Apparently if you’ve been around someone who has/had Covid-19 they still allow you to live on the premise and have a roommate. That’s absolutely absurd.

Imagine you live in an apartment with frequent issues with full parking lots, and their solution to this issue is: lets do a first come, first served system on one day in their office during a pandemic and make everyone else park their cars on the sides, where visitors park. Then, since it is right before summer in an apartment full of students, half of the entire student population goes home. What you are left with, for months, is a one lane road around the entire complex with cars along the sides. Tons of free parking spaces are right outside your unit that you once had a permit for but now cannot park in without your car being sent to a shady towing lot without much notification at all.If you could see an apartment doing something like this, you could probably imagine them handling other things poorly too. Imagine if you went to an apartments website in August 2020 and they advertised a pool and living area that would actually be a construction lot until nearly a year later that closed down indefinitely weeks before my lease was up and had insane hours. Email correspondence during this time felt like a bunch of people trying their best with one person occasionally posting passive aggressive emails to the entire complex about amenities like Im a child. Why 2 stars? The staff are nice people, even considering the stress they are under. If you are looking to get an apartment near NC State, I would try to steer you away from CA apartments like Latitude or Uncommon. The hallways also were Shining-level eerie and progressively got more gross over time. This is a joke for ~750 a month.

I have been living at Latitude for a while now and have yet to have a problem. We had a rough move in day because we originally leased at The Proper but our apartment was not livable. We came to Latitude and the staff was beyond helpful with getting our leases signed and showing us the apartment. I have also put in a few maintenance request for such as my sink being clocked and maintenance was there the very next day to address the issues. All the staff has been very helpful. The amenities are great and the apartment was very well kept when we moved in. All in all it has made for a great student apartment close to campus!

I do not recommend this complex. The management here is horrible. We had safety concerns with the way they conduct their inspections. Strangers from outside agencies are allowed to enter the apartment and rooms without first scheduling an appointment with the tenants to inspect the apartment. We had major concerns and emailed management. James is the worst manager. All he did was make excuses for his assistant and ultimately tried to put the blame on my daughter and her roommates instead of taking responsibility and understanding our safety concerns. Our last email to him wasn’t even answered. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. His assistant Morgan lied about what actually transpired during one of the inspections. I am definitely not renewing my lease here and do not recommend this place.Update, managements comments below stating they addressed our concerns is completely false. They made excuses for everything and everyone. We reached out to them a second time and were completely ignored. Good luck to anyone who rents from here. There are so many other issues with this place.

I agree that the second parking pass situation is SO bad... I did not get one because I was working that day, and I’m really worried about getting towed. I make sure my friends park on the side roads when they come so I have never been a problem to the parking lot. There are barely enough spots on the side roads on weekends / nights for me to park there everyday. It’s strange they didn’t think about this when constructing the apartment. They need more land or a 2-3 story parking deck maybe?I live in a one-bedroom apartment, and overall I have been lucky not to have many problems, the apartment is spacious and nice BUT I pay a lot in rent. I did get a handicapped room which has a lower island in the kitchen, so I don’t use that to sit at because it’s not the right height and it’s uncomfortable. I bought a folding table to use at the couch and it’s more normal for me. I wish I was told I’d be getting a handicapped apartment so I could’ve maybe got a discount?I’m used to the loud trains at this point, but I have to pause my TV etc every time they come by. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night. I had a Zoom interview which got interrupted by the train coming by, which was slightly embarrassing.Otherwise, I like my apartment and everything works fine.

As a paying resident you will be towed so get your wallets ready....surprised this place hasnt been sued yet for not having enough parking for residents when clearly its a code violation. And they tell you to park on the street. Please im begging you if youre reading this go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble. and you can continue down through the reviews to back up this claim. If you are looking for a safe secure environment to live, this place is not it. Im sure there are many very nice apartments in the area. Im sure they will comment on here saying they are sincerely sorry but the same problems continue to exist without fixing them.

