This is my second year living here and its a great place to live. There are some things that could change, but definitely are not deal breakers. The staff are all super friendly and get to know you when you live here so its very familiar and friendly, and the units and amenities are amazing especially for the price! Parking has been an issue this year with residents in the fire lanes, but like Ive said before, I usually can find a space near my building unless I come home super late. Overall, its close to campus, reasonably priced, and very friendly!
Campus Edge has been a lovely place to live so far. The rooms are very spacious! The pool is very nice, the gym could use a few more machines but overall I have really enjoyed living here. It is very peaceful and never too loud as compared to a lot of off campus housing much closer to campus. Definitely would recommend!
Living at campus edge is a great place for NC State students! The apartments are very nice and they come at an affordable price which is ideal for students. It’s proximity to campus is also a plus! The maintenance staff also completes any requests in a timely manner making it easy to fix any issues. My favorite part about living here is probably the gym because now I don’t have to go all the way to campus to work out.
Overall the place is nice. The rooms are pretty nice and much quieter than other apartment complexes. The amenities are nice, the gym and pool are both great. There is also plenty of parking. Management likes to slack off though, if you want something fixed or taken care of you have to constantly remind them and stay on top of it or it wont get done.
This is my second year at campus edge and I love it! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool is always clean, maintenance is quick, and huge closets and rooms! The biggest downfall last year was internet but it’s seemed to be fixed with a new provider. They sometimes provide breakfast, have food trucks, and food all kinds of giveaways. Great competitive prices too when you sign early!
The staff are very friendly and all my maintenance requests were resolved the same day I requested. Move in was an easy process. The location is close to campus and also very close to the highway which is nice. Have had the wifi just randomly shut off a couple times around midnight but not a huge deal. Also live on the first floor and have no bug issues. I do wish there were more parking spaces sometimes I come back late at night and have to park far from my apartment to find one or sometimes there isnt a space at all and I have to find a curb to park along.
I have been living here for the last couple of months and for the most part I am genuinely pleased. The maintenance team has come very quickly when requested, and the people in the club house have always been nice and welcoming. The apartment feels very much like a home and the amenities in the clubhouse are great too. I enjoy the gym, ping-pong, pool, and the movie room. One thing that I have had to get used to is towing but it is not too bad compared to other places in Raleigh. There is also no towing on the weekends for guests. During the first few weeks my roommates and I have had to deal with a few waterbugs. We have had the pest control come a couple of times and since then the situation has been under control. Other than that I would highly recommend living here at Campus Edge!
On the outside it’s very appealing. Nice landscaping, a huge pool, the clubhouse is big and modernized. The conditions of the apartments themselves are okay. I’ll say the wear-and-tear of the apartment can be contributed to its old age, but then there’s the matter of the different layouts of the apartments. It’s like a random lottery. My roommate contacted his friend and supposedly she has a pantry in her apartment as well as lights and fans in every room. We also got a “furnished” apartment that comes with a closet and racks for our washer/dryer and we’re using it for our food as well. You’d think that a furnished apartment would at least come with lights in every room. Mine didn’t. I had to go and buy 3 lamps to make sure my room was fully lit until we had a maintenance guy come out and tell us that any lights that are in here are ones that the past tenants simply left and didn’t want to remove. I honestly wouldn’t care so much if the rent was lower than it is, but I feel the money that we spend should give us some nicer conditions or at least the same amenities that our neighbors receive.
The one requirement that I had for choosing a complex was there would not be a bug problem. Granted, it is not as bad as the last place that I lived but I am constantly seeing them and I live on the second floor. The WiFi also seems to need a replacement every week. The garage that I am paying EXTRA for is nowhere near my apartment. So they want me to park in the garage and walk all the way around the complex to get home. On top of that parking seems to be far in between.
I personally think this apartment complex is great for college students. The staff are super friendly and responses to maintenance requests happen in a very timely manner. With upgraded wifi this fall, there is hardly any issue with the connection. The location is also really good, very close/easy to get to Centennial Campus from the complex.
The place is nice. Theyve got great amenities in the clubhouse, the units are surprisingly spacious, the rent is a great price, and the property itself is very scenic. However, they could improve on the speed of the maintenance staffs response time. It took a week for them to fix our icemaker that wasnt working when we moved in and nearly a month to clean the mold in one of the units light fixtures that was also present when we moved in.
