I wish I never moved here the leasing office has the worst customer service, they dont answer phones or respond to emails, no lighting around building, no cameras for safety. The gate is always left open or not working. Call box hasnt worked in months. Do yourself a favor DONT move here NOT worth the money. Stay far away.

I am beginning my third year living at Creekside at Crabtree. The complex is maintained very well. Maintenance issues or corrected in a timely manner. The management company, Bell partners, Inc. Is very good in ensuring that residents are informed of significant matters in a timely manner. I feel very safe living here.

Been living here for about 6 months and been nothing but pleased. Great staff, great amenities, convenient location and very satisfied with the apartment itself. Also a food truck every Thursday is a awesome plus. Would highly recommend; Summer did a great job at making me feel at home in my new place.

I absolutely love Creekside. If you are looking to make the move here talk to Karry A. She is the best! Very funny & friendly. Great people person who strives to make everyone feel at home. I honestly can’t think of a time where Karry didn’t help with any of my needs & questions. The staff is also courteous and always eager to help as well!!

I absolutely love this property. Although I didn’t have the pleasure of actually living here I got a chance to tour some of the units and was amazed. My favorite is the “town house” units. The main level is very open and the kitchen is great for entering.... not to mention you can walk to the mall!!! Thanks so much Summer for showing me around.

She caters to her clients and truly takes the time to get to know folks to set them up with the best situation for them. She is an amazing associate. Also happened to be looking on a Thursday and she gave me the scoop on the awesome food truck program this community coordinates for its residents. Didnt happen to get the place, but best home hunting experience EVER!!

Summer Petty is an absolute delight and makes Creekside at Crabtree a special place to live. I am disappointed that she will be moving to a different location. My hope is that her replacement will have her stunning smile and welcoming personality. I wish her only the best in her new adventure.

Summer was so helpful and patient with our out of town relocation requiring an 8 month lease. She was so flexible with us as we tried to decide on a one or two bedroom. She facilitated all the paperwork online and addressed all of our questions and was always so patient, friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been a resident at the creekside At Crabtree for nearly 5 months and I absolutely love it. The floor plan is outstanding, don’t even get me started about my view. Unbelievable. Very modern design & friendly neighbors. This is the first time I have even considered renewing a lease given my aspiration for change. None of this would’ve been possible without Ms. Summer. She made the process of move-in extremely easy which was a god-send considering I only had a 2 day window. All the leasing staff along with the maintenance & management are incredibly helpful & fun. However, Summer is the GOAT.

Creekside at Crabtree us a great place to live! I love the floor plan, finishes on the apartment, amenities and the staff! Whenever I come through the lobby Karry is there with a smile and special dog treats for my pups. Kerry, Dynasti and Summer are always knowledgeable and eager to help! I absolutely love the food trucks every Thursday. Would recommend this place to live.

My company was looking for an upscale apartment for a client relocating to the area. I reached out to Creekside at Crabtree because we had rented at this community before. I spoke with the assistant manager, Karry, and she was AWESOME!!! She was so patient (our client was very picky!) and gave me a few different options that would have been perfect for him. Unfortunately, due to COVID, his relocation was put on hold, so we didnt end up renting but Creekside at Crabtree definitely would have been his choice! I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new apartment. And, dont forget to ask for Karry when you call! Shell take fabulous care of you!

Its Located directly behind Crabtree Valley Mall and right on Glenwood where there are so many food and shopping options at your disposal. Dinasti was my leasing consultant and she was amazing!!! Her knowledge of the property was by far the best Ive seen in this industry and I would highly recommend asking for her when you go. She was very hands on with me and my family and ensured the process went as smooth as possible. Her office is the very first office when you walk in and she deserves that office because as soon as you walk in, she is at your disposal to ensure you get everything that you need. All in all amazing property and would highly recommend.

My interactions with each individually have been pleasant. The way they gel as a team makes Creekside feel like home. Love this place.

I really love my apartment hear and the times Ive had issues Karry Allen has been right there to help. It is always great to have an angel to watch over you. Creekside at Crabtree townhomes are very nice. The entire staff has been very professional, courteous and responsive. Im very happy living here and see myself as a resident for the near future. So I have stayed in many many apartments in Raleigh and creekside has been my favorite by far .. Karry helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs ..close to the elevator / parking / gym and a view of the pool and jacuzzi. She and the entire staff have been very responsive to anything that I have requested. I honestly will be very sad to leave here however I am moving to the beach so I cant cry too hard 😉

This place is beautiful and quiet. It’s almost like a resort. Conveniently located right by crabtree but no hustle and bustle. Staff (especially Karry Allen) is so friendly, available and helpful. I love it here.

