I would love to give this complex 4 stars, because it checked every box. My husband and I were downsizing because we are in the process of building our home, I was told by Chelsea that they had an apartment on the market with an 8 month lease, that was perfect! I was sent the application and all of the information I needed, unfortunately, someone else applied on the same day that I did and completed the application before I could. I get it, first come first served, that is not my issue, my issue is, after that apartment was taken off of the market, no one at the complex cared to help me any further, I was willing to change me lease terms, anything just to get an apartment at this complex, no one cared. I spoke with Charity and no one reached out to me anymore. I was promised call backs that never came. I am really disappointed.

I have lived at the Greens for over three years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff is always kind and considerate, and follow through every time I have a need or question. Brian, in particular, has taken great care of us since the moment we moved in. All maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and valet trash service, are among the most enjoyable aspects of living at the Greens. Those, in addition to the affordable cost and close proximity to Downtown Raleigh, make for an ideal living situation. I would highly recommend the Greens at Tryon to anyone.

Maintenance is always super quick to take care submitted requests. When they are here, they are courteous and fast. There’s never been a problem they can’t fix in a timely manner. Annual checks on things like smoke detectors and air filters is scheduled and taken care of quickly when they are here. David and Kevin are always nice and always take care of what needs to be done.

I’ve been a vendor here at The Greens at Tryon for about 4 years now and absolutely love working with the entire staff. David, Kevin, and Mike on the maintenance team are always eager to help me with any issues and keep the property looking clean and appealing. Heather and Shauntay in the office are always a pleasure to work with. They are always so kind and inviting. I feel like part of their team with the way they treat me and couldn’t ask for a better office staff to work with. I have several accounts in the Raleigh/Cary area but the staff at The Greens at Tryon are my favorite. They are awesome!

I truly love this apartment complex. It’s far off the major road and feels secluded, even though you are located so close to Downtown Raleigh and Garner. The apartments are beautiful. There is a lot of natural light due to the giant windows. It’s a quiet complex, I have never had a problem with anyone being too loud. The staff is amazing, especially Shauntay. It’s a beautiful complex and I couldn’t be more happy to live here.

The leasing agent, Heather, was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and with patience. While doing the walk through she took time to explain all the apartment amenities and features. The overall appearance of the community is really excellent. We will be proceeding with the application process!

I have lived here for over three years now and I can safely say the Greens at Tryon is a great place to live. The area is amazing and the staff has always treated me with respect and are very professional and fair. Shauntay has been here through the duration of my time here and always does her best to make sure me and the other people who live here have what we need and just earned a well deserved promotion. Heather who recently arrived months always goes to great lengths to ensure us the residents including myself get what we need and are enjoying our stay here. She is a fantastic manager. The maintenance crew Kevin, David, and Mike always work hard to make sure the residents have a safe, clean, and livable environment. TGAT was my home for 3 years and it was cool. HOWEVER their communication and administrative skills are severely lacking. Theyll e-mail you about miscellaneous charges, but never fully explain or make sense of the charges. Then when you point out the issue on their end theyll FINALLY back down. I was charged for water 3 times in one cycle, they charged me for their rental insurance when I had my own and provided proof and now theyve slapped me with some moving out charge and hasnt answered when I asked for clarification. Whats sad is I knew when I handed in my keys they would find SOME reason to keep my security deposit. The apartments are too expensive to deal with the level of foolishness Ive experienced and this is coming from an unproblematic tenet who NEVER missed or made a late payment. Just pay attention to ALL of your invoices and keep track of all your emails.

Awesome maintenance team. My work orders are always completely within a day or two. Shout outs to David, Kevin for helping make my life easier. Also want to shout out Mike for how clean the grounds look!

I recently moved to this complex. I must say I really enjoy the professionalism and knowledge that the staff provide. I was really impressed with Shauntay who was able to rattle off the dimensions of the windows and doors of the apartment I viewed before moved in. She was able to answer all of my questions. And maintenance does a great job with the up keep of the property. This staff has made my short time in this community delightful.