Overall a great and cheap place to live as a college student if you need a last minute place to stay. The location is great and close to a lot. Service requests take a while to be filled and when I initially moved in my apartment had not been cleaned from previous residents, but CampusEdge came and cleaned immediately.
I moved in with my friend who lived here the year before. It’s a nice place and very well maintained. I wish there was more parking but I usually don’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Living here is definitely worth it.
My overall experience here has been pretty good. This is my second year here and, despite the initial issues with maintenance and the apartment, everything has been mostly enjoyable! The amenities are great and the staff is super helpful!
Campus edge is a great place to live and I really love it. Staff is super friendly and helps with everything really fast. Maintenance is also super fast with any problems I have. Overall great community to live and highly recommend it.
Hard to beat for the price. Good amenities and reactive maintenance staff. The area is really quiet and I never had any issues with neighbors.
Campus edge is decent for the price however they did move us into a dirty not even vacuumed apartment. Also most appliances had issues. However I will say they were very accommodating and the maintenance team is AMAZING they are super polite and understanding and I genuinely enjoy interacting with them!
They did a great job with roommate matching. I have had a very great atmosphere while living here and feel safe and comfortable. Although nothing is perfect, I still have had a nice time these past few months.
Love it here. Perfect community for college students and young adults. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I dislike are the bugs that come in from outside.I do think should be a rule to enforce picking up after dogs.
Campus Edge is a great place to stay as a college student if you want a peaceful living place. The staff is great and always has promotions for prizes on their social media. They also have breakfast and lunch items every so often which are really nice to pick up from the clubhouse on the way to campus.
Management is great with maintenance requests - depending on severity it may be the day of or a couple days turnaround from request sent to having maintenance come in. They are above and beyond when they help and will explain what went wrong if asked! Everyone is helpful and nice and if they cant answer questions theyll find someone who can!
My overall experience at Campus Edge has been pretty good. Their office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and ready to help. This complex also has nice amenities such as free printing which has been a huge help.
Definitely bang for your buck! Close to campus with good amenities. No elevators but I don’t mind getting a workout in.
Campus edge has been a good option for housing this year. We’ve had some problems with parking at night because it gets very crowded especially on the weekends. The apartment is nice though; loving the huge closets.
It is an ideal location for those attending NCSU. It is only a seven minute commute from main and right across from centennial campus. The gym is great open 24/7 and the pool facilities are nice to bring friends to.
Campus Edge is a nice place to stay if youre a college student looking for their first apartment. Its close to campus, relatively quiet at night, fair pricing for Raleigh, and the staff is friendly!
Pretty average complex. Biggest plus is how furniture, utilities, parking are included for pretty cheap.Maintenance requests and internet slow sometimes.Office staff responds quickly but office is only open from 10-6 on weekdays - and for lots of college kids that means sometimes you can’t pick up your packages on certain days of the week etc.
I’ve been living her for ~6 weeks now. Overall it has been a good experience. Upon move in there were a few issues that were remedied with work orders. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to work orders, usually less than a day for non-emergency work orders. The wifi is very fast, but oftentimes spotty. I’m not a fan that the internet is a public network and should require some security, even if it’s a simple password. The pool is nice but occasional has been dirty and needs cleaning. The leasing office is fantastic and able to remedy any issue I’ve had thus far.
I moved into campus edge this semester and have had a pleasant experience thus far. Maintenance addresses issues before too long and the community is clean. The only downfall is finding a parking spot late at night.
Good service. Good units. A couple things that needed to be fixed but the maintance service took care of it at a good pace
Campus edge has been great to live at. They are very helpful with problems that we have and the apartments are very fairly priced. My only complaints have the been the water pressure of the sink and the lack of ceiling lighting/ a ceiling fan in my room.
I love living here because the staff is so nice and the apartments are bigger than I thought for being so close to centennial! I just wish they had a shuttle like most other places:/ It makes it harder to get to campus unless youd want to take the city bus.
All of the staff is very friendly, the office is always giving stuff away for free, maintenance is fast and effective, the area is nice, and the place is kept clean for the most part. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I have had an amazing experience at Campus Edge. Everyone is very friendly and the leasing staff is amazing. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing and completes work orders in a great amount of time.