I would not recommend living here. Its tempting because of the lower prices, but its not worth it.The floor-plan itself was nice, and the furniture provided was adequate. Most staff were very nice and just trying their best with all of the issues constantly arising. And I have to say, Morgan helped deal with a roommate issue promptly and professionally. I have not had issues with the staff! But the other issues are too much to overlook. Parking was horrendous for a very long time- and they finally decided to fix the issue by making everyone wait in a 2-3 hour long line to pick up a parking pass (not enough passes for all residents by the way- so the free parking is conditional). My apartment was infested with centipedes. We were on the first floor- and there must have been holes everywhere- because I was killing 10-20+ each day. They were in the bathroom, kitchen, carpet, anywhere you could think. Maintenance came and sprayed and it did nothing. Apparently its because of the rain. If you get a first floor unit- good luck.Extremely noisy and inconsiderate neighbors who will scream in the parking lot at 2 am on a Tuesday. The units were built quickly and cheaply (we had issues with mold, hot water, closet doors, and more). They will try to charge you for anything (utility costs make NO sense- we were definitely overcharged). The key fob entry to the building was constantly broken. And the pool will HARDLY ever be open. Take your money elsewhere.

Our apartment has been infested with mice for about a month now and maintenance has done little to nothing to try to resolve the issue. It is becoming a safety hazard for us to live here as the mice have obviously been in our walls and could be chewing on wires (a big fire hazard). Not to mention how they have been running throughout our kitchen in the middle of the day when my roommates and I are downstairs. Mice carry diseases and are actually a big threat to public health but apparently management doesn’t realize that. The management also lied to us and told us that exterminators won’t get rid of mice anymore. They just don’t want to spend money to try to fix the problem. We looked it up and there are several rodent control services in the Raleigh area. On top of it all, they just released a new parking mandate which forces two residents in every townhome to park in their garage. I understand that this was put in place due to not having adequate parking for all residents. However, now we will be blocking each other in and will have to disturb our roommates to come let us out. It is very annoying and inconsiderate considering that we have online classes right now due to the pandemic. Latitude should have thought of making adequate parking spaces when they were constructing the complex. It is not fair that some of us will have to be punished because of their lack of planning.

Yeah … it took everything out of me to not join the rest of these negative reviews. But here I am. Latitude isn’t but a money hungry desperate unprofessional company. The units are “nice” that’s about it though. because it’s very much noticeable that it was poorly put together the paint is cheap (that’s why they have you paint over the walls prior to move out) but I’ll get to that later …. The walls are thin I can hear the next person snoring in the other room. During our whole lease we barely used the amenities because it was ALWAYS something wrong with them. Amenities is included in our rent for what? Idk we never used them. Now this utility problem they had going on. A hot mess & very unprofessional. Instead of doing what WAS ON OUR LEASE and what we were told was going to happen and charge us each month for utility usage they hit us over the head with a bill at the end of our lease for each month combined. then talked to the leasing crew and all they had to say was “yeah it wasn’t suppose to be that way” very unprofessional. Now let me get back to the move out process. The list they gave us to complete prior to move out was PREPOSTEROUS to say the least. Told us to hire professional cleaners, paint our rooms over, and deep wash our carpet. Ok … so what is left for the actual CLEANERS to do? Y’all have to get the place ready for the next it’s almost as if we were doing their jobs. Yeah Latitude y’all have gots to do better if y’all want to keep residents because as of now I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.

I had really high hopes when I was first moving in, however not long after move in I realized this place was run very poorly. First of all, the parking is not good and has a lot of issues. Since the beginning, there has not been enough spots for residents. we were promised parking when we signed the lease. On top of all that, they announced at a random time that we all had to get new parking passes with extremely little notice. If you didn’t show up, it was possible you wouldn’t be able to get one. I waited in line for almost 2 hours while I was supposed to be in class and studying. This was not okay, as we were told in our lease we would have parking. Second of all, the management treats residents like they are 5 years old. In an email I received the other day, they threatened to close the pool for a day each time a rule was broken. These rules include things like bringing guests or glass into the pool. When rules are broken, they “punish” all residents rather than talking to the individuals who caused the issue. I do not like being treated like I am 5. On top of all that, the pool has closed at least 5 times this year for a day at a time out of nowhere with no explanation of why. Overall, I believe this place could have potential however a lot of things need to be resolved and changed ASAP.