So I havent fully moved in yet, but the customer service Ive received so far is really encouraging. Heather has been absolutely patient with me and Shauntay has been a gem. I am going to look forward to coming home on a daily basis and be a part of this community. Of course the view of a golf course nearby just adds to the ambience of this complex.

I have lived at the Greens at Tryon for over five years. I love it here. It is a safe and peaceful development. The office staff (Brian and Shauntay) are extremely nice and helpful. I have not had any major issues since I moved in. All maintenance matters have been handled in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend anyone moving to the area to check it out.

Ive lived here about three years now and have always had a good experience. Management is friendly, responsive, and very helpful whenever there is an issue or concern (special shoutout to Heather). Management and maintenance both handle inquiries as quickly as possible.Lived in both a two and one bedroom here and loved both. Good family environment and amenities (pool, play area, tennis court, gym, office, etc.).

The Greens have been wonderful for the few months my husband and I have lived here. A wonderful staff, such quick and helpful responses to questions/maintenance requests, and a GREAT gym! Also a great location in Raleigh/outer triangle area, nothing seems too far away!

Out of all the places I have lived in 3 different states, I love this complex the most. I am writing this as I begin to renew my lease and just wanted to share some helpful things I know I was looking for when apartment searching.The office staff is great - they are helpful and just in general easy to talk to and genuinely nice people. The package system works great too- parcel lockers so your items are always protected and locked up where you can safely get them on the way home. I feel incredibly safe living here, I have great neighbors and we all look out for each other in my building, even though we don’t all personally know each other. I would say my building is a mix of 20-30 something young professionals mixed with older college students, but I do see families around the community as well. Lots of pets - very pet friendly and there’s a nice dog area that gets used often- while I’m allergic to animals I love them and they are always leashed and friendly! This community is tucked away behind a golf course - it in incredibly quiet at night and I’ve always felt safe walking from my car late at night, etc. My apartment was one of the “refurbished” ones and it is beautiful and worth the extra $$. I love the sizing of the apartments, even though it’s 800 Sq feet the way they are set up makes them feel huge with lots of space. They recently re-did all the buildings and patios in the community and it makes everything feel brand new again. The maintenance crew is top notch also!! Not only are they quick, the longest I have ever waited is a day for a maintenance request, they are always happy to explain anything to you in detail (I’m from Florida so I wasn’t sure how to work the fireplace when I first moved in) and don’t make you feel less because. You see them around the community constantly and they are always happy to chat or answer any questions you have. They also have a great gym, pool, and resident lounge. I love how the office will send out emails when they have special events going on, or when there is a freeze or storm warning they’ll send out extra reminders, all in all I’ve never enjoyed living somewhere as much as here.

We looked at 4 different apartment complexes in this area before we found The Greens at Tryon. We loved the off street setting, nice facilities, overall appearance of the grounds and ample parking. We meet with Shauntay who showed us 2 lower level one bedroom units. We instantly loved one of them. We are seniors and have never rented before. Shauntay helped us through all of the on line applications, rental agreement, lease, etc. I called her many times prior to and after moving in and she is always extremely helpful and professional. Over the last month I have also spoke to Brian and Heather at the office who were very pleasant and helpful as well. Great on site office staff!

I Love and completely enjoy living in my luxury apartment . I lived here for 8 yrs. before (2003-2011). When I moved back to Raleigh in 2017, I diligently searched for other apartments. However, none even came close to the Greens at Tryon. As a result, I moved back here in 2017 and currently have renewed my lease.It is peaceful, landscaped grounds are kept immaculant, David is awesome with holding maintenance down and Shauntay our leasing consultant is genuinely kind, helpful, and considerate. So i moved Down to Raleigh a few months back from Massachusetts. I was Kinda nervous to start fresh in a new state. I tried A few different places before finding this Gem! Everyone in the office was super friendly and honest about everything they provided. No hidden fees, or false charges. They showed me an awesome two bedroom apartment with all new flooring and appliances. After a few weeks i got To meet all my neighbors and ended up knowing them all on a first name basis. The atmosphere and the people are amazing and really friendly. The office even worked with me to help find me the best fit for what I was looking for. I love The gym, the lounge area and even the pool. I highly Recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start and a awesome place to live. I would Give 6 stars but 5 is the max i could Give! :)

