I am living here now and want to move out soon. First, the noise, it is really noisy (some from outside, some from the music from unknown neighbors) especially in the midnight, never sleep a good night here. Second, I didnt read the length contracts here and I found most trash bins are outside in my floor, so I didnt notice that I need to put it back at the specific time (Just forgot). There is no email notification, just charge you a violation fee and send you an email to pay it. I mean, the base rent is not high here, but you have to consider to pay more on rental washer/dryer (Yes, they didnt provide this thing), and you maybe forgot to bring back your trash bin sometimes, the monthly rent should be very high. OK, maybe thats why I saw many neighbors just put the trash bags outside w/t the trash bin. The reason why I choose here is the high review score in google, but it seems like not as good as that. Anyway, the staff here working at here are very nice, helpful. However, the most important is you need to live here, if you are not care about noise and you can read the length lease carefully, you can choose here, anyway, the staff works here is really nice.The staff found which one caused noise and I hope it will be better. They withdraw the fine as the first time.Anyway, like I said, the staff working here are really nice.

This place is the best place to be in the Brier Creek area, newly constructed, modern, the staff is amazing; Amy, Lindsay and Shae are all doing an awesome job... The property is lovely and they always have some type of community building event.I would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone. Pet friendly and the clubhouse is amazing the amenities are perfect Ive used the computer area, office area and the living area many times.

Very quiet, and filled with very kind people. Phoebe always helps me any time I have an issue! she is so sweet!

The management team and staff are phenomenal! Matt is amazing and helped me feel at home before I even moved in. They have been incredibly responsive to work orders or any other issues I’ve had throughout my time in the community. Amy is an excellent manager, I couldn’t ask for a better leasing team!There are always food trucks or other events on the property. The apartments are modern with very little cosmetic or maintenance issues. The community grounds are beautifully maintained and it’s in a good area right down the street from a great elementary school. This really is an excellent home for those seeking an apartment community.The only reason I’m leaving is a career change and a growing family. I highly recommend making your next move to Elevate!

Going to preface this with I dont live here yet I just toured. However the complex was super clean and the apartment are spacious and nice. The Assistant Community Manager Tashima was so friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. She really made us feel like she knew everything about the community and that she really cared about her residents.

Heard about this property from a co-worker and decided to visit this morning with my husband. The property is well decorated, modern and Tyler was AMAZING! We toured the 1 bedroom floor plans and went over details regarding the lease and what the property offers. We left to grab some food and later (same day) we came back with a friend and toured once more. We decided that ELEVATE will be our next home and I cannot wait to move here. The layout, the color of the wall and the kitchens fixings are wonderful. I feel very safe in our decision to move here🥰🥰🥰🥰

Loved the place. The only thing I would recommend is to thicken the walls. My neighbors complained about noise from my apartment every month. I was able to hear my neighbors email notification from upstairs. Other than that, I totally loved the place.

Elevate at Brier Creek is the 2nd apartment complex I’ve lived at in Raleigh and what a joy it is! My apartment is so spacious, modern and quite homey. The pool is a great spot to hang in the summer, there’s always more than enough room to find a space. The team members at Elevate, Amy and Matthew have been nothing short of amazing to work with. They’re so attentive and will go above and beyond to help their residents. If you’re new to the Brier Creek area I highly recommend Elevate! It’s off Brier Creek Pkwy so it’s nice and quiet.P.S. we also love the AMAZING sunset view we get every night 😁

After looking around the area for few days found this amazing area - 10 mins to any direction you will have everything you need. few mins away - gas station, brand new apartments and lovely people at the leasing office. Any maintenance requests are being addressed asap is always a plus.

Amazing working with Tashima was amazing, she’s a sweetheart and an excellent assistant manager.

Walls are paper thin! You can hear everything around you including the cars driving on the interstate. Amenities now require wristbands that are $50 to replace. To have to wear a wristband for the dog park or sit by a fire pit & grill seems excessive. We are in the middle of a pandemic! People want to be able to social distance outdoors without being scolded by the safety police. Oh & if you are the only person on the lease, you have to enjoy these amenities alone because only those on the lease are allowed to do something so simple as sit with you at a fire pit. Definitely not worth the money since the best part about this community was the amenities and now you can’t even enjoy that anymore!