Good place. Internet is great with new upgrade. Rooms are a great size and parking is easy.
This Is my first apartment and I can say Campus Edge is very friendly staff . Although I do live on the third floor I have enjoyed my stay at here so far .
Ive lived at Campus Edge for a little over a month now since the semester started and have yet to run across a major gripe. As with any home or place of living, one will encounter issues but from my experiences, the Campus Edge staff are thoughtful and professional in how they handle any situation or concern. With their recent Wi-Fi upgrade, my only initial concern has been handled and I look forward to the rest of my time here!
Great amenities for a reasonable price, the only downside I see is no elevator but other than that it’s a great pet-friendly student apartment
My front door was broken for a night and my light fixture was out. BUT the pool is nice and so is the printer in the office. Nice location close to campus.
I love this place! the staff is very cool and knowledgeable, they are accommodating and I really like the pool and the computer lab.
Great place and good price for a college student! Definitely would recommend touring while making a decision for next fall!
I have really enjoyed living at Campus Edge thus far. I have been really impressed how quickly maintenance addresses issues, and how friendly the leasing office staff is!
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The staff is friendly and the amenities are nice.
Campus Edge is an affordable, clean, and comfortable community for college students. I wish our wifi was private and a little more reliable, though.
The internet was upgraded and now it does not go down and as usual the staff and maintenance team are fast, efficient, and friendly.
Campus edge is a good place to stay for nc state students. although if you plan to use the wolfline as a source of transportation you will have to drive to food lion and park or get a go pass and ride the go raleigh bus to the campus your classes are at. as far as the apartments they are nice, and when there is a problem the staff is more than happy to help and are very friendly.
Campus Edge has been a great place to live thus far. On the whole the staff is friendly, welcoming, and eager to help deal with any problems that arise.
Overall, Campus Edge has been pretty average so far. I live on the third floor and we still have a roach problem. There are bees nests in the staircases and I was stung twice within 24 hours during move-in. The wifi is terrible - it is not a private network which is worrysome, and it goes out all of the time for no reason.
Campus Edge is an alright place to live. It’s price is low-average, so one can expect it to not be the best. The room sizes are reasonable and the quality of appliances makes sense. Maintenance is very slow to fix issues and I haven’t received any help before complaining to the front office first, which I do 3 days after submitting requests. The WiFi is good, as is cable, but the WiFi is an open network, so it doesn’t work with smart home devices (Ex. Google home, Alexa, Roku App), which is rather annoying, and makes the network prone to data security issues. Location is good for centennial campus. Its relatively quiet and a primarily student population. Is it the best? No. But you’re not paying a premium for it either. Campus Edge meets expectations most of the time. If you don’t have a big budget and can be patient with maintenance, this is a good option for you. To campus edge, when you read this, please put a password on the WiFi network, it makes everyone’s lives better and protects the data of your residents.
It’s a nice and affordable price, sometimes network is slow, but otherwise it’s worthy the price
I do like campus edge, its definitely better than a lot of apartments for this price in raleigh but there were some issues on move in, the unit wasnt cleaned at all and there was a shxt ton of damage in the apartment but we cleaned it up so its not bad. the porch is nice, the wifi is great at my unit, and the ac/heat works great. weve only had 2 roaches in here so far and no other bugs yet. pretty decent complex plus the main office AND maintenance staff are super nice and u get a lot of perks just by living here, they sometimes have free food at the lobby and u can win gifts and stuff! i would recommend this place to a friend if i knew anyone tryin to find a place😌
I lived in campus edge for a few years now and I can’t say that everything was always bad. I enjoyed my stay here but the most recent problem that I have now is that I have mold in my apartment and when I told the property manager she acted as if she didn’t care at all about my health concerns.
Cheap, great apartment, easy to connect with management for details. Perfect for college students!
Office is pretty responsive! Love the staff
Great amenities and good furnished apartments for the rate they have.
My apartment is great! Workers are super nice and they come to fix your apartment maintenance problems pretty fast.
Take a look at these photos and think how much an apartment complex would charge for these damages. According to campus edge, about $500 for pet hair under a desk and a 3x3 hole in the back of a sofa. Additionally, the wifi was notorious for going out throughout the school year in a semester where all classes were online, sometimes for extended periods of time while continuously reminding residents to pay rent. These people do not care about you, they care about money.