Great place to live. My apartment is a good size, tall ceilings and came with washer and dryer inside. Close to my work in downtown Raleigh. The staff has been great. Brian and Shantel are always friendly. Im going to miss this place

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful and absolutely amazing the staff is here!!! Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived at this one is the best!I moved here around June/July and one of the toilets in the apartment was not functioning properly. We discovered that whenever the apartment above would start their washer, it would create bubbles in our toilet. We notified the front office about this and they were on top of it the entire time. Heather was always so kind and updated us every step of the way. It took a couple months to solve due to it being a very odd issue and the pandemic. We had so many people come look at the toilet until they finally found someone who figured out the problem. Even the people they hired were so respectful of our home. Not only did they fix the issue but they even cleaned up after. The guy who replaced the drywall even mopped up our entire kitchen! Heather, Shauntay, Kevin and David are the absolute best! Also shoutout to Mike I always see taking care of the beautiful grounds! I was already loving this place but to make things even better they offered us a $500 credit for the inconvenience.The location is perfect, the apartment is so spacious and the staff is so helpful! They have made living here the best experience possible. Thank you to everyone who works here for working with our schedules as we work from home now.P.S. Their maintenance team always completes our work orders within hours or even a day of! Love this place!

The Greens was a great home for me for 1.5 years. I had the one bedroom with a loft that was so cool! My guests always commented how neat the spiral staircase was. We loved the fireplace and large porch.The amenities are GREAT. Plenty of space to go for walks, dip in the pool, and an AMAZING gym! It was a beautiful and clean space to work out in with large mirrors. Several cardio machines, free weights, and a yoga room.The staff is super friendly. SHAUNTAY IS OUR FAVORITE! She is so helpful, communicates well, and brings so much hospitality and warmth to the community.I gave a 4/5 stars only because sometimes the maintenance work seemed incomplete. For example, an air filter would be replaced, but without all the screws. Or we would need to put in a request to fix the same problem they had already done work on.We did have a pipe burst, but the apartment was prompt in calling the water company and helping us over the phone during the emergency. I am grateful for their service.Overall, I loved living at the Greens. It is a GREAT location, super quick to get downtown, Cary Crossroads, or shopping in Garner.WE LOVE SHAUNTAY! Talk to her and she will help you find your new home!

This is the first time I have ever lived in an Appartment community, and the management here at The Greens have set the bar beyond high. They have gone above and beyond in my opinion to accommodate some needs and concerns that have unexpectedly come up in my personal life, in addition to the covid affect that I’m sure has reared its ugly head on a lot of us. Since day one Brian was quite simply a joy to interact with, I never felt any extra pressure or stress. They were always willing and ready to do whatever they could do to accommodate me. And most recently with Heather, I just can’t say enough how helpful and easy they were to work with. And honestly they made me feel like they were more concerned with me as a person as opposed to a tenant in some temporary financial difficulties. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a solid, clean, safe and quiet Appartment community.

The Greens has been an awesome place to call home for my wife and I. The staff is extremely quick to respond to maintenance requests, the amenities (esp. the grill and the gym) are well maintained, the separation between apartments provides minimal noise levels, and Shauntay and Brian have been so welcoming. Another big plus is how close the location is to NC State, the Farmers market, Dorthea Dix, and the most underrated tacos on the planet at Taqueria El Toro. 10/10 reccomend the Greens!

I lived at The Greens for 10 months, and really enjoyed my time there.The community feels pretty new, the grounds are pretty nice, and the neighbors’ noise levels were never an issue. My unit was comfortable, had few problems and almost no bugs.There were a few minor issues, such as the sanitizing wipe dispenser in the fitness room not really working, occasional broken glass on the tennis court, etc., but nothing that really negatively affected my time here.Special shoutouts to Shauntay, who was always very helpful, and the maintenance team, who were always very fast, friendly and effective.