Living at this apartment complex was such a mistake. I moved in late in the semester last fall and I see why they had so much availability. When I moved in the pool wasnt finished and the parking was slim to none. While my general apartment is nicely finished, there are paint stains on my counter, stickers left on appliances, they messed up the flooring in my bathroom and I can see where they cut out little bits to fill in the gaps. My main problems though have been the parking and noise. I woke up to extremely loud landscaping this morning and the people are right outside my window at like 8 am. The parking was obviously not well thought out and while they tried to fix it by changing the lease with 3 months to go which is definitely illegal somehow, I still cant park in the lot past 9pm. Finally, the pool. I would just like to know how every other apartment complex on Hillsborough st. keeps their pool open because our pool was closed until about 4 days ago and theyve now closed it because someone broke the rules. This is a college area and while it doesnt excuse other peoples behaviors someone doing something stupid is inevitable. I am paying for that pool and I should be allowed to use it and so should everyone else. Its like living with your parents over here because management tries to control literally everything but they suck at it. If I couldve moved out months ago I would have. This punishment of all for ones actions is stupid and an abuse of power, especially because theres money involved. I wish I could say theyll reopen the pool soon, but Ill probably be through with my lease by the time the management here decides to grow up and let people use their amenities that they pay for and stop scamming us.

I have had numerous issues with the management and property owner at Latitude from my move in day. My key fob stopped working approximately 8 hours after I moved in and I was told its because you have to scan the fob at the office monthly in order for it to work properly, which is not true. The parking is absolutely horrendous. Their attempt to fix the issue of parking was an hour and 1/2 long line with no social distancing and was not successful, as numerous people including myself still do not have a spot in the parking lot (or even on the side road that is guest parking) majority of the time. I had a leak in my bathroom from a water pipe breaking and they told me that since I was calling on a Friday that I would need to deal with it until they could get someone in to look at it. The leak that enabled me from using any utility in my bathroom was never fully fixed and has rotted the side of my counter. Our stove blew up on us while cooking chicken and they told us to not use it until they came back, which just so happened to be 2 and 1/2 weeks later. For this complex being as new as it is, these issues shouldnt be as consistent throughout everyones apartments as they are. The pool we have paid $100 for nearly every month was open for a week and is now closed for petty stuff, despite still paying the fee. The location is not ideal and is right next to a VERY active train track and I can promise you, you will hear a train almost every hour, including throughout the night. I could go on and on but the bottom line is do NOT live here and make better use of your money.

It is simply frustrating at this point. The amenities are all closed and have been for different reasons that change monthly, yet we still pay FULL price for our lease. You can tell management is brand new and this complex was rushed due to the individual apartments maintenance and lack of parking situation. It is frustrating to live somewhere that continues to give answers but never truly makes any changes, and if they do it is for about a week max. My roommate and I also experienced a rare circumstance where one of the staff members unlocked our rooms and left the lights on in our apartment over winter break with *no warning* claiming it was used as a show room for tenets to sublease. (We didnt find out until we returned to the apartment weeks later with the doors open and lights on.

When I tell you I cannot recommend living somewhere else enough, I mean it. While this community seemed like it was going to be great at first, within the first couple of weeks I realized how poorly this place was going to be run. Between the lack of amenities being accessible (pool, free breakfast, gym, coffee bar, grills, fire pit), parking issues, mouse infestation, I have had my fair share of problems while living here. I could go into detail on all of these, but it has mainly been the way management handles these situations that frustrates me the most. I have been going back and forth with them on all of these issues since moving in, and the lack of transparency that they have with the residents is undeniable and absurd. We are treated like children here, despite being grown adults, and the few residents who do act like children here are not directly punished as they should be. This complex is not worth the price whatsoever and they need to take accountability for how horribly they are running this place and not just tip-toe around these matters.