I have loved living here and the community is great!
I am going on my third year living at Campus Edge and I love it!!
Internet has been upgraded and is much more consistent and reliable for remote online work now. Staff is friendly and the units are nice.
Campus Edge has been the perfect place to live as a student. We first decided on this place because of how close it was to campus. We stayed here for another year because everyone is so kind and helpful and responsive with issues. The place has so much room and storage and parking being free is a huge plus. My only compliment is the lack of visitor parking but as long as you remember during the day to get a pass its never an issue. Apt 103 loves Campus Edge
Moved here last August. It was the smoothest move I’ve ever had. The staff is always friendly and professional. This place feels like home and is close to everything. Is it 100% perfect? No. Is anything or place in life? No. We are happy and grateful to be here. Everything is included in a flat rate price. We have nice amenities & to be mainly college students it’s surprisingly quiet.🤩
I have been living here since August 2020 and overall I have had a great experience! The office staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable about how things are run and how to handle issues. Maintenance staff have also been timely when responding to problems. The new internet has been much better than the old one and I have not had any issues with it cutting out. This is definitely a really great improvement since it was quite problematic last year, so super thankful they got that taken care of. My cats and I have loved living here and are happy to call it home.
This is my third year living at Campus Edge and I love it! The location is great and the staff is very friendly! My only complaint is that maintenance sometimes takes a while to complete a request. Last September my air conditioning broke and my roommate and I had an 80 degree apartment from Thursday to Monday. Thankfully it was fixed and the maintenance staff was very friendly but we did not appreciate being left in the heat.
Solid place to live. For me it was close to both Main and Centennial Campus for NC State, which was useful since I have to go to both. You can also run decently far from the apartment staying on sidewalks, which is also a plus. The apartments themselves are average in my opinion, not fancy by any means, but functional as the price isnt bad and they are relatively spacious. The gym/clubhouse and pool is very nice, but due to covid it was hard to utilize these amenities; however, the limited use has been nice. Lastly, the staff has been friendly and timely in responses. This was definitely above average compared to other places I have lived in Raleigh.
I love living here! The location is great, as well as the amenities. The staff are always friendly and prompt and really care about the residents. The only issues have been the internet and parking but they are putting in fiber over the summer so hopefully that will be fixed!
The staff is very friendly and maintenance responds to requests quickly. I love the pool area during the summer. The internet issues are the main thing holding them back since its a college apartment and everything is online now. Overall, Ive enjoyed it and have lived here for 2 years!
I love campus edge! Ever since they fixed the wifi it is the best place to live ever. Its so conveitn to have furniture already in the apartment, especially a washer and dryer. I hope residents will start cleaning up after their dogs, though.
Living here has been bittersweet. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very spacey. Maintenance responds in a timely manner which I really appreciate. The only downfall is the WiFi and the parking but if you don’t care about those things then you should enjoy living here for a while.
Living arrangements are good and the front office is always nice. Maintenance is generally quick to respond. Internet can be tough sometimes, they say theyre upgrading it soonish. They try to make you re-up on your lease well over 6 months before it expires. Its very predatory to young college students and a terrible way to do business. If they didnt do this I would rate it 4/5, but thats just too much for me.
The office staff are super nice and the facilities are nicely kept up. The only persistent issue has been the wifi which theyve promised to fix in the fall, however, in a completely online semester the outages get annoying. The staff has gotten a lot better in communicating these outages with us and continue to update as they get rectified. The parking for guests is limited, but as a resident I never fail to find a spot near my unit. Overall, a very nice place to live and I have resigned my lease for a 6-month lease for fall of 2021 which they were able to accommodate!
Living at Campus Edge has been an overall enjoyable experience. The apartment is very spacious and fills our needs especially for the price point. Unfortunately havent been able to experience amenities in a typical fashion due to COVID, but the common areas of the property are very nice!Highly recommend for relatively affordable and safe housing away from campus!
Overall a good experience in my 3 years living here. I will say wifi can be terrible at times but hopefully the upcoming upgrades help. The maintenance staff is the absolute best!!!! The price of living here changed drastically last year upping my monthly rent significantly without any upgrades to my apartment so that was a little disappointing. But overall I have enjoyed my time here!