This apartment complex is by far the best place I have lived. It is conveniently located near down town and Garner shopping centers and has a beautiful campus. The club house and pool is beautiful and the grounds are always clean. If it wasnt for the fact that I got a new job in a different city, I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat. Im sad I need to move!The Property Manager, Jennifer is wonderful and the rest of the staff is as well. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. When I needed assistance, Jennifer made sure I was heard and taken care of.I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends and to new anyone looking for a great place to live.

Weve just renewed for the same apartment for 6 months and then plan to sign another year long lease in December for a loft styled apartment. My roommate and I have so enjoyed working with Brian and utilizing all the amenities that the apartment complex has to offer. Definitely consider this when looking for apartments!

The floor plans are excellent, the rent is fairly-priced, and there are a number of conveniences not found in most communities such as the included in-unit washer and dryer or the 24/7 package locker system. I would definitely recommend moving here.

I have absolutely loved living here! Brian is literally the best; he has been beyond helpful from first touring the place (he’s a huge reason why we fell in love with these apartments) to even moving out (having to for different location, otherwise I would stay even longer!) The living rooms are HUGE. The apartment complex is truly beautiful, especially for the price we pay! 10/10 would 100% recommend!! We did not have any issues at all. Housing is very quick to respond to emails and to come by for work orders. I have been so happy living here, no complaints at all!

The overflowing trash is a common problem. I will let this photo speak for itself. This is not a one time thing.

I lived here for a year and was an excellent tenant. I had no issues with management until the last week.I moved out last week and was assessed a $25 PER TRASH BAG charge for a possum getting into my trash AFTER I had cleaned my apartment and moved out. This had happened before, due to pests that live in the woods behind the area. I had cleaned and rebagged every time. But the one time it happens, the day after I move out, I get charged.They will nickel and dime you any chance they get, they treat their tenants like ATMs not like human beings. They will blame it on standard procedure. If you want to live for a corporate landlord who doesnt have compassion, live here.

The Greens at Tryon is a great place to live. The apartments are nice, and the they are very homey. Instead of a plain white wall and white carpet apartment, the apartments do have color and style. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The facilities, like the gym and the recreation room, are very nice and convenient (especially the valet trash). The lobby is welcoming. The neighbors are very kind to each other as well. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living there.

I have only been living here since June 21 but have truly enjoyed being here. Very clean grounds, internet at the pool and for my guests, feel safe and the list of amenities and comfort go on and on. Sounds crazy, but the AC unit you can tell is up to date because it does not require me to dust repeatedly in my unit!

This has been my first experience renting an apartment and theyve made it a painless experience. I did a lot of research before settling on this place. By far the best floor plan for me and my lifestyle.

This complex is honestly one of my favorite places Ive lived. I was wary of the decision to downsize from a house to an apartment again, but felt immediately at home when I toured this complex. Not to mention, Brian was so helpful, quick, and communicative during the leasing process and always responsive if I needed anything throughout our lease. I lived here for a year and only moved because I got a job that took me out of the area. The office staff are so friendly and helpful, maintenance requests were always handled quickly (though we didnt even have many requests), and the apartment itself was in great shape. The complex is generally clean and very well-kept. I never had an issue with noisy neighbors or crazy parties, no bug issues, parking was never a problem, and I generally felt very safe even when I came home after 2 AM. The 24-hour package pickup was so convenient when that got installed, I dont know how complexes go without it! Even after moving out, the office staff came to my aid when Duke Energy screwed up my service disconnection, and confirmed the date I moved out so that the bill would be sent to the complex rather than me. (This situation is what reminded me I forgot to leave a review!) Overall, they really do try to go above and beyond, and I would absolutely live here again and recommend it to friends (in fact, a friend of mine already leased on my recommendation!) Definitely worth checking out on your apartment hunt.

I love living at the Greens so far. Our apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and was spotless upon move in. The nights are quiet, and during the day theres plenty of great amenities to make use of. Its one of the best values I was able to find in Raleigh and the management has answered every question promptly.

