We traveled to Raleigh for a few days for a girls trip and wanted to get pedicures, after a quick google search I settled here! I was able to book our appointments online (so easily!) and once we arrived they were there ready and waiting for us. Everyone was so friendly and we talked about how if we lived here, we would definitely become repeat customers. The pedicures lasted a little over 30 minutes, so very quick and was done perfectly! We Highly recommend!

I wouldnt recommend this place.Do yourself a favor and sort the reviews by newest.However, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pretty cool.But they overcharged my card. The young black girl with dreads repeated my total back to me then still charged me a different price.The actual manicure is average at best and the process was rushed. Plus, theres a $20 charge for gel.I had an appointment to get my eyebrows done as well but there was no techs available, and I was assured I would be waiting for awhile.Everything is very unorganized and borderline chaotic.Overall just not worth the money.Manicure with gel and no tip on my card was charged $74.20. Im not sure where they got that number. But just go to the spa. Or up the street and save some money.Im convinced they have their employees write some of these reviews. Especially the ones with no commentary.

I wish I could express how truly upset and disappointed I am by the the treatment and service that I received by this place today. I chose this place because of the good reviews. I went on their site, decided I wanted a hot stone pedicure and booked their earliest available appointment because I have an event to attend and was on a time crunch. We arrived at 10:30 for our 10:35 pedicures and the kind and welcoming receptionist let us know that they were running a little behind which was fine. Around 10:50 we were sat in chairs along with a couple that came after us. Around 11:10 the receptionist offered us something to drink and a different lady gave us a service menu. We originally wanted the hot stone pedicure but for fear of lack of time we chose to go with the basic. Around 11:20 two technicians started working on two ladies that had been sitting awhile before us and around 11:35 two more had started working on the couple that came in after us. After about 5 more minutes we decided to get up and leave. It just felt like a slap in the face and screamed we dont care about you, your appointment, your time, or your money. Maybe Im crazy because I like to feel welcomed by a place that I am going to spend money but after I am not acknowledged by a single person but the receptionist, waited an hour after my appointment time to still not acknowledged/serviced, and then have people who checked in after and serviced before me I do not feel welcomed at all.

This place is very QUALITY. Whether you get acrylics or a gel coat. It is hard to find a very quality place to get your nails done these days, and this does it. They also dont overcharge anymore than any other salons who do a lot less. I always keep a set of acrylics and within the past few years have experienced the quality in nail salons in general decrease exponentially. It seems as if the nail business is moving more to self reliant, one person stylists if you want really good quality, but this place gives me hope. I am actually pretty happy because I just moved a bit closer for school and can come there more often. I used to have to drive all the way from Chapel hill. I havent found another place better yet!

First time here and it was a nice relaxing environment overall. Jon did gel on my toes and they were kind of globby and bumpy I wish they had turned out better. (Also when he started trimming his own nails during my pedicure that was a bit off-putting…) But Dana did my hands (dip) and was very meticulous and did a great job. I wish she would have trimmed up my cuticles and dry skin before applying the color but overall the shade came out nice.

Came in for two sugar scrub pedicures. They rushed through the service and made us pay while we were still getting our pedicures. There was no massage with the sugar scrub and the person who shaped my toe nails did a TERRIBLE job.The kicker is that they werent even busy.I would not suggest coming here for pedicures.The young lady in the front was really nice but the two nail techs who did out pedicures were in a race to see who could finish the fastest.

Daniel was phenomenal with my pedicure! I have very sensitive feet and I have to get monthly pedicures due to ingrown nails and he was so gentle. I highly recommend him if you want someone to take their time with your feet. Absolutely amazing ❤️

Please do yourself a favor (you deserve it!) and go see ‘Park’ she is amazing! I asked to keep my nails THIN and she nailed it. Still very strong, but thin. She also mailed the color I picked from a pic on Pinterest. Nailed that too :)She didn’t file my fingers until they bled, she didn’t make a mess of my cuticles with my previously applied red polish, she didn’t over file either. She was Fast and accurate and I’m so happy with them.I’m visiting from out of town and tried talking her into moving to Dallas but no go ;)She gave me a dip powder base (with tip), finished with a gel polish and applied to opal magic powder that gave me the look I wanted.She also did my pedicure and was so good I asked for an additional 10 mins of massage.I’m pretty picky about my nails, typically the communication is the issue but that was not the case with Park at all. She was super pleasant, gave a great vibe and made my experience so great.Thank you Park! All of your classes and efforts have paid off, you did an amazing job and I appreciate you!

I came in to get my nails done for the first time at this nail shop. It was late, and I didn’t have an appointment, but my nail tech Tina was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She didn’t rush, even though the shop was closing and took her time on my nails. She even took her time to explain everything in detail. I have FINALLY found my new nail salon and tech. So sweet, and so professional. Thank you Tina!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail salon to go to regularly. Decided to try out Grand Nail Salon and was highly disappointed. Went to Xara and got a full set. My nails started to lift after 2 days. I went in and got them fixed. I also asked for a cut down as my nails were too long. I was told that I would have to pay for another full set and they are unable to cut them down. I was willing to even pay half but they were unwilling to accommodate. This is only 2 days later. In addition, when I got my nails originally done I was not told that I would be charged extra for shape and length. When she was finished she didn’t say thank you, bye, have a nice day or anything. I don’t recommend this nail salon!

