I love living at this place. The apartment is spacious, there are many things to do. The only problem is the cars that speed through the neighborhood. Other than that the atmosphere is great and I would reccomend this place to others.

Abberly Grove was me and my husbands 1st apartment together for the last 2 years, and it was a pleasure living there. The office and maintenance staff were always kind, patient and great with communicating with us and responding to us promptly when fixes were needed or if we had questions. The complex always looked so neat and well kept with their landscaping and maintenance of the buildings and amenities. Only con living there was over time we had neighbors that caused public disturbances and smoked weed in or near our building. But you could have that with any apartment situation and neighbors come and go so Im not knocking off a star just for that. Abberly Grove was a great location for us until we decided itd be better to move closer to our jobs. If we ever find ourselves on the east side of Raleigh or Knightdale again well definitely consider renting there again!

This place is excellent, my third and favorite apartment. A safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the front office staff and maintenance were all very nice and polite. Very close to everything you need, food and shopping. Huge apartment for the price.

One Star for Maintenance experience.! Resident gripes or business should not be discussed in Abberly Grove streets! Its RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! YOU CAN BE HEARD when working outside units! Outside a unit TODAY, Larry passionately voiced issues with a job & resident -- with Quincy. He called a resident a liar and a service request unnecessary. To be fair, Quincy was quiet the whole time. Quincy is the epitome of work*focused, all the time. Larry said ALOT though! I Didnt know Chance was on vacation, nor should I! Heard that too lol & MORE! In the comfort of my home trying to sleep & audibly violated by male whining! Not cool! Residents PRIVACY & your job should be respected, even when youre mad about doing your job/s! Im shocked & disappointed! Felt sorry for the resident he was maligning! I was 100% in love with this place! Now Im wondering how much residents business Larry is putting in the streets or community.

Moved in at the onset/peril of Covid-19/pandemic (its my anniversary, haha). Although last year into this year was challenging, being a resident of AGA was a light in the pandemic chaos/darkness. I moved into Abberly Grove around 4 months ago. I absolutely love it so far. The office staff really do treat you like family. Ive interacted with Shannon and Chris and they are the absolute best. They helped/accommodated me with anything I needed. All the buildings/public areas are always kept clean. I love how the Pool was kept opened until the end of October. The gym has 24hr access. The apartments are very well maintained and look fancy while also keeping a simple look. The maintenance crew is always on point. Any time theres something that needs to be fixed they take care of it as soon as they can. I love the easy access to both highways 440 and 540. Really cant say enough good things about this place.

Excellent place to live. We moved from out of state and the Abberly Grove staff has always made us feel welcomed (especially Shannon). Apartments are in great condition and if you do have any issues they attend to your needs quickly. Great communication and very helpful with notifying you of packages that arrive at the office. Located near major roads to get to and from work with ease. Near downtown Raleigh and close to multiple super markets. Happy we picked this apartment complex for our transition.

I haven’t even moved in yet, and I am already in love! Chris Jones took my mother and I on a tour today and I fell in love with the complex. I am going to be moving from a very upscale complex that, unfortunately, has changed hands in the two years I have lived there. They no longer have that personal, caring touch but they had when I moved in. However, I already feel right at home at Abberly Grove. The grounds are immaculate, the team is very compassionate, and all of my questions were answered. My move-in day can’t come soon enough!UPDATE (06/2021): after having lived here for the past year, I can say that if you are looking for a new place to call home, this is it. This is the best apartment complex that I have lived in. From the front desk staff to maintenance to facilities, this place speaks for itself. It is truly a hidden gem. If my family was not moving out of the area, I would be here for much longer. Chris, Chris, Derek, Larry, and many others, thank you for the past year. I have lived in Abberly Grove for 3 years now and really like it.Shannon, Chris Jones, and Chris Carlyle make you feel like family. They always ask how you are and how things are going. The maintenance staff are all friendly as well. I actually know a few tenants in my building and we watch out for each other. If I had one recommendation to make for the future, I would love it if they updated the appliances and counter tops because I cook quite a bit :)

Management and staff have steadily persevered to provide top tier service with great amenities and an excellent value for the entire 2+ years of my experience as a tenant here. Maintenance problems are rapidly resolved if there are problems. Management is extremely friendly. One of the best kept secret value housing options in RDU.

I will be with Abberly Grove Apartments 16yrs this February. I literally cannot imagine living anywhere else. I have known Chris Jones and Chris Carlyle the longest and they are nothing but top notch!! Everyone in the leasing office, the maintenance crew and even the landscapers are truly amazing. I need something done - maintenance is there and fixed with in that day! The landscapers makes Abberly Grove so inviting and a pleasure to come home too. I always smile when I come around the corner and Im so happy to be home.I would highly recommend Abberly Grove to anyone! :)

As a contractor I have to bounce around from complex to complex and by far this place has been the most responsive, clean, accessible in of all the areas. Shannon and the staff make the place feel like family and go way beyond what is expected out of a place this size. I would recommend with zero reservations.