As a father (cosigned for college daughter) I’m not pleased at all with Latitude changing their parking policy in the middle of the term, asking for immediate changes (agreement) or cars will be towed. From a lease perspective this is illegal and looking into options. Secondarily they have a rodent (infestation) in several buildings not addressed after weeks. I’ve notified the city of Raleigh for inspection as well as if the garages are in code to able to support the 2 car demand they have for garaging 2 cars (midsize cars can’t even open doors fully) and if 2 other cars must be parked in front of garage (clearly a logistics nightmare) Don’t recommend this complex. It had potential if parking and maintenance issues resolved.

If I could give negative stars I really would!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management at this property is THE WORST!! I was affected by the current pandemic we are living in and I was out of work for a couple of months in 2020 which in turn made my rent late for those months. As we all know, there were programs for people like me who had fallen behind on rent and things of that nature. I applied to not one but TWO different programs and they refused payment from each program for BS reasons. Me showing proof that I had the income to take care of my business once they took the funds from the programs wasnt enough for them and they are hounding on a daily basis for the rent when in fact they had it handed to them TWICE!On top of the rent, my car has been towed from this poorly designed complex TWICE because they do not have adequate parking for the number of residents who live here. They expect you to park your car anywhere to avoid towing! I get parking on the other side of the parking lot because there arent parks near my building but I REFUSE TO PARK MY CAR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN WHERE I LIVE! They are not helpful and they do not know how to handle their residents. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so that I can have peace of mind in my own home!!Edit: Its sad that even doing google review nothing changes here! They allegedly have new management but I dont see any changes on how they deal with their residents. I have emailed the property manager multiple times regarding a specific issue and she refuses to respond to me and I find it very disrespectful. This property is really sad and they do not try to change.

They have a towing company there that scours every possible corner for cars that dont have permits to park. I understand that the complex tows cars of people that dont live there. But, they are extremely vague about where to park and where not to park if you are a visitor. I was visiting my boyfriend who lives there, and parked in one of the places in front of his building. Only his roommates and him park there, and I know his roommates dont mind it. I was still towed, I assume because theres a lot of parties there and theyre trying to get people to stop. Ive been there multiple times in a week, and Ive only seen people getting towed on Fridays. The thing is, I wasnt even attending any of the parties that they were attempting to stop. They dont say anything about the mass gatherings of college students without masks, or the loud music, or the people yelling late into the night, but will still single out my car to tow. I dont think thats the best way to go about stopping parties. I wouldnt be that upset about it, except that the towing company charged me $235 for the tow and about twelve hours of storage because they took it late at night. I would think an apartment complex that caters to college students would be more understanding of a students budget. But I guess not. If you the complex replies to this review please tell me where to park if Im a visitor so I dont get towed again and can afford to buy groceries.

Unfortunately, the appeal of living at The Latitude has gone down my stay here. When signing the lease, the office staff hyped up all of the amenities and perks of living here, but I have been disappointed with many aspects of these things. I am hoping that once Summer is a bit closer and the impact of Covid decreases that residents will have more access to amenities such as the pool, fire pits, and grills. One issue I have had is my packages being lost. This has happened twice now, and I am unsure if it is the delivery services doing or the office misplacing my packages, but this has been frustrating because I have lost over $100 due to this issue. Most recently, I have had a large problem with my electricity bill being abnormally high. I talked to someone in the office and a few other residents, and they all said what I was paying was above the typical rate. The people in the office are not to blame for this issue, and they have helped me the best that they could. I called Conservice, and they were no help and basically blamed me for over usage, which is not the case. I have also emailed the Property Manager twice and have not received any response. I have also had a few issues with the Wifi cutting out at times, but it has not happened in a while. With all of that being said, safety is very important to me, and I do feel safe living here. The gym is nice, and I have had mostly positive interactions with neighbors. As many others have stated, parking is the biggest and the most prevalent issue when living here. The new parking requirements make things harder because we have to bother our roommates to move their cars so we can leave, but I do understand why we all are having to park in or in front of our garages.