I like living here. We have a great apartment and there is ample parking space. The vicinity is clean and green, and maintenance is timely. Some amenities, like gym, are more resourceful than others, like pool. Overall I believe the management is trying to make the experience a positive one for all the residents, and I would recommend to give it try.

I love living here!! Great location, its about 20 minutes from everything and super close to the farmers market. I really love the space of the two bedroom. I never feel like Im on top of my roommate. The gym was renovated too. The staff is super nice!!!

I really love this place. I found it after 8 months of looking for an apartment. This place has amazing things with a great price. All the staff are friendly and always try to their best to help us. This is the best place for family, students, and workers. ❤️❤️

I have lived here for about 2.5 years, moving halfway from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom, and will likely move back to a two bedroom for another lease in August. I think the price of this complex is excellent compared to how close it is to downtown and the quality of the complex. The new management did a good job of updating the club house/workout room (which used to be awful with Greystar). Bell Properties has also been gradually updating individual units to have nicer features and appliances, which werent that bad to begin with... well the appliances could have been better in the old units, but those have improved and the maintenance on those improved with Bell Properties. The only things I think could be deal breakers are that the sound insulation between and within units is virtually non-existent and the trash does pile up. You can hear people having a phone call in another room, and people taking showers and flushing toilets throughout your building. As for the trash, the managements solution to this was adding Valet Trash, but they dont come frequently enough to remedy the problem of tenants not putting trash or recycling in the actual bins. Every now and then they have to go and fix the trash issue that we as tenants cause. After those two main issues, one of which they are working on, these units are more reasonable and worth the rental rate than anywhere else thats just as far from downtown. Their management staff has always gone out of their way to help me and answer my questions, even though Im definitely not the easiest tenant (lots of roommate problems). Ive never had to pay a different rental price than what I signed up for in my lease agreement, so Im not sure whats happening with the people with those reviews.

Ive lived at The Greens for almost 2 years now, and it has been a great experience. From the moment we were touring this complex up until this the staff has always been welcoming, kind, and always communicating in a quick timely matter no the situation. Ive had few maintenance issues but when they arose the maintenance crew responded within a day. The gym that was just installed a few months ago is a huge upgrade. It is a clean and spacious area to work out everyday that has all the necessary equipment. Unfortunately Im moving out of the state and will be leaving shortly, but I would highly recommend The Greens to anyone considering.

Well, I moved into one apartment here at The Greens on Tryon just over a year ago. In early June of this year I moved into another unit on the ground floor. At my age, I can’t do steps any longer. This experience was as good as the first time. The service has been even better. There has not even been the slightest problem that has not been served to my satisfaction. I do not believe you can beat that or even get that kind of service anywhere else.This is a great place to live and you will never find comparable or better service than you will here.

I have lived at the Greens for 2 years now. The first year in a one bedroom and currently in a 2 bedroom. The management is very nice and attentive. Ever since the new management company took over, so many nice amenities have been added to the community (dog park, parcel lockers, new clubhouse, wifi and cable provided, new outdoor game area). The only things that the community could improve on would be quicker maintenance turnaround times, the grounds on the community can be quite dirty with trash at times - for as much as we all pay in rent, itd be nice to have the actual trash picked up daily, and the Greens takes their towing VERY seriously but dont have any clear signs announcing when visitors need to be in a visitors spot.

I have been here for about 6 months now and have enjoyed my time at this apartment complex. When comparing price to other apartments in Raleigh it is more reasonable and offers more. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking!

