I am a regular customer for Jan at this Sport Clips location. I am visiting this location for haircut and hair styling from past 4 years. Even though this place is super busy, the stylists are professional and very welcoming.

So happy this place is up and running. Great staff, clean workplace and quick service. I was double charged by mistake and the owner reached out to me personally and resolved the issue within a day. Micky is a great stylist!

Lani was extremely nice. She made sure that I get the haircut nicely. She was very sweet and Im super happy that I got to go to sports clip haircuts of Sunnyvale after the lockdown is over. They are taking full precaution and keeping everything very clean. I was especially surprised when they cleaned the chair with disinfecting wipes every time I got up and went back to sit on it. They are managing the service really well lit online check-in and walk-ins and ensuring proper safety during these times. I had highly recommend going to this place if you are looking for a haircut and help local businesses during these uncertain times. All the staff at this location is extremely nice in the way they talk and their services are well worth the price you pay. Highly recommended and a 5 star rating from my side.

I almost never write reviews, but this haircut was so bad that I decided I should warn folks. This was worse than the homemade haircuts during pandemic. They didnt seem to know how to use the machine and I ended up with multiple lengths all cross. Its actually impressive how they managed to get such different lengths around the same area.

Love sports clips. Haircuts are great and the MVP treatment (shampoo, hot towel treatment and shoulder/neck massage) is great. Worth the extra couple dollars. Nice having sports on to keep you entertained. Make sure you check in on the app before coming in because wait can be long on busy days.

Pretty typical for the place is the system. In fact the person that told us to be there in 15 minutes told us when we arrived that we should wait 30 more. She also said the system wasn’t working correctly. The cut was the worst ever for my son. I expect they’ll provide a refund or offer to fix it.

I hate getting hair cuts. This place did exactly what I ask for and I’m happy I went here. Lady was an experienced hair stylist and did what most places in my experience couldn’t. While everyone is different I encourage you let the stylist be their own artist and work with what you have. Service was top notch and beyond any place I’ve been. Will definitely go back. They followed all the covid precautions for you scared people.

Appointment service is not reliable. It showed me 1 hour first. After waiting for 1 hour it suddenly changed again to 25 min. When enquired the lady told she changed that to give preference to another person. This was my first time visit here and disappointed.

Convenient location with parking and make sure you download the app to check-in ahead of time and it sends an alert when you are 10 minutes out. I always choose first available stylist and have always been happy with the haircut. Very clean, and everyone is friendly. They do children haircuts as well once they can sit on their own. Our 3 year old loves this place.

Only giving a second star because this place used to be decent. I usually come here because I like the atmosphere and to get my hair washed with the hot towel. But the last few times Ive been here have been complete disasters. All I ever get is a standard short cut all around with a little more on the top than bottom, but one lady cut my hair completely uneven. I went back two weeks later to get it fixed, but they wouldnt give me a refund. Fine. Whatever. But then I got one particular stylist thats slow as dirt. What shouldve been a quick fix to even out the top took 30 MINUTES. Again, fine. Whatever. But the last two times Ive been back, I get this same stylist. And each time, she has been egregiously slow. Both times I watch 2 other customers come in and out while shes barely finishing my haircut. Absolutely ridiculous, never coming back to this place.

The place is nice. However, I was disappointed that the free haircut certificate I received from the Red Cross was not accepted.

Poor place to get a haircut. Been there twice and both time efff up my hair. You mightest well get a haircut from a cheap place because thats the service youll get. Haircut is too expensive for the quality of the haircut. Wouldnt recommend this place, unless you want to spend alot of money for a messed up haircut

Ruby has been my stylist for years. Shes very nice and patient, and she pays good attention how to cut my best hair for me. Shes the best in silicon valley, and I definitely recommend her.

I recently got my hair cut here and it was my favorite hair cut experience ever. I know that sounds weird, but the stylist was a legitimate barber, knew the terms Im familiar with, did a very good and efficient job with the haircut, didnt fill the time with useless chatter, and the shampoo at the end was wonderful. I know this is only one employee, but I was sad when I left that I wouldnt be able to get her to cut my hair again. I highly recommend.

I have been to the Sunnyvale Sports clips more than 8 times and they never disappoint. They are very attentive, will spend the time they need to make sure youre happy with the results, and always have a positive attitude. I have always used Jill because she is a great stylist and works very hard to make sure shes detail oriented with the cut. THANKS!!!