Honestly one of the worst apartment complexes you could possibly rent in Raleigh. Management is horrible and does little to nothing to fix problems students have. The biggest problem is parking and they just keep making it worse for students with there “plans” to fix it. There plan to fix parking is requiring students to park 2 cars in the garage. This is especially a problem for many students who have couches or other living arrangements set up in there garage and were expected to just get rid of it immediately!?! Also this requirement coming on a Tuesday morning effective immediately really shows how little management cares about its residents. Also the pool is still unusable after moving in in September probably won’t even get to use it by the time I move out in July. If I could move out sooner I would this place is terrible and no one should sign a lease here.

I do not recommend living here at all. I was told when I first signed a lease back in August 2020 that I would be able to cancel my lease for a small cancellation fee without having to sublease towards the end of my 12 month lease so I could live at home and work. Now, I am trying to cancel my lease and Ive been informed I have to sublease it and pay the cancellation fee. I wouldve never signed if that were the case. On top of that, most of the amenities arent even available. The grills are never clean and out of gas every time Ive tried to use them. They removed the gas knobs from the fireplace outside so that is unavailable. The pool still isnt open. I live in a 4x4 townhome and got an email today saying we are no longer allowed to use the parking lot spaces and have to put 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in front of the garage or else our vehicle will be towed at our expense. Two of my roommates have big jeeps and I have a truck. Two vehicles wont fit in our garage. If youre planning on getting a townhome, dont. Youre paying for extra space just for them to require you to park your cars in there. Wifi is unreliable and cuts out at times. The train tracks are right across the street with multiple trains/per and night, but I understand Latitude cant really do anything about that. There are plenty of other better places to live for students.

I moved in early August and I immediately started having maintenance issues. You can tell this place was just barely pieced together. The AC condensate drain had been leaking probably since it had been installed and left a pool of water 2 inches deep on the concrete below the unit. I could hear the dripping from in the kitchen. There was mold on all adjacent walls (one of which connected to my bedroom). Maintenance is terrible at communicating and the front desk staff is no help. I was told the moldy dry wall was replaced, which from the pictures it obviously wasnt, just simply cut out. The second picture attached was their fix.Update:Last week our AC was acting finicky and wouldnt cool. The inside temp was 74 degrees even though it was set on 70. It wasnt uncomfortable but I contacted maintenance anyway because I knew it wasnt going to get better. Maintenance came to look at it the next morning when the outside and apartment temp had already cooled down. They reset the thermostat and called the request completed. Today, it was 80 degrees outside and when I got home at 6 pm, the inside of our apartment was 82 degrees. My room was probably nearing 86 degrees. I had put in a maintenance request earlier in the morning and of course it was not dealt with. When I called the office all they could say was Our maintenance manager has already gone home... This place is the most poorly run complex. The poor workers are not to blame because they are not given enough power to do or fix anything. The maintenance man, Malcolm, is the shining star of The Latitude. Prior to him, the maintenance man was not worth a dime and they had to contract out for other technicians. The wifi and cable is poor. We are on Hillsborough St in Raleigh; there is no reason the internet should be as bad as it is. The parking is the absolute worst part of this complex. I have lived in many student housing complexes and this is by far the worst one. We have been having issues since the first week we moved in. The complex was rushed during construction so most of everything is very poorly built. We have had multiple problems with the water ( we didnt have hot water for the first full week ), the amenities are basically unsuable, even after being opened following the covid quarentine. They have been intentionally made unusable like disconnecting lights, removing nozzles on grills, doors not working, etc. The fobs given to you to open your doors and amenities never work, i have had to have mine reprogramed several times so i just stopped using them. The keys my roommates and i received for the doors do not match the locks so we have to keep them unlocked, which is a safety concern. ( i have talked to other residents and alot have also had issues with their keys and fobs. Towing is awful. They litetally stalk people and speed through the parking lot, almost hitting people and other cars, so walking your pet at night here is a nightmare. They also look inside of your car which is very concerning. The management could care less about any issues and are not helpfull at all. There is absolutely no respect for boundaries or privacy from them. I received an email with a picture of me and my new puppy requestimg registration of him. It was the first day i had him and they were already tsking pictures of us in the parking lot from a personal device, which is very unprofessional and quite frankly creepy. If you order a package, do not expect to receive it when you get the delivered notification. Their processing of mail takes forever (no door deliveries available). That is if you receive your package at all. I have had two packages go missing. The internet is awful so expect slow internet. I have to drive to campus in order to attend zoom lectures, meetings, and do homework because the wifi here is especially awful. Any maintenance requests take forever to be dealt with. I could keep going on and on about the multiple problems my roommates and i have had with this place. We are paying for amenities and we are not able to use them... for the price that they rent each unit, I would recommend a complex closer to campus where you can actually use what you pay for and feel safe and enjoy your privacy.Edit: On top of all of this, amenities are frequently closed and not accessible, and we are being charged fees which were not in the original lease contract. The statements posted on the resident portal for rent and electricity are very disorganized and are frequently changed and deleted. If a problem arises, they erase any record of it. So, take screenshots of any interactions and documents that result from these interactions so that you have proof of what is being changed.

