Ive lived here 7 years only because I cant afford to move. Ive wanted to leave within a month of living here. It has turn over management 3 times in the 7 years. each time the Quality of management has fallen. They dont maintain the property causing many injurys to tenants. I have a open lawsuit right now. The Pool has been open 1 time yet we still pay for the amenity cant use. Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, I spend an additional $160. a year for chemicals to control them in my apartment. I have never had to live with bugs. They dont repair to original status, they put a band aid on it and we pray we have no repercussions from it. Electrical substitute used parts not for the type of product it is. Could and has caused problems. I thank the Lord theres been no fire, yes there has been in middle of night forced out of bed due to smoke from furnace, during winter. THEIVES Ive had to install CAMERAS due to people they let into the apartment for repairs. Even neighbors I step out side for a minute, they are watching, run in and grab what they can run in living room even to bedroom taken my wallet other expensive Items. Today they patched my carpet with another color not matching, Im so upset its taken me 4 hrs. to calm down with medication wine. I pay $800.00 always on time except 2 times due to time that I receive disability check which is on the 4th rent is due on 5th they hit you with $36. late fee, no mercy. Yet they give you jack leg repairs. They advertise LUXERY apartments I think NOT. ONLY IF YOU CANT AFFORD ANYWHERE ELSE, DONT MOVE HERE.

I have lived here for two years. We have several managers since Ive been living but the one we have now;Vanessa is doing a great job! The pool is opening soon. It has not opened in two years. the property is cleaner. Keep up the good work!

The management and the workers are excellent. They will help you with every and all problems that you may possibly have. If you have any problems with your apartment, any at all they will be happy to fix it, no matter the time, they are there to serve you: the resident.The atmosphere is like living with your family. Its quiet, peaceful and overall a place that I would recommend to anyone. These many years that I have lived here have been the happiest years of my life.

Absolute WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR EVEN VISIT SOMEONE HERE. CRAWLING WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE AND THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS SURPRISED WHEN THEY GET TOLD..... AND THEY NEVER DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. CONSTANTLY TURNING OFF THE WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY WITH NO WARNING, MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE, PARKING LOTS ARE A MESS WITH ABANDONED CARS PARKED EVERYWHERE. NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE!!!!!!

Vanessa showed me around the property when i went to visit....she even took the time to go over the application process. Although the office was very busy and people were waiting. She did not rush me out, what she did do, was assured the people that were waiting that they would be taken care of shortly. She was awesome!! Thanks Ms. Vanessa! I cant wait to move in!!!

Such great staff here, really nice property. The apartment is exactly what Im looking for and the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, answered my many questions without hesitation and very informative. Really excited to make this place my home soon! Thanks Casa de Luna!

Maintenance left my door completely unlocked and OPEN for hours while I was not home after replacing a window (which they didn’t give more than 2 hours notice for ) also they randomly shut the water off without notice for hours . 10/10 would NOT recommend 🙄

Ive been a resident here going on 5 years. Vanessa & Sheila are doing a very good job in the rental office. I would like to see a rent discount for Senior citizens on a fixed income that would be a great help to us Seniors.

The management is great! I love the way the tour was conducted, everyone seemed so pleasant and welcoming. Seems like a great place to live.

I would give this complex 0 stars if allowed. While filling out my application, I put down $250 for application fees and a security deposit for one of their apartments. Despite my application being accepted, they couldnt offer me the apartment I applied for due to circumstances with another branch and was scheduling me to move on 3 weeks later than originally planned. When I expressed my displeasure in this move, I wished for a return of all of my fees since this location wasnt going to be a fit. Its been 2 months and the amount of unprofessionalism this apartment complex has is infuriating. They never call you back, their office hours are spotty. Im honestly extremely close to making this a legal matter as I do not like it when people play with my money.Dont give this complex a single penny of your money, you wont ever see it back.