Going from owning a home back to living in an apartment can be hard but I have been pleasantly surprised by how quiet the apartment complex is and how homey it feels. I will say that if you are someone who needs pitch dark to sleep then youll need to put up black out curtains since the parking lot is well lit (which I find to be a good thing for safety). Everything is kept very clean and all the staff I have come in contact with has been nothing but nice. Amy is super welcoming and always has great energy when I see her in the lobby! She has answered my million questions and been very helpful during this process. We chose to live at Elevate due to the great location with a close proximity to so many cities, the amenities, dog friendliness, the complex is new construction as of a couple years ago, and ultimately feeling more at home here with staff that is easy to connect with!

Elevate at Brier Creek is awesome. Great location, awesome staff, and an amazing gym!!! The community is quite and I love the trail walks. Thanks guys for making my first apartment such a great stay! 🤗

I want to thank Amy, Shae, Lindsey and any other staff at Elevate at Brier Creek that have made the move in process so easy. I have been living here for one week and absolutely love it. The customer service in the office has been the best ever. In addition, this as been one of the nicest places that I have ever lived. True luxury. I especially like the fact that they knew me by name. I would give you guys 10 stars if I could. The apartments are so quiet at night that I feel like I am back in my house. I cant say enough good things about you ladies but just keep doing what you are doing and thank you for allowing me to make this my home. I also need to make mention of the maintenance too because the apartments were up to par on that end and immaculate.

I really enjoy myself speaking with Shae. She was very tentative to everything we asked about. I am glad that we chose to move here. She is one of the main reason we chose to move. Thank you Shae for handling us so well!!! The apartment is wonderful and fresh and new. No complaints

Ive only lived here for a couple of days, but I love it already. The facilities are really nice and inviting. Would highly recommend this complex!

My experience with Elevate at Brier Creek has been great. My fiance and I walked into a busy Saturday and were completely impressed with the way Shae handled the chaos. She gave each person equal attention, even if they didnt have an appointment. She was so polite and excited to show us around the complex.The apartments are completely new with both simple and elegant design. The club house is fabulous with a nice fitness center.The staff has been great to communicate with and willing to answer all of our questions about signing a new lease. We appreciate their commitment to customer service!

Elevate BC is easily the best complex I have ever stayed at — biggest reasons being how clean the entire complex is and how great the staff is. From the clubhouse to the pool and the units themselves, I was amazed how well put-together the complex is. Moreover, the staff here is extremely helpful — they’re very polite and were patient with any of my questions throughout my stay.Other positives: safe area, convenient to what RDU has to offer!Ultimately, the staff and cleanliness at Elevate are the standard that I will compare future apartments to, and I appreciate all of their efforts!

I’ve been at Elevate Brier Creek since December. Unfortunately we’ve had this Covid-19 pandemic going on but it’s been nothing short of lovely from day 1. The apartments look great. I love the layout of the complex, It makes it feel more like a community especially with the pool and the firepit being in the center of it all. Lastly, I’d like to shoutout Amy, she was a big reason why I came here. Sold me on it the moment I came in.

Had a great experience here. Very clean complex. Amenities very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location next to lots of shopping and restaurants. Convenient commute to the airport for travelers.

Surprisingly quiet compared to other similarly sized complexes I’ve lived at. I never hear anyone upstairs or anyone beside me, yet both units occupied. Grills and amenities are nice. Have had a few maintenance issues, but all were dealt with swiftly. Overall, I like how quiet is here on weekend nights and great location.

Im really excited to move into my apartment at Elevate Brier Creek! The buildings are beautiful and the leasing office and amenities are really impressive. Im so excited that its all brand new and my experience with everyone in the leasing office has been so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Amy in particular, who has gone out of her way to help me with my leasing experience. And even though the last building has a construction delay, Im still very pleased with my experience and cant wait to be a member of this community!

I moved into Elevate Brier Creek about two months ago and I love it here. I have lived at a few different apartments so far, and Elevate is the best one yet in my experience. The staff in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. I feel like they really care and actually want to have everyone involved in the community. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick to solving your problems. The community and amenities are also really great here - in addition to being really close to the Brier Creek shopping area which is a plus. The staff puts on a lot of events so that everyone can get to know each other as well. If you are on the hunt for a new apartment, I definitely recommend checking out this apartment complex!