My roommate and I have experienced several problems while living at the Greens at Tryon.First, we recently experienced a gas leak from our water heater and had to get a part replaced. When my roommate alerted the Community Manager about the smell of gas from our water heater, she brushed off the matter and told my roommate the smell of gas is normal. We know that the smell of gas is actually abnormal, so we took the matter into our own hands and called Dominion Energy. This gas company sent out a technician to our apartment to test for gas in our water heater closet. The technician confirmed there was a leak, turned our gas off, and red-flagged our apartment. The technician also told us that he red tags multiple apartments within The Greens at Tryon--potentially because of the staff telling residents the smell of gas is normal and nothing to worry about. Moving forward, we alerted the office about the confirmed gas leak and management hired a contractor to repair the leak. After the contractor fixed this leak, I could still smell gas around our water heater, so I called Dominion Energy to re-send a technician out to our apartment. A technician came to our apartment and checked the surrounding area for gas but did detect gas in the air. However, the technician warned me that the contractor who had fixed our gas leak used a blue sealant that only coats the leak and can crack once the sealant dries, which would create another gas leak.Second, we noticed a thick, black, caked on substance covering the large air vent enclosing our air system and the air vents throughout the apartment when we moved into our apartment. We have tried using a vacuum attachment to remove this buildup, but we have been unsuccessful. After experiencing headaches, congestion, sneezing, and other respiratory systems, we thought this thick buildup could be mold. Consequently, we put in a maintenance request to check our air system and vents. Since putting in this request, we have had to get our air system completely removed and replaced. Also, we have had two contractors check our air vents to look for mold. We are unaware of what these contractors found in our air vents because we never received a written note about the contractors opinion. Further, we never knew these contractors entered our apartment and checked the air vents because there was no written note showing what they found. My roommate and I had to reach out to the office ourselves to see if the contractors had come to our apartment and what they found.Third party contractors have entered and exited our apartment without leaving a written note several times throughout our lease period. This explicitly goes against Section 27 of our lease. Most recently, a contractor entered our apartment to complete a sheetrock repair around our HVAC system. Recently, my roommate entered our apartment to find a contractor--unaccompanied by any member from the Greens at Tryon staff--making repairs while the office was closed due to severe weather conditions that same day. The contractor entered the apartment when residents were not home, so he had a key to enter the apartment. However, we are unsure how he returned this key to the apartment complex since the office was closed for the afternoon. Lastly, he left the apartment without alerting my roommate that he was finished and did not leave a written note outlining when he had arrived and what repairs he had made. This makes us extremely uncomfortable and feel very unsafe that a third party is (1) in our apartment without a Greens at Tryon maintenance or staff member with them and (2) able to keep a key to our apartment after leaving since the apartment complex was closed.Lastly, we have also experienced several encounters with the office staff in which they were rude and inattentive to our concerns. Further, we have felt the staff uses an accusatory or sarcastic tone with us when discussing apartment matters or maintenance requests. These interactions with staff have made my roommate and I felt undervalued and disrespected.

The staff is super friendly and knows every single tenant by name. The grounds are very well kept and they keep us informed on scheduled maintenance throughout the year. Living at the Greens is an easy decision.

Ive lived here almost 4 years (& just renewed again), and really like the apartments! When I was looking at apartments, I found the pricing for the size to be one of the best in the area. The location is convenient to almost everywhere (downtown Raleigh, Cary, Garner, and near I-40 to get to just about everywhere else!). The neighborhood is generally pretty quiet, with enough woods surrounding it to block the noise from any surrounding woods. The upgrades to the fitness center are really nice (there was a large unused space in the clubhouse when I 1st moved here). The current office staff is very friendly, and maintenance is usually pretty quick to fix any problems. I had a few prolonged maintenance issues when I 1st moved in, but that was under the old management company, so I cant blame that on the current staff. I also like that they have package lockers that are available to get to 24/7 -- much more convenient than having to pick up packages during office hours!

Ughh.. I’m not the type to leave reviews but I honestly have to share my experience with this apartment. As you can tell the place is Phenomenal! Inside and out.. but what really makes it great and more to Love is the Staff! They are very sweet, friendly, and professional! They honestly became part of me and my kids. They are always welcoming and holding a conversation. And always doing events.. getting the neighborhood together and have fun! Let’s not forget about the Maintenance crew.. any small issues I had (due to my kids🙄).. they came within the timeframe. Never had to keep calling. Right on it! Another topic I HATE house bugs.. and very thankful this complex doesn’t have that issue. One time my sister left her iPhone charger outside all night and the next day it was still there. Left my keys in lock from coming home late and it was still there. So that goes to show the neighborhood is trustworthy. And safe . Even the pets are nice! Never had an issue with them. But I would say .. parking is a small issue.. but That’s nothing they can control.. they did take action with Towing which was good.. It’s sad that my lease had to come to an end .. The greens of Tryon was my first apartment. And I will never forget that experience with them. Glad it was them. So if you are looking to move and big on reviews first.. can’t it from someone with experience! Better rent from it’s a dream come true.