HORRIBLE !!! INFESTATION OF ROACHES, i had a very bad experience, i paid deposit.and a lot.of fees and when i moved i found that the apartment was infested of roaches, i immediately asked.for a cancellation but the first bad new was that they will not return me back any money!!!! From day one we started have a lot of issues so i decided to get a lawyer, when we was ready to get the case ro the court i found that they have a new administration, they promised to fix the problem but they not...to not make it long....on the end they charged me for a roaches extraction and other things that i havent done damaged....i dont recommend this apartments for other many reasons...very loud, music, partys every weekends, assaults, poor maintenance, very dangerous place, DONT WASTE YOUR MOnEY

Worst employees ever! Super rude. Dont even speak to you when you ask them a simple question. They lie about speaking to the manager, then made my boyfriend sit out in the cold instead of letting him sit inside while waiting for a ride. They do not stick to a hourly schedule nor do they tell the truth about what position they work. I would never live here. They are super unprofessional. Even the property manager is rude.

The office staff and the property manager was so good and helpful with all my needs they got me in and moved in with no hiccups. When I got into my apt it was clean and smelled wonderful. Thank you Casa del Luna you’ve made my move that much easier.

Yes this isnt a place I will continue to stay once contract is up. Management is WICKED. they have a ROACH INFESTATION, maintenance problems. Management has no problem living with roaches as they commented to me, I do, I have to spray every week or two continuously if you dont roaches come in from the other apartments. It will cost you to live here, spiritually, mentally.

R O A C H E S ! Im sad I didnt read the reviews before moving here ! If you like roaches & I mean killing 10 or more a day SERIOUSLY, this place is for you! The walls are THIN! I live near the street & havent got decent sleep in months bc these old windows dont help with noise! Every time it rains my roof leaks in the bathroom & Ive lived here 11 months with no resolution ! The hard wood the model has is NOT what your apartment will have, it will be a vinyl look alike ! The pool they advertise is not open has not opened & will not be open! Supposedly kids snuck in when it wasnt the current season & a girls hair fell out ! There were these very very tiny black bugs coming in a crack in the wall in my bedroom. Requested maintenance/ extermination & they have yet to show ! That was 2 months ago so I ended up taping the crack in the wall shut ! Wish I could leave 0 stars ! Oh & over 40 units have been without air conditioning for the last 3 weeks !!!!!!

I have not rented one of these units but I did drive in to take a look as a possibility. I didnt even get out of the car. There are trees and plants growing from the rain gutters where it is obvious no maintenance is being performed on these grounds. There were dozens of abonded junked vehicles in the parkin lot and the garbage dumpsters look like jolly the green giant used them for soccer practice. Dont stop here unless you have no other choice. I kept on driving...

Casa De Luna is a great place to live. The apartment complex is extremely convenient to grocery stores, Walmart and right off the bus line. I absolutely love the diversity within the residents here. The staff is kind and courteous to all the residents here. For instance, during hurricane Matthew my apartment was getting water in it, mainly because of the massive amounts of rain we received, however, our maintenance man came out to help me in the very midst of the hurricane. Now, I am not for certain if that would happen anywhere else but Casa De Luna. I have been a resident here for two years and as a single lady, it feels like home because Casa De Luna is family oriented and it is a safe place to be. So, if you are considering relocating and are looking for a place that is diverse, family oriented, convenient to shopping and eateries, Casa De Luna is the best place for you... :)Tiffoney Greene