I have been living here for three years and I just renewed another 15 month lease. It’s always well kept, quiet, and clean! The staff is friendly and always on it. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance.The pool is always empty and quiet which I love!!

I lived in this appointment from July 2013 to January. It was great staying over there untill it was time for me to move out. They refund only part of my security deposit to me. When I asked them for the remaining balance or if there was anything wrong with the apartment, I was told everything was okay but since cooked in the appointment whiles I was staying there, they have to do ozone treatment and thats why they only refund only part of my security deposit . Too bad. Who doesnt cook or eat in their homes

I have lived here for almost a year and unfortunately moved out some days ago but definitely it is a great place to live in. The apartments and facilities are really nice and the staff is very attentive, especially Shannon who has always been absolutely supportive and nice! Without any doubts, I would live here again!

The previous apartment was loud and management didnt keep property clean. Abberly is nice and everyone is friendly. I dont think no one is loud on my side but us. LOL I love it and my family enjoy staying at this location.

Beware! An hour after I paid my rent I received an email saying they wanted me out in three days for my son being arrested OFF their property. He hadnt even been found guilty in a court of law yet, which by the way he was found NOT GUILTY. And my son was a minor at the time. When Ive never ONCE been late paying rent you put me out over something my MINOR child did. What kid doesnt do dumb stuff? I had to move in three days or risk having an eviction on my credit and they never gave me back my rent only my deposit. I wish I would have fought it because they really got over on me. I also upgraded from a two bedroom to a three and the three bedroom they put me in was nowhere near as nice as the two bedroom. Looked like they barely cleaned up before I moved in. Dont waste your time. Thank God I was approved for a much nicer more spacious apartment. In hindsight they did me a favor.

I’ve only been here for 6 months and I’m impressed with the leasing office great customer service and timely maintenance team. Stop by and they will give you a great tour and provide their southern hospitality when looking for your new residence at Abberly Grove Apartments.

I loved Auston Grove when I lived there 2010-2013. The two male office personnel with the name of Chris were very personable. I cant remember the ladies names but they were great too. If I ever move back to Raleigh, Im going back to Auston Grove.

Enjoyed my stay here.Had actually looked into this complex a couple years ago and didn’t end up here. Chris Carlyle was very friendly though and actually remembered me from a couple years back and was very helpful again the second time I came to look. They care about the appearance (landscapers weekly, occasional building cleaning, etc). I’d rent here again. Location is great also.

Abberly was a fantastic place to live. The staff was extremely friendly and were always welcoming. Always felt safe there and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

Absolutely love this apartment complex! Weve never had any issue with the apartment complex at all. Its pet friendly and their dog park is lovely. The grounds are always kept clean and theres always landscape people keeping the place looking nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I lived here almost a year (would have stayed longer but moved away for work) and dont understand these negative reviews. The staff in the office and the maintenance crew are nice and very efficient. My water heater leaked on a Sunday, and they came out to inspect within a couple hours of being notified! Replaced the next day! The landscaping is meticulous, the grounds are clean. It is pet friendly, and I often see people walking their dogs. Im not aware of any car break-ins and have had no problems myself. Very reasonable rent price for how nice it is and how close it is to both 440 and 540. I loved living here.

My family and I have been living in this complex for 6 years. This community definitely feels like home. All of the staff are friendly, warm, helpful and always go above and beyond. Chris Jones, Chris Carlyle, Terrion Hicks and Holly Mckittrick are awesome! We are blessed to live in this community.

I definitely recommend this place to live,The whole staff is excellent, but Chris the manager, Chris the taller and Chancelor they are amazing customer service has gone above and beyond. Love it here

Foreigners pls do yourself a favor and dont rent this apartment. The property manager Chris is unprofessional, liar and a racist. He said that because we cooked in the house, he will have to take the food smell out with our deosit. I never know we are not supposed to cook for 2years. We left the apartment clean and beautiful but he still doesnt want to give us our money. Am sure suing the company, because there is no agreement that we should not cook. More so the appartment is not smelling at all, but because he want to cheat us he lied there is a food smell. Mind you its winter.

Strange seeing people say that the Auston Grove staff is rude. I have nothing but good things to say about the friendly staff. I cant recall ever having any kind of negative interaction and Im always met with a smile. They even grab my packages for me sometimes when they see me walking toward the building and have them ready before I get in the door, haha.Ive lived here for over 3 years and the only issue Ive had is my car being broken into a couple years ago (thats not the complexs fault, just some bad person) and a few loud neighbors.The maintenance staff is quick to resolve issues, do a great job, and are friendly.Its hard to beat the location of the complex for the price you pay and the apartments are quite nice with plenty of space.

This is by far the most beautiful manicured apartment community I have ever lived in...plus great staff.

The worst place ever, the stuff are super nice at signing the contract, then. they rip you off on everything plus its not safe around there a lot of break in. The stuff are rude and always busy you have to wait for one of them to ve of the phone, plus the lady there is very rude and dismissive, really bad just Stay awayyyy !!!!!