I came in about 6 months ago for a haircut and decided to splurge. I got the most expensive haircut with massage and shampoo service. the shampoo was nice but my girlfriend gives better massages, but the haircut was fantastic. Karen cut my hair and did a great job. Ive come back for all my haircuts since. and if youre ballin then getting the shampoo and massage is pretty dang relaxing.

I checked in online and arrived in time. When I went in my name was on the board but after a few minutes my name was removed when I told them about it they asked me to wait for another person to get haircut who had checked in after me. To the owners and barbers, if you dont know what checking in means, go learn.

I was a loyal customer for 5+ years. However recently I had a conversation with the owner and decided not to go back ever again. The most rude and non customer friendly owner I’ve ever came across.

I have had over 8 haircuts at this place. I tried expensive barbershops and other more affordable places but Jan at this location of Sports clips is the best Ive found in the South Bay and its a reasonable cost for a haircut.

Only giving this place two stars because the stylist was nice, but the experience was not good. I not only had to wait over an hour due to their staffing issues and watch as they skipped my name on the sign in sheet, I specifically told the stylist NOT to cut my hair one way, even repeating myself for emphasis, and guess what... She did it anyway... My hair is now really short when thats not what I wanted, and theres no way to get it fixed since my hair is now too short. It was near closing time by the time I got my haircut, and I feel like it was a rushed job. Listen to your customers please...

Checked in online and went to store, checked in and waited for 20 mins for the screen to show on-deck for my stylist Amy. She took someone else and the deck showed 20 mins, complained to one of the staff and she assured me that this won’t happen again. Waited another 20 mins until screen showed on-deck and she took someone who just walked in. After complaining she explained that she is highly requested and has no control over the screen. She just cut hair! No apologies for waisting 2 hours of my time. I find this very rude and walked out. If I could have given it zero stars I would.

Great haricut, no wait, very friendly service. I was told by another after my visit however that your first visit you get a free upgraded haircut, I was not offered this so I cant confirm that is supposed to be the case. I would def. go back as the stylist was very attentive and wanted to make sure I got a cut I was happy with, which I really appreciated.

Ive been coming for a couple of years now. At 1st I was not feeling particular about my hair so I tried a few of the barbers and they were average but then I got a cut from Queyen and she actually knows how to fade and did the blend just how I like it! Now I dont even visit unless I can book with her. Im not a sports fan but I love the bright screens and they usually have the game on so its relaxing.

Julie at Sport Clips saved me. I got a terrible haircut at some other place and didn’t even feel comfortable going back to get it fixed for fear of making it even worse. Julie took one look and 10 minutes later my hair was looking great. Sunnyvale Sport Clips will be the haircut go-to place for me and my son from here on out.

On the plus side are lesser wait time, option to watch the game while you get a haircut, and a free shampoo. On the flip side, you pay $25 for a $10 style haircut! Seriously, there are much better places for a haircut.

The shop is fairly large, clean, and well-decorated, but its understaffed with usually 1-2 people working so expect to wait a bit. The stylists were friendly, but Id rate the haircut pretty average. Great place to stop if you need a quick and simple haircut, but Id look elsewhere if you expect anything more.

Horrible. Rushed job, clear marks between where she switched from clipper to scissors. Always tried to sell you their products. Painful massage. Uneven haircut. The army probably offers a more enjoyable haircut experience. Asked if I want gel in my hair, I said no, she asked if I was sure, I said yes, then she said oh its like water anyway and put some nonetheless. Some of the previous barbers were nice, but the fact that you cant make an appointment with one of them makes this too much of a gamble. Will not be going back.

I went here on a weekend, and I was rung up, and immediately the barber had thought I wanted the most expensive package! She had not given me a choice before. I had just wanted a simple haircut. As the barber had started to cut my hair, they had exclaimed that my hair needed a washing, and that the next time I come, I was to wash my hair before coming or else I would be charged $5. This is one of the worst barber shops, and my hair looks uneven with a bald spot! I dont believe you will see me ever again.

The only person there that is great is Jan.

Rude staff!My husband booked an online appointment with Amy. He checked in 10 minutes earlier than his appointment, and waited for 30 minutes. The stylist took two walk-in appointments and told my husband that she has no control over neither appointments nor check-ins!!!Basically, she just wasted an hour and half of his time without his hair done, and no apologies!