This isnt good for people who want to have the real apartment experience while in school this place feels like a on campus college dorm instead of actual off campus student living apartments. Compared to other student living apartments this is the worst. Pool still isnt finished and summer is basically over. They over exaggerated the neighborhood when trying to get people to sign the lease. Im ready for this year to be over so i can move already i hate it here. This living is more suitable for freshmen’s in college, no freedom everything locked down and its right beside a very active railroad track about 6 loud trains pass a day and my apartment building shakes when a train passes (i stay on the 3rd floor). Staff in the office isnt much help, but the maintenance man with glasses is so nice and helpful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I cannot stress this enough do not live here. For a complex that is comprised mostly of college students you’d think the WiFi would be good enough to at least connect in your own unit but sadly that is not the case. There is very limited parking. The staff although very kind and polite clearly doesn’t have any help from management. On top of that the amount of complaints I have heard about rent troubles are astounding.

So far I’ve been quite happy with all my interactions with employees. The rooms and floors are great. The appliances are far better than other apartments I’ve been at. While the amenities are closed for COVID they are all quite nice.

Lived here for half a year now, the place wasn’t in great shape when I moved it (staples poking out of the carpet, bugs everywhere, etc.) But I’m blown away by how poorly run this place is. No one here cares about covid. No one wears a mask, not the staff, definitely not the residents. If you go to the gym here once, don’t visit anyone or you WILL be giving them covid. They don’t clean anything and they don’t care. I can look past a lot of the problems, but the fact that management doesn’t care to even protect their residents is ridiculous. I want to live somewhere I’m not in fear of leaving my home, so my roommates and I would never think of renewing here. Do better latitude.