Apartments are nice. Internet service is very very poor, with no real solution provided by management for current tenants. Internet issues aside, The close to centennial location is ideal, especially for the greenways and lake Raleigh. The physical units themselves are mostly nice, very spacious and well insulated. The furniture is effective.
Campus edge has a great gym and other amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The wifi has gone down several times but they try their best to get it back up quickly. Only a short drive to main campus and centennial campus is very close by.
Great place to live! Super nice on the inside and super great price. The location in relation to campus is great because its right by Highway 40 so there is never bad traffic.
Campus Edge is one of the best apartment complexes in the NC State Community to live in! When I was looking for a place to live off campus, I tour about 4 or 5 places but Campus Edge stood out as the best one. The apartments are great, the ammenities are great, The price is reasonable, and the staff is amazing and supportive! They are even upgrading their WIFI for Fall 2021 so that will make this place even better than what it is now. Happy Apartment Hunting!
Lived here while attending school nearby and had an overall pleasant experience. Quiet community and friendly staff. However there were constant issues with internet connectivity
Great place to live! Love the rooms, furniture and balcony. The amenities are nice, especially the pools. Only negatives are slow internet and being next to the highway.
The complex does not have enough parking spots for the number of residents. The wifi will randomly stop and is not a secure network which is concerning. They claim to spray for bugs but there are roaches running around everywhere, even outside. The office closes randomly and is often not helpful.
Honestly really like living at Campus Edge. Its quiet and secluded close to States Centennial Campus so theres plenty of greenery but were super close to the 40 ramps so its super easy to get everywhere. Ive really only had issues with the Wifi (which theyre fixing for next year I think) and there arent a lot of visitors spaces, but its still manageable. Great location for some chill student living.
It is okay for college housing. I wouldnt call it ideal just okay. Has down sides and upsides like all other apartments. Staff is nice and responds quickly.
So far I have really enjoyed living at Campus Edge this year! Maintenance is always super easy to get a hold of and has sometimes noticed problems before I even noticed them myself. I will say that the wifi situation is a little frustrating lately, but before then I never noticed an issue. I would definitely recommend living here!
Good place to live if youre in college. No roaches... not enough parking.
Everyone that works here is SO nice and the amenities are awesome. The only negative things I have to say are we had to deal with loud smelly neighbors and the wifi was sometimes spotty. But overall a good experience for my roommates and I!
The apartment is pretty good for the price! Internet is not great, but their upgrade in fall 2021 might change that. The internet was my only problem!
Overall a good place to live. Rent is about the same price as other places in the area and our upgraded kitchen and living room is great. The supposed upgraded bathrooms dont feel super upgraded to me. Rooms are a good size too, only complaint about the rooms is that my roommate and I both have an insulation problem in our windows and every morning there are streams of water running down my window getting everything wet. Also, the wifi Is terrible and goes out all the time and as a student this is a huge inconvenience. Lastly, another resident seems to be running a car shop out of their garage and I have told management and there is apparently nothing they can do even though if it very obvious someone is running a business out of their garage. All of the staff are super nice and helpful, when I am not able to pick up packages due to being at work they deliver their packages to my door which is great and I have never had another complex do that before. Overall, every apartment complex has their faults and here theres arent terrible.
Staff is great and the wifi upgrades are true, I havent had a problem with the wifi since.
Campus edge has some issues but they are the best of Preiss Properties I’ve stayed at. By far the best Maintenance staff I’ve ever dealt with. However the biggest issue it has is Wifi which for next semester is getting an upgrade. Because of the number of Wifi concern I have to take off a star other than that it has been a great experience.Eli
Campus Edge is one of the better value student apartments around NC State. The rooms, closets and living spaces are pretty large and the furniture that comes in a furnished place is good quality. The maintenance staff is pretty responsive so when an issue arises, they fix it pretty quick. The only complaints I have is the ISP for the apartment is terrible and my apartment has had a bad roach problem. Wifi connections can be unexpectedly spotty, which is bad for people working from home. However, management says they are getting a new ISP and fiber internet Fall 2021, so this is hopefully going to be fixed.
Overall I have been pretty happy with Campus Edge. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the apartments are a decent size! My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi has had quite a few issues, and cuts out often, sometimes for extended time periods.
