This salon is so nice and comfortable, and everyone is so friendly and professional. I always enjoy a relaxing rime when I go there! Ryan and his wife are new owners of the salon. He has done my nails for a long time, and he does the best job with gel and dipped nails. He makes going to the salon fun and relaxing. This salon offers professional and friendly service!

I came to A+ Nail Spa last Saturday(8-7-2021)because it is convenient to where I live and I was going out that evening to celebrate my 50th birthday. I asked for a Manicure and Pedicure. The lady who attended to my services was awful. She did not turn on my massage chair. She did not give me a massage for my hands or feet; usually that is the best part as I spend a lot of time on my feet being a fitness professional. The worst part was she cut one of my toes on the side, ripped my skin and never apologized. I did not realize how severe it was until Monday when I did my exercise routine. It hurts when I wear my sneakers and even flip flops. I was also insulted when she asked me to pay before painting my nails when every other Caucasian in the Salon was asked to pay after their services were rendered(including painting and drying of their nails). I refused both times as she asked me twice. The pricing is not worth the service being given. It is quite disappointing to know, I was looked upon as a criminal instead of a client.

I tell my friends. I tested negative for Covid and felt bad using a different salon for a new set of nails. They were very good but, constantly talking loud their native language between nail artist. I felt like I was in their country and it was very annoying! I will never go back there. I was uncomfortable the whole time I was ther. She also took twice as long! I hour twenty minutes to do a fill in!

Casey does a great job with my powder dip nails! They are strong and last 4 weeks with no issues! She also always remembers what she has done on my nails in the past. I don’t know how she does that with all her clients. Definitely recommend!

I came in as a walk in today and the staff (as always) was so caring and welcoming. I asked for an ombré design (that was definitely not the easiest) to do. But they were very happy to do the design and it turned out so amazing I am in love with my nails and the salon is definitely my favorite no doubt!

My mom and I came here on a Monday to get our nails done, I got acrylic and my mom got her nails filled in with gel polish on top. The nail on my index finger broke that night. I went in the next day and the lady fixed it, but she seemed perturbed that she even had to.Two days later, the nail on my other index finger broke! I didnt go back (nor will I EVER go back) there to get it fixed, because I didnt want to deal with them breaking more! So I got that one nail fixed at a salon I actually trusted. On Friday my left middle fingernail came completely off. On Sunday, the middle fingernail on my right hand came off. BOTH without any picking or peeling on my part. Monday morning my right index fingernail came off (the one she fixed when it broke).My moms nails came off and had MOLD UNDER THEM. MOLD. BLACK MOLD FROM WATER GOING UNDERNEATH THE NAIL. The acrylic nail that is supposed BONDED to your natural nail, they were NOT done properly and water was going between the natural nail and the acrylic. Im attaching a picture of her nails (mind you this is after the person fixing them had already dremeled a lot of it down) her nails are NOT normally yellow.She went in to let them know, thinking if it was a faulty product they were using they needed to know. They told her there was nothing they could do.

Was looking for a nail salon last minute and they took me so that was the only great thing and it was A Friday night..... That Saturday a nail popped off I don’t know how I didn’t Notice it but I called and they told me to come in and he would fix it but before I can Go in 2 more popped off 1 I didn’t feel it once again and the second I was Rubbing my face when it popped off. I was Frustrated and by that time it was late and I figured I’ll just go Sunday..... Sunday morning I’m doing a morning stretch and another one popped off.... At this point I’m so frustrated because I wasted money trying to treat myself after not having my nails done to let them breathe for a couple of months 😢😢😢 and the crazy part is every time one broke It never hurt but I’m just extremely disappointed.

Walked in to get a regular acrylic nail. I walked out with crusty super short nails with an okay paint job. The glue is all over my nails. Also Drilled my nails for 40 minutes. The skin around my nails is destroyed. She cut the nails shorter than I said I wanted them. Long story short the color is pretty but over all pretty disappointing. I didnt leave a tip and I will not be coming back

I love this salon. The staff is always very friendly, and they know you by name. Also - they give great service and TONS of repeat customers! I use Susan....shes excellent and thorough, and takes her time (she doesnt rush). I highly recommend this salon!

I did not like my nails being ripped off when I work so hard to keep my nails healthyand strong. It is not a healthy way to remove acrylic or dipping nails no matter if it saves time. This is a nail salon, and health of nail should be priority. So unless they change the way they remove nails, I wouldnt recommend if they dont soak as I say I am comfortable. BUT great job on nails when ite applied on. I changed my mine on dipping powder because when my nail was ripped off and thin, I did not want them to drill, which I knew would have happened. I chose gel and it looks amazing. Its been 3 weeks going on to 4 and it is still on and I am relieved. I will give this place a second shot, but I may stick with gel manicures in the future. They only lost stars from the way the process they remove nails, its not safe or healthy. But they do great on nails even with my experience with one person.

Terrible work as far as the first lady sitting to the left. After 3 days it looked like I needed a fill in. Then she didnt even want to fix what she did wrong and on top of that she kept pushing my hand as if I was holding it wrong and the funny thing about it is Ive never had that issue with anyone else doing my nails. Would not recommend her services to NO ONE

Went in for a gel pedicure and basically wasted 50 bucks. The guy who claims he has been doing nails for 15 years, done a horrible job on my nails. What he didn’t know was I used to be a nail tech so I know what’s to be expected. He acted like he was scared to touch my feet and legs. He painted over uncut cuticles with gel polish and slightly glided over my nail bed with a buffer. I will not be returning.