TLDR: lack of parking; intense train noise; AC broken for over 1/6 of the leasing period (over 2 months)The main issue I have with latitude is the lack of parking. There are not enough parking spots for all residents. Some nights when I come home from work there is just no place to leave my car. For instance right now I’m just sitting in my car in the middle of the side street with hazards on because every single parallel spot on all of the side streets is taken. It is definitely not fair to be paying rent for a place where I can’t always stay due to there not being a place to leave my car. Also, my car’s catalytic converter got stolen while parked here last week, so better security would definitely be appreciated. Lastly, can’t write a review for latitude without mentioning the trains. They are so, so loud (and actually my entire apartment shakes when some of them pass) and come at all hours of the night. I’ve definitely gotten used to them and usually don’t have trouble sleeping through them anymore but definitely did for the first while I lived here. If you look at the complexes build nearby, they all begin about 100-200 meters further back than ours does, likely to avoid the train noise being such an issue. The apartments are nice looking, but the lack of parking is definitely a huge deal, and the train noise is also.Edit: Our AC and heating unit has been broken for over a month.:/ Apparently the parts needed to fix it are really difficult to get, and the office told us that several other units are having the same issue.Edit: it’s currently 1am and I have about 25 kids screaming outside my bedroom window. I have work at 6am. It’s definitely really tough to sleep here on weekend nights.Edit: Our AC is broken again, in the 90 degree heat this time around. It took about 6 weeks for it to be fixed last time, so I am not hopeful that it will be fixed before the lease ends. It feels like a sauna in my bedroom and is difficult to sleep. They did set up a portable HVAC cooling window unit in our living room, but the cool air does not reach my bedroom at all. Also, it is very likely that our electric bill will sky rocket again due to having this portable unit set up, which is u fair cause it isn’t our fault that our AC unit is broken. Also, the electric billing process is sketchy at best. I have been asking for Duke Energy statements since March and have not been shown any yet. Seems like they’re avoiding responding to my requests. I will update this part of the review if/when they give me access to the electric bill statementsEdit: The electric bill statements were finally sent to me for February, March, and April! Our AC is still broken- we are on day 8 of it being broken this time, and it is a 90 degree day. They said last week that someone would be in today to fix it- I will update this review if that actually happens, but I am not optimistic since it took about 6 weeks for it to be fixed last time it was broken.Edit: I was right- it did not actually happen. Someone did come out today, but apparently parts have to be ordered again. It’s day 10 of our AC being broken, many of those days have been 90+, and the next 10 days will all be 90 degree days as well. They say they cannot give us a timeframe at this time for when it will be fixed.Edit: It’s day 13 of our AC being broken. Still no timeline for when it will be fixed. Really sucks for the next tenant, too. Heads up to potential leasers; don’t move into Apartment 305- our AC unit was already replaced (after being broken for about 6 weeks) in March and this is the second time it has broken... highly doubt it will be up and running by the time the next tenants move inEdit: It’s day 17 of our AC being broken. Still no timeline on when it’s getting fixed despite frequent emails to management. It’s 91 degrees out right nowEdit: It’s now day 22 of our AC being broken

Wifi..guys. if you value constant wifi. DO NOT LIVE HERE. my roomates and I have had constant battles with having wifi. The wifi provider the Latitude choose was an extremely poor decision on their end. It simply does not work and when it does work it goes in an out. Now, with school being online, you can imagine how frustrating this is. I have gone to the front desk, my room mates have gone to the front desk and the only thing they tell us is Im sorry we have no control over that So what are us monthly payers supposed to do?? Nothing?! The wifi here is UNACCEPTABLE and the fact that they are not willing to do anything about it is DISRESPECTFUL.

Do not stay at the Latitude. Ive been in contact with them about issues with my rent and they just stopped responding. And the NOISES at 8am.... do not even get me started. Between the construction, the lawn mowing, and the train, it sounds like a freaking circus outside my window EVERY MORNING, so do not count on getting any sleep here. Oh and if you like consistent wifi? You will not be receiving that here either, so dont even bother wasting your time, because management could care less about your problems and doesnt make ny effort to create solutions.

I live in one of the 4x4 townhouses and while the interior is “nice” it is thrown together in an almost careless manner, tons of flaws in the construction. None of the amenities are available right now and the pool isn’t even done. The WIFI is garbage and in an online setting that is unacceptable. Staff are helpful to a small extent but only for small issues. The parking is extremely limited even though we were promised there would be enough. Place is poorly managed and thrown together in a rush overall. Additionally we were promised $300 gift cards for signing in March of 2020 and as of August 2020 (1 month into lease) we have yet to receive them. Overall this complex is not worth your money.

Constantly having WiFi issues and everytime I try to create a maintenance request they mark it complete and do not help me. They keep telling me to call GigaMonster, but I can not get answers from them without knowing the account number. Makes it really hard to do online classes when there is no WiFi. Just wish someone would actually do something about all the issues people are having instead of just leaving us clueless.