I wouldn’t recommend this place, I paid $120 for gel fill in and pedicure. Three days later 3 nails have broken. I’ve been trying to reach the nail tech to see when she could repair my broken nails and she has yet to return my phone call. Meanwhile, I could easily get a response if I was paying for a service. This is poor customer service and too expensive for the result to be average at best.

The nail tech Twee (the lady that sits directly in front of the receptionist desk, near the wall) needs to not EVER have to deal with customers. She is SUPER DUPER RUDE! I came to make an appointment... she interrupted the young lady helping me, to ask when her next appointment was and then proceeded to TAKE OVER the computer! I explained to her that that was disrespectful, and not once did she acknowledge me or express an apology! If you go there, dont ask for her NOR accept if they give you her!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I had two set appointment for 10:35 for the number 4 hot stone service, even wanted gel polish.. we got sat around 10:50 not bad.. but then they had us sitting in the water for OVER an hour and had people who came and sat after us getting their toes done..( I feel I was racial profiled cause long and behold all the whi*te people were seen in a hurry) ... Now granted the lady at the front was super nice but obviously confused.. I was so excited to try this place but I definitely would NOT recommend.

Messy work. Wanted a manicure but they didn’t do it. Went for a fill but they just did a color change and charged me for a fill. Color got on my skin and they didn’t clean it up. I’m scraping it off right now. Gel didn’t completely cure so it’s smudged. Also wanted design but they forgot about it and at that point I just wanted to leave. Overall, would not come back again. But on a positive note, inside is very nice and clean. Liked the music. And pedicure was sanitary.

James did a perfect job on my nails. I am extremely particular and he did a great job. The salon is very clean and safe and has many Covid-19 measures in place. Can’t wait to get a pedicure next time.I would highly recommend this salon. The prices are very competitive as well.

Katie is absolutely the best technician in the world. She understands exactly what her clients want, and she knows how to make sure that different people’s feet get taken care of in just the right way for them! All 6 members of my family have been to her, and she treats each client as if they are the most important in the world.The place is nice and clean, and safety protocols are being followed well.

What an amazing experience! The atmosphere of the nail salon was relaxing. The music was great and the variety of tv viewing was nice. I was serviced by Dustin and he did an awesome job from beginning to end. He made me feel comfortable and the owner was so friendly. I loved variety of what services I receive. I will be returning for my monthly pedicure.

I met my nail tech Park back in November 2020 and have been coming to her ever since! Very pleased and pleasant with every visit. Every experience is different because she listens and adds a up to date spin on what I request! I only get my nails done once a month and when I do…it looks like a 2 week fill-in! She takes her time and makes sure everything is done right!I will forever get my services met here! Great job Park and I love her personality and the laughs.

I’ve been going here for about a year or two for pedicures, best in the area and they have an option for every price point. Super relaxing! Recently started doing acrylics as well, Park kills it every single time!! I bring her designs or she gets creative and freestyles, never disappointed and always get a million compliments. I stopped in to this salon for the first time since i was in the area. I worked with Katie. And that won’t happen again. She was clearly in a rush since the first things she said was “this won’t take long.” And was on the phone making plans My nails also reflect this. She also wasn’t paying attention numerous times which resulted in her filling my skin and not my nails. Which is now bleeding. She spent most of the time talking about how long my fingers and nail beds were. (This is true but it is also an immutable insecurity of mine that I didn’t need pointed out every ten minutes. It made me extremely uncomfortable. She said the same things about my eyebrows.) she asked me if I wanted my nail short and before I could respond she had already cut them shorter than I normally want. Which is why I was surprised to see an additional $5.00 charge (she ran my card without telling me the price) for long nails. I was also shocked to see additional charges that did match their own menu. Im glad she was able to give herself an extra $18.00 tip because she wouldn’t of gotten that from me based upon her work. I have had acrylic nails for years, I understand they are an expense but if I have to pay for something I should at least like it. Instead, i left in a rush to see if my normal nail person could undo this lumpy, crooked, uneven mess on my hand.

The last time I visited Grand Nails was a couple of years ago, but recently I moved closer and have been looking for a good salon. Jon did my pedicure, and Hannah did my grandmother’s pedicure and manicure. We both got the hot stone massage option and they both did a great job. It’s a beautiful salon, and I plan to recommend them to my friends.

My daughter got her nails done in the salon by Katie. Well Never Again!!! Katie was in too big of a hurry and did not want to do what she asked for. She convinced her to do something else instead, was told she needed services that she did not go in for. Additional services were added to the bill. Please Please stay away. She was taken full advantage of. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! The manager was rude and not helpful at all.

Hanna was my nail technician today and I am so pleased with her work. She took extra care removing the dip manicure I already had and did a lovely job applying the new one. I like the location and it’s very clean.