I have a great experience here every time I go. They give me the longest lasting gel manis I can usually find. Most techs are pretty efficient and theyre good about making appointments. The salon is clean and organized, but it is usually very busy, especially on the weekend.

They are great with kids and Casey is a real artist when decorating the nails. My child wanted Zebra print on her nails and they looked awesome! We have been other places and they were not even close to being as good.

Came in for a manicure with gel polish and the lady complained that it was taking too long for my polish to soak off. Then halfway through my manicure she gets up and says something to the other older lady in her language and next thing I know the older lady has taken over in finishing my manicure. The older lady explained her ride was coming and she had to clean and leave. But she didn’t say anything to me, she just rudely dropped the buffer after doing one hand and the older lady jumped in. Very poor customer service skills. I felt like she didn’t care that I was paying her for a service! Very rude and instead of speaking directly to me she proceeded to speak in her language to the other ladies around me. Not a good experience. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Best pedicure EVER!!!! Super clean and professional staff :) I drive 25 miles to get my nails done here!! Super reasonable prices considering the excellent quality of work! I HIGHLY recommend A Plus Nail Salon!!!

Fake smiles. Dont feel welcome there at all and sad part is they are closest to my house. Business grows from referrals. New customers good luck! Wont be back there at all. I will drive the 30 minutes to my lady that does great and has awesome Customer service.

Water got under my nails immediately. The gel did not adhere to my nails correctly. As a result 3 of my nails popped off within 3 days of getting them done. Also mold was under them. I went back when I got back in town and informed them. *after getting them done right elsewhere. They didnt reimburse or care. Wont be back. Another nail spa close by said they have heard numerous complaints about them as well. My daughter for her nails done as well they broke and came off within 1 week too.The picture shows my nails after they have been dremeled and cleaned up as much as possible.

I would never go back. First, the place is dirty. Second, the lady working on my nails soaked my nails in nail polish thinner and then put the thinner back in the same bottle it came from. Which means I couldve been soaking my nails in lord knows how many peoples hands that came in before me. Third, when asked for a design of a bow, it took three people to figure out what I was talking about and then even when looking at a picture, they still made it look horrible and charged me $8 for two bows. I was completely dissatisfied and will never go back.

Technician cut me, and didnt try to make conversation with me at all. Other parts of the manicure were a little painful or uncomfortable too. Didnt ask me anything about what length or shape I wanted my nails. But my nails look nice and the atmosphere was nice.

Will not be going back. Guy did my nails. Not shaped right paint was thick and had streaks in it. Wrong size tips were used. Twice Ive had a bad experience with them

Very stressful. The lady, Kasey, kept telling me non-stop to relax my wrist, and keep telling me that I was fighting her. I was as relaxed and limp as I could be. She keep slapping me on my wrist and telling me to stop and told me to look away. She continued to do this the whole time, and it was worst than the dentist. Her name is Kasey, and she did good work, but not any better than someone else who wouldnt chastise me the whole time.

They got me in right away and did a great job on trimming my toe nails.

They didnt have enough technicians to complete each service. I had a total of 3 people work on my feet. I asked for a callous remover and paraffin wax pedicure. The paraffin wax was communal! They dipped my feet 3times into this vat of wax then dipped my daughters feet into the same wax. We then realized thats the norm for this establishment! Completely unsanitary! The tools didnt come out of a sanitized pack either. There was no callous treatment as I requested. No offer of a beverage. Just subpar service and conditions. I will not return. Oh and they charged $43 for this horrible service.

Very amateur nails done on my daughter. They looked like nails bought from Walmart. And the woman was extremely rough. All fell off within 10 days. Wont replace because I was out for town & didnt call immediately within their chosen time frame. Therefore refusing to fix/replace their employees sloppy job. Didnt even bother offering a discount on next visit which would have been the professional thing to do even if they wouldnt replace the full set that fell off due to their employees lack of knowing how to do nails properly.

Went there today and while they were very nice it didnt seem very clean and my nails look awful/like I painted them myself. It seemed like my technician was going through the motions of a manicure but not actually doing anything (like push my cuticals down) and the she cut them so short it hurts. The shape is different on every nail, the polish is uneven and not even on the entire little bit of nail left and while the price is good its sill too much sonsidering Ill have to go get then fixed somewhere else. Never going back

Absolutely the worst nail salon in Raleigh. The way they treated my wife as a customer was terrible. She has been there before and they did a decent job but today we had to go to a different salon to get her nails done correctly. I hate leaving bad reviews but this salon is absolutely terrrible. Please find a different salon you will be better off.

This salon is excellent! Its owned and operated by a wonderful family who are very knowledgeable, offer exceptional service, and are loved by their customers!

I drove all the way from Knightdale, because the hours on their website say 8am-6pm when I get there, the lady tell me they open at 10 and she just came in early for her 9:00 client. They need to update their time.

They will make you pay $30 for short nails and my experience was rough and terrible. The nails cant be long unless you pay more so I was willing to. But I still got very short nails and had to pay more. Very disappointed.