I just love my new home. I came across the properties when one of my colleagues mentioned about this, and even though it was a little further from my work I decided to check it out and fell in love with the place immediately. The property is beautiful with great amenities, especially the gym. The square foot you get for the price you pay is unbelievable. It is a big house and it helps that I love hosting people. The team is helpful with maintenance issues resolved immediately. It is an amazing living experience at The Greens.

First apartment and I am absolutely in love. Great location, close to Downtown Raleigh, restaurants, Grocery stores along with parks and other points of interest. Great Community. I highly recommend this community

Great Apartments!We have a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor. Weve been here for 1 month. Theres plenty of space. There are washers and dryers in the apartments as well as microwaves. Theres a golf course if you wish to play. Theres a small patio you can sit on and relax. The laundry room is where the elevator shaft used to be, so theres a lot of space in the laundry room. Sometimes theres a Ladybug infestation, but thats not that big of a problem. I just moved here from Arizona, so Im not used to seeing a ladybug infestation.

I have enjoyed living here. the maintenance is good when ever I need something fixed they always respond at a timely manner. it is a great place to live

Have been living this apartment complex for going on two months and dont have any regrets! Great proximity to grocery stores, downtown Raleigh, etc. while being priced reasonably and having good amenities

Greens at Tryon is a wonderful place to live. The rent is affordable and they include all updated applicances if you ask when you move in. There is a tennis court, a pool, A gym and even a place to run/walk outside if you are not the gym type of person. They include pets, its only 2, but cant expect too many animals, as animals are hard to take care of. All of the office crew are very friendly and always greet you and address your problems directly. If they dont know it, then Ive gotten a call and a email addressing my problem. Every maintenance issue I have reported they have fixed it in a timely manner and it looked great afterward.. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex and a highlight is its so close to the city. They also a trash pickup all but a couple days of the week, so all you have to do is put the trash at the door neatly (where the guys can pick it up without it falling apart). Great place to live.

I am jealous of anyone that is lucky enough to have her be an everyday part of their life. I just want to let everyone know about the customer service you can expect from The Links. Bravo.

I have loved living at The Greens at Tryon! It has been such a great experience living here the past year. The Property Manager, Jennifer is super friendly,wonderful and really helpful and also all my kids love her so much and Brian and Shauntay as well.They are always courteous and knowledgeable. When I needed assistance, Jennifer made sure I was heard and taken care of.They have so much fun stuff here they did a pool party with given away backpacks last year and also this year and they Also had the Halloween party last year and easter so you can find everything you really dreamed of, Gym, pool, playground,,and Tennis court,Fitness room My kids love to spend the weekend at the office and the pool...Also Great location for grocery stores, downtown Raleigh, etc.The neighbors are very kind to each other as well. Overall,I really highly recommended this place

We have lived out here for about 10 years. Its a quiet place to live and my kids love it. There has been a lot of changes made thats really nice. They renovated the club and pool area and it looks really good. The management in the clubhouse are really nice and helpful. They are always having some kind of event for us. Last Friday they have a pool party with food, Dj, prizes. We just love going to these things.

I have only been here two months and when we first moved it we had a water bug problem. Didnt even have a chance to fully unpack before the bugs started coming out. There was 22 of them when we first moved in. Now that has called down and the water pressure sucks!!! My girlfriend and I can not take a shower at the same time without the water pressure and HEAT going out. We both had to take a cold shower. We have gone to them several times about this and they continuously say that nothing is wrong and that the water heater and pressure is fine. No!! Its not fine!!!! Its horrible!!!!! Would you want to have a trickle of water coming out of your shower head and have it be frezing!! I didnt think so, so why should we?!?!? I am very upset with my stay for just two months!!! I am gonna have to go to families house just for a decent shower!!!!!!!! And not to mention that rust comes out of the faucet along with brown slug when taking a shower. We took pictures of it and showed it to management. He sent maintenance out here and the maintenance guy said nothing was wrong. Im over this place ready to move already.