I was first introduced to this salon by my daughter-in-law, being fairly new to the area. On my own decided to make an appointment for classic mani and pedi. I ended up paying 133.00 for the services. Imagine. Overpriced. Tech feigned he did not understand requested service and to go along “this time” because we were close to end and would do something about the price next time. I was given a volcano pedicure, which I Did Not request. Be aware consumers of listed charges in flyer which differs from “menu” book charge. Neither daughter-in-law nor I will return to this salon. Do the right thing Grand Nails and not fleece customers.

I decided to try this shop since my usual place didn’t have any available appointments since it was a last minute decision. Walked in and was greeted my a male who asked what I wanted and guided me to Chair #10. The technician “Xarah?” was kind enough to help me pick a natural shade. Once I sat down, she attempted to start the process. I stopped her and asked if I could wash my hands first due to Covid-19 policy that she overlooked. Once she got started she never spoke a word to me other than to ask what shape I wanted. She moved so quickly and I was concerned that she was sacrificing quality which was concerning because it was Wednesday around lunch time and the shop wasn’t busy. I was done in 25 minutes tops. After she finished and I left, I could clearly see that she got gel polish on my skin, which we all know is a no-no. I feel like could have gotten better quality if she took her time and paid more attention to detail. Wasted my $40. If you leave a great review they will give you $5 off services. They can keep their $5, I will not be returning.Update: After being contacted by the manager I returned to have them fix my gel manicure. Upon entering, the manager took a look at my nails and apologized. He offered to redo it with a color of my choice. I ended up being seen by Dana. She did a great job with my manicure. I was concerned about the removal process since it was still fresh but it was painless. When she finished, my nails and even my cuticles looked so much better. Four days have gone by and my manicure still looks great! No chipping or lifting and I’ve even washed my wild, thick hair! Thank you Dana and Grand Nails for understanding that customer service is everything!

My daughter did her nails there and was told after she was done that she will have to pay more for the procedure because they forgot to tell her the added cost upfront. Also her nail started to flake out and had to get it re-done . They were very unprofessional and made a fuss since they had to re-do it. (Poor customer service)..

First time here and I will be back. My daughter and I were greeted and welcomed. They have a POS system that records your visits, etc. and the guy explained it to me and why they ask for my name/number/etc and don’t sell my information. That was very nice! I’ve been to several salons before and I’ve NEVER been explained why they ask for my info or do they even seem to care. I was impressed with the mannerisms here and will support this business again. They also have a policy that if you mess up your polish or nail, etc. within 7 days, they will fix it! Who does that nowadays?? All I can say is that I hope they keep with this wonderful customer service because it is very rare to find a business that appreciates you, your money and your time.

Pros: Clean, Friendly, Covid Precautions, Nice Atmosphere.Cons: Felt rushed, okay workDecided to have a professional mani and dip powder to give my nails a break from polish. I showed a picture of what I wanted and I did get pretty much what I asked for. However, as I sat down, someone called to make an appointment with my nail tech and it seemed that she rushed thru my job. I have had dip power in the past and this time, my nails are super thick and some are crooked. Some things I had to do when I got home: file down the length as they were longer than I had asked for, had to thin down one of my thumbs due to pressure pain and discomfort, had to do a cleanup around several of my nails as there was superglue and powder residue. Overall, the work is fine, but its definitely not the professional look I have had in the past from my salon in my home state. Will I come back, yes. Will I get the same procedure, No. Maybe its because I am a guy, but I still should have an amazing manicure that looks high end and not budget friendly or home done. Just pay attention and watch and really look at the work being done.

My nail tech was great! I got dip nails and a French pedicure with the deluxe hot stone package. Bin did such a great job and took his time. This is something that i really value in getting my nails and I think any customer would. I recommend them highly and will be returning. Thank you!

OMG!! I waited over two hours while other people were seen and when I inquired on my wait time the manager Andy gave me the absolute worst excuse, telling me there under staffed. As I came into Grand Nails I was told 45mins and when I asked him why did he tell me 45mins he very nonchalantly said, I said 45 mins or more. The tips put on to lengthen my nails are crooked and the polish is uneven. There were next to no sanitation practices. Not even hand washing—I’m talking gross even by pre-covid standards. Tools were reused on multiple clients without being sanitized between uses, and I saw someone use some kind of medical balm on a skin condition on their hand and then go straight back to doing that person’s nails. Not going back. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to my old salon.

They are fast and efficient. They take pride in the quality and detail of their work and services. I highly recommend them. The hot stone pedicure is great!

So I go here to get my feet done, I always feel rushed ! There is one lady that I normally go to name Linda but today she wasn’t here so I did another lady 🥴 the lady got up at least 3 times to go talk to her friends in the middle of doing my feet . She messed up on one of my toes and thought it would be a great idea to just paint over it so I have a big lump because it wasn’t corrected properly. She act like she didn’t want to scrub my feet ! She was super rough when it came to my cutting my nails ! I’m not coming back !!!!!!!!! They have a 2 because I like Linda
