My first time getting services at this place and I must say I was very satisfied. Ann was such a pleasure to have doing my pedicure. The atmosphere was nice and the staff seemed very nice as well. They werent as Covid cautious as other nail salons that I have been to, but they did seem to be pretty sanitary outside of that.

I have been going to NC for several years, and they have been fine. Lately, however, I have been dissatisfied, and todays poor result means I will not be returning. A basic pedicure, yet my heels and big toe still have skin which should have been removed using a foot file as they used to do, and the polish application was not applied to the top edge of the toenails (esp. large), meaning it will likely chip quickly. This was a subpar pedicure.

Love love love this place!!!! Easy to make a reservation and they are never understaffed. Cindy does the BEST gel nails. She is fast, efficient, and knows what looks good. They also have tons of colors for gel! Tina gives the best pedicure you can find in Raleigh. You will have to fight to not fall asleep during her hot stone massage! The prices are doable and the place is comfortable, clean, and always showing the food network :) Highly recommend!!!

This is the worst nail place to go to. The employees are rude and liars. They did not tell my friend and I that the place closes at 6 but allowed a mani/pedi. One female rushed with my hands and they ended up looking so bad but they had already charged me. They quickly left and I was so upset. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Worst nail job I’ve seen my entire life.

I came here on my birthday with my mother and had a wonderful experience. Cindy, who did my gel manicure, was super focused and detailed. She made gel nails for me very beautiful. Overall it was the best nail experience Ive had in a long time. Especially, they also have the parking lot!!! If you havent been here, make an appointment and prepare to be amazed.

They are so friendly and fast. My other nail place took two hours to do a fill in and gel polish... it takes Cindy and her other nail techs 30 minutes!! Also, their prices are the best in Raleigh. I saved so much money switching salons.

Been here a few times, the place is roomy and nice. They take their time to work on your nails. The technicians are friendly, warm and detail oriented in their work. Reasonable price point as well. Cant wait to be back next month.

This is my new go to nail salon! Theyre always so sweet and professional! The acrylics were about at half my normal nail & no gaps or peeling at all. Fantastic way to end the day and will definitely be back!

So I went today for my first time going there is actually didn’t suck. They were really nice and they paid attention to wat they were doing. I recommend asking for Cindy if you go. Only negative thing about it is I was waiting a long time.

Discovered this place yesterday and I decided to try it out myself. Everyone is EXTREMELY warm, friendly and attentive. I love my nails :) Already got so many compliments:). I wish I could give more stars.

Love this salon! They have wonderful pedicures and manicures. I have been having them do my gel nails (with French manicure) for a year now, and they are ALWAYS beautiful and last for 3 weeks until I have to get a fill in. Employees are so nice and accommodating!

Cindy does a great job on pedicures, not so great on nail painting. Also, they charge me a different price every time I go even though I get the same service! It keeps going up! I hate how Cindy is always jumping up to take care of other customers during my appointment time. You can never relax during the pedicure because of this. While I love Cindy, I cant deal with the inconsistency in pricing and interrupted service. Im going to be looking for a new salon.

Horrible experience! Over charged for a terrible job. Did not know how to shape correctly and when asked to fix it they continued to say what they had done was correct. Do not come here or you will be disappointed!!!!!!!!

Went in as walk in and asked if there was a wait on pedicure from which their response was no and for me to pick my color and have a seat where there was an empty tub. I then sat and waited for my tub to be filled so i could stick my feet in and look up from my phone and there’s a Caucasian lady who just walked in and they had already started filling her tub. Very prejudice! if you’re black do not come!

When I had Ann I had no problems BUT CINDY ! first of all she was rushing between 3 different clients and myself so I called and asked if there was a wait she says no I get there it’s 25 minutes LATER when i get in a chair and wait for another 15 minutes meanwhile i’m on my break for work then when she gets started drilling SHE CUT ME 4 TIMES my hands were on fire when i got back to work and I could barley touch anything without being in pain and her shaping is all the way off starts off coffin then after 2 days theyre trash and i have dents in my nails from where she didn’t put acrylic and was definitely not worth 38 dollars so If Ann is not available I’m not getting my nails done by them ANYMORE

Excellent place/ Bryan is the best ever

I am very displeased with my recent service. I have used this salon for over a year now for gel French. The last few times I went in service has gone down hill but I let it slide. This past time I called and made a set appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment she then took another customer and tried to work on both at the same time. She rushed through my appointment which led to bubbles on my nails. I went back in later to have them looked at and fixed. She then wanted to charge me for the fix not even a week after my original appointment. I will not be going back and will be looking for a new salon to use.

I got a manicure and pedicure last Thursday. The person that did both was rushing and my nails were really bad compared to my friends. She didnt avoid my cuticles so all the gel polish started lifting up at all the edges after 3 days! Some even chipped. I went back today (5 days after getting them done) to get them redone and they only were going to fix the chipped ones. I said no, knowing the others were going to be chipped soon anyway. Ive gotten gel manicures done before and usually they last 2 weeks without chipping or lifting up at the edges. When I even do my own gels, they last a week perfect. Highly disappointed with the customer service and wont be going back here.

Friendly staff & great quality

Absolutely terrible. I got a gel manicure last week and the polish literally just fell right off of my nails in one piece after 5 days. They obviously couldnt handle the number of customers they had. They told me to sit down and then left me waiting in the chair for 20 minutes. When they finally remembered I was there the lady who did my nails rushed through it and kept taking breaks to work on 2 other people(one of them was a pedicure), not once changing gloves between customers. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted but she got it all wrong and insisted on doing the design in an obnoxious glitter polish. Seeing as I would like my nails done properly and would prefer not to have someone elses foot fungus included in my manicure, I probably will not be coming back here.