Conveniently located between Downtown Raleigh, Cary and Garner. I had no idea these apartments were here, as they are tucked away behind a golf course off of Tryon Road. I moved here shortly after Bell Partners took this over and it became The Greens (previously The Links). From what my neighbors who lived here before have told me, they have made several improvements to the property and added multiple amenities that may not be accounted for in previous reviews. The gym is my personal favorite and was one of the main reasons I chose to move here originally.Everyone I have met here- in the leasing office and throughout the neighborhood- has been very friendly. There is a nice mix of people from all different backgrounds with different living situations (young families, working professionals, college students, etc;).The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the ever increasing cost of living here. The valet trash ($25) and community wifi (~$57) are two amenities built in to the monthly rent charges, adding almost $100 each month. I realize that, no matter where you live, rental rates increase over time and I know that the demand for housing in Raleigh is at an all time high but certain lease terms have increased $300 in the past 12 months. That being said, it is a lovely place to live if you can afford it.

Lived here for 2 years and could not wait to leave. Encountered cockroaches, moldy windowsills that they tried to blame on us and their fix was to come by and wipe it...Had neighbors move in above us with bass speakers and blared them all the time often late at night and early in the morning. Every lease legally promises peaceful enjoyment of the premise and these tenants made sure that was not the case for everyone around them but the office refused to do anything. We called the police 5+ times and they were issued noise violation warnings but still no action by the office. They threw a grill off their 3rd floor balcony and still no action by the office. We begged to be let out of our lease about 3 months early without penalty as the complex was no longer fulfilling their side of the lease and they refused.Garbage situation was beyond disgusting. Scheduling additional trash pick ups is an option in Raleigh, management is just too cheap to do so.Looks like the gym has been updated but is in place of the indoor pool we were promised that, surprise, was closed/broken the entire time we lived there.Pool - Management placed a padlock on one of the gates to the pool on the side with the grill which was on 24/7. Serious safety issue with that.Apartments - why remodel the clubhouse so nicely and then everyones actual apt is still budget level inside. Granite for the clubhouse but formica for everyone else. The apartments are just very basic, obviously just continuously painted over, our kitchen counters were peeling, crazy issues with fruit flies no matter how much we cleaned.Mail - hopefully thats changed because god forbid you have a long commute. The office was always closed by 6 so you couldnt get your packages that were haphazardly shoved in a coat closet. I had several packages go missing from the office and my front door. Then they had limited Saturday morning hours and closed on Sunday.Crime - a roommates car was broken into multiple times. I had a package and decorations for Halloween stolen from my front door.Overall - are you a student or on a very small housing budget? Do you work in Garner? If thats your deciding factor, then go ahead and try it. Otherwise, do not recommend and seriously hope the woman with one front tooth is not working in the office anymore.

Enthusiastic and timely customer service. Ive been a resident almost 2 years and my fiance and I couldnt be more pleased with the events they host, the amenities they offer, and the value of the shared packages among the residents (wifi, valet trash). Every employee Ive encountered has been a class act.

I currently live here with my boyfriend weve been here almost 2 years now and looking to move into 3 bedroom from our 2 bed we have now. We first moved in when Bell bought out whomever owned Th Links. The community has a had big makeover and more improvements seem to be happening all the time! Its great! We love our apartment and are happy to stay. Only issue is that our neighbors can be very loud and constantly hang out over stairs smoking and spitting and dropping trash. Weve never had an issue with our rent changing or an issue with the maintenance team. Happy to stay!

Been a resident for a little over a year. The first year was good and I had no complaints. I had new neighbors move in the apartment above me. I hear every step they take and every move their large dog takes. Hearing the thumping and dog claws on the floor all day and night has made me dread living here. It was a poor decision for management to replace the upper floor apartments with hardwood. In spite of the upgrades to amenities, I do not recommend moving here.