I absolutely love living at Creekside! Not only are the Interiors beautiful, the office and maintenance staff do a great job with the upkeep of the community. The amenities are all great with the fully equipped gym and pool. The website does not do it justice.

This is by far one of the best communities that I have ever had the pleasure to live at. You can truly tell that the staff cares about the property because it is very clean and when there is any issue they are quick to resolve it. The new carpets and lighting in the hallways that the new management company had installed are beautiful and bright! All of the staff from the office and maintenance (that I have interacted with) have been incredibly professional, kind, helpful, and I have been able to form a little relationship with them. Even though the pandemic has caused the amenities to close down they are clearly doing the best they can for the residents. They are having different food trucks come out on Thursdays and they have done a couple grab bags for some different occasions. But even before the pandemic the resident lounge and gym were always clean and ready for use at any point of the day. The coffee machine is always stocked, clean, and personally one of my favorite morning activities. Also you cannot beat this location! I overall recommend this property!

She made us feel welcome from the first time we walked in to the lobby.Another shot out needs to go to Karry Allen who is the assistant community manager. Her grace under pressure and professional demeanor have always been appreciated when dealing with complaints, concerns, and everything going on with the property. On top of being professional and inviting, she makes a point to go out of her way to provide all the four-legged furry residence with dog treats. My dogs drag me to her office on a daily basis just to say hi.Finally I’d like to say thank you to Summer, she is a fantastic addition to the team and is always smiling and ready to help!

This place does not have working security cameras. $5k bike was stolen from the property and I had no recourse. Some guy cut a hole in the bike cage and stole it. Fence was repaired, but not 2 months later another hole has appeared. Im sure theres another victim here, who again, has no recourse thanks to the security cameras being down (for well over a year, mind you). If you ask the leasing office about it, theyll tell you that they work. Only when it comes to actually getting footage reviewed will they give you the run-around oh no, the guys who manage our footage cant be contacted blah blah. ... Homeless guys have followed me in to the garage on multiple occasions as well. If feeling safe and secure is something important to you, this might not be the best spot for you.

I love the location of the property as well as the layout of the apartments. Dinasti did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and making me feel right at home.

The worst apartment complex in Raleigh for the price. They expect you to have no wear and tear in your apartment after living there for two years. They take an extremely long time to respond to repairs. The hallways are always filthy. BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Ive been living here for close to two years. My apartment is built well and has nice amenities (stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, paneled doors, etc.). The apartment itself has great amenities including a fantastic library with fireplace and books, an outdoor pool with a hot tub, two gas grills with sinks, a gas fire pit and a gym. The apartment hosts a number of social activities throughout the year including providing free breakfast, lunch and other happy hours. They take great pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the property and staff are both professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxury experience at an affordable rate.

I havent been here long so I cant give a full 5 stars yet but so far Im loving my apartment here. The design and architecture is beautiful inside and out. Safety is a top priority for me so I love that it has a gated parking garage and the mid-level style building makes me feel very safe. Everything requires a key fob to get into and the rest of the community seems very friendly and welcoming. I love the location because its just a short 10 minutes to downtown and North Hills. I could walk out the back door and get to the Crabtree food court in less that 5 minutes on foot. Im in the studio EFF floor plan and its plenty of space for me. There is plenty of kitchen storage however the only thing I would add would be an extra storage closet. They have a very interesting water system that allows you to pay a fixed rate for the hot water so you basically get to use as much hot water as you want and you only pay for cold water separately.The amenities are awesome. They have the best fitness center Ive seen in any apartment complex and the pool is beautiful. They also have a library which is something you dont see very often. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff are very friendly. The office staff are very very professional and super nice (I worked with Lauren specifically and shes amazing - makes you feel very welcome). Ive obviously moved in after construction completed so I cant speak to previous reviews but if anything changes I will update here!

Creekside is beautiful! Brand new and there is wonderful attention to detail in every room. The closets have great built in shelves, the blinds are actually made of something quality vs the classic plastic blinds you normally see and the kitchen is amazing! We also loved the fact that there is a covered parking garage that is gated, a huge pool and hot tub, a courtyard with a relaxing reflection pond, and a library- so cool! We cant wait to move in!UPDATE DEC 2020:The property switched management and weve been very happy with Bell Partners so far. They really care about the property between replacing the carpets, keeping up with the landscaping and having treats for residents down in the office. Specifically, Summer Pettry is a joy to work with and is more than happy to help anytime we need something! She helped us transfer to a bigger apartment and the process was super easy and smooth. Still highly recommend this property, beautiful apartments and prime location!

It is a great property. The entire staff is welcoming and always there when you need them. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. Also, the person claiming that Melissa doesnt live here is a complete fraud. I see her all the time and have spoken to her. I looked at many different communities, this topped them all.