This place is honestly the closest you’ll get to perfect for student living. It’s one of the cheapest, but still such good quality! Also, the whole staff is so nice (I constantly need clarification on things+am probably very difficult, but they’ve always been nothing but kind!!). The amenities are so nice, especially for what you pay. Maintenance is extremely responsive and I’ve never had any persisting issues. My whole friend group ended up moving over from other complexes after seeing how much you get for the price. highly recommend! :)
Apartments themselves are slightly above average, internet is serious garbage. Staff is friendly but there are internet outages probably 2-4 times weekly
Love living here!
Ive been visiting a friend here and I really have enjoyed the complex, for the most part. Its a nice area, convenience store just up the street, reasonable driving distance to restaurants. However, my main gripe is with the internet.Even though Im visiting, Im still trying to get work done, as I freelance, and the community internet here is some of the worst Ive ever encountered. Even at the time of me posting this review (which is what prompted it), the internet has been completely 100% down for over TWO HOURS now. No amount of resetting your router helps. Would be better to get a personal ISP at this point. Shameful that this complex is marketed for student housing when it cant even provide consistent, reliable internet to students. If youre a student who will be needing to do time-sensitive research, you should probably consider somewhere else. You might not be able to submit your paper thats due at midnight when the internet decides to randomly die when you need it most.
Ive only been living here for about a month and a half but overall my experience has been pleasant. Even the subleasing process wasnt too difficult, and the staff have been pretty friendly and helpful.I feel safe walking around the complex at any time of the day or night. I havent been able to use many of the common amenities yet, but I cant wait to spend time in the pool area once it gets warmer. And the gym space is convenient (though kinda small) but I dont love that its only reservable for 30 minute increments and were limited to 1 gym reservation a day. I like that this place isnt too noisy. Even though its filled with college students and pets, I hardly ever hear them. The most disruptive thing is people with loud cars or bikes, but even that isnt a frequent bother. The worst part about living here is definitely the spotty wifi. The living space itself is really comfortable. Im in a 2 bedroom and my favorite part of my apartment is the balcony. It didnt come with any outdoor furniture but it is nice and spacious. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but everything in it works well. Its nice to have the laundry machines in unit. The bedrooms and living spaces are also quite spacious and I feel like theres plenty of storage/closet space. My least favorite parts of my apartment are the stuck windows and the eyehole on the door which is way to high for any average person to see out of without a step stool. So Ive got nothing significant to complain about. Overall I enjoy living at campus edge.
Worst place to live in Raleigh. How does one run a off campus apartment complex but can’t figure out problems with the WiFi? In a pandemic, where WiFi is now a necessity to most? We deserve a discount or something this is ridiculous. I’m out when my lease is done
Campus Edge fixed my issues promptly and precisely. I was a little worried because I put multiple orders in at once for different things & was unsure how it would handled. But I am thoroughly impressed. Everything looks great & I couldn’t be more happier! Thank you!
Had a great time! The staff is super friendly and helpful!!
I’m a student at NC State and I am graduating in December (Fall 2020). Campus Edge said they could accommodate a 5-6 month lease for a furnished 3 bed 3 bath at $725/month. Now this was already over my budget because at my previous complex, it was $680. Both my mother and I called to confirmed these details and paid their RIDICULOUSLY overpriced “application fee” of $180. *Please note that a lot of complexes charge $10-$50* First of all, what a rip off and it’s all electronic too (I didn’t know it took $180 for someone to click a button).Secondly, we asked the manager or whoever Kayla is about any surcharge for the fact that I’m not leasing for 12 months (which APPARENTLY also is extremely rare). Kayla said, “There is a $150 fee for a six month lease.” and we asked if it was monthly and she said, “No, it’s one time.” So then we get ready to sign the contract and low and behold my lease is looking to be around $900 a month. So we call to make sure it’s right, but no answer from the staff. This seems like a great place to live, but just make sure they’re being transparent! If you feel like they’re withholding information, go to Latitude! The staff’s experience in off-campus housing allows them to help you decide on a place whether or not it’s at their company. I would’ve singed at Latitude, but I needed a 6-month lease as mentioned above. Please remember to sign your leases with full knowledge of what you’re getting!