Elevate Brier Creek is an awesome apartment complex. I initially chose it because it is very spacious as well as close to my job. I toured with Shae and she is just amazing! I had toured many apartments all over Raleigh and by the time I came to Elevate, it just felt right!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tyler. Since initial contact in October Tyler has been on top of making me feel like Elevate was the place for me. He kept me informed on everything and made me feel like I was priority. The floor plans are nice as well as the reasonable rates. Even running into a dilemma Tyler and Amy were understanding and went above to assist me. Don’t miss out on this great community and A+ staff!

Just relocated to the area checked out a lot of apartments and for the price/sqft and all the amenities this was definitely the best. On top of that Amy, with the help of Johnathan got everything together for me in no time! The complex is fairly new so get in while you can!

Have been living here approx 1 week and have no complaints this far!Leasing was easily handled online with support from Shae and move-in was a breeze thanks to Amy. Theyve both been friendly and extremely helpful/knowledgeable when needed.The community has an awesome Club House and is very close to both RDU airport (very little noise pollution is heard) and shopping centers/restaurants/grocery stores/etc.10/10 would recommend, so far.

I went to Elevate to tour a 1 bedroom apartment and I had such an amazing tour with Shae. She answered all my questions, was friendly and even cracked a joke or two. The property is gorgeous and just my style!

It appears im the exception to the rule here but i say meh. Paper thin walls and floors/ceilings. The amenities are nice but not nice enough to make up for the cheap construction. I guess I had bad luck and got horrible neighbors. Id look elsewhere

I usually do not leave reviews. I am in the process of looking preliminarily for housing in the Raleigh area and called to inquire about pricing. Amy, the complexs Assistant Manager, was so thorough and helpful! I am not sure if I am going to move there yet, but I can say that the customer service and professionalism is bar none!

Love the aesthetic, and comfort of the apartment my wife and I rent here. However, our neighbors are terrible people! We live on the second floor. The family above us on the third floor are very noisy from a variety of stomps, jumps, drops, bangs, dog barks. They make noise from the time they get up to about 10:00 pm. After long days at work, the persistent noise makes for disturbing evenings. We even went upstairs to introduce ourselves and ask that they keep it down. The woman who answered the door was very rude and slammed the door in our faces! Was told by one of the property managers that there is nothing that can be done. I dont blame them. I do blame the system that allows completely unreasonable living noises.*update-10/31/19* I did like the customer service, but the property management is more concerned with having book clubs and game nights than actually holding tenants accountable. The property manager reached out to me after writing a review on the propertys internal portal. She expressed an interest in fixing the situation for my wife and I. However, she lazily and passively decided that since our neighbors are moving in a month, that our problem was solved. But the neighbors are still making noise and plan to do so until they move because management wont ask them to be considerate of their noise levels. We have a newborn, and the tenants above us, make their presence heard from the time they come home until they go to bed. Bangs, barks, clunks, thuds, and screams are heard throughout the evening! After a long days work, no one should have to come home to the noise. I wrote the property manager back and told her that waiting until the neighbors move is not acceptable, but have yet to hear from her. Seems we are no longer a priority. Dont move here if youre looking for a property manager to actually care about your concerns. All we asked for was for them to talk to our neighbors and kindly send out a mass message reminding all neighbors to be considerate of one another. We were told that they handle issues like this on a case by case basis. So, Im speaking up for other tenants who may not be able to speak for themselves. Caution against this place.

I came in one morning right at 9:00 am when they opened and shae was the lady who helped me, she was amazing! such a positive attitude for so early in the morning and having to do a tour first thing in. The units were beautiful and so clean, and the price is great for it being a brand new complex. I applied the very same day and am soon to move in! Shae handled everything online so there was no hassle at all, it was a breeze. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you to all the staff there who helped make it so wonderful. Plus they have elevators so that makes it a huge plus lol no more struggling to carry groceries up 3 flights of stairs!

My husband and I took a tour and was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff and also maintenance crew that we were introduced to. The complex looked very well maintained.

I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and the apartments are luxurious. Also, I really like how its very close to the RDU Airport. It’s also super close to plenty of restaurants, Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, and other Shopping malls.. The staff members are kind and fun. Unfortunately, I recently had to break my lease to relocate to another state and I was extremely frustrated with the entire process. But staff was patient, understanding, and informative. One of the staff members, Shae, was responsive and efficient with processing paperwork for my replacement. I am forever grateful for Elevate brier creek community!