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE APPLYING FOR AN APT & NOTICE THE NAMES OF THE 2 PEOPLE THAT RATED THESE APTS WITH 4 OR 5 STARS. If you want to live with mold, bed bugs, roaches, poor maintenance service & bad attitudes; then stay here. Part of Year 1, when these apt were under Drucker & Falk management my living experience was okay & the maintenance guy was great. Then the changed to Casa De Luna & my living experience got very interesting. The roaches got of control, maintenance guys didnt know what they were doing at all and thats if they came at all. Prior to my lease renewal, I decided to transfer to the downstairs appt. BIG MISTAKE, that May I was supposed to move. Well they changed my move in dates 4 times. Move in June & apt still wasnt ready, but I told the office I needed to move as I kept havent issues with my crazy downstairs neighbor. Moved in repairs: Hot/cold water metal is broken in bathroom tub, knot needs to be screwed in the 1st bathroom, the wood under sink kitchen & pantry was rotten and needs to be replaced (wood is smelling up the apartment), hole above the electric outlet in the 2nd bathroom, Dishwasher needs screws to secure it in place, No blind in kitchen, blind need to be installed, No light bulb in kitchen ceiling fan, light bulb is needed, Thermostat is hanging from the wall, new one needs to be installed, Mailbox key doors missing hinges and door latches, no screens in windows & etc. Then Refrigerator stopped working as 7/11/15. The office repair to the mold was to spray some sort of white spray over the mold and finish the vanity with molding to cover up the mold. All took several months; many phone calls and many trips to the office they repaired most of my issue. However the repair to the smelly kitchen pantry was to remove the bottom board & put some sort of white powder down. The smell continued in the kitchen so I just stopped using & opening the pantry. I didnt open the cabinets under the kitchen anymore. And the manager had a nerve to say what did I know him to do about the smell(Really). Then this past April the A/C started leaking water; the maintenance called themselves fixing it. In May I advised the leasing agent the A/C was blowing air. Then a few night later the outside A/C unit started making loud noise, so I left a voice msg. The following week for 2 days I called every hour between 9-5:30 no answer from the leasing office. So finally called the maintenance to see if they received my work order to repair the A/C. He involved me they were waiting on a part; well it would have been nice they actual left work order copies in the apt upon entering. I would have been aware they attained to make repairs. Anyway week 3 of no A/C I called & finally spoke to leasing agency. I advised I was following up on the A/C repair status. She said, when did you make this request for repair. I recapped I seen her write the work order when I paid my rent at the beginning of May & that I spoke to maintenance and that they were waiting on a part. My kids & I have to leave the apt during the day times on the weekends has it was so hot. Well needless to say up to my move out day this past weekend the A/C never got repaired. A week prior to move out the kitchen cabinet fell off & door latch fell off. I didnt call in a work order as I figure they would repair it anyway. Well wrong move on my pay because when I did the walk thru yesterday; the leasing agency informed me, I would have to pay for the cabinet & door latch repair (BTW all that was missing from the latch was 2 screws as I left door latch in bedroom). Then she said I have to pay for 2 missing LIGHT BULB, 1 broken plug outlet cover and 1 blind. Well I left 1 light bulb on counter, so I literally had to screw the bulb in the light fixture. Then she informed theyll charge me for 1 light bulb, outlet cover, blind & cabinet repair. Thank GOD I never got the bed bugs, but 3 of my neighbors complained they kept having bed bug issues. I can only speak on the roach infestation or mold issues. This was the worst living experience of our lives

Heads up folks. Crime is everywhere however it got a little to close to home last night at 7 pm when I was heading back from shopping at International Foods and robbed at gunpoint right adjacent to the apartments. Police report has been filed.

They have loud Fiestas every weekend, that can be heard, from the surrounding housing !

Do not move into this place, many cockroaches and do not fumigate, I have been living here for 3 years, very bad maintenance service my shower was damaged and they could not repair it well, more than a month ago I reported my dishwasher damaged and the sink faucet is liquidating and they have not yet come to repair them, Mr. Luis from the office is clueless or does not know how to do his job, people who do not live here come to dump garbage from other places, furniture, beds etc. And no one does anything about it, Im considering moving

I am apartments is the largest garbage that can exist because you can no longer have visitors at night because the crane comes and takes the cars for more than stations the car in visitor and the rules of them is that we have a visitor pass perhaps one he knows if he is going to get visits at night and also the office is not open 24 hours a day to go bring a pass I almost paid my friend $ 150 to take the car and he only had less than half an hour to park and when he left already the car was not there this happened this weekend they are a garbage of apartments nor are they private so that they have that kind of regulation and more it is lousy for maintenance and I already want my contract to be terminated I can no longer take them anymore they are garbage they do not I recommend that you live here and Vanessa is the worst manager that can exist, she is very impulsive and full of things for anything, the police want to call the baddest old woman to manage these apartments 👎👎👎yes and they take the cars of your friends because my friend came to visit me and they took the car of him and he had to pay $ 150 and he says that you have to have a visitors pass one does not have the slightest idea if they are going to come to visit at night and the office is not open 24 hours a day and night

Two years ago the manager who was in charge of the apartments were in good condition today there is a lot of garbage everywhere the donster of garbage full bags thrown rats and cockroaches and the maintenance not to mention terrible with what pressure the water comes out of my apartment and I get tired to report it on weekends the Parkin look like oil and grease mechanical workshops wherever
