautions are really great too

November 2018The customer service here is great!! They are very personable and take pride in their work product. They always take their time and make you feel like a valued customer! The place is always very clean!Fast-forward to March 2019I can honestly say I really like this place, but I had a incident that left me thoroughly disappointed. During my next to last visit, I was informed by the nail technician half way through my fill-in process that I was developing fungus under one of my nails, but she proceeded to do my nails, which left me very disturbed. She suggested that since I was disturbed I should give my nails a break. Therefore, the next appointment I did just that. From my past experiences I have always used the soak off method, but instead of soaking my nails off, she used a fake nail to slide under the acrylic fill-in to pop them off. Which was a little painful. I asked her several times if she was going to soak my nails, but it’s almost as if she ignored me. Needless to say, during this process she literally ripped my nails off. My nails are naturally very thin so they did not stand a chance. It’s just very unfortunate that she did not soak them off and now I’m left with damaged nails. But the issues I have are did I develop fungus at this location and the guy over the phone told me $20 for nail removal and basic manicure. But once I got there the nail technician charged me $25 for ripping my nails off and I did not even get them painted. I’m so disappointed.April 2019I changed my stars to even lower because it’s horrible customer service when the owner replies and tries to justify their actions with excuses and accusations instead of owning up to their mistakes. Please do not tell me what I said...did I even talk to the owner over the phone?It saddens me, but unfortunately I will not be returning and will not recommend.

I made an appointment online for a gel manicure and pedicure. Upon walking in they greeted me (basically by name) and had a pedicure soak running for me. The young gentleman I had was very friendly and we bonded over our trips to Florida in the near future. The salon was clean and had plexiglass barriers at each of the stations and hand sanitizer available. Everyone wore masks and appropriately social distanced when they could. My nails look great and it was a great experience all for a great price ($58 w/o tip)

I took my daughter for the first time since the pandemic started and was very comfortable with the cleanliness and protocol. I have gone without pedis for too long and will revisit again soon! Thank you making us comfortable!

My first time at this spot, and I’m for sure coming back. Tina was my nail technician. She was very personable. She was very particular too about my scar on my foot, ensuring that she didn’t hurt that while giving me my requested pedicure. I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t get a manicure prior to agreeing to the gel powder, but she still cleaned it up a little as if I had actually got one. Very clean and spacious spot.

I’m not going to write my real name... due to I love this salon. But recently I have encountered a bad experience. I usually just get a regular Pedi. But the lady that did my pedi, I told her just a regular pedi. She kept pointing at the colorful menu. And started Making faces...I decided to do a $35 pedi but ended coming to $40... I’d didn’t get a full callus treatment...Update/This is not the first time that had happened... A friend, I had recommended came in and also had the same incident happened to her. She also came in to try to you guys out. She just wanted a regular pedi to try out since it’s her first time there but same problem happened. It’s not the $5 difference that I care about... what I need is honesty and do the job the right way! My friend and I, will not be back and I will let others know the type of business you guys really are.

Old lady was disrespectful, wasn’t polite. It was very busy on Sunday... she rushed and did not take the dip all off. I’m disappointed.. it came out so THICK!The lady that did my nails. She knew how to do the dipping powder. She apply the powder back on my nails afterwards. It just came out thick. She sat in the middle on the right side entrance. Apologized accepted. I got my nails fixed else where already. Thanks you for being polite.

Hon is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend her. She is the best nail technician I have ever visited, and SNS manicures and pedicures with Hon are always incredible. She is very precise, patient and kind. Awesome pedicures, very relaxing. I get very bad calluses, and she took the time to really work on them. My feet feel softer than they have in a long time!! Also got my eyebrows waxed.although she only work from Thursday- Saturday, it worth to make my times go make appointment with her. I always look forward to Le Nails Spa appointments with Hon!

I have been a customer for over two years. Only once was I not completely satisfied ( top coat on dipping powder was chipping) and it was fixed immediately. This place has it all. Everyone is friendly, professional, the prices are reasonable, and its not hard to set appointments with your favorite person. Never going anywhere else! First time here but I love this place! The guy in the front does a really great job on my nails... I think he’s the owner. I love the shape and he’s very gentle and cute.

They were nice and friendly, but after repeatedly saying I did not want dip powder nails, the technician put them on me anyway. When I went to do a DIY removal at home, my polish and dip powder would not come off..I do not like having to go back to the salon when I should be able to take it off myself at home. I

Wow! I don’t normally post reviews but felt compelled after my service here! The staff was very polite and professional. I had a gel manicure and I couldn’t have asked for better. Very gentle (which is big for me) and detail oriented. The tech checked in with me between coats to make sure it looked how I wanted and got the polish even and all the way to the top of the nail bed. A lot of other salons don’t do that so you leave looking like you have a few days growth already. I will be coming here for all my future nail needs. Great place!

Tina was very nice and my nails look pretty good. That being said, it was my first time getting powder dips and she failed to get all the residue out from under my nails and on my fingers around my nails. Also, the water was only tepid at best for the pedicure. Finally, as my mani-pedi came to an end, my technician and at least 2 others got into a heated argument. It was in Vietnamese and no one but the employees knew what it was about but it was obvious that they werent getting along. Not sure if I will return.

I wanted to love this place because it’s close, clean, beautiful inside, and the people are so friendly but I cannot. I have been getting SNS powder/dip for quite some time so I know when I am getting quality work done or not. First, I was placed under UV lights, which is a “no-no” for quality dipped nails. Second, I was not asked to wash my hands except when I was finished so I can see debris under the color. Lastly, there are so many ridges and imperfections in my nails that are so obvious, I have to get them done again. Also some of the top layer of one nail is off and another is scratched. They may do other services fine but I will not be returning. Again, I really wanted to like this place but they have to improve the quality.

I received the best pedicure that I have ever had here. The staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their prices were good too. This has become my go-to nail salon.

The spa is beautiful and I have had many great experiences there. It depends on who does your nails. They have young men working there who are not well trained. The last pedicure i got was horrible. My nails were cut at all different angles. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to grow out enough to even the cut and length.

Arrived on Saturday morning at 11am. Did not have an appointment. Myself and two friends were seen immediately for pedicures. They were friendly, professional, and thorough with the process. I will return here in the future.

Went here recently because they had pretty good reviews. I got my nails done on a Sunday with a acrylic fill in and gel polish. Its now Tuesday and it looks like I now need another fill in. Which mean that the acrylic wasnt placed close enough to my cuticle or it was too thin nor was the gel polished evenly or placed close to the nail bed, though it was a pretty color. I also asked for a pedicure when I came in, but they got busy with walk ins and when my nails were finished; I was thinking they were going to set up for my pedicure, but they were rushing to take care of another customer and must have forgotten that I had asked for a pedi. So since I wasnt all that pleased with my nails I just decided to go on somewhere else. I feel like since it was getting busy in there my nails got rushed through and this is probably why now 2 days later Im looking like I will need a fill in a week later. The technician however who did my nails were nice, I guess they were just short on help and she mustve felt like she had to hurry and get the other customers taken care of, but I really would have rather she took a little more time and attention to my nails, since I was a paying customer.

Terrible. The girl I got did my acrylic nails short & uneven. When I told her she yelled at me & was very rude. She was inexperienced & not courteous, didnt offer me anything to drink nor thanked me for my business.
